Ill start off by saying the place in Avon is beautiful. Its very warm and inviting, even the rest rooms are immaculate and decorated very tastefully. The owner gave me my massage and she did not disappoint. Lots of attention to detail on troubled areas and she really took her time to make sure I was comfortable and enjoying my massage. I will definitely be back again soon.
My husband and I had a couples deep tissue massage with hot stones done by Jazmine and Kaylee. It was AMAZING! The entire 60-90 minutes was full hands on and worked out all the places I asked specifically to target. For this being my first full body massage, I was beyond happy with my experience and very comfortable throughout the entire massage. I will definitely be going here again and recommending them to all of my friends and family!
I cannot say enough about these incredible therapists. Ive had many services with different therapist here and i HIGHLY recommend them all ! Each session i walk out feeling like a new woman . I Can tell a huge difference after just an hour ! The staff is so personable, professional and thorough . Also , Extremely Knowledgeable , informative and educational on all their products, Making me feel SAFE and ready to RELAX !!!! If you’re in the Avon or Strongsville area , BOOK THAT APPOINTMENT! You will not be disappointed .
I highly recommend! Deanna provided the best deep tissue massage I have ever received. All of the staff are extremely professional. The treatment rooms and restrooms are beautiful and meticulously clean. I appreciate the detail from the hot towels to the relaxing music. An extremely serene, welcoming, comfortable, modern atmosphere without feeling the slightest bit pretentious. Booking online was a super convenient plus!
I just left my deep tissue massage with Jazmine and it may have been the best massage I have ever gotten. The location was beautiful, Jazmine was incredibly professional, and I was able to get in the next day for an appointment. I will definitely be back in the future!
I had my first massage with Jazmine. She was highly professional and made me feel so comfortable. I would recommend her to my friends! The place was very clean and you get a sense of comfort and class. The massage room was nice, clean and the bed was amazing. Definitely would recommend anyone looking to relax. I never usually give bad reviews but lately it seems like either people just dont care about their job or they hire individuals who dont know what their doing. I bought a gift certificate for my dads birthday back in July. It was worth $60. We finally decide to put it to use yesterday before his surgery. We made an appointment online for yesterday morning, (I screenshot everything) and once my dad drove all the way out there the kid at the door gave him the run around about entering the building. He told him he needed his information before entering, which is fine but when my dad gave it they couldnt find his appointment. A woman told him they didnt do $60 gift cards and his appointment was never scheduled. She rescheduled it for later yesterday and he went back and then she charged him and extra $20 for the neck & back massage he got. She said it was $85 and that online it would never say $65. She over charged my dad for his appointment and also lied about the price. I have proof about the date/time and the gift card. He even gave the girl an extra $20 for the massage. It wasnt that girls fault but I think this place is very unprofessional. I would never suggest this place to anyone much less get an online gift card since they apparently dont honor them.Edit: Sorry for my mistake? No mistake here, I have my proof as well. I would not schedule something after his surgery. Im not that incompetent. But you might want to check your website and fix those errors. Dont have neck & back massage for $65 if its not available. And maybe have nicer people that know what their doing next time. Our confirmation said Tuesday 8:30 am with K&K. If that opening wasnt available you shouldnt have had it as an opening on your list online. Since Ive posted this youve called my dad several times while hes at work and I get it youre trying to get this right. But he paid you your extra money and now you have a bad review for not doing your job. Thanks anyways.
My husband and I each had 90 minute massages and from start to finish the experience was amazing. We have had many massages and both agree that our masseuses Deanna and Jazmine both gave the best we’ve had! Hot stones, hot towels and aromatherapy with oils of your choice were some highlights of the experience. We both so feel relaxed and refreshed. So happy to have found this gem and we can’t wait to return.

I definitely recommend going to Essential Escape Avon. Kaitie gave me the best massage I have ever received. She was professional and thorough. She worked on all my problem areas I mentioned while still giving me a relaxing, full body massage. That was the most relaxed I have ever been. I will most definitely be returning to see her as soon as possible!!!
I cannot even begin to describe how incredibly pleased I am with my experience here. Kaitie was extremely welcoming, kind, and professional the entirety of my visit. She made me feel so relaxed all while giving the best massage I have ever received. I loved the combination of the hot stones and hot towels! The atmosphere of the location was phenomenal, very beautiful and calming. It was very clean and all Covid-19 guidelines were followed. I left feeling refreshed. I cannot wait to visit again!

