My girlfriend and I just recently moved in, I havent had much time to evaluate everything, but the things I can say that bring me to a 5 star rating are the helpful women in the office, Amanda took care of us and helped us how to get everything processed to move in, the whole staff are very friendly and kind. The pool and the people I have met while swimming there were all very nice people, I think we will enjoy living here, a very beautiful and quiet place to live. Thank you
I have lived here for over 2 years and love it. The maintenance team is extremely responsive, which is important to me. I have had a few instances where I needed maintenance and they were quick and efficient, even coming at 9pm on a Sunday night when I did not have hot water for a shower. They fixed my AC in a day and set me up with a temporary solution for the night when they couldnt fix it on the spot and came back early the next morning and fixed it. The apartments are clean, quiet, and the grounds are regularly taken care of. My apartment is the perfect size and I couldnt be happier with my space.
I recently moved into Fairfield Pointe Apartments about a month ago and I LOVE it here. The apartment has been very well maintained and updated. My neighbors are quiet and I feel very safe here. Upon moving in, there was a small leak in my bathtub. The maintenance man, Aaron, came after hours to fix this immediately. He is incredibly polite, professional, and helpful. The women at the leasing office are very informative and took the time to guide me through the online payment process. Overall, I would highly recommend Fairfield Pointe; I couldnt be happier here!
Multiple attempts to the management staff about the water damage in the apartment and nothing was resolved! When the maintenance staff finally came to take a LOOK he flat out said this place wouldn’t even pass inspection. Please take this review seriously! They want to keep a polished image to possible tenants online but do not care about their tenants once moved in and payments received. Beware
This is by far the best apartment complex I have lived in. Dont take me wrong, Ive lived for at least 1 year at each of the 4 apartment complexes Ive lived at, so I consider my sample size to be not terribly small.Pros:- The management/maintenance team really keeps things up to high standards. Grounds keeping, plantation maintenance, public area (corridors, staircases, laundry rooms, tennis courts, the gym, roads and paths, etc.) cleaning and maintenance, everything is pretty much kept well.- Leasing office staff are just the best Ive worked with. When I was looking into leasing a unit at FP I was living in another state, i.e. I didnt get to visit/see FP or my apartment unit I actually moved in, and all communications was done over email and phone, yet Mahala and Amanda were very responsive and extremely patient; they were consistently nice and courteous, answered all of my questions and requests (such as seeing additional photos of their available units and laundry room), informed me of the then-ongoing sign-up discount, helped me to get a deal on my rent, worked to suit my schedule and move-in time, and all of these are truly something I appreciated as someone new to Ohio and made me feel like I can start to settle down and call it home here.- Maintenance is just consistently amazing. Problems reported in my move-in inspection are fixed on the third day after I returned the inspection sheet to the leasing office; when things are broken the maintenance doesnt just fiddle with it and leave you needing help very soon; they actually replace old and broken appliances and furniture (so far Ive had my bedroom A/C unit and the drug cabinet in the bathroom replaced upon requested, no problems asked) with new and working ones.- Parking is not a problem. This might vary depending on the part of the complex you live in (FP is a BIG complex and theres Phase 1 and 2, based on what I know), but parking has been pretty ample and I have never ran into problems finding a spot; in the worst case I only had to walk for like one extra minute to get to my car.- The 1b1b unit is very spacious. 850 sqrft, which is great.- Neighbors are generally nice. When it comes to apartments every resident will at some point have to compromise and/or tolerate, but I havent seen any crazy neighbor that makes me want to call 911. AND residents are definitely diverse which is very important to me.- I have not lived here long enough (i.e. for more than 1 year) so I cant speak about rent inflation. But as far as I know, I have not seen any hidden fees or random charges.Facts (I dont think these are cons since this section is pretty much just how FP is as an apartment complex; they only matters and are cons depending whether you mind them or not):- FP is big and that means depending on which part and what type of apartment you live in, getting out of the apartment complex can take a bit of time - yes, I mean driving from the parking lot until you reach the main road/highway. And, since FP is located on a hill, there can be some ups and downs and narrow pathways. Be mindful of that if you hate lengthy commutes or are bad at driving.- Buildings are not exactly the newest, appliances are not exactly top-notch and super new, but remember this is an apartment, if you want those go buy a home of your own.- The dumpster is... a bit weird. First off, it can be faraway from your unit; secondly, since there are many residents, from time to time someone will make a mess around the dumpster (e.g. deserting large pieces of furniture around/in the middle of the way to the dumpster, littering, etc).- Noise isolation is not the best. My unit is on G/F, generally when there are brick walls, noises are pretty much blocked off, but I can clearly hear the neighbor living above me even when they are just walking around normally (i.e. not stomping or running). If you really mind this, get a unit on the third floor, and be nice to the neighbor below you.- As far as I know, for 1b1b units, hook-up/in-unit washer and dryer is not an option.
I would give them a 0 star rating if I were allowed to. DO NOT rent from them or any Fath management company apartments!! I was told that if for whatever reason I decided not to take the apartment, that I would receive my $150 Ernest money back. Upon deciding not to move there, I was told I wouldnt receive my money back. Amanda should be ashamed of herself. She lied to me and her manager is no better. Save yourself the headaches stay away from this complex
Overall this place is great! A few minor issues but the office and staff have done everything they can to fix or respond to our concerns. The office staff is friendly and helpful. Abby has been amazing! We had a bad experience after driving all night from florida and she worked very hard to get us into an apartment asap. She was very considerate of everything we went through. There are minor issues but most are things you would find at any apartment complex.I wish I could give it 4.5 for some of the minor things but dont want to go down to 4 stars. We like the location! Moving from florida the size and price are great! We have nice neighbors and overall people take care of things (doesnt look or feel trashy) .
Loved the attention provided by the leasing team here. I needed emergency maintenance done and they were here on point the next day morning. Love the neighborhood and the area. The townhome is beautiful. I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO LIVE!.. A safe place has all the amenities you need especially for the summer the pools and if you tennis you have a big area for that here. I honestly don’t regret renting this place. ❤️❤️❤️
This was a near-perfect apartment complex and it was heart breaking to leave! Not only are the apartments wonderful, but the staff is AMAZING! They are consistent in their service. Whether I needed help with billing questions, my lease, maintenance, or general questions, they were always super helpful. The few times I needed minor maintenance fixes they were always prompt and efficient. And moving out was a breeze. They are a moral and friendly apartment complex and I highly recommend them to anyone.
