The two stars are for the friendly staff. Everything else was pretty bad. I walked home after sitting in the car they brought me for the would be time in which my car was being repaired. First, my reservation was for 11 am. They made my reservation for the day before by mistake. So no one came. The salesman apologized and very kindly gave me the next available pick up. Good thing I called. Said five minutes. After waitinganother fifteen minutes I called back. 11:56 someone arrives. Super nice. Very kind. Get there, do the deposit and the paperwork. Said itd be another 15 or so bc the car was dirty. Waited. No big deal. Car pulls up, kinda smelly, not exactly clean but still no big deal. Scams me on the 20 dollar peace of mind upcharge, after I agree reluctantly then tells me its per day.....after I agreed. My car will be in the shop for 3 weeks. I cancelled the transaction and walked home. If I had walked there, Id have saved at least 45 minutes of whatever were calling these events.Friendly staff. Surely though, theyre paid commission or at least very much encouraged to upsell unnecessary coverage under the guise of guaranteed peace of mind. One red flag after another.Again, very friendly. Ive never been swindled nor delayed by a kinder more adorable group of people.
Had the pleasure of Enterprise Associate DANNY Assisting with my Reservation. I found myself in a time crunch and DANNY was extremely mindful of this. Meeting me at the front door with vehicle on standby ( Per Request to skip the counter ) Walked over the condition of car to assure no pre existing damages. Explained the insurance procedures & Details on the Gasoline return policy. He couldn’t have been more clearer & precise. Looking forward to Renting through Enterprise in the near Future.
I had a really good experience using Enterprise Car Rental at the Brookpark location in Ohio. Staff was very friendly provided great customer service from the pre-rental phone call to remind me to bring my drivers license as well as ensure that I had a credit card (vs. debit) for the transaction. They also reviewed the key functions/locations of things (lights, windshield wipers, etc) on the vehicle. So many locations dont bother doing that anymore. I really appreciated the overview. Car was very clean inside and out too!
I was in an accident my insurance coverd all cost except the taxes. A woman named Jenna who wasnt very nice kept calling me every other day asking to run my credit card for $15. Then she ran my card without even asking me for $22. I called corporate office and they said that not the way they operate customers be careful at this location
I never had a bad experience with this location. They always been very helpful and fast and always have the car I need. They take good care of the cars because just recently I took one of their minivans all the way to Yellowstone WY and back. The staff is great, very respectful and helpful. I suggest you put some EZ Pass on the cars or have them available if requested.
Not too happy.. I have used enterprise for years. I had a vehicle this time that somehow locked with the key fob inside it, which most vehicles dont lock. I had to pay for road side to come out & unlock the vehicle for me.. which again the vehicles dont normally lock with the key fob in it but yet I had to pay for a malfunction. How fair was that?
Update: After contacting the customer care email with a much more detailed message of my experience, I received a response from someone named Ryan who apologized for the smoke smell and offered for me to come swap out the vehicle....?? A week after I had already returned it...?? Our trip was over? Disregarded everything else the complaint was about? Lol not sure if it’s only this location but what a joke.Waited nearly 45 minutes in line to pick a car up on a Sunday. They don’t offer any type of extended grace period for drop-off. They close at 1pm, therefore I had no choice but to pick up the car by then - which means it had to be dropped off by 1pm on the return date. We didn’t need the vehicle until 4pm. We had to rush the entire morning of the drop-off because I didn’t want to be charged for an additional day over a couple hours. The staff was nice but not helpful at all with this. The SUV we received came with an empty gas tank, but “don’t worry there’s enough to get you to a gas station”. It reeked like weed even after we left the windows down. Maybe let the car air out before giving it to a customer who is about to take a 3+ hour drive in it?
The staff was not really enthusiastic with helping us. I felt rushing because it was almost time for them to close. So they seem like they didnt have patience with us so I explain to my son it might be better if we went to budget and we went and rented a car from there.
Rental car companies everywhere are having a heck of a time keeping up with the surge in demand this summer. The team at Enterprise - Brookpark Rd was swamped, but everyone was cheerful, efficient, and hanging tough. I had my car within fifteen minutes, and checked out on return even faster (despite a crowd in the lobby.) Glad I chose them from the many rental companies available near the Cleveland Airport.Used Lyft to get there and back: Pickup within 5 minutes for an 8 minute drive each way. Saved a ton going off-airport for my three week rental.
I needed a rental while my car was in the shop. The experience was perfect except for two things: The previous customer took extra long being picked up, so I had to wait 45 minutes after the scheduled time to be picked up. The car that I selected needed an oil change and the wiper blades did not handle the snow well. These mechanical issues I have observed across the industry, so I’m not singling anyone out. I just wish there would be more attention towards such things.
Scammed my wife into buying extra insurance she didnt need, scammed her by saying the gas Is full and when she got home 5 minutes later it was on 3/4 because she never looked. Then they scammed us out of money by charging us extra off our deposit saying we owed them money for the extra insurance we already paid up front for ans canceled early. Called the store and they were next to worthless and said they didnt care. Please be careful Enterprise are Scammers. Also the car stunk of weed and was absolutely filthy. Take your business somewhere else.
Be aware of every detail of the car you rent. Do not believe the people that work there. I had to get a rental from the brookpark rd store and the guy said to me dont worry about the scratches in the front of the car we already have it in the computer.... when I went to return the car the lady said well this is not in the computer... Hell no am I going for this. I feel they try to scam people like this. For older people find another place to go you will get scammed out of money because I can at least fight it out for my self. I would not recommend this place.
The brookpark manager and associates are amazing. They took care of the hell we had to deal with in The outer banks North Carolina. You need to review your kill devil hills enterprise location and your Norfolk airport location. Retrain everyone there. Both associates at both locations are horrible horrible horrible. Now back to the brookpark location we always use this location and they always take care us and any issues that come up. We will continue to use this location only because of your amazing manager and associates. If it wasn’t for them i would never rent there again and I would tell the whole world how bad enterprise is. But they are amazing
I have rented from this place in the past and customer service has always been great, however I rented from this place yesterday and agaon customer service was great but what I did not understand was tbe length of time we waited for the rental which was 1 hr and 30 minutes. I told the representative that I would take the vehicle as is. She stated due to covid the vehicle had to be wiped down. I thought ok this is understandable. So after the hour and a half weight I get the vehicle and it is washed outside but was not sanatize inside. I would still rent from them and Im thinking everyone has a off day.Customer service rocks!!!
