Zach Cossack Gave Me A Dirty Inside And Out With Scratches On The Front Passenger Bumper And A Piece Of Wood Appeared To be Stuck Just Under The Drivers Side Front Bumper With The Tire On That Side Thread Looked Woren I Thank Employees Like Sam And Keenan Who Heard Me And Wanted To Make Things Right Thankyou, Sam And Keenan
Everything went ok. There wasnt any variety for it to be the beginning of the week. Im glad upon request a chair was brought out for myself . I am disabled . The online doesnt disclose what it should as far as the $200 hold which should be pointed out for paying patrons. So they are notified before hand and not after. Other than that improving on those issues would be appreciated. Thanks. Recommended and highly advise booking online in advance at least 2-3days.
Wonderful car renting experience right from the beginning.All of the people that work here were helpful, friendly and dressed professionally.They honored the Internet price and gave us an upgraded car when they did not have the type of car we rented.This place REALY cleaned the cars. We watched them as we waited to rent the car. Our car was spotless when we got it.My son was the one that rented the car. We both said we will never rent from anyone else but Enterprise!Thank you gentlemen we had a wonderful trip in a comfortable, clean, well kept car.
My car is half clean, they are now saying a Toyota Corolla hatchback is a midsized car. I have a corporate account with my job and rent vehicles with a corporate card and they still hold $300 on the credit card. The staff is watching TV on their phones while customers are in the building. And at this location they dont even dress up... Enterprise is falling off. There use to be a clear distinction between them and other rental places... I dont know that difference now. Even though National Rental is a sister company I usually have a better experience with them but due to my flight coming in so late there was know one at the airport location to honor my reservation.. so I had to settle with a local place.
Very unprofessional staff especially the manager. The way this store is ran isnt in line with enterprise values. The police is in parking lot due to the amount of mad customers. Give you a car thats making noise an tell you to drive it come back another day unacceptable and not safe nor reliable
Reserved a car on line so it would be quicker in store...(wasnt) 3 ppl in there workin waited 15 mins while one person worked counter and the two others talked to each other which was nothing about cars or enterprise... then the one having the indepth convo with other employee comes to help me 15 mins later. Ended up not even getting the car because they dont take every debit card and didnt tell me anything about a 300$ plus deposit until it was time to pay... so its your bill plus the deposit!!! Why is that so hard to put in website or on the desk somewhere so people dont waste there time?? And we accept some debit cards..... waste of my time! Appreciate that enterprise👍👍👍
The worst experience ever. Do not rent from enterprise they do not care about you. I rented a car from Enterprise and I booked my reservation online. I called the Enterprise in Cleveland heights to see if there was fee for going out of town it wasnt one but there is a $300 deposit fee that they didnt tell me about until the day of me getting the car. I thought my rental was going to be at least $200 with the car insurance included it it came out to be close to $500 because they included the 300 deposit fee. I was not told this until almost all the paperwork was done and I had no other option but to get the car. I was told that once I returned the car though I would get the money back that day. Seeing that I was going out of the country the next day I really needed the $300. Instead of getting the money back I had to wait three to four business days to get it back so I was in another country depleted of funds. Almost stranded because I was lied to by Enterprise. I will never go back to Enterprise again and I will warn everybody do not rent from Enterprise they do not tell you about the $300 deposit it was so bad that before I got the car the guy said ask somebody for some money to cover your travel expense. They didnt care. I was so upset to be in another country and not have the money that I planned on having because Enterprise through that on me at the last minute. I felt as though I was being held hostage because I had to have the car but I would have went somewhere else if I would have known about the $300 deposit. Never never never never ever rent from Enterprise ever again. And I will tell you dont do it dont go to them go to Hertz.
The staff at this Enterprise location (Cleveland Heights, Ohio) provided outstanding customer service. They were efficient, personable, and over-the-top helpful.I had not realized that my license had expired 2 days earlier. I thought that was the end of my plans. However, the manager arranged to have me driven to and from the DMV.All four of the drivers were friendly and made me feel safe in the car with them.The agents that processed my rental and return were efficient and friendly. I observed the attributes in all of the interactions that took place while I was there. Although clearly busy, they treated each person as though he/she was the only one there.The car I rented was clean and seemed to be in excellent condition. Even though I am used to driving a van, I enjoyed my time behind the wheel of a Kia Soul.I think that Enterprise can hold this staff out as an example what excellent customer service looks like.