Moved in this month and LOVING this place! The leasing office is a pleasure to work with (I worked with Makayla)! She was extremely professional, courteous and got me into a great apartment quickly. The maintenance crew is professional, friendly & very quick to resolve any issues! They truly care about your needs/wants and are very honest about everything. This is THE place to live on Route 4! Very close to Jungle Jims and quick access to 275.
I love it! What a wonderful place to live! The staff is so very kind and helpful and they really work with you. If there any issues, they are resolved immediately! They take each tenant seriously and strive to make your residency so very pleasurable and comfortable. The units are well kept and spacious and modern with amenities. The lovely women who work in the office were so very thoughtful and gifted my daughter who is expecting. There are two people who really stand out and are an asset to that company. Makayla and Nancy are just beautiful people. All the staff is wonderful and I just cant say enough about them! The grounds are immense and a sight to behold as they are well kept too. Oh, wont you come check it out, you will be pleased!
My significant other and I moved to Fairfield Pointe earlier this month and we are soooooo pleased. We are in a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhome. The space is great, over 1400 square feet with an upstairs and downstairs. It’s so spacious for such a great price! The location is great- we are close to everything we need here in Fairfield. The community is huge and makes for a nice walk- my dog definitely enjoys that. The leasing staff is super attentive and nice- Maria helped us with our move-in and made things so easy for us. We felt valued from the beginning. When we moved in, everything was clean and well put together. The floors were in good shape upon move in, all the paint in every room looked good, etc. The bathrooms and kitchen are all updated and clean. They did such a great job preparing this home for us. This place feels like home more than our last place. I have already recommended some people to this community to live in. Thank you Fairfield Pointe for being great!!
I have been staying here for a while (almost 5 yrs) and have had a pretty good experience. The office staff is friendly. Nancy is one the best and most attentive resident services staff members I have ever met and is partially the reason I have continued to live her so long. The maintenance staff is always timely. Sometimes the repairs that are bigger seem to be incomplete but 1 call to Nancy and they are back and everything done. A couple complaints, which to me are not really complaints but can sometimes be bothersome as a resident is finding parking spots near my building is hard in the evening and I have had issues regarding having storage container on my patio. I had a grill stored on there which I removed but 2 plastic containers stacked neatly in the corner of my patio should not be a lease violation.
I’ve lived here for a year and have never had any issues. Any time I put in a request to maintenance, they respond immediately and have resolved the issue within 24 hours. Abby Carter from the main office has been quick with communication and friendly when interacting with tenants. Neighbors are quite, parking is always ample, pools are clean and the landscaping is well done. 10/10 will continue living here for the foreseeable future.
We have lived here for over three years and love our townhouse. Beautiful surroundings, great amenities and wonderful, helpful staff. Recently we had our dishwasher break down and it was immediately replaced. Great job, no mess, service tech very responsible and personable. Couldnt ask for a better staff or more beautiful home.
This place already had so many great attributes to it. We ultimately had to move closer to the city to cut down on our commute to work. They have gorgeous grounds, two clean pools, several tennis courts, a big clubhouse and recycling options. The maintenance was very attentive and helpful if we had a leak or needed spraying for bugs. The lawns were kept professionally every week. Snow removal and salted roads during the winter. (Drive extra slow during the winter, this property is very hilly). The wooden floors are actually laminate. It stinks you cant use the back storage closet on the patio, even if we did they are infested with spiders and decaying wood/siding.These pictures were from us after we cleaned and handing in the keys.
I cant say enough great things about Fairfield Pointe. We lived here for 2.5 years and had an overall positive experience. Loved the layout in our one bedroom apartment, including lots of storage/closet space (2 walk ins & a hallway storage unit, linen closet and other storage space). Any maintenance requests were answered in a timely manner, usually same day or sooner for things that were emergent. The staff on site really did a nice job of building community with evening meet & greet events at the clubhouse. I rented the second clubhouse for a bridal shower, which was perfect. Nancy was wonderful with us whenever we called the office and really helped make it feel like home. I would recommend this community if you are looking for well maintained amenities and reliable customer service, as well as a quiet more mature community.

I have lived here since August and it has been nothing but wonderful. The staff in the office are so kind and helpful, maintenance is in my apartment within 24 hours if something is broken, the pool/workout facility is perfect for me, and my apartment is great. I am a young girl in my 20s and it is a great apartment to live in. The office staff even goes above and beyond because I was out of town for a week at Christmas and they called to check up on me to see if I was okay because I had a few packages at my door. Its a great place to live!
Here are a list of pros and cons of living at Fairfield pointe:Pros:The leasing team and everyone in the office is extremely nice and helpful! There’s always someone available and they are polite and professional.Maintenance is wonderful as well- they are very kind and I have never had to wait too long for something to be fixed.Availability- I was able to get moved into my apartment quickly. Leasing office was very easy to work with!Great locationCons:The amount of maintenance requests I’ve had have been unreal: my heater stopped working twice, and one time even set off the carbon monoxide detector. It’s a very old unit and I am anticipating I will need additional maintenance which is frustrating. They were all handled quickly but I had had someone in my apartment at least 6 times.A water main broke which resulted in issues at my apartment for over a week. This is NOT the fault of the complex but I am sharing this as this has happened many times. The complex did communicate well, but this was super inconvenient.Sound proofing is terrible- I can hear every move from the unit above me. I need to wear earplugs to bed and even still, the walls shake when someone walks normally above me. It’s very disruptive.Overall I enjoy my living space but there are some negative aspects to consider- I only said I wouldn’t recommend as I had to choose an option, but I would just say to consider the above when choosing your living space! As I said, everyone has been so nice and helpful and prompt but the cons have been pretty significant to me.Since writing my review above on Facebook, my furnace has broken again, I have had to get a new toilet, and my place had flooding due to faulty foundation and a cracked drain pipe (not the complex fault as it cracked due to the extreme cold). Also, more water mains have broken and my windows have had issues. Again not the complex fault but super inconvenient! I again want to reiterate how amazing the staff is here- Corey and all of the maintenance men have been absolutely fantastic but living here is miserable. I was offered to move units which I declined for now based on some things I have coming up but I live every day here wondering what’s going to go wrong next.