IF THEY REQUIRE YOU TO PAY UPFRONT WHY WOULD YOU NOT GET YOUR FULL DEPOSIT BACK? Ive been renting from this location for a few years now. The employees are awesome, helpful, and most times knowledgeable. I love the options in vehicles as well. However after this LAST visit, Im not sure Ill be rushing back anytime soon. They increased the deposit fee, which although is an inconvenience, its not to bad because youre supposed to get it back right? Not once but twice, I paid the full fees + taxes, paid the extension rate, and STILL recieved only HALF of the deposit back. Explanation makes zero sense. They say well you got this and that, which again is PAID IN FULL UPFRONT, so make it make sense. I gave this 3 stars because I actually LIKE this location. But after my last experience, Im indecisive about if Ill return.
I had a couple things wrong during my visit. I reserved a car about 4 days in advance. When I went to pick it up they decided to tell me that they couldnt verify my address and I need two utility bills which I dont carry with me. I had to jump through hoops to find alternative docs. I feel like I should have been given a call prior to arriving to let me know the documents I need to bring. So after finally finding docs that would be approved by the Manager I was left waiting at the desk for 30 mins or more. I had to flag someone down and as why I was waiting, they simply said oh I thought the other guy was taking care of you. This really ticked me off. So after being there about an hour or more they finally had a vehicle ready, a van which is not what I reserved. The only silver lining was they waived the upgrade fee as they should. Returning the vehicle was smooth at least,
Stay away from these crooks. Had to get some repairs on my car and my insurance company (Progressive) directed me towards them and told me they would cover a vehicle for the two weeks I would need it. My insurance company was going to cover for the insurance on my rental vehicle from Enterprise. Enterprise lied to me and upsold me a pricey insurance policy I didn’t need for the duration of my rental. When I confronted them they acted like they had no idea what was going on but Progressive told me they are known for doing this and they are aggressive with their unnecessary and expensive insurance policies. I had to take time out of my day, drive back to Enterprise, wait in their busy lobby during a pandemic to get the insurance policy dropped and battle for my money to be refunded. As if getting car repairs is not stressful enough. The individuals I dealt with (Rob Buchtinec) acted super friendly and accommodating when selling the phony and unnecessary policy and then acted bewildered and confused when I demanded my refund… Beware of people who behave this way because they have tricks up their sleeves and these crooks definitely did. Will never use them again and you should stay away. Unnecessary headache and greedy business practices will get you nowhere, Enterprise! The truth will come out with the Internet reviews bringing to light your practices so you might as well stop being thieves. Shame!
All I expected was to get a pick up truck rental while my personal Toyota pick up truck was in the shop for repair. After I set an appointment time, I arrived 10 minutes early. I waited my turn and then found out they had no pick up trucks available. They set me up to have a Dodge Caravan! I work in the construction industry, and use my pick up for my job and on my farm. A van wouldnt cut it and after waiting 45 minutes, I insisted on getting a car or SUV. They employee told me they only had two cars on the lot to rent and put me in a Hyundai Sonata. They told me they would try to locate me a truck, I called the next day Saturday, An employee told me that I could easily get a truck from their store near the airport. I specifically asked if they were sure a truck was available? He replied yes, no problem. I asked if they verified I would have a truck and they said yes. Just trade the car in and get a truck. I drove the twenty minutes to the airport store and after finally finding a person found out they had no pick up trucks...I left and drove to the Brookpark store and waited my turn. I took 2 hours to go on a run around and was not happy. The employee at the store remembered me and just blew me off...saying well we dont build trucks here. He was actually chuckling that I wasted my time! THATS REALLY GOING THE EXTRA MILE! I can not haul my quads or feed for my livestock and this punk thinks waisting my time is funny! Terrible customer service! I asked for a Manager and he said they dont work on Saturday. Furious, I told him I expected a call from his Manager first thing Monday morning....Sure I will....Liars, No concern for other peoples time, indifferent and uncaring bad attitudes. Ill never rent a vehicle from them again and will tell anyone I can to stay away from ENTERPRISE RENT A CAR!
Ive been in USA for 12 years. I rent cars mostly from Enterprise because I like their pick up service and the quality of cars. This was my worst experience. I was moving from Michigan to a new apartment in Cleveland area on 02/28 in a rental truck and had to go back to Michigan on March 1st (Monday) for final cleaning and returning keys for my old apartment. I booked one way car rental two weeks in advance and I got a call on 02/25 from the location in Parma, confirming my rental for March 1st. I mentioned specifically that I need a ride before 8:30 am on 03/01 from the Budget truck rental office, which was less than 4 miles away. I said it is urgent that they come on time. I told the address for pick up, the guy (later turned out to be the branch manager) noted it and said all good. Since they open at 8 am, I would have been the first pick up for the day. I moved on February 28th as planned and unloaded my stuff from the truck to my new apartment. Returned the budget rental truck to their office on Monday morning at 8:02 am and gave Enterprise a call at 8:05 am. To my surprise, I was told that no pick up was available for me and the earliest they could give me a ride would be after 10 am. I mentioned about the call on Thursday, and the guy said there was no record of that call ! Later, when I mentioned that the number from which I got the call is not available online and how could I have got it, he admitted that it was the branch manager who called me. I had to call an Uber to get to the location and they took 50 minutes to arrive because none were available close to me. I reached the Enterprise office by 9:06 am. I was promised the refund for Uber ride on the call earlier. I mentioned I am the guy who was promised the ride once I reached the branch. Told I needed to reach Troy, MI quickly, do final cleaning of the place, return the key before 5 pm and I was already late. They showed total lack of concern. They were dealing with the 4 customers who were already there ahead of me, super slow. I felt like they were intentionally trying to aggravate me. Even by 9:40 am, I was still sitting there and I threw my gloves on the floor out of stress. Immediately this Afro guy comes to me and says I need to leave or they would call the cops! I was super frustrated and shouted that I am not leaving the place till I get the car I booked two weeks in advance. I was stern and repeated the urgency. This guy shamelessly says I have to wait more because I didnt come earlier ! When I replied yes, because of you, he couldnt say anything. I waited 10 more minutes and I was told my car is ready. The gas tank was almost empty which meant I had to fill it on the way. When I said it was a horrible experience in total, the Afro guy says he didnt want to give me the car!! He says he is the manager and does not once admit his mistake or apologize. Then kept arguing to put the blame on me for the mess he created. I finally left the place in rental car by 10 am and had to stop for gas. I returned the car at Troy branch by 1:00. I didnt sign the bill because it was not showing the refund for Uber ride. Those guys at Troy branch were prompt and nice. They gave me a ride quickly to my apartment and I was able to do the final cleaning in a hurry. I took photos of the cleaned apartment, gave the keys to the office in the evening and drove to Cleveland in my own car, which was parked at my apartment in Michigan. Since I suffered much stress and Enterprise, Parma promised the refund for my Uber ride, I was not going to give up on it. I called them on March 2nd and the guy kept me on hold for 10 minutes and call got disconnected. Then I called again later. This time, I was again put on hold and had to wait 40 minutes till the branch closed. I called again on March 3rd morning and resolved it. I am sure the manager could have set it like, by the time I return the car, it would have reflected in the bill. But I guess he wanted to irritate me more. I will stay away from this place.Reply to owner: Wow, you need more details! lol And for what ?? Enough.
