Ethan greeted us warmly upon our arriva, and gave us dining recommendations. When we came back from being gone, he asked how our day was and and listened as we told him what wed done. I believe the woman in housekeeping said her name was Cathy, and she also was very helpful and went out of her way to make sure we had all we needed and to tell us to just call if we needed anything. Breakfast was good to start the day - variety of items. The pool was a little cool for my liking but our grandson had a great time in it. Everything was neat and clean. No problems at all! Great stay.

Safest, cleanest, best facility in the Ashtabula area. (Seriously, dont go anywhere else. Yuck.)The facilities are modern, the rooms are up to date and classy.The front desk staff went above and beyond. My mother was having trouble getting around on her walker, and couldnt really hold herself up and both women rushed right to her aid without hesitation. No one these days does that, no one. I cant thank them enough for their patience and help. They were incredible. (Thank you both, again, so much!)Prices are comparable and you get what you pay for. Absolutely will go back there when Im able. Youre not going to find a better hotel or staff in the area. Period.

We recently stayed at this hotel on two separate nights. Our first night was a quick stop to sleep but we liked it so much we booked a room for the return trip. I had my two kids with me and things were a bit chaotic. The man at the front desk was incredibly nice and engaged with them which is exactly what they needed after such a long drive. My room was immaculate and the beds were so comfy. Also, that tv is there size of my kitchen table, probably bigger actually. In the chaos of packing up and leaving I managed to leave items behind. Made it all the way to Illinois before I realized it. I called the hotel and within an hour my items were found, and we had a plan to have them shipped to me. I felt so dumb but they were so helpful and kind about the whole situation. I’ve stayed at many hotels but this one is clean and full of kind employees. It was a breath of fresh air staying here. Thank y’all so much for being so wonderful.

Rooms were very small compared too our stay at best western (erie PA) … we paid more than double the price for a room here at Fairfield… the price is just ridiculous to stay here.. 230$ for a double bed room for 1 night!We paid 100$ at best western for double bed, pull out couch 2 TVs huge bathroom for 1 night at Best Western… if I were you I would save your $$ and go to any bear by hotel, holiday inn, Hampton inn etc. they are also very strict on having visitors.

The hotel was so clean and new. The beds were very comfortable and the Spire Institute was only 10 minutes away for my daughter’s volleyball tournament. Breakfast was good and there was a lot of items to choose from.

All in all, we enjoyed our stay here and this was a very nice hotel! The rooms were modern, clean, and beautiful. We chose this hotel rather than the Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn nearby mainly due to the modernness and the large TVs, which turned out to be quite nice. We stayed in a suite, which has 2 55 inch TVs and I was very glad to have them compared to the competitors’ 32 inch screens. The downside to the multiple TVs was that there was only 1 remote to control both TVs in the room, and it proved to be nearly impossible to adjust one tv without the other one following suit because of the close proximity. This was a very annoying issue and ultimately the solution was to move very close to each TV while using the remote so as to not set off the other TV. Another con, which is only relevant to the suites, are that we personally found the couch to be very firm and uncomfortable. Both of the receptionists were very pleasant, and there were no questions asked even though we checked out about 15 minutes later than the scheduled 12:00 checkout time. However, for those who care, beware that masks are apparently optional for employees of this hotel as of February 28th, 2022, because the receptionist who checked us in was not wearing one, although the receptionist who checked us out the following day did have one.

Front desk attendant named Ethan has a terrible attitude with all the customers In the lobby. Had issues finding my reservation, had to show him my email confirmation to believe me I had one.I couldn’t make it to the first night to check in due to work complications. 3 nights were paid for, totaling to 537. He stated Only one night was paid for and I have the receipt in front of him confirming he was wrong. Though insisting to pay again for the room. He started a argument with me for asking him to show me company policy details. He raised his voice in hostility for just simple questions that are very important to his job. People were filled in the lobby, good way to set the example for Fairfield’s Ethan! I advise not to stay at the Austinburg location in Ohio. If they chose to hire that kind of temperament, then god only knows what else to follow in that hotel.

The room was very nice. Clean large bathroom. The only thing missing was a full length mirror. The man that checked us in was very nice and helpful.
