I went to extra space after having a hard time accessing my trailer at the previous storage lot, the spots are big enough for you to walk around your trailer while storing it and the facility is very clean and easily accessible, it seems extremely secure and the price is very reasonable. And to top it all off the staff is top notch! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good storage facility.
If i could give 10 stars I would! Rhea was so helpful. She stayed late at least three times doing things to help us. I would highly recommend this place to anyone just because of the great customer service you receive. Also the units are very clean and there is lots of room in the lot to maneuver around if anyone else is in a unit close to you. All the employees were always nice!
Rhea has been very helpful so far during this process. Not finished yet but we feel comfortable that she will be giving good service through this process. Good follow up. She called me twice since I made the initial Call yesterday and gave very detailed info as to sizes available and costs and what you offer. Rhea is GREAT!!! So helpful. I was downsizing from a 3 bedroom 2 bath house to a 1 bedroom 650 sq ft ranch. No storage, no basement nothing. I had already rented 1 storage unit but then ended up needing 2 bigger ones. I cant say enough about how helpful she was.

Very friendly service and nice size indoor unit. Rhea even included my lock and more. I really appreciated that because I was looking last minute and she had one available right then and there. My entire stay went smoothly I’d happily go back when need be.

The web reservation didnt function properly because of high demand for units, but the national help line answered right away and reserved a unit for me. Within minutes I got a call from the staff at my local location and they had me set up and ready to use my unit within 10 minutes. Ill definitely use their services again in the future.

This has been a great experience. The unit is spotless, in great shape, lit very well with the amount of exterior lighting throughout the facility. Easy to get in and out. Setting up the agreement and insurance should be modeled by other companies as it was extremely nice for me to do everything as a “self-help” service completely online. Highly recommended.
We rented a storage unit here for approximately 10 months and never had any issues. Always kept very clean and the staff has always been very friendly. The payment is automatically drafted out of my account so I didn’t have to remember to pay the bill each month.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the Extra Space storage on Glendale Mildford. Judi and her staff are phoeminal. Several times I left my storage bin unlock and received a call immediately. On several ocassions I saw staff members surveying the property for safety. It was a great feeling knowing my valuables were stored and being properly looked after, especially since the storage place was so far away from where I live.

Ive been a customer for over 5 years and when I moved out everything in my storage unit was just as I left it... Rhea has been excellent in extending a extra moment to make sure I avoided late fees by giving a friendly reminder that my payment date was approaching.. the was always nice and clean and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful I would recommend this place to everyone!

The staff(Ashlee) was very personable and looking to get me the best deal possible. It’s actually very awesome for those between apartments like myself that need short term storage for a couple weeks. The first month is free, and if you go over on your expected stay then it’s prorated. You won’t be stuck with a $100+ Bill for a couple days or weeks. Highly recommend!

I have 2 units at this location and from the day I walked in a young lady by the name of Ashley was very helpful and polite to me. I never had a unit before so she was patient with me explaining pricing and unit space she even took me out to see one because I didn’t know if the one I reserved would be big enough lol. The ladies in the office is very compassionate and they do an awesome job keeping the premises clean!!! I would recommend this place to ANYONE!!!!!! Remember, you get what you pay for and here at Self storage, its worth every penny!!!! 24hr surveillance cameras all over the premises, slams on all storage units and Woodlawn police stay watching the area!!! I appreciate the time in the beginning to have a place to store my items,etc. But each year the cost went up and up and the storage size was the same! Even went to senior discount one Month and the very Next Month was increased more. Thanks but No Thank You.
Extra Space Storage staff is friendly and helpful, but insulation falls off ceiling making mess on your things So, everything has to be covered with plastic and prices are high. I have to deal with high price because no local storage near me had space I needed.

Very disappointed in width of space. The trailer in the space beside us scraped our RV. The owner split and did not take care of fix. The rate keeps going up around every 6 months isnt what we want.

Becky and Christie are very polite and professional. I reserved a unit online a couple weeks earlier for no money down. Today I just had a walkthrough of the property and my unit. The whole process is easy and Becky and Christie are more than happy to answer any questions. The only things I would subtract are things that were out of their control such as insurance for your property youre storing and the sales tax. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and I would gladly recommend this storage facility to anyone

Im not satisfied with Extra Space Storage. They continously raise their prices. Ive been there 1 year and they have raised the price 3 times. Im removing my items immediately.

