The employee who worked with me was very professional, thorough, polite and knowledgeable. It was on a weekend day and I was in a real bind since I needed a vehicle for Santa visits. He somehow came up with a vehicle for me very quickly and I was on my way. The vehicle was very clean and had been very well prepared for rental. Enterprise, particularly that location, is my preferred choice for rentals
Fantastic experience!!! Friendly staff, the gentleman who checked us out established a good rapport with my daughter right away and was informative and knowledgeable. Reserved a rental almost a month ago. We arrived to pick it up and only then did they say we needed a credit card from the driver to finish the transaction, which we didnt have. In order to get it switched to a different driver, we would have been paying an extra $150. Then the employee tried to tell us to Uber ($50) to the airport to do it through the airport enterprise, which would have also been an extra $150.
This was the worst Ive had from Enterprise. Picking up the car, the low tire pressure light came on within 2 minutes on leaving lot; put air in tires, light did not go out; went back to Enterprise, spent over an hour discussing with Enterprise (couldnt get anther car unless downgraded) and getting tire fixed at Firestone; put us late leaving for vacation. Third day into trip, heard a beep and the oil was low and said to fill immediately. Checked oil and it was barely on the tip of the stick. Car was a VW and car doesnt take regular oil. Had to find VW oil. Bought it, put in. This took more than an hour and much inconvenience, and once again put us behind. When home, tire pressure light came on last day when returned car. Enterprise did take care of the inconvenience and I will use them again. This was just a bad car and I will not take a foreign car again.
This Enterprise location on Glenway has been extremely helpful in all my rentals. They do whatever it takes to assure complete customer satisfaction. When I have special vehicle needs, they always deliver. Customer satisfaction is clearly the top priority and every employee at this location has this goal in mind. I travel frequently for business, and renting a car at local sites is much cheaper than utilizing the airport and all of the surcharges. The one downside to the local car rental agencies is the limited hours. It would be nice to be able to pick up / drop off at night and weekends.
Ive been renting from Enterprise for about 15 years, for both personal and business use. Theyve always provided impeccable customer service and reliable vehicles, but what separates them from the others is their willingness to go above and beyond to meet my needs.The 6610 Glenway location is always very busy, but I still feel like a valued customer even when their lobby is full. Every employee Ive interacted with has been professional and friendly.
In all my times renting with enterprise I’ve never had such bad service. The cars were horrible with the smell of marijuana so bad that I started to sneezed the moment I got in. I went to two other locations in Glenway Ave, Cincinnati Ohio and they did not wanted to switch my car out, they both had cars. One location had the decency to contact the location that had rented me the car. That location agreed to switch the car out and was going to charge me gas for the gallon I had used when some of that gas was used trying to switch the car. The second car smelled like bleach which was ok until the bleach smelled dissipated and the car started to smell more and more like marijuana. Worse experience ever with any car rental company.
Not sure why you can go online and reserve a car from this location even get a confirmation number fully expecting/planning that you will be getting the car you need...Only to then get a call 2 hrs later asking if you want to be put on a waiting list if the vehicle becomes available. looks and seems available online. There is even a place to see cars unavailable this makes no sense.If its VERY important that you get a car to make it to work BE CAREFUL. CALL THE LOCATION AND MAKE SURE THEY HAVE WHAT YOU EXPECT. Skip the website this is probably where they get your information to advertise...
EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! This is my preferred location every time I need a car rental, I dont even bother with any other company or location. My experiences are always top-notch! If there is ever a problem with the car, which is rare, a solution is immediate. Check in and out is super fast (maybe because Im a frequent renter). Seems like I always have Dante as my person when I rent from there, and he is AWESOME!!!
I had the unwelcome experience of renting from 2 different rental companies within 2 plus wks. Enterprise on Glenway (Bridgetown) and Budget (Bridgetown). Budget provided a beat up, dirty, smelly car and Enterprise provided a clean, newer vehicle for a very small difference in price. Enterprise picked up the car. Enterprise Manager, Dante, was polite, courteous and helpful. He made me feel like my business and satisfaction were impirtant to him. Hands down, will always rent from Enterprise going forward!
I needed a car to drive to Detroit for an interview because my own vehicle would likely burst into flames halfway there. The folks at this Enterprise made it super easy and quick, the rate was great, and the car was nice and clean etc. I couldnt recommend a car rental place more, and when I return to Detroit in August I guarantee I will go with this Enterprise again. Thanks a ton!
With an appointment time, I was picked up from the car repair shop, along with someone else. I ended up having to go back to the garage to put my stuff in the rental (carseat, gym bag) due to the inconvenient accommodation.Then we arrive to the Enterprise location and theres a line 10+ people deep with one employee, phone ringing off the book whole everyone waits for a car.So I waited and ended up not getting the car I was supposed to get. Huge inxinvinconve and very disappointing.
I absolutely will use this location again and again! Our customer service representative was Brittney and she was absolutely amazing! Answered every question I asked and answered questions that I didnt ask that I would have later. She upgraded our vehicle just because thats who she is. Anyone who comes to this Glenway Ave location, all for Brittney! She will do anything in her power to make sure she gets you into a car!
Got lucky when they didnt have the exact car I rented and they gave us a Toyota Rav 4 for our trip to Nebraska for my dads funeral. It was the perfect car for all the dirt roads and gravel roads. Such a smooth driving vehicle. Fit all 4 of us comfortably and in style and plenty of room in the hatchback for all our bags and such. A little more pricey than expected but I would definitely rent from them again.