I always get great service at this location. The staff are friendly and efficient. They always pick me up on time and when I return a rental they always give me a ride back home. I also like that they show me all the features of the vehicle Im renting. I will definitely return again.
My last two rentals have been less than stellar. During the first rental, my location lost my reservation, then sent me to another site to pick up a car that wouldnt be ready for 30 minutes. This last time, the vehicle I reserved was not available and the car I ended up with smelled like weed! Im done (I hope). Next week, Im going to Hertz. It has GOT to be better than this!
The staff at this location are absolutely outstanding. They are professional, efficient and extremely friendly. The place feels more like a neighborhood coffee shop where everyone knows your name than an impersonal car rental outlet.My previous review was written before the pandemic when I was a frequent customer. To that review I want to add that after a hiatus I have resumed renting cars here. The staff has changed but the new staff members are also excellent. I had a great experience renting a car the day before thanksgiving. The car was ready and waiting and there was no crowding or delays.
Car Smelled like someone threw up in the vents. Windows were so dirty we had to stop and get windex and clean the windows so we windows so we could see how to drive. Billed us for the wrong rate twice. I dont know whats going on with this location but it was never like this before.
BEWARE OF THE ENTERPRISE RENTAL LOCATION in CLEVELAND HEIGHTSThe employees of this location are unethical & unprofessional.My car was in a collision & my insurance company arranged for me to pick up a rental at Enterprise Rental in Cleveland Heights. I made a 3:00 appointment with Shevin for a luxury car or a SUV. When I got there on time I was told me they could not provide me with my requested vehicle choices. So the area manager Mike came out to speak with us & promised if we could just come back @5, he’d personally make sure there was either a luxury car or a SUV ready for us upon our return. We return at 5 as instructed to be given a SUV that was filthy & smelled of smoke. Shevin again asked if we would return the next morning @9am he would see that vehicle was cleaned & awaiting our arrival the following morning. Upon our return the following morning @9, I was told they had no vehicles available & I could stand around & wait in their tiny “super spreader” waiting area.I was beyond frustrated & openly shared that frustration. They have 0 accountability. The white manager on duty at the time whose name I didn’t get flat out refused to assist us in anyway because I disrespectful, unbelievable. Needless to say I never got my rental.The customer service is terrible and the overall experience was very frustrating & maddening.
Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with this location. I’ll start with the positive. The representative who picked me up from the repair shop and got everything set up for me was very thorough and friendly. Now for the rest of it. Two days after picking up the car, which was old and kind of dirty and covered on scratches and dents, I noticed the tire pressure light was on. I checked and found a nail deeply embedded in the driver’s side front tire, I also checked the air pressure and the tire was at 20 psi. To be thorough I checked the other 3 tires, 2 of them were at 50 psi and the 4th was at 55! To me this is a clear indication that they knew there was a slow leak somewhere and instead of taking the time to figure it out and patch or change the tire they just overfilled them and put me on the road in an unsafe vehicle. I reported this to corporate and got no response. Very disappointed.
When we arrived at Enterprise, August 14 2020, there were a few people standing outside of the building waiting to be seen in the hott sun. I asked the young lady how long she was in line for? A good 30 to 45 minutes and she mentioned a few patrons came early and had to leave and tried calling the Enterprise office in Cleveland Heights and the phones were not working.Although we only waited in the hott sun for a half hour and we paid for the car and received an upgrade tooMight not go to this one or at least notify the customers that they have to wait outside on the website.Was a little disappointed but we loved our upgrade and enjoyed my sisters wedding too.
Very pleasant customer service and they were really patient with me when I was having problems with the payment and they helped me find a solution.Update 11/14/21: The coustomer service was ok at the Cleveland Heights location, but lately has gotten even better. I got an upgrade when they didnt have the car I reserved ready. All done with a smile.
I own an auto repair shop about a mile from this location. I have been using this location for years and they have always done a satisfactory job. Within the last year or so the new manager, Ray, took over. They are now EXCEPTIONAL!!! He takes such good care of my customer, that I could not even fathom using another rental facility. I can say its not just me though. I have been in his store many times to pick up and drop off customers and I have seen Ray and his staff interacting with their customers and I can say that they treat everyone with respect and it seems like they are always trying to accommodate them. Good work guys!