Wow guys if you ever need storage in the Woodlawn area COME HERE. They (Chrystie and Becky) are the nicest and most helpful people ever. I needed storage on short notice and it was the most painless process. Highly recommend!
On Saturday February 21 it was snowing pretty hard most of the day and my daughter was on her way to Cincinnati in a U-Haul truck with all of her things. She had already secured a facility somewhere else in Cincinnati and my husband and I showed up to get the keys and they were nowhere to be found, closed without warning. I knew my daughter needed to off load the truck when she arrived and there was no one there. So we went to Extra Space Storage. They were open and we were accommodated immediately. This saved my daughter from paying an extra day for the U-Haul truck, what a blessing. We will never do business with any other company again.
The ladies were very friendly. They made sure we had all the information we needed and gave us a nice tour of the grounds and storage units in the Golf Cart. They even explained the security of the unit.
Chrystie was awesome! She had me in and out in a matter of no time! Great customer service! Clean facility! Awesome prices!! Everything I needed was right there.

Couldnt recommend this place more! Chrystie went above and beyond for me. Not to get too detailed, but Ive recently won a lifetime supply of Prego spaghetti sauce. That would be great news normally, Prego is a quality product, and it almost tastes just like Grandma used to make (She used Ragu, so not quite!) The problem is I think theyre sending simply too much Prego Spaghetti sauce. I get two boxes every other week, and there are six jars in each box. I won last year, and I have a number of boxes I havent even opened yet, even though my family and I had gone from having Spaghetti Wednesdays to having Spaghetti Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and every other Sundays. Theres simply too much sauce! I had to get the boxes out of my garage. The first place I went to had evidence of a mice infestation, in that the woman behind the counter had a mouse upon her shoulder. I left without a word! I made my way to Extra Space Storage, and Chrystie was behind the counter. She did not have a mouse on her shoulder, and she assured me there were no mice on the grounds. I now have a storage space for all of my jars of Prego! Chrystie was helpful and kind, and it was a pleasure to have her help me.
Rhea was extremely helpful and efficient in setting up my rental.
Ive had a unit here for 5 months and on my latest payment they raised my monthly payment by almost $70 with no warning. When I went in to put something in the unit, I found that insulation foam has fallen so much that it looks like it snowed inside the unit. There is insulation in EVERYTHING.

They have rodents (mice, rats)feces through out storage. Insulation stuff falling off the ceiling on to my items. The young lady at the desk has a terrible attitude as though she woke up on the wrong side of the bed.
I was having issues figuring out the gate code so i has to go inside for help and the girls were so kind and took care of my issue right away!
I recently had a family emergency and I was unable to pay but thanks to the people at extra space storage, they are willing to work with me so that i can pay in a timely fashion. Thank you so much for understanding!

2022-05-13My experience was HORRIBLE!!!! I selected a unit for $67 but then the office called to confirm and said that to get the first month free I had to go up in price on my unit. I ended up having to pay $124 monthly for the unit and then she did not tell me that she was charging me for insurance or a lock. She told I had to go purchase the lock I wanted on my unit. I get to the storage place only to find a cylinder lock in the unit that they charged me for so I wasted $15 buying a lock. Also upon calling the office to find out how to install the lock, the automated system said my next payment of $180 will be due in June! How? And then the lady in the office was nasty and rude. Upon entering the office before our interaction even began I said out loud to myself that I was not rating this a good experience so far because of the lock situation and she got very defensive and turned quickly turned and snarled “why what’s your problem?” …… overall it was horrible and the lady in the office has a nasty attitude

2021-07-17Ashley you were great and really nice. I love the storage area and the pricing was really good. One of the biggest things is they offer storage insurance that is a great idea. No worries about acts of God or theft. Thank you for making me feel comfortable.7/17/21Rhea was so nice so sweet and so helpful. I have been with extra space for every time I’ve needed a storage place and the service has always been the same. Rhea is what made the experience great because she cared about my situation and issues. She didnt just rent a storage space and onto the next tenant. Thanks again for all your help.

2022-02-15Clean and reliable. My items weren’t damaged in my 5x10 space. Location very convenient with a goodwill Up the street. I rented from them almost 3 years. The prices kept creeping up over the years. I couldn’t justify $115 storage space from $79.99 this price increase. I started out paying $36 to $49 to $63 then $79. I was able to find something much cheaper with the same amenities a few minutes from home. Just be mindful of the price increases and your need.I highly recommend to rent.