Had my first massage here this afternoon with kaylee. I have to say, it was probably one of the best I have had in a long time. She went above and beyond trying to get all the tension/knots out of my neck and back, which was much needed (especially being a nurse and that being where I carry all the stress from my job—both physical and mental) I for sure will be going back here. The pricing is very fair too, and definitely worth the cost (paying for a quality massage

I had a massage with Kaitie and it was so wonderful! I came in with a lot of neck and shoulder pain as well as frequent headaches, and she took her time taking care of all the trouble spots (which were plentiful!) and I walked away feeling a lot of relief right away. I will absolutely book with Kaitie again!
I had an amazing service done by Kaitlin. I highly recommend making an appointment with her. It was so relaxing and a pleasant experience. She took a lot of tension out of my back and was very detailed to make sure that she was applying enough pressure.

Overall I had a good experience here. The space is warm and inviting and very clean. Jazmine was very nice and gave me a good massage (albeit a bit rough at times - but it was a deep tissue and I have a lot of tension so it makes sense). I wish I was on my stomach a bit more as I feel more comfortable and able to relax on my stomach, but I think it was easier to have me lean my neck to each side so she could get my neck and shoulders easier than on my stomach, so that makes sense, just a bit bummed as I felt like I couldn’t relax as much. Also, I had scheduled a 90 minute message and the 4 stars comes in because it was 90 minutes from literally walking into the massage room to being done and walking out the door - I should have gotten 90 minutes on the table as that is what we paid for. So feel a bit jipped from the sense -I was also waiting on the table after getting undressed waiting for about 5-10 minutes. Which is not big deal but was cutting into my time. Overall I’d say my massage was 70-75 minutes instead of 90. That part was the biggest bummer and that I just couldn’t relax into the table because I wasn’t on my stomach except for maybe 10 minutes.
Went to EE for a couples massage with my husband and Deanna and Jazmine were amazing!! The decor is calming and the aromatherapy is so relaxing and fresh! They were so amazing and I recommend them to anyone in the Avon, north ridgeville area !!
I LOVE this place. I have been a long time customer at their Strongsville location but I had to check it out. Their Strongsville store is cute and cozy with a rustic charm and this one is just as cute inside with a farmhouse vibe. It’s huge inside too, I’m in love!My massage was amazing! This woman has a gift. Heather found every sore muscle in my body. They were able to get me in last minute which was awesome since life is so crazy right now. I love knowing that I can come to either of their locations and expect a great massage. Thank you!!!

I’m not very flexible on time so i use any therapist and have received the best massages from them! They go the extra mile every time and incorporate aroma, hot towels and stones. The staff is also very nice and accommodating.

2022-05-24This place is pure magic. The massages Ive had with Deanna and Jazmine are like nothing Ive ever experienced before and I always walk out feeling like a new person. Sami and Michelle are incredibly knowledgeable about the products they use for aesthetics and are always happy to answer any of my questions (I ask a lot of them!) and make my skin look better than it ever has before. The yoga classes are perfect for creating a total wellness experience. The classes are intentionally kept small to maintain an intimate and relaxing atmosphere, allowing the instructors to really get to know their students which makes for a more personalized experience. If you havent checked this place out yet - I highly recommend you do!

2022-01-20I just had surgery on 12/15 and I will tell you that a massage at Essential Escape is the best pain medicine available. I had Kaylee and she was personable, patient, knowledgeable, and her hands are a gift from God. The place is clean and relaxing and I was able to schedule my massage easily. Also, I had zero issues trying to get someone to answer the phone. Best massage ever if I could rate 6 stars I would!! Thank you and a special thanks to Kaylee!

2021-03-10To start, this Avon location is gorgeous! The minute you walk in, you begin to feel relaxed. Everyone that works here is so nice and professional, which made me even more excited for my massage. I had Kaylee as my therapist, and she was perfect. She listened to my areas of concern and did an amazing job not only with my massage, but with making sure I felt comfortable the whole time. I will definitely be booking here again soon!

2021-05-13From making the appointment to exiting the building, Essential Escape Massage exceeded any expectations that I had. I requested two couples massages on short notice and the staff went beyond to accommodate. The spa is very aesthetic and extremely clean. The massages melted months of stress away. My masseuse was very attentive and overall professional. I think this spa is AMAZING!!