When first picking up my rental I was greeted very warmly and the customer service provided was awesome. I had to extend my rental an additional day, and it took three people for me to go through before I reached Ray . He was very polite and accommodating and I appreciate him for extending my contract without going up on my rate as the other two associates tried to. Quick and great service at this location.
I always rent from the Cleveland heights (mayfield) location. Mike and the staff are amazingI rented a car for two and a half weeks and they made sure I received all the discounts available-They also make the pick up/drop off process extremely easy and the entire staff are always friendly and professional.Thanks again for the Quality Service!
Everyone that I encountered be it on the phone or in person was very courteous and informative in regards to the details of renting a vehicle. I recieved very prompt service when picking the vehicle up as well as returning the vehicle. Would recommend Enterprise Mayfield office to anyone who needs to rent a vehicle. Great experience....
The service was great!!! The one issue I have is with the fees. I understood what the fees were for, but that should be included in the price at confirmation. After everything was said and done it was double the price I confirmed. The staff there were awesome everyone was friendly and they were concerned about the safety of my family during the trip. I felt welcome and not like i was burdening them with my business. I will use them again.
I just recently rented a car from the Cleveland Hts Enterprise. I was very pleased with my rental, it was in good shape and I was given a double upgrade for a lesser price! They’re office is very courteous and pleasant. I look forward to getting a great deal each time I rent a car from their office.
Had an issue with tire pressure light. Handled quickly.All people were lovely. HoweverI had to go back to have the inside windows cleaned. (Oil slick on passenger window and finger prints on back window.)The product they used, when I returned to have them cleaned, left a smeary coating. I finally convinced them to clean residue off with a dry clean cloth. I say convince because I had to do the drivers front window to prove my point.The man who took me to the car initially did not help me get the seat adjusted so I could get in and out easily. I struggled with that the five days I had the car.
Great service but I drove around with a cracked windshield that I didnt notice it was cracked until I got to work. Even though the car was driver able, I still dont think I shouldve been given that car. My insurance paid for 30 days and I paid out of pocket for 10 extra days which was over $350 cash. I shouldve gotten a better deal besides $22 off for gas.
Very good experience. The longest one I have used Enterprise before. I have had nothing but good experience with this company and use them exclusively for personal and work rentals. This rental was a last-minute decision as we needed another car to travel back and forth from Ohio to Michigan a few times and had to extend the first week to two weeks. The full-size car was superb, comfortable and roomy. All of my communication with the Cleveland Heights staff was professional, smooth and courteous. Even when I had to extend to a second week by phone, it was no problem. They took care of it quickly and efficiently. I gave them 4 of 5 stars only because (1) dropping car off to a different location out of state was $160 more - I knew this when I signed, but just doesnt sit well as its the same company and (2) extra driver was $10 - expected that to be a one-time charge, but was $10/day. But overall, another good experience and highly recommend them. Thanks, Enterprise!
Convenient location, good service but I did have to wait longer than I expected to see a representative. The only hassle was that I had to come back and swap cars when I extended my rental because the first one was apparently due for maintenance; I complained about this and they actually gave me a discount, which I wasnt really expecting. I rented because my car was in an accident; when I purchased my new car, I was able to return the rental to another location much closer to the dealership and save some time.
I use this location for rentals on a regular basis and my experience is well above the average mark for car-rental experience. The manager is extremely professional and attentive to making the experience as smooth as possible. In addition, each of the individuals who I have worked with have shown the same level of care and attention in the process of picking up or dropping off my car. Excellent group, I highly recommend them!
We scheduled to pick me up at my location, but they got late more than an hour. They did not even notified me and I called them twice and imagine every time that I called them, I was holding on the call for 10 minutes. Their costumer service is aweful. Also, I rented a car from this branch 4 month ago and they gave me partially information about returning empty tank. They charged me extra cause I return the car partially full while I asked them about the option, but they didn’t give me correct answer.