I had a good experience and I was taken care of. The reason I give four stars is because I had reserved a vehicle type on the app, but when I arrived to get my car, they didnt have that type of vehicle available. I would say the app, with the pickup location selected, should be aware of the vehicles available.
We had great customer service when we rented our car in Cincinnati. While in Kissimmee a warning signal came on. We called Enterprise and was asked to return the car to Orlando at the airport. Once again we had terrific customer service and was compensated for our trouble. When we returned the car back to Cincinnati we had wonderful service. My husband and I will return to Enterprise when we travel again. Thanks Enterprise!
I asked for the advertised free upgrade to which the Enterprise agent stated they were unaware of such a promotion . I was told that a $200 deposit was required , but actually the deposit was over $700 , which froze my CC 800 miles from home . Calling customer service regarding both of these issues did not accomplish anything . The car was fine , but I was overcharged for it . (free upgrade?)
Wasnt going to review but sobe you asked me to I will. Lets start with, I showed up at the time my reservation was to pick up my car and they said they didnt have any more vans. They offered me 2 cars instead. Ok who wants to drive 2 cars 12 hours? Defeated the whole purpose of renting a van anyway. After sitting in the lobby for 40 minutes and me making calls I found another can at the airport. Turns out they never even called other branches looking for cars. They just hoped you would walk away. In the end I got a van about 2.5 hours later making me seeing my schedule back a fair amount.About the car. The van was really nice but the stress they put me through was terrible on the day I was supposed to leave for vacation. Not how you want to start the week off. If you want a car they seem good, want a van...oooh watch it. Kind of sketch as they had 12 vans reserved with only 3 in stock. Not good planning.
Find the customer service at this location to be very poor. Was called 2 hours before my rental pickup to be told that they would not be able to give me a car due to lack of availability. They offered no solutions or ways for me to get a car from another location. Also was told that this location doesn’t give out EZ pass... which isn’t true as I’ve rented cars with ez passes from this location before.
1. They didnt have the vehicle I requested.2. They added the wrong extra driver.3. When they corrected that mistake they added a third driver.4. Over charged me by $202 the final email bill.5. Only by insisting on a written bill before I left the first day, was I able to get the over charge corrected.6. Had to make two extra trips to store. One of those in Defiance, Ohio because the online people could not fix mistake #2.7. Car was fine. But not what we asked for.
Very friendly staff and fast service but the rental car I got was terrible. The car barely wanted to stop and it kept swerving all over the place, I call the next day and reported all he could do was tell me to take it to a repair shop on my time but they would cover the cost which I said I dont have that type of time then when I returned it I had the staff person drive it with me in the car and she agreed the car needed servicing but then the next day they said nothing was wrong with the car which it was thats and then company offered an $50 discount off of the $398 I paid for the weekly rental which I never received.
The person that rented the car was totally unprofessional. He told me I had to wait 20 to 30.minutes for a car to be cleaned but I was the first customer there. Then I paid an upcharge because the car size I booked was not available. I drove 1200 miles with an oil change required light on only to have to change cars at my final destination. Additionally the guy told me the upgrade was 30 bucks but was more like 65. Then the car only had a 1/4 tank of gas. Never doing business at this location again.
The amount I thought I was paying was much more then my estimate. I never received an email of a completed bill listing my charges. As of this day I have not seen a bill with my charges listed. I have not had any problems before this incident. Its causing me to consider other rental companies.
I have a reservation and am trying to confirm, they do not treat their customers the way they should, as I have heard all week on their hold. It would nice if someone would actually answer the phone. Been calling since July 13th every 30mins (as long as their hold will allow) and no one answers. Its now July 18 and still no one answers. I called another location to help, and they wouldnt do anything and became rude saying that I needed to call the right location. When I explained the situation I got called a lier. Never going to use this place.
Not willing to compromise. I went to drop off my rental and wasnt informed that the van I had was limited on milage. I was charged $150 for going over the milage that we were not aware of. That enterprise wasnt the place that we originally booked the van. We had reservation in Indiana. On the way out the door glenway called and said they can give us the same discount price that Indianas so we chosed this one instead of going all the way to Indiana. But that wasnt the case Indiana has unlimited mileage and glenway doesnt. We would go to Indiana from now on to rent a vehicle now we were over charged $150.
The phone service I thought was great but the service I recieved in store was beyond poor. I called ahead before coming in and asked specifically about what I needed since I dont use credit. Total waste of time. So I used my money elsewhere and they appreciated my cash.
They call me the day of my pick up to tell me they dont have a vehicle for me. They didnt have the courtesy to call me or tell me the day I made the reservation. They didnt even offer me a different vehicle. Very rude and not professional. They will never get my business.
I had a horrible experience. I tried calling up this place for my reservation and I was put on hold. I noticed that they closed in fifty minutes and I was already on hold for twenty so I decided to get a friend to drive me up. I stayed on the phone the whole car trip and inside the store I watched as employees blatantly ignored the ringing of the phones. It was very upsetting, I wont be returning to this location ever.Edit: Also they were out of cars.
After insurance put reservation in after accident, 3 more days to get a car. Once received with hardly any gas and in need of an oil change. Still needed car and they want it back, took a week to find another for me to drive. Now this one has problems Ive got to deal with today after last nights disaster.