My experience with enterprise was not very good. I had a reservation for 12:00, and was still getting a car at about 12:30, which I understood due to it being a couple days before the holiday weekend. Well, an employee decided to get super excited that I was using a credit card and had wanted to give me a luxury vehicle. I didn’t care much, just said sure as long as it didn’t cost more. He puts me in a BMW, and didn’t walk me around the car(it was my first time renting a car, so I didn’t know about that procedure). I get home, and my mom points out there’s a gash in one of the tires. I take it back up to enterprise and the general manager tells me I can either take it to the shop that works with enterprise which wouldn’t take long or wait for a new car( I had about an hour before I was supposed to leave for my out of town trip). I take it to the shop and they tell me they can’t do anything unless they send something over to corporate and corporate approves it(which was said could take hours). I drive BACK to enterprise to tell them that, and they clearly had no idea of that. Also this car had no spare tire. They give me a second luxury car, make sure to walk me around it. I drive off, and this one has a crack in the windshield. I drive back(now late for my trip), and am given a third car, which is seeming to have no problems. During my trip I did notice the door handle sticks though. I had such a crazy experience, I really couldn’t believe it. Also the assistant general manager who I called about the first issue never even apologized. Just said “just bring it back up.” He had no customer service skills whatsoever. I probably won’t go back to the Brooklyn, Ohio location.
I dont recommend Enterprise or this office. They charged us for a drop off fee which mean they made us pay for the return of the rental car to the place where we picked up the car from!!! This does not make any sense. In addition, they overcharged us $38.8 for no reason. I called their office to get explanation and their response is that we were charged because we returned the car 2 hours late although the overcharges already appeared on the original bill when we just picked the car!! How can someone charge you for returning the car late AT THE TIME WHEN YOU JUST PICKED UP THE CAR!! They try to convince me that this charge is valid and I kept explaining to them but they dont care! Even worse, when I was on the phone, the guy (I think the manager) put me onhold twice. It is very clear that they dont care or listen to their customers. I had a very bad experience with Enterprise in general and with this office as well. I also called the main Enterprise office but the lady who answered was VERY RUDE and had no customer service skills. This was the first and the last time I am going to rent a car from Enterprise.
Its one of the rental car , great staff and friendly people.I rent a car from this office. And they picked me up from the place I dropped my truck off for service, when I got to their office to pick up car I rent it and it was a Ford Fusion. They decided to upgrade it to Audi Q5 brand new with almost the same price. And I really appreciate it.
Exceptional customer service, clean new cars, professional courtesy and an easy process! This branch provided me with exceptional customer service, picking me up from another location. The manager Mike rescued me from a horrible situation with another rental company. Stephanie processed my paperwork within minutes, and Chad showed me all the features of the new car before I left. I was provided with a brand new, very clean vehicle and an easy & fast process to complete paperwork. On my return, Brian drove me to the body shop. This branch is fantastic! Professional and ethical business practices with a superior level of service that you will not find at their awful competitor down the road. I highly recommend this branch for your travel and insurance rental car needs.
I have always rented with enterprise because its been a reliable company. Today at the Parma location was unfortunately not a good experience. I called ahead and reserved a sedan. However when I arrived they told me they had none available, only an SUV or a sports car, neither of which I felt comfortable driving. when I asked them to please help to facilitate a sedan from another location, they told me they could give me a list of numbers to call myself which is terrible customer service or take an oversized van and come back at another time and switch, which would not work for my schedule since as a Healthcare worker I do 12 hour shifts. Fortunately a very kind customer volunteered to give up her vehicle to help me and solve the problem that the persons at enterprise were unwilling to do. the enterprise representative at the desk just kept blaming the reservation person, which doesnt help the situation. I suggest they analyze their booking work flow so that the reservation person can see what the current stock is at the locations so that people are actually booking and picking up the cars that they need. I appreciate at the end of this whole debacle that their manager Chad listened to the complaint, however still this remains an issue internally that they should sort our to improve customer service.
It was the worse rental experience I ever had.1st,They had the Car I reserved witch was a Ford EDGE then the representative guy give to a lady he was flirting with even thou she wanted the Ford Fusion but nobody would refuse a free upgrade.2nd, I end up with a GMC terrain that was turned back 5 minutes ago so Of course the inside was filthy. Not sanitized even when I asked him and he confirm that it is 100% sanitized. they throw some water on the outside didnt even attempt to at least dry the windshield.3rd, I went back a half an hour later because the car was very uncomfortable for me I even asked to upgrade and pay the deference but I was told go to the airport location and theyll change it for you So after I went to the Airport of course she said they dont change unless theres a major Issue.4th, I gave up in getting any help at this point and it was almost 9pm.3 - 4 hours into my trip to New York the Oil Change light came on honestly after all the hard time I got from Enterprise I was really considering not change it and leave it on the side of the road with a blown engine but I looked up the closest branch wasting 2 hours of my time to do their job.Never had this Problem with any other rental company or even with them (Not This Branch) Never again. Very Very Bad
Although I have rented MANY cars from Enterprise’s Northfield, OH location and have always found their service excellent, my experience on July 1, 2020 was not good. I had a vehicle reserved with points for that morning, given I lost my job in April. Upon arriving I was told by the attendant that they had no car for me, citing it had been damaged and was being repaired. He then began making phone calls to other locations but given the holiday weekend was approaching had no luck. I asked why I wasn’t contacted before being dropped off when there was no car for me. He said he was too busy trying to find me a car when in actuality he didn’t start making calls until I was standing there.He then told me I was “all set” and could pick up my car in Parma......which is about a 30 minute drive away. He offered no apology and acted like he had in fact done me a huge favor. He said all details of the rental would transfer to that location. Upon arriving in Parma NOTHING had transferred. While they were able to get me a car I was told I could not use points and would have to pay for the rental and “just call the 800 number” and it would be fixed. On Monday 7/7 I did call and was told they could not credit me for the rental but she did restore my points. She also said she was going to email the district, regional, and local manager and certainly one of them could get me a refund.Not surprisingly no one from their crack management staff has reached out to me, not that I actually expected them to. Had someone in the local Enterprise network acted like they really cared, I would not have written this review. And I am sure this will do no good but.....I feel better!!