Always go here...had an unexpected inconvenience happen and needed a rental they got me into something that wasn’t fitting for my children and I due to no one really having cars (I’m blaming covid) I called corporate about an exchange Monday return the first vehicle and they put me in something that was comfortable. Staff is always polite and patient when dealing with me. I would recommend this location
Great staff and the service is impeccable! Its honestly rare to see such a service driven culture and I travel extensively for work so I experience the service of many airlines, hotels and rental car locations on a weekly basis to compare. The company has a reputation for service, but this location stands out to me, which is great considering Cleveland Heights is my home base.Ill echo what another reviewer wrote here and thats to see this team in action during their busy rush periods. Ive seen them efficiently handle a lobby full of cranky customers on a Friday evening with more poise and patience than anyone else hands down.
Good experience regarding the friendliness of staff and customer service experience. My rental smelled of smoke and the tire pressure signal remained on even after they filled it with air. Upon returning the vehicle I informed them and was given a free upgrade next time I rent with them.
A good experience. They drove us home. They also let us look inside several cars so we could choose what wed be most comfortable driving. A thorough walk around was done with us so that both the associate and us could agree on any damage that may have been there previously (though there wasnt any). I was very impressed.
The guys at the desk are friendly, but the place is not efficient and does not have good quality cars. I rented a car because my regular car was in an accident and the insurance company paid for a replacement while my car was being repaired. I have had two cars so far from Enterprise:1) Jeep Wrangler that was filled with cigarette smoke and had soft brakes, steering and suspensionI turned in that car and got a2)Dodge Journey. It was fairly new, but after a couple days, the rear view mirror literally fell off the wind shield and was dangling from the roof.I called the office to let them know that I was coming in to exchange the Dodge, but they did no preparation to find a replacement. So when I arrived to exchange my car, I had to wait an hour to get what is now my third car.
Rented a car on a busy Saturday morning. The front counter staff is very courteous and helpful and work hard. They kept s smile on their face even though there was no end in sight for even a small break. They work hard to be sure that every customer is taken care or and happy with their service
My name is LAQUETTA I had a awesome experience with Lauren she was very professional and very helpful however a gentleman at that location charged me for an upgrade when technically I should have not been charged being that at the time of my reservation there were no cars available only a pick up truck and a small compact car so I was forced to upgrade I used to work at hertz so I know how the process is.But overall the location is very professional and friendly
These people up here are not people friendly Dan here gave me the worst possible experience at a first time trying out rental services he lies about very small things and will literally have you come in to waste your time choose anywhere but these guys horrible customer service
I had an overall good experience renting a car at Enterprise, Mayfield Rd. The pick up and drop off offered by Enterprise is very convenient and saved a lot of time commuting. The staff were friendly and did their job well. Look forward to rent from them again. The weekend deals are very attractive - but I tend to get them only at certain times and not at other times. Will be good to know in advance when these deals are available.
The young ladies who were working last Saturday were polite and excelled at their duties. Even when people came in past the posted closing time, they greeted them with a smile and helped them rent a vehicle. Hopefully we will never have a need to rent a car again, but it will definitely be from this Enterprise branch.
Called to rent a vehicle. The representative was very cordial at first but after he gave me the pricing which I thought was over priced for a car rental, I proceeded to let him know that it was too much to pay and that I would try someone else, I was highly insulted by his remark that he took off $19.00 from the rental price. I then proceeded to attempt to thank him for his time but he hung up on me...emphatically hanging up the phone (((Slam!!!, Click!!!)))...I wont EVER!!!! contact them again.
2 terrible experiences. Most recent, I booked a premium suv. I did show up a little after when I said I would... but they gave my car away. No calls, no notice. So I show up and Antonio says ‘you want a minivan?’ Sadly no, that won’t work. I needed an SUV, ‘ well we don’t have one’.... ok... ‘I tried calling you 3 times’.... ok, could you call another enterprise? ‘Uh... maybe if it’ll be awhile ‘.... I leave, upset, he laughs.so the guy lies to me( checked my phone, absolutely no calls nor notice), gives my car away, blames me and doesnt help at all then laughs at me. Horrible service, worst I’ve gotten at any rental car place ever.1st time I went, I waited for 90 min to get a car....while 2 handshake relationship buddies got to cut in front if me.I will absolutely under no circumstances ever return here, and strongly recommend you look elsewhere, also.
We were very pleased with the service at the Enterprise Cleveland Heights office. Staff is always friendly and efficient - and the location cant be beat. The only sour note was windshield wipers that screeched like chalk on a chalkboard. The staff was able to give us a good outcome once we reported the problem. Well rent here again!
