2021-10-13Very impressed! Jim was able to come same day, identified the issue with my leaky 18 yr old washing machine right away and made absolutely sure there were no other issues before leaving. He was priced incredibly fair and was very professional while also being personable. I appreciated his knowledge and honesty. Glad I found this great hometown resource! Will use again!

2019-10-09Exceptional Service! The owner is very customer focused and gets the job done quickly and efficiently. Ive had several emergency service needs and Jim finds a way to squeeze me into his workday. Im guessing he has likely missed a family dinner or two taking care of customers like me. Always fair in price as well. If you need repair services this company is the call you need to make!

2019-10-11Jimmy was absolutely the most professional repair person I have ever delt with. I am an executive director at a health care facility, and have been through many companies for our washer/dryer issues. Jimmy was the first to address our issues on the first visit, and not give us the runaround. He is very knowledgeable, I highly recommend Expert Laundry Repair!

2019-11-03Ive called Jim three times I think, in the past couple years. Im not ready to give the old Maytags a viking funeral, he has been able to suggest solutions and track down parts for my older machines, and they run like new...until the next old part wears out — like a bearing. This past time I texted him on a Sunday night, shared a short video and he immediately knew what the issue was and asked How bout tomorrow afternoon? By dinner the washer was working again. Hes a great guy, knows his stuff and services a surprisingly wide area of Central/NE Ohio. Highly recommended. Chris in Rocky River.