Horrible! I waited even though they notify you to tell you everything will be ready and no waiting due to Covid. Not only that but after waiting for a vehicle that was being cleaned for me at the last minute I was told its being sold so it cant be rented. So I had to drive in the filthy shuttle with an employee to drop keys off to another employee then to get the vehicle for me. Finally get to the vehicle and it was filthy! I had to drive the vehicle back to the location on brookpark so that it could be cleaned. I had to wait for that too. This was the worst experience ever during a time where you shouldnt let a customer step foot into filth from a previous customer. Not only that, if youre going to shuttle, keep that cleaned as well
We had a smooth ride, from the time Will at Enterprise introduced himself to assist me with picking up the 15 passenger van and when I delivered it back to the site. Will was helpful in answering questions I had, accommodating in providing a comfort level to get used to the vehicle, and professional in the transaction of renting the vehicle. And we had a great day trip to boot! It was an wonderful experience renting from Enterprise and, of course!, I will have not hesitation to do it again when needed. Plus, I made the initial arrangements by phone - couldnt have been any better!
Made a reservation for pick up at 8:30am. Was dropped off and told that my reserved car would not be available until 10:00am at the earliest. Waiting for a ride home to use my personal vehicle. I may not make my business meeting in time. What once was reliable is no longer true with enterprise
I can always count on excellent service and top notch car availability here. However. Be no key drop box is super inconvenient being that I am a truck driver and have my own company. And drivers to have to return early the next morning to drop keys and sometimes Miss the unloading appointment
Since Enterprise emailed me and asked for my review...To their credit, we were a couple days into a snow storm and Im sure they had a lot going on.Reserved a full size sedan around 2 pm for a 6pm pickup to go on a business trip. when I arrived they were very busy, waited 10-15 minutes for my turn for someone to help me, no big deal. turns out they didnt have the car I reserved, and the guy asked me, does your company care what car you drive? I said no, they just care how much it costs. they put me in an SUV that was $15/day more than the vehicle I reserved. Whatever, my boss will get over it. When I got in the car I found crushed up chips and cheese-its all over the carpet, and a snickers wrapper in the backseat. Clearly there was no effort to clean this car before I got in it.The car worked fine for the trip and there was no issue with return, outside of the half tank of gas that I gifted them.all in all, not the best experience, but ill be back purely out of convenience of location.
Car was dirty in the backseat from previous renter I assume? There were literally fries in the back seat. I requested a LARGE SUV and they gave me a 2020 Chevrolet Equinox...not large. What so ever. The person that dropped off the car to me went over the scratches and dents with me and when I pointed out two of them he said he will notate it but I didnt see him putting these issues down in the tablet. Thank God they didnt charge me...but still. I will probably go to another rental service if I ever get into another accident again.
Once again things start off well. We had issues with a prior rental and after providing detailed feedback of the rental we were contacted by the manager Ryan from the Parma location in bookmark road. To make up for all our troubles he set us up with a free one way rental since we had to go out of town again. He set us up with a ford explorer or similar for the day we would pick it up. We got to the location and were offered an upgrade to an Escalade. We drove to TN on Friday and were to drop off the car on Saturday. We went to the enterprise location in Murfreesboro to take the car back. When we arrived we spoke we the fellow that was handling rentals and returns. We explained to him that we were returning the rental which was free and explained why it was. The car we were planning to bring back was our own car that was left for my husbands daughter to use. This car was not ready to be driven back yet so we decided to see what it would cost to drive the escalade back to Cleveland. The fellow at the location pulled up my info and said that it was marked on the agreement no charge and he said he could not override that and according to him for us to take it back to Cleveland it was free of charge. When we brought it back and it was checked back in there was no mention of being charged. Looking at my chase statement I saw that I was charged for this rental the amt of $263. This was not acceptable. We went to the Parma location on 8/17/2020 to speak to Ryan and he was not available after we called and were told he is always there on Mondays. They said they would send him a message to contact me. Today 8/18/2020 we once again called to speak to Ryan and once again not available and they would call him to have him call me. Once again I have not heard from Ryan. I would like this resolved and gave this charged removed as I did right on my end. I dont know why the fellow in TN informed us that this was marked no charge and it was ok for us to bring it back to Cleveland as no charge but this needs resolved. I will contact my credit card to let them know I am disputing this charge on my account. I dont understand why I am having such an issue with renting cars from enterprise all of a sudden.
Despite heavy volume and vehicles coming in and going out at a hectic pace, the staff was able to keep things in check. Every consideration was given for complete customer satisfaction. Everyone was involved and remained calm and polite.The ability to adapt and adjust in the moment was impressive. I appreciated the professionalism and courtesy extended by Mike and the staff. I felt as if I was their only and most important customer. Enterprise was very quick to get me a car and get me back to my day while my car was being repaired. When my car was finished all i had to do was leave the rental at the shop and they took care of the rest with no hassles. The representatives were courteous and helpful throughout the whole process.

After having my brand new car leave me stranded during rush hour last night, I was a zombie as I walked into Enterprise. To my surprise the staff was AMAZING! Jacob was the one that worked with me and even though they were about to close he took his time with me and even humored me with letting me pick out my rental. He did not make me feel rushed at all. I wish all enterprise locations were as good as this one. With that being said, at least the weekend is here...GO PACK GO!!!
