The Customer Representative at (10134 Princeton Glendale Rd. Cincinnati, Ohio 45246) was very unprofessional & rude when he was telling me that he didnt accept the flip over Contract! He would NOT Honor the Rental Contract that I received from an On-line Representative & from another Enterprise Location. He didnt accept the flip over Contract from 10106 Harrison Ave, Harrison. OH 45030 on Monday April 5, 2021. I didnt take the truck from there because it didnt have a hitch for towing. I was very specific to everyone I spoke with since March 27th about what type of Truck I needed. The website also offers UNLIMITED MILEAGE. It didnt say that Truck Rentals are excluded from the UNLIMITED MILEAGE.

This has been the best truck rental experience I have ever had for my last move and I have moved a number of times using different companies like uhaul and Ryder and none of them have been as good as this Enterprise. A+

Reserved truck. Truck was clean and had full tank of gas. Easy return with night drop box at location. Will return for future needs
