Horrible experience both times we attempted renting a vehicle. First time we had reserved a full size truck (F150 or similar) was offered a small Nissan pickup. The manager of this location was off and the fill-in from Medina was an jerk and didnt care. Second attempt to rent full size truck (F150 or similar) for a Saturday pickup. I go in a month in advance and discuss previous failed rental with manager, promises me a full size truck for upcoming hunting trip even moves pick-up time up since they close at noon....fast forward to day of pickup at 10:30 I was informed no trucks are available right now. one may or may not be returned before they close at noon. Leaving me an hour and a half to try to find a full size truck to rent. Skip Wooster and Medina and call the Massillon Enterprise. Wooster offered nothing for the run around and wasted time and energy there mismanagement caused either time.
We have rented with Enterprise before, and have always found the employees to be helpful and courteous. I did not need extra insurance coverage, and they did not pressure me about that. The check-out process was efficient, the car ready when we arrived, and worked flawlessly. Could not imagine a smoother process.
Renting a car has never easier, than with enterprise. I spoke with other rental companies and wasn’t impressed with them at all. We have rented twice with them in the past 3 months and will be renting again in August. The friendliness, professionalism, and willing to accommodate you is great. Any questions asked they were able to answer. We recommend them to everyone we talk to that travels a long distance.
The pick you up thing doesnt apply if you live in Millersburg. the first time I rented there they wouldnt take my credit card. The second time I went there there was nowhere to park my vehicle. The guy at the counter could have cared less. So I cancelled the rental and left. they really dont care if youre right or not because theres always going to be some other person to take your place. This location is the worst Ive ever been at. The only way that I will ever go back there again is if I have no other option in this whole wide world. They really dont care if you rent from them or. Poor customer service at best.
This location is always busy! But Im sure thats because the staff is the friendliest and most courteous that you could ever imagine. They go out of their way to make sure you have the best experience possible. Even when short handed, they never lose their cool. Usually the cars are clean and well maintained, but unfortunately the car I received this most recent time had a couple of glitches that didnt show up until after I had driven off the lot. I dealt with it for the weekend, but when I turned the car back in they offered me restitution. All in all, it was another good experience with Enterprise.
Have rented from Enterprise North Wooster in the past and have had a good experience, this time was no different. The staff was very professional and pleasant and after meeting the manager when I returned the car I understand why. I was very impressed with his professionalism and great personality and the way he interacted with his staff. I will definitely rent here again.
The car was clean and ready when I arrived on a Saturday morning. The return process was a breeze, but not the pickup. Enterprise in general, and this location in particular, is very insistent on selling Collision Damage Waiver and other optional insurance. They post a statement that this insurance is not needed to rent a car, but you wouldnt know that from their high pressure sales talk. In this case, the clerk even called my insurance agent to confirm the deductibles on my auto insurance.In addition, judging by the overwhelming smell and oily carpet, apparently someone had previously spilled air freshener concentrate in the back. We kept the windows open as much as possible (somewhat difficult in February), so by the end of the week the smell wasnt too bad.
The Wooster enterprise rent-a-car, has always given me above and beyond customer service. The vehicles are always clean. I never have a problem getting in and out, always satisfied with the vehicle that Im renting. I appreciate the friendly faces and willing to help employees. Thanks Wooster Enterprise for making a lot of tripe out of town less stressful.
Today I had to visit Enterprise on Cleveland Rd Wooster Ohio. I have been there many times over the years, the last few experiences were not good. However, today was good! Mallory was very helpful, polite and professional. I had reservations that I had made online so that made it easier. I called ahead to make sure they would have a vehicle for me (a previous visit I got there and they didnt have one even though I reserved). The informed me everything was fine. Thanks Mallory for making my experience better this time!!
We have had this issue happen twice both times they tried charging us for dog hair that we tried to clean our btw its a service dog and the first time we dealt with it they gave us the deposit back after fighting with them now today we tried to take another rental back and they wanted 150 dollar for detailing for the dog hair im really sick of how people treat others with service animals me and my fiancee are not going back there again