Mike and Lola they where such a great help and a pleasure to meet. Mike was more concerned about how tall I am and putting me in the right vehicle until I received my car back. Lola was outstanding she took me to pick me car up,we had a great laugh. I would never forget the great customer service I received from the both of them....I would definitely recommend this Enterprise if you looking to rent your next vehicle!!!
Staff was very friendly and informative. The little waiting area was nice. The car was clean and ran ok, but it was very apparent that it had not been maintained well. It was 3500 miles overdue for an oil change, and there was a mysterious humming coming from the front of the car, likely from friction in the transmission or wheel components. It also had 35,000 miles on it after only a few months, so I doubt regularly scheduled maintenance would have been performed between clients. I was just waiting to be stranded somewhere, but it got me around just fine.
Made a reservation for a Dodge Ram. Get there. No trucks at all. Settled for a Maxima which was scratched and dinged on every area of car. The inside smelled like weed. stains all through out the interior. thought for sure i was going to get charged for preexisting damage or a cleaning fee or both. why even bother with e reservation.
Was able to drop off a vehicle I had picked-up at a different location free of charge and they were able to give me a ride to pick-up my car. The staff was friendly, professional and efficient in getting me on my way. If I ever need a rental car in the future, this is where Ill be going.
Now I’m extremely mad the manager was to call me yesterday so I can talk to him about the issue I had. He never called. They swipe my card without my consent. I never told them to swipe there card plus I was going to use different cards to pay. That’s not right to swipe something without knowing if they agree. Horrible arrive never use them again. Also I will talk to my bank about this issue because I never told them to use that card I had on file and the manager should have called. Shows how much he cares about his customers.
Staff is always great and provides good customer service. Very Prompt and courteous. I rent for business purposes, not as frequent as I once did. Usual get the car I need with no issues. Only reason your not 4 or 5 stars, is because I have to fill the gas tank after I pick up the car. there is typically a quarter of a tank of gas. I travel and am accustomed to picking up a car with a full tank and hitting the road. and satellite radio would be nice. I rarely get that.nice easy place to rent a car though. I will use them again without worry.
Rental experience was good. When I rented the car on Saturday there were plenty of associates to take care of the customer. I waited about 15 minutes after I signed the paperwork because they had to clean up my car because it wasnt ready. No problem because I could say they were very busy and everybody was taking care of the customer. The guy that took care of me with the paperwork also also had to wash the car. I dont remember his name and I dont see it on my receipt. When I returned the car 9 days later was the issue. There was one person working the desk and he was very professional and didnt get upset because the place was busy. It was around 3:30 and you close at 4. There were 5 people waiting to be taken care of and he took them one at a time and handled it very well. I think there should have been more help at the desk but maybe that isnt a very busy time normally. I finally got out of there about 25 minutes after I arrived which is not to bad.I did have one question. I prepaid for gas at a $1.80 a gallon. That is written on my contract. I was charged $2.60 a gallon. Im not sure why. Did I miss something on the contract.? My rental agreement number is 57ttbv or 361195. No sure which one. The car itself ran great and I was very happy with it and I think I got a fair price.I normally rent from the airport but with the airport fees this was a better deal. I will rent from this location again. It seemed to be busier than the airport location actually. Thanks Bruce Clark
I always had a great experience with enterprise until I encountered a counter person named Ray. I requested a luxury vehicle because thats what would be covered by my insurance. He only had a work truck which is not something Im comfortable driving because I have two carseats I need to accommodate . He was very hard to work with . I called corporate and notified them of the issue they assured someone would call me and correct the problem. When I talked to him when I was returning the work truck he said he tried to call me which was not true. No missed call or voicemail from enterprise at all. I will be taking my future business elsewhere, maybe somewhere they dont talk down to and they hire people that value their customers.
The Chrysler had quite a bit of litter in the second and third seats, including a cigar wrapper, that we did not notice until we were at home beginning to load the vehicle. In her defense, Camille, who assisted us, is a trainee and I believe she did her best. I did email her photos of the litter that we found in the van. When I spoke with her and Michael on the phone they did try to locate another vehicle, but were unable.The store was very busy with warranty customers but Camille and Michael gave great service, returned phone calls and provided a high level of customer service. Thank you!
Rented a full size to go on a trip. They were very helpful in explaining all the extra options and they made me feel welcomed. On the trip i got a flat, I took it to the closest enterprise and they got gave me a choice of them fixing it or getting another car. The employees at both places were amazing and I will rent with them again.
The people at enterprise on brookpark rd are amazing! I was in need of a rental for my son birthday party field trip and i cant tell you how happy i was when Emily said they had exactly what i was looking for. The price was exactly in the range I was budget for. Although the deposit was a little high i was still satisfied. The kids loved the ride in the van and How spacious it was. I could go on and on but this was a great experience thank you.Alexis
Didn’t greet me or acknowledge my existence. Made me wait 25 minutes when I was the only one there. They act as if they’ve never seen people before. The only good thing about the city I was in was that they had a train system that led me straight downtown. They don’t deserve my money.
Booked a car and it was not ready twice, even told by the reservation booking on phone that the car was ready. Coming from overseas, showing up with jet lag and told car is not ready is not a pleasant experience.Finally rented the car for 3 weeks, then wished to extend another 3 weeks and was told needed to return the car in order to extend the rental agreement. On returning the car on the day told by the reservation phone booking system because to extend required returning the existing car. On arriving to extend the contract at location, I was told to come back the following day as no car was available . This made it two times the car was not ready, not clean and not the size which was booked.I was disappointed.
Apparently reservations mean nothing here, youll still be waiting at least an hour for a car you reserved a week ago... everytime we come here its busier than the new dunkin. Cars out into brookpark rd waiting...cant be thaat hard to run this buisness, is it?? Zero stars
My SUV was rear ended and needed repair. The other drivers insurance had to cover a rental. Lola, the Enterprise rep met me at the auto shop with a comparable SUV to my car. Before I could take it, Lola received a call saying that the drivers insurance was refusing to cover an SUV and would only authorize a standard car. Id tried calling them to explain that I needed more cargo space than that because I have 3 kids, 2 of them play sports and the 3rd sits in a bulky toddler seat. The insurance company didnt care. Lola, being an angel, tried to speak with the insurance woman, the woman was nasty to her and still wouldnt budge. I hung up, defeated and near tears. Lola said that I could pay the difference on my own. I told her I couldnt afford that. She looked at me and said You know what?, Im putting you in this SUV. Ill work out the details with my boss later. I told her that I couldnt let her do that, she said its fine. The SUV is already here and youve already been waiting too long. I got the SUV without paying the difference. Lola is amazing. She didnt have to do any of that. It wasnt her problem but Im so grateful that she did. Thats the kind of people and service you can expect from the Brookpark Rd. Enterprise.
