We didnt have an appointment but we only waited 15 minutes to get an eye exam. Patti explained the cost for the glasses and applied the veteran discount. The two pairs of glasses were ready in under an hour. Everyone was professional and friendly.

I had such a wonderful experience with both sides. The Doctor’s office was able to fit me for a new prescription and the ladies working there really went above and beyond to assist me. Afterward, I went next door where I was given step by step assistance and courtesy. I love my glasses! Two pair, an exam, and new prescription with no insurance was surprisingly affordable! I will definitely be back again!

I was very impressed by how friendly and professionally that I was treated. After I was fitted for my glasses, it only took 32 minutes for them to be ready. WOW! excellent.

This was the most enjoyable experience. The fact that the Optometrist is in the same bldg and gives your Rx without any issue unlike at Walmart. Then when I went to pick out my glasses, you could touch everything without getting yelled at. The prices were great. Then got my glasses within 15 mins!!!!! I highly recommend.
I usually get nervous at the eye doctors, I guess thats probably because I get rushed in the eye exam. That never happened with Dr. Timmons he took his time and explained everything, I feel he did an excellent job, proof of that would be when I look through my glasses everything is crisper and clearer than ever before. I will definitely recommend them and be back even though they are an hour away.

I went without an appointment because I had broken my glasses. They set up an appointment for the eye doctor with me because my prescription was outdated and he took me right in gave me a thorough examination I went back into the Eyemart Express room and the girl fitted my glasses turned them in to have the lenses fix and I was out of there in about 2 hours. The Eyemart express is a really great place to go for eye exams n glasses. They are nice n really helpful.
They were really good. I was disappointed that I was not able to receive my glasses the same day do to equipment issues which I know is not there fault just wished they would of told us over the phone.

Sarah did a fantastic job helping both me and my sister find the right glasses for us. She was very patient with us (we can be a little indecisive), and she did everything she could to make the process quick, easy, and even kind of fun.
This place is a great place to get your glasses! The staff was so friendly and helpful and followed the COVID measures to keep you safe! The selection of glasses were amazing and I found the most beautiful frames that look great on me! And they were ready in less than an hour! I’m was going back to get sunglasses anyway but at checkout they gave me a $99 dollar coupon for sunglasses! I am very pleased how my appointment went!Thank you so much! So nice so organized so informed and able to communicate with us completely and comfortably. I knew nothing of this process when I walked in the door with my wife for added support. Within 10 minutes we were signed in and seated with Michelle our sales representative, super informed person. With ease and clarity she directed us through what they had to offer what choices were ours and how we might make the best decisions. Selection of frames for me was easy, I simply chose one pair of plastics frames and one pair of wire frames which is pretty much what I liked when I used Cheaters Now my needs for correcting my vision was more difficult because of stigmatism. This was not a problem and they were able to fill my prescription and the price was unbelievably Fair and acceptable to me.This was around 1:30 and Michelle said that they would be ready by 4 pm that same dayand she would be happy to give us a call when they were ready. So we decided to have lunch and 38 minutes later we received a text saying that my two pairs of glasses were ready.They were perfect I had no issues with anything I couldnt have been more pleased. That was it, done. Not to mention many more guarantees and opportunities for savings too numerous to mention.Dont miss out on this store if you need a pair of glasses you wont do any better.

Same day glasses who could beat that! The lady was very patient and helpful with my 4 year old daughter. My phone ended up dying while waiting to be called in and she was also nice enough to come to my car to get us when it’s was ready for us to come in! On top of that I got two pairs of glasses out of pocket for less than I paid elsewhere for one pair with insurance! I’ll definitely be returning!!!!
I had to take my 7 year old daughter in to get new glasses because she lost her first pair. Let me start by saying rene who helped us was amazing in making sure my daughters glasses fit right. She was super friendly as well. The price was great $90 for 2 pairs of glasses and they were done in half an hour. I will definitely be returning.

We were greeted as soon as we walked through the door, despite having quite a bit of other customers there.The associate, Kristen K., that helped us was amazing. She was very positive...not like we were bothering her by needing to choose glasses. And she made sure we understood that if the glasses were not comfortable or my son could not see properly, we could bring the glasses back as many times as we needed to in order to make them correct.I have never had a negative experience here. We have been using Eyemart Express for about 10 years now.