Received a rental car from there, and the tire pressure was low in the front right so I turned around and told them about it. They filled up the air and I left. On my trip on the highway, I was alerted that the same tire had extremely low tire pressure suddenly and I ended up getting a flat tire on the highway. I called enterprise and said they were calling triple A and that triple A would be calling once they are about 10 minutes away. 45 minutes passed and Triple A called, asking our location and had not even left yet and said they just received a call and that they wouldnt be able to get to me for another 30 minutes. At that time, I thanked them but told them we would change the tire ourselves. Also, enterprise told me once the spare tire was put on then I would have drive another 45 minutes and exchange cars at the columbus airport location and told me they would alert columbus airport location so that they would have a car ready to go, so I could continue on without any hassle. I called Columbus airport enterprise just to double check, and the clerk that answered and I asked if anyone had reached out to them to let them know about our situation and he said no, they always say they will reach out to us but never do, but when you come in we will take care of you. I said thank you and when we arrived they were ready for us and quickly got us on our way in a nicer vehicle. When I returned the vehicle, I asked what checks they do for those situations and they said they do a full inspection of the tires but and a test to make sure there are no holes but obviously this did not happen for my car. I did not hit anything on the high way, and even when the state trooper was looking for what caused the tire to go flat he had a very hard time finding where there was a hole. I just want to make sure this does not happen to someone else and I was very fortunate that I was already all the way over the right hand lane of the highway otherwise it could have been extremely dangerous to get over in a timely manner with the seconds I had before it completely went flat.
I recently rented a vehicle from Enterprise to travel from Cleveland to North Carolina with my children. Once I arrived in NC, while driving on the highway to my sons game, a tire blew and fortunately, I was able to get us safely to the side of the road. I called the Enterprise office where I rented the vehicle and they quickly put me in touch with Roadside Assistance. I contacted Roadside Assistance and they immediately dispatched a service vehicle to me to change my tire. While I was waiting, RA called several times to check on me and advise me of the ETA of the service vehicle. Once the service vehicle arrived, he had me stay in my car while he fixed it because it was chilly outside. He was extremely professional and courteous. He was finished in a few minutes and I was on my way. Concerned about driving that far on a spare, I contacted a local Enterprise and they advised me to come and they would switch vehicles. I came to their office and within 5 minutes, I was in another vehicle and out the door. I arrived back to Cleveland only to find that my son had left my keys in the rental. I contacted the office in NC and they sent my keys to me via overnight. Enterprise has me as a customer for LIFE! Every single person that I connected with during this experience went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of. They made me feel safe and comfortable in what could have been a very distressful situation. Having so many Enterprise locations made the transition very convenient. If I ever travel more than 4 hours, I am renting a vehicle from Enterprise. It was such a peace of mind to know that I would be taken care of during an emergency. THANK YOU ENTERPRISE!!!
Had a very poor experience at this location. Tried to get replacement car to my lication( car we rented steering was faulty) and no one could let me know when a car was available. After 4 phone calls, I drove the car back to where I rented from having been assured another car would be there when I got there and had to wait for another car. For the inconvenience of all of this they gave me a quarter tank of gas. Very unprofessional.
