Just like to personally thank Tyler in service for helping to get my grasshopper mower fixed and back together. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, professional and went above and beyond. Very happy with my experience and would highly recommend. This is where I purchased my used mower 15+ years ago and always had good experience sales, service and parts.

I recently purchased a Gravely Zero Turn mower from Casey. He was knowledgeable and efficient to deal with. Unlike other local dealers he didn’t play games with pricing. He was upfront with all costs. I purchased late on a Friday and needed it ready early Saturday morning. He had it ready and clean as well as put it on my trailer quickly. I am extremely happy with my purchase at Evolution thanks to Casey.

Travis D. helped me pick out a Leaf Blower for my residence. I appreciated that he was very laid back, not pushy and not a “know it all” that makes you feel like you don’t know what you’re talking about. I knew very little about what to look for in a Blower so I was counting on Travis to educate me.He was very patient with all of my questions, and they had a demo model he let me fire up and use out back. THAT is one of the big things that sold me! Once I could feel the weight of the blower on my back, and experience the actual control and use of the handle and trigger, I started to understand the differences between the brands and models.I was ready to just grab a random brand/model off of the shelf of some big-box store, but I’m so glad I gave this place a chance. I really wanted to buy it somewhere that could service it as well, which they do.If you want excellent service & knowledge, with a relaxed attitude and no high pressure sales, go see Travis D. at this location.

My Cub Cadet tractor hit a tree root and was damaged. Evolution did a nice job replacing the blades and missing spring. Tractor was picked up and dropped off. Work was done on time. Charges were very reasonable. Staff was great. Thanks !

I worked with Don to pick out the right sized tractor for our 20 acre horse farm - we ended up with the LX2610 and I’ve put it through it’s paces over the last couple of weeks couldn’t be happier. Don wasn’t pushy, he was responsive, knowledgeable, and an overall great sales professional. I’d definitely recommend.

I have a Kubota tractor that has been serviced for 25 years by the Delaware store- all with favorable results. The Delaware service department was backed up, so the Plain City store took it to their service department as they indicated it would be fixed quicker there. Plain City service deserves 0 stars, but that is not possible here. I had a quote for the amount and asked them to check out the charging system. They did, said the part was $40 and put it in. Did not fix the problem. They then sent my alternator out to be rebuilt - without confirming with me first- that fixed the problem. Five weeks later and now the bill is $900 vs the $300 that I had originally been quoted. I never received a call from MIke. I had to call them every time to get info on my tractor- they never once called me. The lack of communication was unacceptable and inexcusable. If you want good service at a reasonable price with good communication- GO ELSEWHERE! ! ! I am not posting under my real name.

We had used a different Kubota dealership in the past and had a good experience but we were in the area and decided to try evolution ag in Delaware. We traded in a 2 year old Kubota tractor to get a larger one. The process was quite bumpy to say the least but I understand this is a busy time for these folks so thats why I left any stars at all. Our newest tractor was delivered (24k tractor) and I immediately went to try her out and use the finish mower on the back. LITERALLY one hour into mowing and a pin had come off of the finish mower resulting in a bent linkage and lost piece to connect the finish mower. Contacted evolution ag right away to get new parts ordered since I had owned the tractor for all of one hour. They got the parts in and let me tell you... they made ME pay for the parts!!! I cant tell you how disappointed I am for buying a tractor here. Hard to believe that an hour worth of mowing and losing a piece is user error. We will never be back and will never recommend this company.

This is a GREAT place! I bought my 1st Kubota zero turn here back when they were Buckeye Tractor. Over the years the people at Evo Ag have been extremely helpful and great to work with. I have bought 2 Kubota zero turns, a BX series tractor, log splitter, and chainsaw there. I always use their winter service to be sure my equipment is ready to go. On the rare occasion I needed something repaired their parts and service departments have been outstanding. Thanks for everything from sales to service Casey, Chad, Ryan, and everyone at Evo Ag!

They got my Toro Timecutter running like new. I had a gasket leaking oil onto the exhaust and some other regular maintenance that needed done. It’s running perfectly now.

My mower had a bad tire so I bought a new tire fromTSC & they helped put that new tire on for $35 and it took less than an hour. The gentleman who put my tire on was very knowledgeable & kind.