Maintenance is quick and the area is nice. I had to reclean my apartment when I moved in because it smelled like mildew and it was very dirty, not to mention there were fleas. I recently had an issue with Their app double charging me for rent and they refused to take responsibility so I had to pay $100 extra for their returned check fees because they overdrew my account. Aside from that, the location is very convenient and the apartments are huge
Pros: My husband and I are into our 2nd year of living at Fairfield Point Apartments and we love it! The maintenance here is great! They have been consistently timely with fulfilling our submitted requests, usually responding within a day or 2. The apartments are very spacious and beautiful. We get compliments on how nice our apartment is each time someone visits. The complex is very beautiful and quiet. The rental prices are competitive.Cons: My only complaint would be the car policy here. If your vehicle is not up to certain visual standards, they threaten to tow it. I understand trying to keep the complex nice looking, but its an unfair policy in my opinion. We cant afford to get a new car simply because it has some rust.
I have lived here since July and I really like the community. Abby and the manager, Afua, have been extremely nice and have gone the extra mile for me. They have been helpful and have worked with me since the day I moved in. They even let me move in a day earlier (Sunday) to accommodate my needs. If there is a maintenance problem, it is taken care of right away. I wish the parking was a little better, but thats it!!
I have been here 6 months and have not had any issues to this point. I moved in too late to enjoy the pool this year, but I am looking forward to having that available soon. The front office has been polite, professional and very friendly, and quick to respond if I have a question. The amenities are older, but it is what I expected getting back into apartment living, everything works, just a little outdated. I would recommend Fairfield Pointe Apartments to anyone, especially for the price compared to some high end locations.
Recently the apartment my husband and i were in had a watermain break, and our aptlrtment flooded, it was cleaned up and fixed in a swift manner. A team of maintenance men were in and out fixing and cleaning. I walked into the office very apprehensive to ask to be moved into another apartment, i honestly expected a bit of resistance, but I walked in and asked the lovely ladies at the front desk to be switched and they stated they would need to get the property manager and Mr. Corey walked out and stated he was so glad I came in and he would handle everything. Mr. Corey switch us to a new apartment no problem!! he even gave me options as to which one I wanted,I was so stunned with the amount of professionalism and kindness I was treated with . This has been such a smooth transition, I cant thank him enough.
I love where I live! My daughter and I have lived in Fairfield Pointe over 4 years. Nancy & the office staff has always been friendly and always helpful. Maintenance requests are handled promptly. Its nice the staff holds events to engage with residents throughout the year.
I wish I could put a picture of my apartment in this review to show how much I love this place. I love decorating and I get a lot of ideas just from going to the leasing office and looking around. Cory, the manager is amazing at decorating. Ive lived here on this property for 16 years now. Ive lived in a 3 bedroom townhouse with my children until they left to go to the military. I downsized to a 2 bedroom apartment after that. Anything I have asked for, they are JOHNNY ON THE SPOT! They get it done! The grounds are beautifully decorated and clean. Its quiet and thats why I havent left. I also love the different activities they have throughout the year, for example parties for kids, family, swimming parties, etc. I have rented out the clubhouse quiet a few times over the years for parties. Sorry but Im not ready to leave yet.
I originally started off working with Makayla. I paid the required fees and applied, and I’m glad I did!! The approval process was quick. Makayla, Maria, Abbie and Afua all were instrumental in getting me in my new home. Although there were a few things that I needed to take care of prior to being approved, they were there every step of the way through the entire process. They were excellent in responding to my emails and returning phone calls which you don’t get from allot of other places. They all were polite and courteous and answered any questions I had. It took a very short time to be approved and I received my keys. I was very pleased with the set up of the apartment and how spacious they are. Everything was clean and ready for me to move in. Although I had not seen my apartment prior to renting it I definitely was not disappointed. The amenities are nice and the property is beautiful and quiet. They definitely take pride in the community. The only thing I don’t like is the flat paint that is used on the walls, I prefer something easy to wipe or a different color but other than that I have no complaints. I appreciate everything they did and Im happy in my new home. I couldn’t have asked for a better group of women to assist me along the way! They definitely stand out as one of the best apartment communities I’ve seen in this area.
I love the complex and the location, the amenities are great, and the staff is wonderful - especially Nancy the Resident Services Manager! Always a quick response and very understanding. I think Ive only had ONE maintenance request in the 2 years that Ive been here and it was taken care of quickly. The management goes out of their way to have resident events which is really nice!
So far our family loves it here! The office staff are very nice and maintenance here is on top of the job! The townhomes are a great size, rooms are spacious and even though we have neighbors on both sides of our unit there are no disturbances. We are pleased with our experience thus far and we plan to stay.
Friendly staff who are always there to help you out! The apartments are nice and accommodating. Ive had lots of friends love here over the years and have heard nothing but great things. Whether youre looking for a one bedroom or have a family of five, this is a fantastic place to call home!
I have lived at Fairfield Pointe Apartments since 2015. I have nothing but nice things to say about the staff and the complex. The staff creates a welcoming atmosphere. Anytime I need to have something worked on, Nancy in the office always makes sure that everything gets handled in a timely manner. I would recommend Fairfield Pointe Apartments for your next home. Steph
I absolutely love love love this place! They are clean, they are professional and they CARE! I will say when i moved into my apartment i was extremely disappointed by how it looked and how the building smelled! The first couple of weeks i did have issues BUT the office took care of everything and timely fashion. I believed i emailed them 12/3 and everything was fixed on 12/4! It would’ve probably got done that day but i sent the email late. I highly recommend Makayla Fuller and i believe the other girl name is Maria! Everybody in the office is great and on top of that when i very first met Makayla i told her i was pregnant this was back in November she still remembered and for Christmas bought me baby stuff! They are clean! They are professional! They are kind! And they definitely care! I’m excited to be here! And i am hoping things stay great or become better (not saying there are things wrong). Thank you once again!