Excellent customer service/satisfaction. *****15 Passenger Vans - FILTHY. Trash under seats, poorly vacuumed, very nasty carpet, etc. I can go on and on - very disappointing.Availability, excellent customer service & staff yet remember were (customers) are there for vehicles that are clean, fueled and ready to go.
Drop a car at Parma Ohio. It was snowing and I’ve never got a compact before but this time I thought I would save a few dollars. Big mistake The car I was given had no windshield fluid the wipers are bad and the snow was coming down. By the time I got to the airport the wire in the fluid in the bottle was empty. The wipers were dried out it would not clean the window. The salt on the road near the window so bad that I couldn’t see 5 feet in front of me. Made it to mentor where I was going went to enterprise to get another car. The lady there was rude and acted like I was lying about the vehicle. At that time she told me there were no cars. I called back to the home office where I rented the car they talk to the area manager. All of a sudden she found a car. I may or may not use their prize ever again I really had a bad experience in Ohio. That being said I’ve rented from them many times before with no issues . It was a rental from hell.Cheaper is never a better individual at the original place was sorry and apologetic which I appreciate. Go buckeyes
The folks at this place did an excellent job. I think I met the entire staff throughout the pick up, one pit stop for a wash and de-icer fluid and the drop off. These are usually busy places and this one was more helpful and friendly than others Ive actually paid to use for leisure. This was a 40 day claim rental.The rental car was clean and new but had windows that were too different than what Im accustomed to so they switched it to a better one the next day. I had to refill the windshield washer fluid one time with the standard before I came in for a wash and they actually gave me a jug back. They say they treat you like family but for some people thats better than family. cxIf youre going to rent its worth it to add on the pre-paid tank of gas at their rate so you can return the car with the low fuel light on if you want. Best customer service hands down. I will never book through another place in the Cleveland area again. Other companies like Avis, Budget etc have HORRIBLE customer service, especially at the airport (plus $30+ in taxes and fees). Enterprise on Brookpark rd always makes you feel like family and gets you the best prices. Thanks guys!!
I live in North Ridgeville and I would drive to this Enterprise every time I need a rental.....they are awesome and went above and beyond for me. I had a reservation at the Enterprise at the airport and had a issue with what payment I could use because they never told me they only take certain payment so I almost went to a different rental company but I am so glad I called this one because they were about to close and told me to come on over they would get me set up and they sure did. I cant stress how awesome they were and I will be using them every time and not to mention they are very fair on the pricing and try and get you the best deal. Thank you Enterprise for making my trip less stressful and more relaxed. I wish I could find the name of the girl that set me up cause she went way above for me and it was last minute and they were about to close. She was a pretty blonde girl with her makeup on point.....lol....sorry I dont have your name I will be finding it cause I want to call the manager and let him or her know how awesome everyone was.
Had to return my vehicle a couple hours late, mind you Im a single mother that just had to pay 600$ in my own vehicle they decided to charge me for another full day of driving the vehicle! Zero empathy. Was told I could use my costco membership but when upon arrival they said I had to do it online. They never did a walk thru when giving me the vehicle either which I thought was odd. Dont think Ill be returning to this location. 200+$ for 2 days off a vehicle.... Not ok enterprise...
My coworker bought a car from the Brookpark Rd location 3 days into having the car it wouldnt start. She called her sales guy Spencer, who went above and beyond to figure out the issue and get it resolved without inconveniencing my coworker. I am extremely impressed by the level of customer service Spencer and Enterprise has provided. I would definitely recommend Entetprise and consider purchase my next vehicle with you . Applauds to Spencer you are a rock star.
Extremely satisfied with this location. My requested was noted from day one and Angel made it happened. He treated my daughter over the phone and myself in person like family. Most definetly I will be returning to this location. Close to home easy access and reasonable.
These people are rockstars..our flight to cleavland was way delayed and our point of pick up was going to be closed..they made a quick location transfer for us and even paid our uber fare upon returning as they were not able to drive us to airport..thank you Brittany piper and all the parma enterprise staff!!
Excellent experience. Very quick in and out, great cars, nice people. Mike particularly went above and beyond to help me out when I got into a bind when another car rental place down the street yanked me around and screwed me out of my rental. I will never even try another rental place anymore.
I was given a car with a bad tire. I tried to take the car back to another location because the location that I received the car at was closed. The new location only had pick ups and conversion vans available. I had to wait until the next day to get a new car. I was supposed to be in Buffalo at 8am for work but instead I was getting a different car. After all of the inconvenience, they still charged me for the XM radio that they said they would give me at no charge. I always go Enterprise but next time will be Hertz.
Two employees lied to my face in a weeks time I went through three cars one had a slow leak one had no blinker and the other one reeked of cigarette smoke then they also told me that I had four days grace period after my insurance company let me go with my rental car all they had to say was sir you need to give your car up today they didn’t they made me think I had four more days and then they charge me a $300 charge on my card and made my balance negative.. run!!!!
Not the most considerate location. One of my immediate family members got into a car accident, and their insurance company sent them to this location. Since it was snowing we asked for that family member to be picked up. Dave kept giving the runaround and eventually placed me on hold for 10 minutes before I spoke to Ashanti who claimed no one could do a pickup due to the weather which was a different excuse from what another family member was told.If you get into accident or need to get rental for any reason I would avoid this location by all cost. They lack empathy and regard for any customer who needs to get to their rental.
Excellent service! Had few small issues with 1st rental and I let them know and next day the Manager called me 1st thing in the morning and was Amazing at hearing my issues and he wanted to do EVERYTHING he could to make it up to ME. He did a excellent job at taking care of Me and I would give them 10stars if I could because I ended up in a beautiful Suv rental 2hrs later and had it 8days and it was Brand new only 1,600 miles on it and he also showed me how to work all features so I got the Best Value out of my buck$. The customer service for picking up was good. Dropping off, i was ignored and those in front of me were serviced. No one offered/asked if i needed a pick up or drop off but quickly asked another lady who had been ignored if she wanted these services. And for feedback didnt let me fill out the feedback form. Just asked questions, answered for me and based it off of the pick up experience.
