The only reason why I am leaving a review is because I got an email request from Enterprise.... The vehicle was dirty, smelled like smoke and service was not as they used to be in my previous experience(the day of the reservation they said they called me and I didnt answer to confirm the reservation making me miss a day of my vehicle repair and when I was picking up the car when the representative confirmed my phone number is was not my number... the reason why I never approved the reservation.) Vehicle was not checked as it had a low tire pressure as well. All in all, not the service they should be providing anytime but especially during this crisis.
HORRIBLE!! Just reserved a car because my vehicle needs to be repaired. Called 5:15 ish today asked if they had a vehicle I could pick up by 6pm today.. she gave me all options which were oh so expensive but I was in a pinch and needed a vehicle. I made a reservation received a conformation email and when I arrived at 5:40 ish was informed there are no vehicles to rent. Not only at this location but all locations in town. The woman working said there are also 10 reservations in front of mine that could not be filled either. When I asked how could this be she said it happens all the time that the person taking reservations has no idea if they have vehicles to rent or not. Thank God for in laws who will come to my rescue. Guaranteed NEVER to book Enterprise again. What if I was on vacation expecting to have a vehicle for a week away from home??????? Cant wait to spread this news...
I have always rented from Enterprise, for years. Well this time I unfortunately didnt realize this till I was on the road, in the back seat it smelled like smoke and there was dried on gum on the floor in the back seat. The car should have been washed as well. When I returned the car, and informed the employee, he didnt say sorry or anything. Maybe offer to take the satellite charge off would have been nice. Very disappointed with them this time around.
This is the First time I had bad experience with enterpriseI wanted to rent a car for more than a month and I couldn’t get what I want only one car in a lot and the guy there so lazy plus he tried to charge me more than what it was on the online reservation.I returned the car after 6 days and went to different company and I got it cheaper for a month and it may be more
I am really hesitant to leave a review with you because last time I rented a car with you all, it was a bad experience and I was told TWICE, someone would be in contact with me and that never happened. I almost didnt rent from you all again because of that. I came back and it was a good experience, but you will never get a 5 star rating from me because of your handling of my past experience.
This location has excellent customer service, they got me in and out and on my way in a nice rental car that was great on gas and had no extra charges like some of the other competitors charge for car rentals. I have had several bad experiences with different enterprise locations from being given cars with dents, scratches and bad smells to poor customer service, long waits when picking up, and them not having the car I requested and instead of just giving the next car upgrade for the same price wasting a lot of their and the customers time. There should be a log kept for customers with the rental car places that they can access each time you rent a car from them so they can keep up with the customers who keep the rentals well kept. This would also help with the rental car pick up process. I will definitely recommend and use the location for my next rental car needs.
The two ladies that were working when I picked the car up were not the friendliest. The vehicle was ok at best. Seats were stained to the point that it grossed me out and there was food down in the seat cracks and the vehicle smelled rather musty. Drop off was easy and the gentleman that helped me was very professional and timely. I wont be going with this company anymore.
I have been renting from the Enterprise location at Sharonville, Ohio the past two years. The team at this location is fantastic!! Tyler and Erica are very efficient and reliable. Not all rental car agencies care about their customers. I can say that Tyler and Erica do!! I am 100% satisfied and will continue to rent here.
Staff very friendly neat office space. My first rental I went in they had no vehicles available. So i sat on some steps waiting for a Lyft. There was a young lady with black curly hair she came outside to get me. Since that day Im never renting from any other Enterprise. Yes its a closer one but this one that is for me.
The customer service was 100% outstanding BUT - BE SURE to check the car before you drive off, the car drove fine, BUT it was like a cheap motel when I turned the AC on and I was bombarded with cigarette smoke rank which would gag a maggot. It took 2 days to get it out of my clothes and nostrils. It was partly my fault for not checking, but for the life of me why would they allow anyone to smoke in a brand new car making it unsavory for the rest of the world. I would and will rent from them again, but with better precautions taken to be sure.
Absolute horrible customer service from manager Shawn Pramick. I will never rent from enterprise ever again because of this one person. And we just gave enterprise $10,000 in three months.Update: 7/28/20 showed up with my friend at 1:30 to rent a car & the doors are locked. Apparently the whole office is at lunch
This enterprise office is great. I have rented from them several times. They always have everything ready and with no complications. They even wok at finding me a better price without me asking. The customer service at the Park 42 location is overwhelming good I recomend them very Highly.
They turned my frown upside down! Good Karma for them and now I get to pay it forward! Thank you for making my weekend a lot easier. I appreciate you guys. Word of mouth goes a long way and I will gladly refer your location. And if your hiring for a Marketer, let me know lol

2022-07-31The staff here is absolutely AMAZING!!! This location is a hidden gem. Everyone is super friendly. I called several other locations to assist me and no other location could help, but somehow the staff here figured out the problem and fixed it. They were great throughout my 3 month ordeal.

2020-09-01Enterprise has always been my rental company of choice whether company related or recreational because of its easy rental process. I have only had 2 experiences where they have not had cars that I was in need of in 10yrs. This last particular experience was so easy & the customer service so accommodating that it validated the reason why they are my favorite.! Isiah at the Sharonville location had great customer service, was very informative, & followed up with us & was very helpful when I needed to extend! That location is now my all time favorite!

2020-08-19Picking up and returning the rental was a breeze--very quick and good customer service. Im giving a 1 star rating because the car we were given had a huge cigarette burn in the driver seat and smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. I had this rental for about 3 weeks while my car was in the shop, and the smell was miserable. I was super happy when I finally got my car back and could return the smelly car.

2021-03-19Absolutely awful experience. I reserved a minivan at this Enterprise that is 40 mins from my house because it was the cheapest I could find. I arrived at this Enterprise and was informed there was no minivans and they only had 2 cars available: a Hyndaui Sonata and a Hyundai Elantra. My family and I are planning on going on a trip tomorrow. I am formally complaining to Enterprise about this awful experience. The employee didnt even offer to help me or make my experience better in any way.

2021-06-10Horrible service.I requested a full size pick up truck through the 1 - 800 number.The reservations was very hard to understand.I had to repeat everything 3 times! I doubted that the reservation had gone through.3 days later I called the Sharonville office to confirm.They had the reservation ,and knew of my needed vehicle,and when I was to be picked up.When the time came,they didnt show, and needed to be prompted to pick me up.Once at the office,they stated they had no pick up trucks! It got even worse from there!

2020-10-27Apparently with an out of state license they will not rent to you a car without a credit card. I did the skip the counter reservation online and entered my drivers license. If I knew of this policy, I would not of spent my time coming here. If you see someone out of state renting a car you should call and confirm this detail. You are a small office and not at an airport. I have rented cars with an out of state license at other companies and just had a $500 hold. I refuse to be a slave to a lender and credit cards are a debt trap.

2018-05-31The staff was very friendly and helpful. The car I had chosen was a little smaller than I thought it would be. There was no way my husband could have gotten in and out of it. My agent upgraded my rental at no extra charge. I opted for the gas service. I noticed a small discrepancy in the cost and it was promptly adjusted.