I highly recommend Fairfield Pointe apartments. The leasing consultants are fabulous! My husband and I worked with MaKayla and she was so warm, knowledgeable and welcoming to us. We lived in a one bedroom about a year ago and left due to family moving to Ohio. We are moving back to the community next month and can’t wait!! We love how clean the property is, courteous neighbors, all of the community activities and the spacious apartments. If I could rate them 20 stars I would!!!!!!!
Hello! The staff at Fairfield Pointe Apartments deserve a solid 10!!!!! I been in my apartment a little over a year and things got to a point where they needed attention. So, I called the office and maintenance visited within an hour to make note of all the issues. The very next day two maintenance techs replaced all three blinds and the a/c unit. The dish disposal, leaking knob in shower, and the stove were also repaired!!! If you are currently apartment seeking, look no further and if you think Fairfield is a great place to live Fairfield Pointe Apartments is even better!!!
Love it! I love living here! The environment, the neighbors, the staff. The apartment themselves are very well kept. The units are very clean, well put together and very nice. I live in a one-bedroom unit and for it to have 850+ square feet, it doesnt feel small AT ALL. Not to mention Very nice view from 3rd floor single bedroom units. 5/5 stars from me
Staff members are courteous, and maintenance crew is excellent. Lamont (maintenance),in particular, and other maintenance staff members whose names I dont know are very thorough and prompt. The community overall is quiet-- no loud radios, no booming car stereos, no yelling, etc. blasting at inappropriate hours. The pools are well maintained and the staff periodically check the pool areas to make sure uninvited non-residents do not use facilities. This is also a very blended and diverse community. Its very kid friendly-- kids do not run amok. There are a few senior citizens, there are singles, and its also very family oriented.
I loved living at Fairfield Pointe. I lived there from 2017 until May of 2019 in a one bedroom on Fawn Drive. We had to move for work reasons but the new place still doesnt feel like home the way Fairfield Pointe did. I always felt safe, everyone was friendly, and the complex has a racquetball court which I used frequently. And you cant beat the location, right by Jungle Jims, Planet Fitness, and pretty much every restaurant. The main downsides are no central air and very few lights - the living room and bed room had none, just lamp outlets. But otherwise, it was a perfect place to live.
My boyfriend and I moved into a one bedroom here about three months ago, and we love it! It is safe and quiet, which are the two most important things to me. While we can hear people walking above us, Ive never once heard our next door neighbors talking or anything. Theres always parking available. Amenities are ok. There are some minimal cons: appliances are not the best, there isnt a microwave included, and the air conditioning is LOUD. But other than that, we love it here.
Best apartments I have ever lived in. Any issues I have had have been addressed in a timely manner, and I have been offered rental discounts to compensate for any issues that were not addressed correctly or any inconveniences that was caused to me. The staff up front is always willing to talk and help with issues. The water main breaks were handled greatly and at no fault of the property. When I had to switch apartments I was given the option to have my daughters room painted for me, as well as others. I maintained the same rental agreement and costs as well. The laundry cards are absolutely amazing. No messing with quarters or remembering to get them to do laundry, just load money to the cards! I will not be looking to leave this property until I find a house.
Worst apartment complex, not very professional at all. Moved in and was a very loyal tenant. Without any notice they gave me a 3 day notice to leave my home of 5 months because my mom was receiving mail at my home. If there would have been a notice I we could have handled things differently but they intended on doing just what they did. Took my rent and had a lawyer waiting to take my girlfriend and I to court If we didnt leave the property within 3 days. Now I know that its the law and an eviction is an eviction but to be the complex I live at and trusted in is wrong point blank. We hear neighbors like theyre in our home footsteps and all! Sorry but not sorry this complex is horrible.
Ive been here for 6 months now and it is the second time I have lived here. I have found maintenance to be friendly and responsive on the rare occasion I have been in need of them. The ladies at the front office are busy, but can usually answer a question pretty quickly. The grounds guys always seem to be walking around picking up after those who can not seem to make it to the trash can.I will say that the first time I was here 10 Years ago, this area was not run very orderly, but those problems seem to have cleared up.
I have lived here for almost a year and there is always a problem. My air has not been fully working in about 4 months now. It has started with a leak where they did not know where it was coming from and claimed they fixed it. Next day it’s not working again so they bring you a portable air condition. Maintence is constantly in and out. I also have two dogs in my apartment that I have to board at the vet because it is to hot to keep them in here (not to mention I have to pay a monthly dog rent to keep them here). My air went out completely today I gave them a call twice around 4 and was told they will send maintence out tomorrow because they went home for the day and I explained how I have animals and my thermostat is reading 90 degrees but since there isn’t a heat advisor outside it’s not an emergency. I honestly think they are not trying to fix the problem because I asked to move up the time I move out of here !!Than not to mention I can never park in front of my building, they have washer/dryers that are always out of service, than there was a fire couple months ago that is believed to be arson. Not to add the office staff is rude and unpleasant to talk to. I would never recommend anyone to live in these properties !!!
I have been living in Fairfield point since June of 2015. I like it there. I think it is a great location and it is a nice and quiet neighborhood. I Had an issue and the property manger resolved it and made sure that I was well taken care of. He went above and beyond to make sure the issue was resolved in the proper manner. you dont find great management like that everyday. nice place to live. 02-01-2016
Ive lived here for almost 6 months now and I can definitely say that Fairfield Pointe works proactively to make sure that your experience here is the best that it can be. Maintenance has been fast in responding, ground and apartment have been maintained and clean and the costumer service at the office has been effective! So far so good I hope this is a place I can call home for the next couple of years.