We had a great experience at Eyemart Express in Niles. Michelle was wonderful! I considered giving 4 stars because of the long wait, but with all things considered (price and service) I can always learn to be more patient. Glad we went there for our glasses and well definitely be recommending them to our friends and family.
I hated my glasses that I got pressured into getting 2 years ago at my eye doctor’s office. I could not afford new ones from the same place so my mom suggested eye mart express. You don’t have to have an appointment you are able to walk in, everything is sanitized, and pick your own style with also what is most affordable to you. The employees are very friendly and welcoming if you are going to the Niles location, request Megan if she is not busy she is absolutely amazing. In the end I got 2 pairs of glasses for $180 instead of one pair for $400. You get your glasses with in the hour that you are in there and what’s even greater is they cut out the middle man that most private offices go through for their lenses which can make things a lot more expensive. Overall, I had the best experience I love my glasses and they can do eye exams there if you don’t have your prescription from a previous doctor.
Stopped in to check out the frames and was pleasantly surprised by the selection!! When I went back to get my glasses Megan was super nice, helpful and efficient. I got two pairs of awesome fashionable glasses for less than I normally pay for one pair!!! Definitely will be coming back!!!
I’ve been taking my son here for several years and was always pleased with everything...until Friday. (1-3-2020) I took his broken glasses in to be repaired. When I signed in, I asked Rene approximately how long the wait was. She was as rude as could be as well as being condescending. In the past, I’ve always dealt with Kristen but she is no longer there. She was amazing. I also know of 2 other patients who have had negative experiences, solely with Rene. That being said, everything else was wonderful.

2022-01-30Niles ohio location did a great job. In under 2hrs I had an eye exam and 2 new pairs of glasses. The ladies in the Dr. Office side were very kind and polite. The gentleman in the glasses side I had was Kevin. He helped me save a few bucks with a current deal I wasnt aware of. They were very informative and make the whole interaction simple. Had My glasses in under 1hr. I had called that morning and they managed to fit me in before it got busy. Great experience.

2022-01-19First let me say I was in a bit of a time crunch. I was helping neighbors clear their driveway after the snow and I set my old glasses down. When I went back to get them they were gone. I called around and found eye mart. They have a sale at a really good price and I thought I’d give them a shot. After my eye exam the staff helped me pick out frames and explained the Ben if it’s of the different lenses. I got two pairs of glasses for 188 and that included insurance for my glasses. If this wasn’t good enough they finished both pairs in 36 minutes. I couldn’t be more happy with my experience here. If you are on a budget come here. If you want nicer glasses come here also. I should note that I do have insurance so they covered a lot of the cost for my frames. But still to leave with a set of metal oakleys is fantastic for what I paid. I cannot recommend them enough.

Staff and the Dr were really respectful and professional as well. Good job eyemart! Kevin was the one on the glasses side that helped me. I was impressed by him also

2022-06-15We were able to find 2 pairs of glasses that my daughter loved. She is very picky for an 8 year old getting her first pair of glasses.We knew they would be quick to get her glasses ready. They always say an hour but usually it’s 11-15 mins.

2022-05-24Had an eye exam and sunglasses within 1.5 hours, and that was picking out two pairs of frames.Was given an ETA of 2 weeks for my regular glasses as they didnt have the lenses in stock for my order. Was notified yesterday that second pair was ready (one week/not two).Also a big shout out to Sarah! Big help on picking out frames and going over options with regular and sunglasses..Thanks!!

2022-04-23Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Convenient with eye Dr. next door, certain hours! Ran in on a busy Saturday, and a nice young lady( with cool piercings ) quickly fixed 2 of my sons glasses that had been mangled in gym class! Also, accepted my work insurance. Niles can be hectic, but in a decent area of the mall plaza.

2022-05-01They were AMAZING with my son who is on the spectrum!!!! From the staff to the Dr. The whole experience was amazing. And we got 2 pair of glasses for what | would of pay for a half pair somewhere else! Ill never go elsewhere!!!!!
