Kathy has booked trips for our family to both Mexico & the Dominican Republic. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable about traveling to these destinations, but she recommended the best resorts & our trips have always gone very smoothly and I attribute that to her hard work!

Received a gift certificate from Tundraland for work that was done on our home using their services. Trying to make a reservation was like pulling teeth as you could not pick a property you can only pick a location and then they send you what they pick. Ok we made the best of that but now due to a family member being ill we needed to either change or cancel our reservation but when I called the woman was rude and not helpful at all. Out the money we put down now. Big joke!

Extremely disappointed with our service with this agency. Everything seems to have been last minute and was assured if we ran into issues while traveling they would help. Currently stuck in an airport and missing days at our resort. We were booked with bad airline and the agent has been essential no help.

Karen W helped our group of 8 find a great location for a stellar price. When we booked the trip about a year in advance the price was almost $400 more than we ended up paying thanks to Karen keeping on top of price drops. She also gave us great excursion tips and the lowdown for our airport transfers. Weve already called her to book another group trip. Thanks Karen!
