This was by far the easiest rental I’ve had. We had an immediate need, and the truck that was rented was perfect for the job. The associates were kind and answered all of our questions, and even provided an additional sleeve for the hitch since I was unsure of the size. The pricing was reasonable and there were no hidden fees. I will definitely rent from them again in the future.

BEST RENTAL EXPERIENCE Ive EVER had! Monica and Tyler exceeded my expectations and were incredible to work with, very professional as well! Very clean and well maintained vehicle, available as promised. I will continue to drive from Columbus to Cincinnati to rent solely from this location. No haggling on daily/weekly rates or mileage, truly a seamless rental experience. Made me a raving fan of this location, Ill without a doubt return to for future truck needs! Best Customer service of any Enterprise location Ever !!!I have been a customer of Enterprise For over 6 years. I have had a pickup truck from them the entire time, I have always used local locations until I Switched to the truck division in Sharonville Ohio back in may of this year to Rent larger diesel pickup trucks instead of gas, a lot of people don’t know this but the selection of vehicles offered is astonishing everything from a F-150 or Chevy 1500 to the F-550 or the Chevy 5500, several specs as well, from base work truck all the way to the Denali and limited packages, and the rates are not too bad either, Especially for business use ... and most of all they have the best customer service at this location that I have ever had. Any issue and it’s handled promptly and professionally. Just ask for Tyler, she’s handled everything amazingly ...

Only one complaint otherwise this would be a five-star review: When I picked up the cargo van I called the number on the sign outside, no one would answer. I had to call at least 10 times, the phone would ring about 20 times and then disconnect. Finally a person answered! When I dropped off no one ever did answer, I finally saw an employee walking through the parking lot and he was able to assist me. Other than the issues with the phone, the van was great, ran like a champ.

We needed to move my mom into a retirement home. As you could imagine, stress was high, and I needed to rent a truck to get her stuff moved into her new home. Working with Andrew was great. He called me in the morning to reassure me that everything was good on their end. The truck and paperwork were ready to go when I arrived. Although I didn’t catch their names, there were two young ladies that greeted me with warm smiles, pulled up the truck and loaded the protective furniture pads for me. The truck was spotless. The walkaround and instructions from Andrew were thorough and efficient. When I needed the rental process to not add any stress to the pile, they truly delivered. I’d highly recommend them.

Called the day before the rental and requested a mini-cargo van. The online system would not let me make a reservation, though I have used the same facility before.When I arrived, no mini-cargo van. They have open-end rentals, meaning the renter can keep the vehicle longer without penalty charges - they just pay extra rental. That would not really have been a problem, but no one told me in advance.I rented a regular cargo van for the same price, and they waived the small charge for going about 10 miles over the 150 miles included in the price. Customer service was great.NOTE: When you enter the parking lot, Enterprise Car rental is on the right. To get to the truck rental areas, you must circle around the back and go to the opposite corner.

My business has rented trucks here for over 3 years. Prices have always been fair, and the workers have always been friendly and helpful. We exclusively use Enterprise, particularly this branch for all of our truck rental needs.

I always rent truck from uhaul, i gave this enterprise truck rental a try since it is very close to my job-site. Rented a F450 flatbed for $85 a day with free 150 miles, less than Uhaul rate! And their customer service was great!

I used this location for several years to rent trucks for business and was definitely impressed. This was always my go to place over anywhere else. Fast forward a couple years and I need to rent a truck for moving. I pick it up on Friday and return it Saturday evening, yet get charged as if I returned it Monday morning (3 days instead of 1). When I used to rent trucks here all the time, as long as we got it back the day we rented through we were good to go. Naturally they didn’t tell me this until I was actually there to pick it up, but had I known ahead of time, I would have went with Penske down the street since they are actually open 7 days a week and while a bit more expensive per day, getting charged for 1 day instead of 3 would have been a much better deal. If you don’t want to get nickeled and dimed for days and hours that your not using your vehicle, I highly recommend going down the steeet to Penske. That is what I will be doing for any future trucking needs that may arise.

Great service both picking up the truck and returning the truck. The truck was decent, no issues. Far better customer service than other rental places I have used in the past.