I beleive the slogan is LOVE THE PLACE YOU LIVE - well I do! I have been a resident since December of 1999 and it is a clean and well maintained property, has many amenities, friendly employees that actually care about all of us residents! It is also very safe and they have made numerous upgrades to the buildings and property. The pools are amazing in the summer and they do an awesome job cleaning the snow in the winter - including renting additional equipment when we got those large snow falls a few winters ago. Cant forget the great workout facility that is open 24hrs a day!! It is also pet friendly with lots of doggy stations and love the trash compactors since they are completly sealed. I have also lived in several different apts as they size of my family changed the 2 bdrms and 3 bdrm town homes are all very spacious and are up to date with ample storage areas. They also have numerous events through out the year for all the residents. I have seen many changes since 1999 and this place that I call home is my favorite place to be. Thank you Fairfield Pointe!!
I moved in around this time last month, but started the process back in August. I was originally working with Christina, but when she left the company, Afua Nantwi took over and everything has been awesome. My maintenance requests get taken care of in a very timely fashion and the apartment is a very comfortable size for me. I love the convenience of the app, as well as the clarity of the property management. I was referred to this complex and I will definitely recommend it to others! Thanks to Afua and the Fairfield Pointe team for their exceptional work!
We fell in love with this place as soon as we saw it. We were anxious about applying due to negative experiences we had looking at other properties in Ohio. All the staff, especially Maria Bartlett, were extremely professional and went above and beyond helping us make our move from PA to Ohio possible. Not only did Maria explain and assist in the application process, She readily answered all of our questions, both initially and any questions we called her about after we went back to PA, she kept us updated on our application status throughout the process. Maria also made us fall in love with the property all the more by explaining all that Fairfield Pointe has to offer.
Wont recommend this place to noboday.I just couldnt wait to finish my lease.. i guess its true looks can be deceiving sometimes the place looks very nice from the outside but the apartment there was really bad, we could hear our neighbors all the time. if you take a shower and your neighbor happens to turn their water on it will be extremely hot so you gotta wait for them to finish what they doing then the water will go down to normal temperature, Management in your business all the time, if they did not like your car or if there is some rust on it they will tell you to either sell it or fix it or move out....A/C is not central and very loud it will keep up all the night,Long story short i will not recommend this place to my worse enemy
Maintenance team is very attentive, I put in a maintenance order today and it was fixed later this afternoon! I am very pleased with my experience here at Fairfield Pointe. I would like to give Makayla Fuller a shoutout because she has been a wonderful leasing agent to work with! She’s kind, friendly and very helpful!
When I visited here in July everything was great until I moved in. I moved in when they did the pro rated rent special ask me am I paying that ? Hell no !!!!!!! Im paying twice that and on top of that they wont budge. The people who work in the office attitudes are extremely badd and nasty. When I call to express a concern or to make a maintenance call they are extremely rude and nothing is being done about it. They are extremely unorganized and need to be completely restaffed. When my lease is up I will never move there again and I will make sure I tell everyone not to move there !
I have lived at this apartment complex for two years and have had several negative experiences. The summer of 2013 I placed a maintenance request for my air conditioner. I waited almost 4 weeks and had to contact corporate before someone was sent to fix my air. During the winter of 2013 I reported hearing rodents in the dinining room walls, that issue has still not been addressed. Recently my rent was raised $35 with no notification and no proof/acknowledgement of the notification. I will no longer be a resident at this apartment complex.I am sure that some people have had positive experiences here however I have not. Unfortunatley, I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
My husband and I have only been living here for about 6 months, and we are counting down the days until our lease is up so we can LEAVE. When we were going to sign our lease, we were promised brand new, black appliances for our kitchen. When we moved in, all white appliances that looked like theyd been there since 1980. We requested new appliances but the only one we got was the dishwasher, which doesnt even work. We wash our dishes by hand because they replaced our outdated dishwasher with a CRAP dishwasher. The walls are paper thin... we can hear every single conversation our neighbors have. The floors creak everywhere you walk, and the hallways always wreak of cigarette smoke. They make it look really nice in pictures and when you take a tour of the model apartments, but trust me.. you should run. June cant come quickly enough
Okay so, I dont know about all these people saying this place is horrible and staff is nasty. I have had absolutely no bad experiences since moving in about 2 and a half weeks ago. The staff has been incredibly nice, I did a little tour of the unit I was going to be buying before signing the contract and they fixed all the stuff I found wrong with it before I moved in (they only had a day to do that). They have had great communication with me, I always have a good parking spot, neighbors are quiet and nice, property is kept in good shape. Nothing has been different from what they said. I absolutely love it here. Dont listen to the haters, its a GREAT place.
I have lived at Fairfield Pointe for over 9 years and have enjoyed the experience for its location, amenities, how well the whole property is maintained along with the prompt response to emergency and non emergency maintenance requests. The staff at Fairfield Pointe is outstanding in their professionalism and friendliness making my residency a pleasant experience. Recently Nancy Fullman (sp.?) went above and beyond the call of duty when my car broke down on the property. She arranged to get me back to my apartment and then referred me to a towing service that arrived within one hour of me calling. When the driver arrived he offered to take my car to the appropriate repair shop, which made this whole experience so much easier to take. Thank you Nancy and to all the dedicated staff at Fairfield Pointe, keep up the excellent work:).
Recently Ive been looking to relocate, and Afua and the entire leasing office was so friendly and helpful! They answered all my questions and were genuinely concerned about my best interest. As soon as I can get out of my lease I will be reaching out for sure. Ive moved quite a bit and I was extremely impressed with everyone at Fairfield!
I loved the apartment itself, 1 bedroom with plenty of room for my boyfriend and I. The maintenance guys and staff were all wonderful from day 1. I have no complaints with that. The only issue is that you can hear everything, and I mean EVERYTHING. Night time was especially loud if you all catch my drift... If you are moving here with a partner please be aware that your upstairs/downstairs neighbors will be able to hear most of what you do. I thought this was maybe only my apartment, but after speaking with a few neighbors, we all shared the same awkward experiences. You can literally hear footsteps from the time they walk in the door to every part of the apartment, this includes pets as well. Just a heads up for anyone looking here! Best of luck!
WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can not begin to tell you how much I hate the staff and maintenance team here. They are all the worst, the staff is very friendly but no help what so ever. I should have never signed the lease after the lady that showed me the model apartment point blank lied to me an many occasion, but I didnt find those things out until after I signed my lease. All they care about is getting the lease signed then after that you mean nothing to them. Ever winter my heat would break and every summer my air would go out. for 3 years and everytime it took them almost 3 weeks to fix the issues. I now live in another Fath property and they are so much better so please dont hold it against the company they can be great. Its just this one location. Happy hunting please dont stop at this one. If I can keep one person from moving here my work is done.
I am glad that I am moving away from Fairfield Pointe. I have had several issues with my horrible neighbors living in same building. My neighbor below me has tormented me on many occasions, including pounding on his ceiling when I walk, blasting loud tv/music, yelling at me, and confronting me in common area. I do not feel safe at Fairfield Pointe, and the office refused to evict my neighbor, even when I stated I felt unsafe. Their solution was for ME to move to a different apartment, as if I am at fault. The walls/floors are paper thin at Fairfield Pointe, so everything is heard. I have even let a LOT of things go! I am tired of losing sleep and dealing with horrible neighbors.
We have lived here about 5 years and It is fairly reasonably priced. I have to say they do tend to ignore some maintenance issues that are continuous. Overall though they try to do a lot for the residents and the community. They are sticklers about petty things and kind of blow off some of the larger issues. We are pretty happy here and will continue to stay here until we can get our own home.
I initially was excited to move here, however to my surprise I was quickly disappointed. On June 23rd, two weeks before I was supposed to move into one of their townhomes, I viewed the townhome I was actually supposed to move into and it was not ready at all. The carpet was dirty, the vanity was not in in the bathroom, the oven was in yet, and some other things. (I have several pictures to show what the townhome looked like at that time, but for some reason it wont upload all of them. If you are having trouble viewing all TEN of them, send me a message). I discussed my concerns with a few people in the office including the assistant manager and they reported to me that the townhome would be completely move in ready THREE days before my move in date. Keep in mind, I gave them a deposit the middle of May, which was plenty of time to have the townhome ready way before 3 days prior to my move in date! No apology, no money off, no accountability, nothing. They did complete everything in the townhome three days prior to my move in date, however, at this time, I am already frustrated with their lack of efficiency and called the manager, Corey, to respectfully decline the townhome. I have called Corey twice now and left a couple messages, seeking my deposit back which in THIER lease, guarantees my full deposit back within 30 days of move in (which I also made a copy of). I have yet to receive a call back, which even further assures me that I made the right decision by not moving there. Also, Please beware and THOROUGHLY look over the lease before you sign. A lot of things I was not in agreeance with and had I known sooner, I would not have considered moving there at all.
This is the best apartment community I have ever lived in. From the great staff at the office. Cory and Sara and the awesome pool parties they throw in the summertime. I couldnt think of a better place in Fairfield to raise two kids. Its very close to the High School and not far from Elementry. They also have a very well trained maitence staff that responds quickly to all issues. They even offer emergency maitence as well 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Make this your next home and you will not regret it!
My husband and I moved into our apartment here at Fairfield Pointe in August after having a horrible experience at a different complex. Everything was fine for the first few months, and then we had multiple noise complaints about the neighbors living next door because their kids were ALWAYS using the hallway as a playground to the point where they were banging into our front door. They finally got evicted after the property manager found out there were more people living there than on the lease and more than was legally allowed in a two bedroom apartment. That was two weeks ago. This morning (November 19th), I was going to go do our laundry at the laundry center (which we have to drive to) and then go work out at the fitness center, but couldnt because OUR TIRES HAD BEEN SLASHED. We now have to pay at least $500 to get them replaced and the only thing the property manager will do is let us out of our lease for free or move us into another building and REFUSE to pay for us to move. Our car was damaged on THEIR property and due to THEIR former residents getting themselves evicted, yet the only compensation/peace of mind they are willing to give us is to move somewhere else. We have a 5 month old baby girl and cant even have the luxury of feeling safe in our own home. It feels like we are living in the ghetto because apparently people around here make it into one. This definitely NOT the place for families or raising your children. DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU WANT TO LIVE IN THE GHETTO!!!!!!!! All it is is Mexicans and African Americans. There seems to be hardly any white people living here and now we understand why that is. Also, the staff is EXTREMELY rude (especially Nancy) and usually of no help. At this point, my husband and I are considering filing a lawsuit against them to seek reparation for damages done to our personal property while residing on their property.
I have lived here for a year and getting ready to transfer from a 1st floor to a 2nd floor with a balcony. Lauren has made the transition very smoothly & has been a lot of help, I move in 2 weeks. Cory showed me the best available for what suited my needs & Makayla is always ready to answer any questions Ive had.Ive had a great experience here & hope to be here a long time. Thanks, Lauren & Makayla.
We just moved in a month ago and the front office staff (in particular MaKayla!) have been so helpful. From the first time I called to inquire about the townhomes, Makayla was there every step of the way, answering all of our questions, letting us view the place and even get the keys the night before moving in. The complex is well maintained, clean and family-friendly. Its also a huge perk being so close to all that Fairfield has to offer (Jungle Jims). I would highly recommend checking them out!
I hate this place! The rental office is so biased and wont give you a chance to explain your side of the story. The woman under me keeps complaining of minor petty things and over exaggerates situations. My kids can simply walk around our apartment and due to the poor creation of this building, anyone underneath can hear even a pin drop fall! They keep threatening to put us out and you better believe we will be out of here soon!! If you have kids at Fairfield Pointe try a first floor apartment or beware!!
Like and enjoy living in their townhome. Quiet and safe. Staff and manager in office always response to my maintenance request and any other questions pretty quickly. Emergency maintenance is available within a reasonable amount of time. Everything works great so far.