2022-04-09Absolutely awful experience with this establishment all around. The only semi redeemable quality was the process of actually picking the car up. To start off the car I was given was absolutely disgusting on the inside. It had looked like someone had used this car for a couple of year and the inside had not been detailed since. There were stains all over the seats and crumbs just about everywhere in the car. Not to mention I even found an old McDonalds receipt from a prior renter that they didnt even bother to clean out before renting it again. The worst part of all of this is that the car wreaked of smoke smell. I didnt notice it right away since I was in a hurry, but later on it began to be such an issue that I had to open all four windows before even getting into the car since the smoke smell was so bad. Luckily, it was just warm enough to go around with the windows open, but this is just simply unacceptable. The hypocrisy of it all is that in the rental agreement, I had to sign a box specifically saying I would not smoke in the car before driving off with it yet the smoke smell couldnt get any worse. This was my first time renting a car and let me tell you it will definitely be my last time renting a car from an enterprise because this was a horrible experience.

2022-05-25This location is run very well. Warm greating when I arrived right at eight before they could even finish their first cup of coffee. They were friendly and had me out the door within 5 minutes.Vehicle was clean and very well equipped.I use Enterprise whenever I travel and this location is my favorite.

2022-08-09Worst service ever. Another location assured me that the car I wanted was available here. When I called this location a lady answered me and she said they didn’t have vehicles available. I asked her if they had any vehicles on another date or if she could help me find a place that had the car I wanted and she refused to help me with anything.

2022-01-27Stuck in “weed” car for 16 hour trip. Rented a car from the Harrison location, but it smelled like cigarettes (and was very rundown). They switched me to one at this location that smelled strongly of cherry air freshener. The next day, the air freshener wore off, and it smelled strongly of weed. I was too far out of town to do anything about it, but anything I set in the back seat smelled like weed, so had to avoid that. The manager “Coach” told me a story about letting a renter off the hook when they confessed their friends lit up in the back, but I had no idea it was that car. When I turned it in, the guy said he would pay for my gas to make up for the stinky car. Who doesn’t turn in a rental with a full tank? Don’t rent from Enterprise.

2021-05-06I have had to travel a lot for work lately so I have been to this location more than a few times. Ashley (AB) is one of the nicest people I have met! She remembered my name after my first rental and always addresses me by my name. I got a Spark a few weeks ago and I told her how much I liked it. Last week when I arrived to get my next rental, she was checking me in with tons of people in the lobby, so calm and cool, very kind, and just as I was ready to leave she saw the Spark pull in. She got in it right away, cleaned the whole thing, and gave me the keys so I could have it for the week. Absolutely above and beyond. There is sometimes a short wait in the lobby, but it’s because they really take time with their customers to make sure they are satisfied. And the wait isn’t really that long at all. Thank you AB! You will see me again soon!

2021-12-03Got a Ram truck for a few days while my truck was in the body shop. The service was fantastic. I dealt with Kayla and she was terrific. Highly recommended.Got a JEEP for a couple of days. Charlie and Michael at the Western Hills site were great. The car was well maintained. The prices not so great. $100 a day! Ouch!!

2021-04-18Second bad experience at that Enterprise location. Both times the car was very dirty inside and smelled like cigarette. Also, they gave me the car with about a quarter tank of gas, as if that was the normal thing to do, no apologies. When I brought back the car, with about a quarter tank of gas ( a little hard to judge how much you will end up with and how much to put back in to get EXACTLY what was in the car when I picked it up), they charged me extra for having to gas it up themselves. I will definitely avoid that location from now on.

2020-11-04My experience is always a great one at the Bridgetown location. Dante Sanderson, Keila (don’t know her last name) are awesome. As well as the rest be of the staff. There’s never a long wait, they’re always so professional, pleasant and patient. I love this location, it’s my favorite. I would recommend this location especially, to anyone. Enterprise has been great to me. Thank You Enterprise!!