After driving over 20 miles with issues with the windshield washer system, getting to the point of not being able to see. I drove back to Enterprise and they only provided another vehicle. I didnt get the compassion from a dangerous drive as well as how to make it better.
First time renting a car at this location. Previously rented from Hertz with AAA discount. The experience at Enterprise was top-notch from beginning to end, exceeded my expectations. Will never go with Hertz again, Enterprise at this location has a new loyal customer.
Worst service ever I’m sorry I hate to write bad reviews but after my experience there I have too employees there never know what there doing and it goes from one person to another then we have to pay in advance which I understand but if I pay in advance then I shouldn’t be getting surprise charges after that was not told to me or ever explained now I know this place is a red zone in my book need a rental go somewhere else plz
We went to rent a car they were quick to help us, however the car they gave us we drove it one day and the check engine light came on. We went back and they replaced the car with a different one without any difficulty. Over all I would reccomend renting a car from them. My only concern is one of the employees seem to have a condensending attitude when I was unsure about acouple of issues.
Absolute worst enterprise ever. The manager there is very rude. I came up there 3 times to swap out my rental due to an accident. I was told theres none available to come back. Im madd it takes me 45 minutes one way there. To come up there for nothing Im madd as ever. They told me I have to come back again. The heck with that. I ll just drive around with a damaged car. I cant afford to keep missing work. They can worry about going after the idiots insurance that hit me. They will not get a dime from me. Worst experience ever!
I could not have received a more welcoming than these employees and I love that they have a Senior discount. I would advise anyone, you need a Rental Car Enterprise is it. I will never go anywhere else. Thanks guys for being so polite and hope to use you again in the future.
After learning that my new(er) car needed costly repairs due to wild animal damage (enough to ruin anyones day), the service at Enterprise was so good that it actually raised my spirits. Jerrod and the others that assisted me were prompt, friendly, and helpful, and they made the process as easy as it could be. I would recommend their services to anyone in a position where they need to rent a car.
I got my got on a Friday...which is really busy..I wanted a full size car and they throw me in a small SUV...the car was half fast washed on the outside and then the inside was filthy still from previous driver...the were water bottles under the seat and a baby book in the back seat...the inside windows were so nasty I can draw a picture from the inside from all the fog stuff on the windows...They need to do a better job and not just throw me in any vehicle they have on there lot when there were 30 other cars I could have been in. Grade C-
After a deer totaled our car on the Ohio Turnpike, Scott Ahern at Enterprise got us a car similar enough to ours that I was immediately comfortable and we continued on our vacation. Our return was easy, too. We bought a new car two weeks later in Fairfax, Va., and just left the rental at the dealer to be picked up by Enterprise.
I was frustrated by having to wait 45 minutes past my pick up time for a car since they were short vehicles. I was waiting with another woman who also had an 8am pick up time and had to be at work by 9am. Once I got my car, it had just been shampooed and the scent was overpowering. As someone who uses Enterprise often for work and has a cooperate account, I was frustrated by the lack of professionalism and customer service.
Horrible experience! Rent a van for 9am pick up and 4 hours later they are telling us no van until 2 and dont even know they can meet that. What a horrible customer experience. I thought thats what enterprise was about. How ridiculous to not provide a good resolution. How is this ok????
Never again! First they over charged me by three days and then SEVERAL months later without any warning or communication they take 147 from my bank account via my debit card. When I call to ask why, they claim it was because the auto shop that was suppose to pay had refused. I asked why I wasnt notified that this was an issue and the asst manager told me Im sure we tried to contact you Obviously not very hard! I called the auto shop who said they had only received the bill THE DAY BEFORE! To me, it seems like they were just trying to get paid twice!
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Ever since I gave them my card for the 50$ deposit fee they have been STEALING money from me daily! I called and talked to them and they say we dont see any transactions done on our end I have the bank statements to show it. You guys are a scam. Do not give them your debit card! They are hackers and will steal your money!!!!!!! Unbelievable, do not trust them!
Very friendly, great service, the only problem is that every time I go, they are ridiculously understaffed. Hats off to them for not going insane, but waiting 15-20 minutes or more every time I go is a bit annoying. The employees are always working, going as fast as possible, so its literally just a lack of staff.
I️ made reservations with a lady named Heather, Its a office full of people renting cars before me. I️ get to the counter when it’s my turn she takes I’m license and tells me she got a call from her boss Mike who told her their not renting anymore cars because of a storm! Now mind you I’ve been in line 20 minutes phone never rings and there was never no stormI️ ask her to call and verify what she was told Heather starts yelling and tell me to leave she calling the cops to have me arrested!! I️ never yelled never cussed! I️ recorded this whole ordeal! The people she allowed to rent vehicles was all white! But when myself a black women tried she made up a lie to me and another black man so we couldn’t rent! Spoke to Mike about what was said and happen and he couldn’t even explain what she said about not renting even though she continued to rent cars up until they closed at 4!!! I’ll never rent ever again from none of them! Nobody called apologizeing for their employee just a blank voice record smh guess I’ll just speak to a lawyer!!
The Brookpark location has once again come through for my rental needs. I used online reservations and upon arrival they were able to get me in and out quickly with no additional fees. They offered me a variety of makes and models within my reservation selection. Thank you for making it easy for me David Sufka.
The Brookpark location has a working arrangement with the service departments of the Montrose dealerships just down the street, making it painless to initiate a rental to use while my vehicle was being repaired, even though I had to bring it into Montrose suddenly and without an appointment. The Enterprise team juggled their pending vehicle inventory on a very busy Monday morning to get me out the door within three hours of the time I showed up at Montrose. For added convenience, I was able to drop the vehicle at Montrose when mine was repaired rather than at Enterprise, saving me time and aggravation. Kudos to both Enterprise and Montrose!
MEGA AWESOME!!!!, SUPERIOR-Customer Service. The BEST rates and the Classiest vehicles in the region. The staff which consisted of Mike Harrington who was nothing short of PHENOMENAL and full of professonalism tapered with INTEGRITY. Mike was sincerely a GEM in the car rental process. Mike was able to answer all of our questions and simplified the rental process for us. Enterprise and Mike Harrington in Parma are the go-to place and person for your next car rental need.