Before I share my review.. I have to say Ive had impeccable service until today at this location. Today was a different story. I reserve a premium car a week in advance. I informed the manager Camille K. That I would be using a corporate discount code. Im a union tradesman who has worked on a variety of projects under this Corporate umbrella. She let me know I would have to bring something to verify the connection. So I showed her a pay stub w/ union information on it. She said that wasnt sufficient I needed something with (Coporate Name) on it. I ask would a work order from (Corporate Name) suffice. She said yes just bring something w/their official letter head.So I returned today with my emailed work order and my reservation. I provided exactly what she vaguely asked for. She said it wasnt sufficient now... as her waiting room filled up. I showed her the entire time stamped email from the Estimator and General Contractor. She said because the work order itself wasnt dated... I cant use it. So meanwhile her coworker explain to me that my reservation didnt ACTUALLY reserve a car... just the rate. So if I order a premium auto they can substitute it for whatever lower tier vehicle that they have available??? So without raising my voice or making a scene I questioned that policy.Eventually I said forget the discount Ill pay full price because my schedule was tight. I agreed on an American made car and was asked to have a sit while they prepped the vehicle. So as the lobby filled up with Prom parents waiting for cars that werent there.... about 25 more minutes passed and Camille ask me to step outside. Then she politely told me they didnt want my business because that Coporate code was under investigation and I made a stink about the premium reservation. So at the end of the day I had to scramble to get another rental car... in order to be at my jobsite tomorrow morning.So .. for upper management please...inform your employees to be a little more specific when asking for credentials and It would be nice for someone to explain the Reservation policy thoroughly when someone is reserving a car. My insurance rented me a car from there on Nov. 2, 2018. I returned the car Nov 14, 2018. I gave them a $50 deposit that was suppose to be put back on my VISA when I retuned the vehicle. The vehicle was was check in with no damage so I was told I should recieve my who deposit back within 3 business days. As of today I have not received my refund. Ive called the Corporate office and the FTC and filed complaints. I still have heard anything back from Enterprise about my deposit.
This is the best location in the Cleveland area. The staff there are all very friendly and accommodating. I have to rent cars frequently for business usually the wait time is minimal (even on a busy Monday morning) and their cars are clean. Ray Stover and his team provide excellent customer service! I personally will not rent a car at any other place.
Okay experience, but beware the damage scam!!I have used this office several times to rent a car and, for the most part, my experience has been positive: they pick me up and drop me off, and always have my car ready. For the most part, the customer service is respectful. But this time, they tried to see if they could scam me.When I returned the vehicle, I was told that I damaged the car - a minor cosmetic bump on a lower panel. I did not damage the car. They wrote up a report and told me I would be notified. I received a letter stating a damage claim of $455 (funny how that is just below the common deductible) and that I could submit my credit card info. I called the number and disputed the claim. I was given a dispute claim number and told they would investigate to see if the car had prior damage. The next day, I received an email saying the claim had been closed.My question is: why didnt they check for prior damage BEFORE asking me for my money? The customer service person at the Mayfield location told me, If this were a business rental, your business insurance would just pay for it. So, I am thinking they get $455 quite a bit out of only one car.A friend of mine in the equipment rental business told me there is a name for this, it is called peripheral or pass through income. They assume the customer will pay the claim rather than take the time to fight it, especially if their company is footing the bill.Shameful Enterprise. Shameful. If you have cars with previous damage, especially cosmetic damage that is easily missed on the walk around you should let the customer know immediately, as opposed to try to stick as many of us with the burden as you can.Description of the damage: There was a small indent on the lower panel, just behind the driver side front wheel. When I picked up the car and did the walk around, it was parked very close to another car, so I did not bend down to look at the bottom panel. I had the car for three days and never noticed this, but funnily enough, the Enterprise employee noticed right away. Maybe, because he already knew it was there.Moral - take lots of pictures, video even, when you pick up the car. I didnt and learned my lesson. Make then put the car out in the open so you can get long range and close up shots.In the end, I wasnt charged, but the grief over something that should never have happened is the most disappointing part.Seriously considering seeing if I can get one of those TV shows to audit Enterprise to see how many sorry saps have ended up paying $455 for the 2014 Grey Chrysler 200 with Missouri plates. I bet I would need more than one hand to count.
The customer service was excellent and it was a relief to speak with someone face to face and not a foreigner with a heavy accent causing a very difficult language barrier...I gave it 3 stars only because I wasnt notified of a deposit in addition to the rental amount even when using a major credit...and I couldnt do a split payment they would only accept 1 card 😫😭
Ive rented cars at this location before and have never had a problem until a blonde white female RASICT manager that works the front desk appeared. I booked a car at this location Friday on 5-17-19. I was told to call in Saturday morning to confirm the reservation on 5-18-19.. I called and all was good. They were scheduled to come to my house and pick me up at 11:30. They never showed. I called later and the woman said that they would send out another person ASAP! Again I waited no one showed up. Now keep in mind on Saturday they close at 1pm. Rather than take a chance and risk losing my reserve. I decided to drive down to secure my reservation. Btw. No one was really answering the phone either that day. I walked into the front door and told the white lady that I didnt appreciate not being picked up and no one following through because..I had been a previous customer before..vs her being a professional and being appolgitec and trying to offer a solution for me not being picked up she basically sighed at me and didnt care. I Expressed further disappointment with another person of color in the store that said they have had similar experiences. The white blonde woman walked around the front desk. I was told to follow her outside she told me she wasnt going to rent me a car. I said how are you not going to rent me a car... when you are the one that didnt follow through with a customer pick up??????????????? She immediately threatened to call the police! Sound familiar black folks?? Lol! This is how they treat someone of color that has rented from them multiple times before. Even from other locations. Long story short! She lied and said I chased her through the parking lot..she uttering some names as well. Walking behind someone where I was parked in the back isnt exactly chasing. I left the location literally sick! About the poor treatment this woman gave me. She called the police and sent them to my house and had me falsely arrested! After I had forgotten about it and began making other rental arrangements. Ive contacted a lawyer! BEWARE of this evil woman at this location. BEWARE!!! I SAY!!
