Envision is a very professional company to work with. They serviced our showroom, office, and bathrooms, and did an awesome job. Everything looks great and they did it in a very timely manner. We will definitely use them in the future for all of our floor care and cleaning needs.
Envision Commercial Cleaning has been servicing Northgate Mall for several months. They provide cleaning services for us 7 days a week and on multiple shifts. Their staff and management have been incredible to work with. They are very attentive and truly care about doing a great job. We have received several positive reviews about the cleanliness of the mall since Envision took over. I would recommend Envision Commercial Cleaning to anyone looking for a cleaning service. Very professional, punctual, very efficient, and did an amazing job. Our 6 year old carpet looks brand new and I am extremely happy with the service. Saved myself a ton of work trying to rent a carpet cleaner and do it ourselves. I cannot say enough about the service we received and how happy I am with the company.
We used them for a company I work for and I must say I recommend them for intense cleaning of floors and grout, plus strip and wax. They also do a really impressive job with carpet cleaning. It was a pleasure working with Joe as well. Phil also came personally and revised all areas of concerns after the initial cleaners.
Having pets for the last 20 years (and young children) I get my carpets cleaned regularly and I’ve used pretty much every company in Cincinnati. For awhile, I’ve been using the same company, because when you find someone who’s done an exceptional job, why go anywhere else.But, with all the rain we had this Spring, he was tied up for months doing water restoration cleanup.So, I went looking for a temporary replacement and found Envision.I’m not sure I can go back to my regular cleaning guy!Envision went above and beyond in making sure every inch of my carpets were cleaned, sanitized, and stains removed. Even went so far to move furniture and put protective foam underneath to protect my wood furniture from the damp carpet. Even my usual guy never took the time to do that.They were true professionals through and through.I’ll definitely use them again and again.Now I just have to find all the Slime, Flarp, playdough and Aaron’s Thinking putty and THROW IT AWAY!!

Envision has been nothing but great. Theyve done an awesome job with the facility, communication is solid, they pay attention to detail and are reliable. They do what they say they are going to do. Very pleased.
We tried to use them at our union hall and the relationship ended very quickly. They did not show up 30% of the time . On the rare occasion they did show up, it was a sub-par service. We did reach out to the company several times to rectify the situation and it would go well for a week and then back to old ways. I will say this, the people I spoke to on the phone were very nice and seemed to want to fix the problem, but they could not find the employees to do it.

Someone from this place called my place of business trying to solicit his services. While we were interested its something that has to go through our corporate office and the salesman (who seems like he used to be a high pressure used car salesman just a hunch) was not a fan of that answer and then started insulting the intelligence of both myself and my salesman.

I would not recommend this company. Repeat issues with poor quality. Management will tell you that they will work to resolve issues but the problems pop back up.

The Owners sincerely care about their staff and they are the most genuine people I have ever met. Weve hired several cleaning companies for our building over the years, and Envision is the first company that has come through for us. Our tile and terrazzo floors have never looked as clean as they do now, even with salt and snow being tracked in several days in a row recently. And Envision has a great customer support system that allows for quick response time. Were grateful for the time and attention they give to our cleaning needs, and we hope to maintain a long-term business relationship with them.

2020-01-16We hired Envision to clean the tile floors throughout our building. Not only were they extremely professional, but our floors simply look AMAZING. They look like brand new floors! Working in an environment with a lot of dust and other debris, everything truly looks incredible. We will certainly hire again when needed.

When I need quick attention to a matter I can call the owner of the company at anytime and always get a quick resolution to any issue.