Just sitting here reading these ridiculous reviews.#1...I been here over 2 years. I have never ever encountered any staff member or maintenance member to be rude whatsoever.#2,,,Laundry is laundry. You dont like using a laundry room, dont move into a facility where you have to share laundry#3...The issue with the grills and bikes was the City of Fairfield. They grills are a FIRE HAZARD. They were allowed to be STORED on the patio....NOT USED. Dont blame Fath. We were NEVER allowed to use them.and finally....if you don;t like it here...MOVE...your life here is what YOU make of it. You wanna talk about BAD STAFF...I have never ever seen a bad staff member. I just see lousy irresponsible ghetto tenants that trash the property because THEY DONT CARE.SIGNED......MARIE EDIE
I will be moving from a one bedroom to a two bedroom apartment, here at Fairfield Point. Ms.Afua Nantwi has been a life saver for me. She has such a welcoming smile that it immediately lets one know she is there to help in any way she can. I appreciate how easy she has made the transition for me, and no matter how many questions or concerns I had, she very calmly addressed them. I work in the customer service field so I know great customer service when I experience it, and I can truly say Ms. Nanti has provided outstanding customer service.
Ive been here for 8 years and, if they didnt make it a nice place to be I wouldnt be here. The grounds are kept in a park like setting. The pools are kept clean. Anytime I have a problem all I have to do is call or send an email. Corey is a great manager & he cares about every one of us.Being here at Fairfield Pointe Im not more than 10 mins from whatever I want or need. Come see for yourself!
Extremely unprofessional attitude! we got approved friday afternoon and they told us to shift on sunday. when we called sunday they could not give us keys because we did not have duke energy account numberit was closed over the weekend . we have packed up everything. An extremely unprofessional lady still managed to give us keys and as soon as we took them she said i dont have time for you to sign the lease. i have to go as its 4pm. it was the same woman who gave us keys at 3.30pm.and she took them back. And told us to com3 monday morning.i dont know what do i say about this non professional attitude!
I am sorry, but I would NOT recommend this place at all. If you do not live in an apartment/ townhouse with washer and dryer your screws. The laundry is not in the buildings like normal aprtmnt buildings. You have to pay $5 to purchase a card to use the washer and dryers. Which is NOT in the laundry building. When I have to do laundry I have an attitute. We also have had so many water main breaks this year it is ridiculous! The walls are paper thin which mean you can hear everything your neighbor do or say! The rent is cheap for this area and you know what they say, you get what you pay for! Other than that the property is well kept and office staff are friendly; especially Sarah.
This is my 2nd Experience Renting at FFP within in the last 5 years. I moved out after an initial stay of 3 years to a Residential House and returned recently after a Difficult Life Circumstance.I highly recommend FFP as I searched thoroughly twice over a span of a few years and they remain Consistent with Fair Market Range Pricing, Clean Facilities throughout, Beautiful Landscaping, a Peaceful and quiet Environment, a responsive Maintenance team, a Professional Office staff and Nancy is the best Resident Services Advisor you could hope for at any Rental Property!
This is my first time living outside of my hometown since I’ve been living on my own. I really like it here. I really like the customer service. I appreciate ever time I have an issue, I get a quick response and service. I really appreciate how the property is well maintained inside and outside.Thank you Fairfield Pointe staff.😊
I moved here because I have lived in Fath properties and had no issues. I regret not going with my second choice (Arbor Pointe) now that some rules are being implemented that are not in the lease. No grills and no bikes on the patio (both of which is not included on the list of things you cant have on your patio, unless youre a resident of KY for the grill issue... and bikes are not toys!). I just moved here, and am already looking for a new place because I dont feel like Im home. I dread going home because I feel like its going to be some other petty violation on my door. This property is completely different than some of their other properties Ive lived in (Aspen Village and Montana Valley). I dont think its Fath, I think its just this property. In fairness, I will say that they keep up their property and overall I feel safe...
I stopped in last week to look for a 3BR unit for my family. I was immediately turned off by the leasing agent - introduced herself as Elizabeth. Her attitude was condescending and brusque. Perhaps she was having an off day or was busy but I feel like I should have been her #1 priority. I didnt bother to take a tour or fill out a guest card as I felt like based upon her behavior, Fairfield Pointe was not for me. Disappointing...
Update !!!!!! This place is horrible!!! I had never been to a place where they try to raise the rent on you without you knowing like signing you up for things and not tell you about it. The last post I made about this place is just the beginning of the problems that we have here . Dishwasher stinks every time you open it, the garage disposal does not work at all. Each burner on the oven is messed up. Dont let me get started on the bathroom . The heat & air both have a bad odor coming from it !!!!!! The workers here dont care about the people here only about the money . !!! DONT LIVE HERE IF ITS THE LAST THING ON EARTH !!! look somewhere else ! Im not just saying this, MOVE ELSEWHEREMY OLDER POSTS FROM A YEAR AGOWhen first moving in there were many problems including cracks in the walls, the ceiling fan switch broke off when pulling it to turn it on, a stove that doesnt work the burners will shut off on you in the middle of cooking, the floor near the dishwasher was soaking wet due to something that was wrong in the dishwasher. These were all problems within the first two weeks of living here. The rent office DOES NOT answer the phone when you call, (we called 7 times) just forget about doing that and go in person. Im giving it ONE STAR because it is a place to live.
So Friday I came in ready to get an apartment, Kristina walked me through the 1br model apartment and I fell in love with it. She told me $35 was a non refundable application fee and $150 is usually non refundable BUT since she couldn’t show me a 2br that day, she would have one ready for me to look at on Monday but if I didn’t like it she would give me a refund for the $150 and would not deposit the money, trusting what she said I told her okay. Long story short I couldn’t go through with it so I went up there today and she flipped the whole story because it was other co worker’s in there. She lies and says that she never told me that I could get my money back and that it was non refundable. It states on the agreement that it was non refundable BUT she told me that she would return the $150... in the agreement it also states that the money given will be deposited that day which was Friday.. if I was lying, how did I know on Monday that it still Hadn’t been deposited??? The other ladies in the office kept trying to say it was a miscommunication... umm no there was not.. she clearly stated that she would return the $150 and will not deposit the money. I couldn’t be mad at any of the other ladies since that’s what the agreement said but don’t tell me one thing and then lie in front of your co worker’s, you could of simply said “ yes I told her that and I shouldn’t have” and that would’ve been it.