I LOVE coming here. Everyone here is super polite. Im normally press for time but I get in and out really quick. I normally rent a car to take my family down to North Carolina at least 4 to 7 times a year and I never had any issues with them. I highly recommend this place 😍🙌💪
Well, the first thing they do is lie about the kind of car they can provide. My insurance agent explicitly asked for a compact sedan or similar small car because I drive this kind of car. So, they decided that a big Jeep SUV is a small car thats easy on gas.The next thing they do is get you to sign off stating the car is acceptable before that actually tell you what the car is. This is so they can put a hold on your debit card for the entire duration of the rental (which doesnt get removed until after a separate charge gets made after return).Then when you ask why they set you up with a vehicle different from what they promised you, they tell you its because they are incompetent and couldnt actually schedule the vehicle a week out they told you was available.Then they ask if you want insurance. Do not ever take the insurance. They told me it would be a couple dollars a day. Twenty is apparently a couple to Enterprise, whom I presume to be borrowing this logic from the Mormons or some other polygamous group.New cars are far too complicated with all their electronic gimcackery, which is another reason I asked for a simple, small car. So naturally they had to give me the newest, shiniest, over the top thing with more blind spots than an eyeless Dalmatian.When I asked why they were giving me this vehicle, they said it was because they were greedy and it was the biggest vehicle that my insurance would pay for. They gave exactly zero flips about saving me money, or giving me a decent experience, or even having the decency to know their own limitations as a business.I will never use Enterprise again, even if I die and go to saint peter and god himself tells me the only way to heaven is to rent a car from them. I would rather go to hell than deal with that place one more time.
People dont know what theyre doing. Incompetence or full out lies - not there one is better than the other. Enterprise will NOT pick you up even after confirming they will, they wont have a car despite saying they do (and, again, confirmed reservation), they will expect you to find your own way there and back because theyre terrible at their jobs. I will tell you what they do have! An indecisive liar (Gwen) and her muscle - a soft boy who wears blouses that are way too tight. She said she has 12 reservations for today and ZERO cars for all of us who mistakenly thought this nationwide company could correctly do the one thing they do. Not when Gwen is at the helm!
If you want a difficult place to rent a car this is your place. They make it almost impossible to rent a car. If you want a big hastle and stress this is your place. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE!!! THANKS FOR THE WASTE OF TIME ENTERPRISE. I would not have gave any stars if it was an option.
Arrived at the local Enterprise in Holmesville to find out that they did not have a car for me. I had already delayed my husband one hour from his job. They told me that if I could go to their office 30 minutes away in Wooster, that there were plenty of cars there. I thought these were the pick you up people. So my husband lost another hour and 1/2 of pay running me to the other office, waiting to be certain I received a car, then driving back to his place of employment. They were very apologetic, but my husband lost nearly a 1/2 day of work because of this. I will need to rent again in the future, and unfortunately Enterprise is the only local choice I have.
They will tell you to be there to pick up a car at a certain time. Then they wont have a car for you when you get there. Then watch as you stand outside waiting for your ride that just dropped you off 30 min prior to this. While they stand inside after closing with the door locked
Raelynn is AMAZING! Great cuatomer service at every point; from the 1st call to the return of the car. Raelynn kept a smile and upbeat personality all while assuring every customer received A+ service with full blown respect and courtesy. Ive come to this location several times before and this was the best service ever. Thank you.
Seven months ago we called to rent a long bed truck to take to Maine. The day we picked it up, they said there was only a short bed available. We are not able to tow. They did say that Medina may have one. We went to Medina. The manager said that they do not exist. Waste of time. They did give us 10% off. Very uncomfortable trip for 4 men with their hunting clothes and a freezer that only fit because the tailgate was left down. It made for a nerve wracking trip.
Wooster Enterprise is the most incompetent car rental out there I rented a car from them that was supposed to be covered by my insurance they forgot to bill the insurance company for four months then all the sudden they called me every day and harassed me for the money so I told them to send me a bill they refused to do so but charged my credit card without my authorization and when I called them and ask them for a receipt a gentleman named Brian refused to give us a copy of the receipt so I cannot get refunded so not only did they steal my money without my permission but they wont give me a bill or a receipt so I can be refunded through my insurance company The gentleman Brian that works there said I got my money I dont care and hung up on us.