So if you don’t have a major credit car you can rent here with a debit.... but what they don’t tell you is that you need two utility bills to do so. I got dropped off by an uber and found out the hard way. I stay with family therefore I don’t have a utility bill in my name. I asked if paystubs, bank statements, or even credit card bills (all things that are in my name and come to my address and have my name on it) would qualify and they said no.Make sure you have everything you need before you go rent a car.. because it’s not on the site and they won’t tell you.
They are very perfesstional. But they have a high clientele for that area. One is checking the cars one is checking out and taking names in the order of arrival. One thing is I️ noticed is that when people are coming in to pick up they need to know the night before to make sure they have all documentation ready. Because of the high clientele it’s hard to be flexible with clients because they have to wait especially when there are different difficulties going.
I rented a car for a 4 pm pickup and they NEVER SHOWED UP, NEVER CALLED!!! I missed my appointment and left my colleague stranded as a result. I called starting at 3:40 pm and NEVER GOT THROUGH. I was on hold for over 12 minutes and then disconnected. I called the national office and they tried to get through to the local agency office and could not either. I was on hold on that call for almost 15 minutes before I gave up. What the heck happened to you Enterprise???
Not very good service. They gave me a new car, but the A/C was broke and it happened to be 84 degrees the whole week. Plus, I wasnt able to get a different car. Then, when I went to drop off the car on Sunday, the key drop off handle was broke. (Note, they are closed on Sundays.) So, I could not leave the keys on site. I had to make a separate trip back on Monday when they were open to just drop off the keys.
Enterprise Car Rental CLEVELAND Heights location really went above and beyond with their customer service. I recently rented a 15 passenger van and the sales rep recommended road side assistance insurance and some other features. I’m so glad she did because I got stuck in mud and leaves while camping. I called for help and helped arrived in 30 minutes as promised. 👌🏽
Great staff, great service, very friendly and helpful, if you want to rent a car in cleveland, this is your place to go! They even pick you up and drive you back home when you return the car! They were just amazing, I even got to know everyone who works there when I was waiting for my ride!
Has always been a pleasant experience renting from the Cleveland Hts office of Enterprise. However, after having made a reservation well in advance for a mid size car, I was offered a choice between a small Fiesta or a pick-up truck. Since I was driving to Chicago from Cleveland, I chose the Toyota Pick-up. It did the job and I got a free tank of gas to help compensate for the reduced gas mileage but the clumsy sized pick-up, although better than the Ford or Ram alternatives, was a little dicey in the city. Truck could have been cleaner.
Ive used the Mayfield location a few times and the pleasant customer service always brings me back. From Camille Kampf, the Asst. Mgr to Brianna Booker, Mgt Trainee, to Tyler, the associate who helped me that day. They are ALL great!! Ben Burnside, the Branch Manager, has a great team!!So glad because the location is close to where I live!
Renting from enterprise was a good exsperience. I just had one hiccup the check engine light came on and when I calles to take the car back they did not have any cars so I had to keep the car. Eventually the check engine light went out but I would say to enterprise you need to keep at least 2-3 vehicles on the lot for Incase of emergency’s.
