2022-05-30Its a great place to buy foreign parts. However I feel like the staff is under knowledged and sometimes bothered by your calls. Its really hard to get a call back about a part or an answer on the phone about 1 its kind of turning me against this place. I dont know what happened to customer service in this world?

2021-10-08Got the part I needed. Dude was a little rude with me and my dad but hey, we have our bad days. Thank you for the part. Ill definitely get parts from there for my CR-V! And to the lady who answered the phone, you sounded a little annoyed but you could have been dealing with another customer too, thank you for your help regardless. You both could have just turned me away but didnt. Thank you!

2020-01-23Called about a wheel, the lady who answered the phone was unbelievably rude. She asked me the same question three times and every time I answered her, she had begun talking to someone else in the room. And since she couldnt hear my answer to her question, she would ask again and sound more and more annoyed every time. Never got an answer to my question because it was like talking to a brick wall who was also rude.

2020-10-07I got a battery for them turns out it was a bad one took it back and they made it right no questions thank you Ernies i made it to work on time and didnt have to miss a day

2018-03-13Will not stand behind their rusty parts that they sell. Do not buy here cause if part is rusty and will not work they will not stand behind the products they sell. You will regret buying from arrogant ads.

2017-08-25I just called these guys and the woman that answered the phone apparently doesnt like her job and should really consider finding a new one.. there is no reason to have an attitude with your customers