Stole money out of my account refuse to return it was very rude and unhelpful dont ever go here. 4 days later still havent returned the money they withdrew from my account. People at the counters were asshoes refused to make right what they did wrong. The gay guy was super rude.
I needed a minivan for a overnight last minute family getaway I drove from Norwalk Ohio to this location and glad I did the young lady I think her name was Emily was very helpful and has great customer service skills Enterprise is lucky to have a great employee as her she deserves employee of the year great job
Horrible customer service! Had a vehicle reserved today. Went to pick it up and was told it needed an oil change and would call me when finished. Never called me back! When i tried to call back, I was put on hold and they answer back. This place is not professional!!
Enjoyed the EASY drop off system on a one way Trip from Cleveland Ohio to Louisville KY. Did not appreciate the badgering and nasty attitude from Parma Ohio Brookpark Office. Call to extend my reservation and got nothing but a HEADACE and the run around. Wanting to over bill me, Lock the car out BEFORE the rental agreement was over, STILL talk crazy , NOT understanding the car was ALREADY turned in at Louisville Airport. I understand that Parma Ohio is a racist Community and Black people are often consider Thieves and Undesirable lacking the FUNDS. I see this was the attitude of Enterprise Brookpark Parma Ohio. If you know OHIO. Then understand KEY Bank Master Card is REAL MONEY. Stop Playing with yourselves about what you are going to do if I did not bring the car back to your Brookpark Office. NOTHING. I can return at ANY ENTERPRISE Rental I choose. I choose Louisville International Airport. RESPECT HOW YOU TALK TO COSTUMERS
I had made a reservation at the airport location and had a very unpleasant experience then I went to the west park location and again unpleasant experience. But finally at the brookpark/Parma location I met a very nice woman there who helped me get on the road thank you to camille kamp and crew. I will only rent from this location from now on.
Mike is a scammer there races that look down on the people that want to rent cars from them theyre very rude disrespectful and they kept my deposit after they said I put one dent in the bumper now theyre trying to overcharge me for everything that was wrong with the car when half of the things were wrong I did not do. Only thing I did was did the bumper I offered to pay 800 for the bumper theyre telling me to pay them 1300 for scratches interior normal wear and tear and Chad is a manager at this branch and he is horrible he flirts with people to try to get your money and then well take your money wont give you your deposit back go somewhere else to another Enterprise cuz this Enterprise is very unprofessional very rude and they are racist

2022-03-24I rented a ton of cars in my lifetime and Im never let down at this location when it comes to when it comes to attention to detail and providing me with the lowest rate available in the area but in the area I try every time that I can to make sure that I come to this location just because of how Im treated better than most of the rest thank you

2022-03-28Came in a very busy Monday morning and worked with Brittney and another lady with long dark hair. They were awesome when I had an embarrassing situation with State Farm, not wanting to pay enough for me to drive something I was comfortable with. I know they understood my frustration. These insurance companies are SO CHEAP thereby making these ladies and gentlemen at Enterprise work twice as hard to please customers because of the insurance companies short comings. I am sorry they even have to deal with this at all.Thank you ladies for not letting me down when State Farm did. I appreciate you more than you know making sure I had a car I felt comfortable and SAFE driving no matter the cost per day.I hope Enterprise recongizes this location and how hard everyone here is working to take care of their customers. What I witnessed was employees going above and beyond for not only me but everyone whom came through their door.I would never use another rental car company as State Farm suggested I do. Was never even a thought to use another company because Enterprise has always taken good care of my rental car needs over the years.Thanks again.

2022-02-17My daughter who was in a car accident and had to use their services for a rental. Never being in an accident she had her father with her during the rental process. We just dropped the rental off today. There were charges that she was unaware of and the lady with the blonde hair who was at the counter instead of taking the time to explain the charges was very condescending and not even polite about it. I had to go inside to help my daughter figure out the charges and sure enough the lady chose to have the same attitude with me. As I tried explaining to her that my daughter is young and never had to go through this process she tells me she is talking to my daughter as if she was talking to a friend, my daughter is a customer not a friend. She was very unprofessional and not willing to explain anything besides the fact that my daughter signed a contract. We clearly know that much but if people would only take the time to be nice and actually have the skills to assist customers situations would go so much easier. So disappointed at the experience she provided for my daughter at the time of return. The gentleman that helped her when she picked up the vehicle was so nice and patient with her.

2022-04-25They picked me up and then let me leave the car and keys at the body shop, which was great. However, the full tank was not really full, so when I returned it FULL, I ended up paying for more than I used...and this is why I only gave 4 stars.Pricing seems comparable to competitors. Although I could have gotten a corporate discount with a competitor, the competitors pick up/drop off fee at the end of the day put their pricing on equal footing.

2022-04-14Extremely poor customer service. Specifically from an Individual by the name of Jenna that works at this Enterprise location. Extremely rude and argumentative. I immediately requested to speak with a manager after a few short moments with her over the phone due to her very poor attitude. The manager was much kinder.I wanted to extend my rental for an additional 2 days. I spoke with another team member who I told I would need the rental until the 16th he agreed it was fine. Jenna tried to charge the card I have on file with Enterprise which is a prepaid debit card. The card declined due to insufficient funds.I told Jenna to please recharge my card where she declined and told me a repo was being sent out for the vehicle. This put me in complete shock because I was only one day past due from when the rental was due back and I maintained communication with Enterprise the entire time.I left work then went into this Location to start a new contract with a different prepaid debit card and I was denied because they claimed they cannot accept prepaid debit cards. The one they have on file for me is indeed a prepaid debit card.It feels like a personal attack from this company and I know none of these people personally. I immediately called corporate and filed a complaint where they extended the rental until the 16th, apologized for the inconvenience and unprofessionalism and even confirmed that they should have recharged the original card on file and even accepted the 2nd card I presented to them.It almost feels racially biased as I am a black woman and majority of everyone in the office were white. I don’t understand why I was treated this way.

2022-06-01Ive rented from several Enterprise locations in Northeast Ohio for over ten years. Brittany Piper and the team at the Parma location on Brookpark are super friendly and very helpful. I will definitely be returning to this location in the near future.

2021-12-22Chuck was so helpful and his customer service was 5+ stars. I have been to several enterprise rental cars and his customer service was by far the best out of all of them. He is definitely a keeper!