I, as a potential new resident, obtained some information on residency and seemed mildly delighted at the affordability and location of the option. However, wondering about the available leasing terms (6-month, 12-month, 24-month, etc.), I called the Fairfield Pointe Apartments main office at 5:47 pm (thankful that they were open even after my long commute home from work).Unfortunately I never got an answer because after calling and being put on hold until 5:50, I was RUDELY hung up on by whichever member of the desk staff had been working this evening. When I then called back, worrisome that my phone had dropped the call, only to find that at 5:50 pm, ...[their] offices were now closed. As we can all clearly see, it is stated online that they are open until 6:00 pm. I had a simple question after a long days work only to be treated poorly by the desk staff. If anything, this experience should depict the professional character of the Fairfield Pointe Apartments. I will not be living there any time soon, and I wouldnt recommend you do either.
Would never recommend this place as a place to live. Not a “kid friendly” accepted environment. I’ve never encountered such cruel, vindictive people in my life. This place/company doesn’t even deserve ONE star. I’d never refer anyone to move in here. The energy is even off when you step inside the office. Don’t do it, you’ll regret it.
This isn’t a bad place to live first and foremost, I think it’s a great location for me and my kids. BUT I am SO OVER the laundry center in Phase II. The washers were just replaced with “brand new” ones in April and every time I go to do laundry only half (and sometimes even less than that) of the washer are working! Or if sometimes we come back to put our clothes in the dryer just to find out that at some point the washers went “out of order” and only filled with like an inch of water!!! They were replaced for what??? The old ones worked better than these and they’re from the same company!! I went to the office before and complained and asked to be reimbursed for my $6 back to my card, the manager wasn’t in but they said they’d leave a message for him to call me, never happened. Now today I’m out $20. The office isn’t open at this moment but I will surely be making a call as soon as they are and I will not ever be using the laundry center again, it’s beyond ridiculous.
Two out of three rooms almost caught on fire their electric is horrible . there is no installation so high air and heat bill. This place is junk and so is the staff not to mention that they start hammering walls at 8am and act like its no big deal multiple times a month.
Dont expect to get out during the winter.. they ow you in and refuse to clear walks because according to Nancy its not their job. The guy who salts the road made me back down the hill several times while I was trying to get up the hill in the snow, they have no respect.
Can anyone answer a question very honestly? Im looking to check out this complex Im a black female who has encountered a few racial incidents while staying in Camelot East complex. Me and my partner have two teenage boys and I just wont to be ensured on how well a person is treated no matter their ethnicity.

2022-05-11I will start by saying I have lived here going point. two years in July. I have always had positive reviews until now. I called today May 11th to report my AC wasnt working. It was 89 degrees outside and 74 inside. It is now 82 degrees in my apartment. My first call was 3pm to Destiny and they said they would let maintenance know. When I called back to follow up at 3:45 I spoke to Kayla and asked for the property manager April, but she was out to lunch, but would let her know about the problem. At 5:45 I went to the office to see where we stood, and ask for a portable AC unit like they had done in the past. While speaking to Destiny she apologized but told me there was nothing they could do, and I would have to wait for maintenance. I asked when that might be, and she didnt know. I asked for April again, but she had gone for the day. So in closing Im very disappointed with the property at this point. This will be a huge consideration if I renew my lease or not. How would they feel if it was 82 degrees in there home?

2022-02-11I just wanted to say that I am truly happy with the apartment I just moved into. The staff was truly helpful in every aspect of making this transition happen. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone needing an apartment.

2022-06-01I want to give this a zero for staff, I was just visiting my sister today and we spent a significant amount of time at the pool given it was about 88 degrees today. First the attendant told a black family that “they had too many kids and weren’t allowed to swim.” Then when a white family came in with the same amount of kids, he let them stay. Then about an hour later my sister and I are talking in the corner of the pool when these two boys who told us they didn’t live there at all came in, they were minors and continued to be disrespectful to myself and my sister. They were cursing very loudly and the attendant came to us and told us to stop cursing KNOWING that it wasn’t us and that it was those kids, a few minutes later after us making space between those kids and ourselves he came and kicked us out of the pool instead of kicking those kids out. I am disgusted by this behavior. he asked for my sister’s address about 4 different times and asked nobody else. These people have so many strict rules for tenants and none for the staff on how to treat their tenants. They are way too overpriced for the treatment that you get.

2018-07-04I have lived here for about 2 months now. I absolutely love it here. Very quiet and peaceful. The staff here are super friendly and helpful. We have not had one issue since moving. I also love the fact that they have payment of rent online. If you are looking for a great place to live, this is the place to look.

2021-04-23I am a maintenance technician that works and lives here. I absolutely love my co workers and all the hard work that everyone puts into our property! The owner of the company is an amazing person to work for and he really cares about his staff and residents! I love living here. I started out in a 2 bedroom and eventually upgraded to a 3 bedroom townhouse. I love how quiet and relaxing it is here. Taking walks around the complex is relaxing and I love the views! Being up on the hill I have a nice view of the whole city. I definitely recommend living here, and I dont see myself moving any time soon!

2021-08-02I have lived at Fairfield Pointe 7 years and the staff continually amaze me. I had a recent Maintenance request. The same day I put my request in, Maintenance was at my apartment in a couple of hours. Nancy in the office was very polite, friendly and professional. Fred, Maintenance, was also very polite, friendly, efficient and left the work space clean. This staff and responsiveness continues to amaze me - especially when there is snow and they are out EARLY to clear our roads. My daughter and I have been very happy here and we love where we live!

2021-08-28What can i say about this complex when speaking to the leasing staff and they were superb. I had all of my question and concerns answered not only quickly and professionally. I truly could not recommended Fairfield Pointe Apartments enough . When you feel like all your needs are taken care of you feel like its truly home. 2021-08-29I came in for a tour after speaking with a very nice young lady in the office about a two bedroom. Upon walking in, I noticed she was handling a situation with a woman causing a scene in her office. After working in customer service for 20 years, I can only imagine what that was about, but I know how it is. It’s shameful how some people will treat others. From what I witnessed, she handled the situation very professionally and apologized to me for the wait and was very very sincere and kind. The two bedroom she showed me was stunning, I’m not looking to move until around December & this place is definitely at the top of my list. The grounds are very well kept, no trash. It was very quiet in the area. Nonetheless I am pleased!