2022-04-08Wooster enterprise is the worst place to try to rent from..they said they have a car for me. 30 minutes before pick up time they call and cancel my reservation. I had picked up someone from airport and it was for them..Medina enterprise was not much better....but I will tell you Avis/Budget is awesome. They had us all fixed up and on the road in 20 minutes or less...and then my son called enterprise and the manager cussed at him on the phone...wow how is that for a business guy.??

2021-05-16Good other than when I went to return it!! I called 11 minutes till I was to return the car to let them know I was getting gas filling it back up (as I was supposed too), No one answered then when I arrived at 12:01pm NO ONE WAS THERE! Had to call Enterprise representatives about the issue, left the car there after talking with representative about what happened, locked keys inside car then left, not happy this time, better not be charged for another day when they left early!!! Also, my friend that was picking me up was there at 10 till, no one was there then either! Very disappointed....

2021-08-17Took my car to Caliber Collision for repairs, and they suggested I go right next door to get a car rental. Caliber said that Enterprise would give me their discounted rate of $27. per day since I was getting my car fixed there. I went over there and was greeted by a woman. There were quite a few people in there, all standing around for some reason. I said that Caliber had sent me over, and mentioned the discounted rate, and some guy behind the counter rudely says No, that has nothing to do with you! That price isnt for you, its for them! I said that Im a customer of theirs, and they said that you would give me a rate of $27 per day, and that my insurance would cover up to $20 per day. The guy behind the counter kept cutting me off and wouldnt even let me speak. Then he says No! Thats not how this works! Dont tell me how my business works! Its up to the insurance company what they pay! Finally, I said, Obviously you dont want my business. Ill just go somewhere else. This place is obviously either a scam or else the guy who runs the place is severely mentally unstable. In any case, I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone, much less will I ever step foot in there again. Not unless you enjoy being yelled at and treated like dirt. They have a lot to learn about how to treat customers.

2021-07-19My daughters truck was hit by a deer and then was involved in a hit and run. Our insurance company screwed up the claim and the company that fixed her truck refused to take it until the claim was fixed. Because of all this, Enterprise gave her car away to someone else claiming we didnt tell them what was going on and they figured we didnt need a car anymore. They specifically told me on the phone that if anything changed to let them know, but nothing had changed, we were still in need of a vehicle. They expected us to call them, but they dont call you. The manager compare Enterprise to Applebees saying, if you dont show up for a table after making a reservation, they give your table away. Even know my insurance company was paying for the rental. Attempted to make a complaint, but the District person overseeing the office turned out to be just like the manager of the office and compared Enterprise to a dentist office. Saying, if you miss your appointment, you cant go back the next day and expect them to take care of you. I have been a member of Enterprise since before 2016 and have never encountered this type of service. Enterprise needs to change the way they do business or fire some people.

2022-05-31Updated. Just rented again. We had a major issue. Now all businesses have issues. Its how they handle it that sets them apart. Katrina was very accommodating and definitely remedied the issue. Extremely impressed and will be back because of what she did for us

2020-07-17Ive never had a problem or complaint until this rental. I guess I didnt see in the fine print where you couldnt add extra drivers without using a credit card. Not horrible, just didnt want to be the only driver. The car was nice but whoever cleaned it should probably learn what the means. I can overlook a lot but when you can tell that the car was most definitely just at the beach with sticky fingered kids in the car its a little disappointing.