My sister and I have used the Cleveland Heights Enterprise Rental on several occasions and want to complement that staff for having been most accommodating with our needs. An unfavorable experience on an occasion was handled and satisfied without difficulty.It is most rewarding to be called by name upon entering a service establishment.Be assured that the Cleveland Heights site is a 5 (on 1 to 5) on the scale.Note: I would like to see a little life (i.e. a plate/flower) other than the smiles on the faces of the Cleveland Heights staff. :)
I had a real nice experience. This wasnt my first time renting from this company before, I have rented in the past, and even when I have had a problem this company gets right on it. They will talk to you to find out the best way to resolve the problem and make you satisfied at the same time.
The manager was rude to us. Made us wait for more than 30 min and when we complained about the car not being cleaned well he told us you are renting this car not buying it and you are horrible costumersIf this comes from THE MANAGER, I really dont wanna meet anybody else in this location.
Made the reservation of a intermediate car days before. When we picked it up, they gave us Mitsubishi Mirage which is listed as an economy car. We confronted him and he still insisted that is an intermediate car. He is not honest and treats you like you knew nothing.
I got an extension from my insurance company I talked to a representative over the phone he told me I could replace a vehicle from the one I returned earlier told him I would be there at two oclock cause I had to be at work at three oclock he said ok I get there he pretended he forgot our conversation there were no vehicles available I had no transportation I had to find someone to take me to work and I was late for work got no apology at all.

2022-06-27So theres obviously a national car shortage right now. They are also experiencing the effects of this shortage, so if they cant get you a car, its not their fault! I called two days prior to reserve a car and they were able to get me a nice, clean car for the 5 days that I needed it. Everyone was very professional and helpful. Pick-up and drop-off were quick and easy. I will definitely return to this location next time I need a rental car. Thank you to the staff at Mayfield Rd. I

2022-06-07I have not rented a car for a few years, but Cleveland Hts. Enterprise Rent a Car staff were helpful, cheerful and courteous when I rented a minivan last week. The car ran well and was clean when I picked it up. Having not driven a new minivan, I needed some familiarization with the controls and so forth, and the employee was understanding and helpful.Also, their website made it easy to book a reservation, and I had to change it twice, and pre-check in was helpful to save time for pickup.Overall, I have no complaints with our experience at Cleveland Hts. Enterprise Rent a Car.

2022-02-28If you want reliable clean vehicles, and great service this is the location to come to! The staff is friendly, and they go the extra mile for customer satisfaction, doing it all with a smile! Chris, the manager makes sure everything runs smoothly and is always available to help should anything unusual arise.I rented an F150 recently, and got a flat tire. Within 30 min, Enterprise towed their truck, sent me an Uber to go to this location and within minutes, I was driving off in a Dodge Ram! Something like this has never happened before, but Chris made sure I was taken care of right away! It’s the only Enterprise location I go to!

2022-06-13The day I came to pick up my rental, at the location in Cleveland hts. They were extremely busy and I still received good customer service. They continue that customer service and was very patience with me, when I had to call back a couple of days later with questions.

2022-03-28Ive used Enterprise several times in recent years, including when we needed to rent a car because both of our sons were married the same weekend last October. Also, we used Enterprise recently when our car was in the shop.What I also like is that Enterprise is willing to pick me up at my house and drive me to their office. Also, Enterprise personnel has picked me up at my house and brought me to their office to sign the paperwork and get the keys.The location I use is the Cleveland Heights office near Cleveland Ohio.

2022-05-09Had a confirmed reservation for a 15 seater passenger van for 3pm (needed a 12 seater but this is all they had). Got a call at 11:30am same day stating they dont have a vehicle for me. 3.5 hours before my journey i am told i have to call other branches and figure this out by myself by the branch manager zack cossack. When i asked how can i have a confirmed reservation and being called just hours before saying i cant have that vehicle. They blamed it to a glitch in the system.If the glitch is in your system then why am i paying the price for it??My advice that if you absolutely have to book a vehicle from here make sure u do it well in advance and CALL and record your conversation mentioning your confirmed reservation. Or else they wont honor it.

2022-05-20I rented a car from 13th of May to 26th of May. A Ford explorer and it was fantastic. I was planning to return the car to New York JFK airport after travelling around in the United States. Suddenly it asked me to do an oil change after I was told the oil was changed recently. I had to change it earlier than expected because no branch has ANY large sized vehicle enough to fit everyone in my party and all my luggage and I was incurred extra miscellenious charge because of it.
