I have rented cars for business travel through Enterprise and specifically the North Olmsted branch for several years. The staff have always been super accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Shout out to Nicole, Branch Rental Manager, who recently upgraded my rental and made my experience even better.
The gang at Enterprise North Olmsted are the nicest and easiest group of folks to work with. We rent 2-3 times a month and they get me in and out with no issues. Most of the cars have been exceptional. theres always that one that isnt quite perfect but its a rental car...Always a pleasure to work with the team.
Staff was very polite, process was expeditious. However, the vehicle I was given had expired license plates (June 2019 - 3 mos overdue) which a very nice state policeman in Ohio & a county sheriff in Indiana were kind enough to inform me after they PULLED ME OVER, both let me go once I explained that it was a rental and I was headed home. I decided to returned at a different location so I called the original office to inform & inquire about the fee & process and spoke to someone that said she had only been employed by Enterprise for 2 months. She informed me the fee to drop at another location is determined by the drop-off location. Unfortunately this turned out not to be accurate. When I dropped off at St. Louis Airport store, they could not tell me the fee and even more troubling was they could not give me any type of verification that I dropped the vehicle off - Nothing! They informed me that the original location would contact me the following day to inform me of the fee. I wasnt comfortable leaving with no verification that I returned the vehicle so I took pics???? Aaron Carter who introduced himself as the District Manager for the originating store in Ohio called the following day. he waived the drop off fee (thank you) and sent a follow up email extending a discount on future rentals (thank you). Although I do think the entire cost of the rental should have been waived, that was an agonizing drive from Cleveland to St. Louis once I learned I had expired plates. 3 things: Expired License Plates | Staff unaware of the process for returning vehicles at other location | No receipt of verification that I dropped off the vehicle at a different location.
Hello,I have been renting from enterprise for a long time the experience is great, but this week I rented from the north Olmsted branch helped by CLAIRE , this employee went above and beyond being great , she went thru every single aspect of great customer service, a lot of people in the service industry should learn from her how to have a good personality and a welcoming experience .Thank you Claire for making it a great experience
I am renting from Enterprise occasionally. Their service has been outstanding. A driver picks me up and takes me to the rental location, prices are reasonable, everyone is friendly. Easy to deal with, no paperwork at all. I can recommend Enterprise without any hesitations.
I want to take this time to thank this facility to get me in a vehicle i really needed on the w/e of 01/15/21...on real short notice...associate Eric Brown Jr. and the the rest of the staff that day on that Friday the 15th got me a vehicle that met my needs for my wedding party to transport in rapid fire fashion! Great work!
I always has good experience with Enterprise in other office, but this office did not give me good cars and there were no options too. they said this is the only car whether you like it or not. Hope they will include more options. Seems like enterprise or this store , stops its very popular offer for customer that is AUTO UPGRADE.
This is a great Enterprise location that we had not used previously. So delighted we found this location - great team. They were extremely prompt in reviewing the vehicle when we returned it and in processing our paperwork. Received a great price to boot. Definitely would recommend them.
Mr. Kyle was amazing!!! So Im in a newer vehicle and I dont know how to work the controls he showed me where everything was and took the time to come and help me program my phone to the van. I sincerely appreciate him taking the time to be patient and understanding with me. I wish and want the best for Mr. Kyle
Contrary to the reviews from 2011, two years ago, we found this location to be friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They also gave us a great deal on a weekly car rental. The vehicle was fairly new, and in beautiful condition, with no smoker or pet odors. Would use their services again in a heartbeat.
I had to use this location without a reservation because Hertz forgot about the appointment I set up with them. The staff are professional and kind. The only downside was that they didn’t have any smaller vehicles for me to drive. No complaints though since they took me at such short notice!
I had a reservation scheduled for an 8:30 am pickup. They called me at 7:50 am to inform me they didnt have any cars left. No good explanation. I was supposed to drop off my truck, our only vehicle, for body repair down the road at 9:00 am. They gave me no help, just told me to call my insurance company. I filed a complaint. Very poor service. How do you not know you will be out of cars until 50 minutes before your customer is supposed to arrive?
Am still there they made my reservation for a truck and I came 25 minutes driving, 15 minutes earlier and the girl there with all of rudness tells me we are so sorry we dont have a pickup at the moment , and they need me to wait until further notice, what a stupid pros we got here ....there is no minus stars to give them ,

2022-05-02Had a rental through an insurance claim. Enterprise picked me up at the dealership and got me into my rental quickly. The first available was a very large SUV (too big for me) and they switched me out to a much more suitable car no problem. Also being able to return the rental to the collision shop and not take the extra time to make a trip to Enterprise was a huge help!

2022-05-04Consistently renting out unsafe cars. I’ve had to use this company for rentals for a car in a body shop. Cars they give out leak oil, are low on oil and have bald unsafe tires.This place really needs to be shut down before someone gets hurt.

2021-12-06Not a good experience, very little selection. I went here through insurance claim, and will not go back or encourage others. The car we received had engine and tire codes on the dash light. Even receiving a message to have serviced by dealership as soon as possible, which i was told to ignore. Every car available was sub compact. My opinion all said totally un exceptable.

2021-03-13I needed a rental while my car was in the shop being repaired and I had a loaner car from Enterprise The customer service is great! They brought the car to the collision center and picked it up there for me so I didn’t have to make extra trips. I really appreciated accommodating they were and how easy they made it for me.... thank you!

2020-06-18The best thing about my rental experience was the fast service and the nice people. It literally only took minutes to pick up my rental car. And even though I had a close encounter with a deer, even that was handled quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use Enterprise again!

2021-04-17One of the workers was extremely rude. The other worker tried his best to make up for the firsts bad attitude but still left me feeling uncomfortable. The car was clean and ready to go so I cant give them that bad of a review because Im here for the car, not supreme customer service.

2020-06-29Had a scheduled time to pick up @ 5:00 pm on a Friday stopped earlier @ 10 am that Friday to check if comes with a luggage rack. Person at Enterprise said car was ready now and could take if I wanted , so I was able to arrange a ride and pick up. The return date was the following Saturday. Our trip ended a day early so I took back the car @ 4:30 pm that following Friday. When I asked them if the bill was adjusted to take off the extra day not needed I was told since I picked it up @ 10:00 am the previous Friday and returned it after the 10:00 am I was billed the full extra day (6) I explained the I did not need the car until 5:00pm but was told to go ahead and take it now they said sorry the billing cycle goes on time and I extended the 24HR total, This will be the last time I rent from Enterprise.

2020-08-21Minivan was clean and functioned properly. However, unexpectedly, the car was such a stripped down model minivan that it wouldnt even qualify as a used vehicle that I would consider purchasing if I were in the market. A 2020 vehicle that doesnt even have bluetooth? Thats beyond ridiculous. Had I realized when I took the vehicle how stripped down it was, I wouldve refused it and gone to another rental company (Ive been a loyal Enterprise customer until now).When I rent a vehicle, I expect a certain standard of product and always got that from Enterprise in the past. This one was so below my expectations, I was dumbfounded. It certainly wasnt worth a standard rental rate. I will certainly reconsider who gets my business the next time I need to rent a vehicle.

2021-08-16JONATHAN IS THE MAN! This guy is the poster child for customer service. Im a chef and i wish i had this guy as a front of the manager! He worked everything out for us. Best person Ive ever dealt with renting a car and thats saying a lot. Cheers bud. Ill be back!
