I purchased a 21 ft flagpole over 1 year ago. I went to their store and picked it up. The office staff was amazing and Ive been very happy with their product. The included flag was great quality and I flew 2 flags on the pole [2 3x5) everyday with no issues. We sold our house and I will be making another trip to Eastlake, Ohio to purchase another one.

EZPOLE made it affordable, but maybe not easy... thanks to this red clay soil we have in the upstate of SC LOL. I am very proud being able to have a flagpole on my front lawn. I do not like the from above lit flags, so I purchased a very bright LED floodlight and set it at the base of my lamp post (no digging). Also, I am in a Trail Life USA troop and my flag is often borrowed for special Upstate events. I think it brings a lot of cohesiveness to our campouts. I get national alerts via email that tell me when it is time to lower to half staff and raise it up again.Show you are proud to be an American. Put up a flagpole and display the colors correctly. A summary of the flag code is included with orders from EZPOLE. Of course there are many different styles of FP so pick the one that is right for you. Show your children how to fold the US Flag. Street frontage doesnt do this place justice. If youre a patriot youll want to go in and check out all they have to offer. Some really great shirts and merchandise on offer, clean store and really friendly staff.

I just have to say, an AMAZING flagpole and with AMAZING customer service and warranty!!! I bought a Ezpole Liberty pole 2 years ago(Dec 2018) and needed VERY high realiability for high winds.(These things break alot in storms)...the video of it withstanding hurricane winds sold it. Boy, was i not dissapointed. I orgionally lived in Southern Comiefornia where maybe 1 in 1000+ houses have a flagpole and the Santa Ana winds could suprise you popping up at 50mph+ all the time...This thing stood proud like the stars and stripes it supports!....I now live in Idaho(THANK YOU GOD) where a much more appricitave populace lives with about 1 in 10 houses having actual full size poles like these....1 year here now and we have CONSTANT winds of 30mph+, Snow, Sleet, Freezing Temps, 108+ temps, etc...Again, this pole has deffinately made my life EZ not having to worry about constantly running out in all the different windstorms worrying if its going to break and drop it.....I had a small issue about a year ago(So small ive forgotten what it was) but I recall EZPOLE helping very fast and efficiantly...now, today i have an issue with one of my locking parts, and while the pole still functions fine even with that, I speak to a Daniele who is newer to the sales and marketing Mgmt position...BOOM!...Not only does she listen, offer help, get me functioning 100%, she immediately send replacement!!! WOW!!! Customer service like that almost, sadly, is gone like that...I can see why she has been appointed to the position....Ya, long story here, but every typed word here MORE than deserved...In summary, if you want a OUTSTANDINGLY built flagpole MADE IN AMERICA, and with top notch customer service and warranty, buy EZPOLE...YOU.WONT.BE.DISAPOINTED. Bought a 21 Defender Pole. It looks AMAZING and really makes the property pop. What I dont like. Is even though it is heavily concreted in, the first pole that slides into the sleeve seems a bit too small so the pole shakes a LOT. Just a very mild breeze and the flag flies nicely but so does the pole. Ive put up basketball goals with the same amount of concrete I used or less and didnt move this much. To be honest thats the only thing Im not fond of. Again, it looks AMAZING just dont like the wobbling.Update. Downgraded to one star due to it not swiveling as promised. The sole purpose i bought the model i did is so it would move in the wind and not wrap around the pole. When down and slack on flag it swivels perfectly. When the flag is up and the bottom one is down, it pulls on the top one and doesnt allow it to swivel causing the flag to wrap around the pole. The flag flips on itself constantly making me have to take it down and fix it and the swivel pieces constantly get stuck in random places. Definitely not worth the money that you pay for it.
Very happy with the quality of the flagpole and accessories. However, the customer service was even better! Highly recommend their products to fly your American flag on an American pole!
Bought the wrong size flagpole wanted to return, will cost over $50 to return it they do not have free returns very disappointed... trying to reach someone is very disappointing. havent put the flag pole up yet. I would recommend shopping elsewhere you can get the same polls from Amazon with free return shipping...
I received a defender series flagpole from EZPole as a gift for fathers day this summer. I was very proud of this gift and it was the focal point of my property for a short time. We had a typical rainstorm come through our area of Oklahoma one evening and I woke to my flagpole being snapped at the base. It was not a strong storm, below average by Oklahoma standards, and I only had one 3x5 flag on the pole. I was very disappointed! THEN, I call to get a replacement shaft from the manufacturer and thats when I realized that this was going south quick. The lady on the phone was very short, seemed upset that I had even called and bothered her, and had a tone that was completely unacceptable. All I wanted was to get a replacement so I would have the flagpole up for my sons birthday party. I refuse to do any more business with this company and will order a different pole from a business who respects their customers. Just wanted to warn other potential customers that if you want quality and service after the sale to look elsewhere, this company has neither.
Great service, great product, check out their Facebook ad, and all the chicks that work there are hot!!!! Customer service was second to none. if I would have saw the ad on Facebook sooner I wouldnt have missed the Trump caravan in Cleveland last Saturday.

What is the wind speed for a 21 foot collapsible pole with 1 flag? We live where there is strong winds sometimes and I dont want to break or bend.
Dont go by the times posted. Apparently those are more of a suggestion than actual hours of operation. This is the 3rd time I have gone to the store during the hours they have posted and they were closed.

2022-04-27Purchased my first flag from them in April 2020 and was happy at the price and quality. Within the first year the locking mechanism broke and they shipped out a new one.Less than a year after receiving my replacement pole, it has broke again. This time the flimsy button that stops the top section broke off.The warranty only covers the original pole, and to get this fixed they want me to pay for shipping there and shipping back.It isnt worth it, as these poles only tend to last for about a year. I was very cognizant and took the flag down in any heavy weather. Disappointed to say the least.

2022-07-01I thought it was a flag store. But when me and my friend went inside, the social environment was toxic. Everywhere I looked was plastered with negative, hurtful, and derogatory messages. Overall, the store was a total scam and sick joke to just get peoples attention. And I think the people who run the store should think about both sides of the spectrum.

2022-03-15I ordered the package and was told the light would be shipped separately. I still have not received the solar light. When I contacted the customer service was told it was shipped. Given tracking number but was unable to track.. the pole falls down I medium winds. Would not recommend this unit.

2021-09-21Tropical Storm Ida turned into Hurricane Ida shortly after retiring for the night. I was sad to see that my flagpole snapped at the bottom. I had the EZ Pole Defender. I called to find out how to go about getting a replacement pole. Was happy to find that the damage was covered under warranty. All I was asked was to cover shipping. New pole came in within days of calling. Appreciated the friendly customer service and the pride that is taken in guaranteeing your products.

2021-07-01I had purchased a liberty flag pole back in march and the third portion of the flag pole had come apart above the cam lock. So I called the the company to see if there was a way to repair this section and there was not. The people I talked to didnt hesitate and said the pole was still under warranty and they sent out another pole. Thank you guys speedy and customer service you provide. Sincerely Lynn Curry

2021-11-16Bought a flag pole from ez pole in the summer of 2020. In October of 2021 the plastic pulley broke. EZ would not replace it so i bought another for $12. They sent it with zero instruction and rivets that require a rivet gun which i dont have. Called their customer service and they were zero help. Can a metal pole withstand 120mph wind? Sure. Can a metal pole with a plastic pulley last over time? No!Save your money and buy from china. Same quality, warranty and customer service.

2020-10-02Bought my 2nd. telescopic pole from them after the first one 10 years ago. One at the house one at the office. Fly it proudly. Great product!
