A lot of conferences are held in this hotel all the time, so expect full capacity and expensive rooms. There are plenty of seats and tables in the public areas. Rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast is delicious. Staff are friendly. Internet goes in and out occasionally. Bar food inside the hotel is just ok, not very impressive.
The property is located in a very convenient location to access the greater Columbus area. Our biggest complaint was the bed and bedding. The bed was not comfortable and didnt allow for restful sleep. The sheets were not the correct size for the bed so as soon as you layed down the fitted sheet came loose from the bed. Little details like that should not be a problem for a higher end brand. We did not use the breakfast area or bar.
WARNING ⚠️ This hotel overbooks without notifying customers until check in! I had the most awful experience this Mother’s Day weekend. I was traveling with my 9 month old baby, 3 year old, and 10 year old. After a long day of baseball tournaments I figured making a stay at the embassy would be a nice little getaway with my kiddos since we had to return early the next morning for ball. I had made the reservation online and chose to pay upon check in. I had three tired kiddos, and upon check in realized I forgot my ID. Of course this is a must and I knew that. However, the lady working the front desk offered some of the most horrible customer service Ive ever experienced. She was incredibly rude, made zero sense, and offered zero help or recommendations to help solve our issue. When I asked what it is I could do in order to have our room she shrugged her shoulders and said “only thing I can do is cancel your stay, no ID you can’t check in or I’ll lose my job” . I stayed that my husband was with me and our two kids, and that he has his ID, can we just switch it over to him and rebook so that we can have our room.. her response was .. “ here? At this location? No we’re booked. We’re overbooked. Good luck finding anywhere around here everywhere is booked it’s mother day weekend.” My husband came in to speak with her and she talked in circles, offering not one single apology or solution. Kept stating they were “overbooked”. So since I showed with no ID my room was unavailable, but if I would have had it my room would have been available. My husband who would have been sleeping in the SAME bed regardless if I booked or he did… could secure OUR RESERVED room. Make it make sense please! Completely ruined my Mother’s Day weekend. Im assuming by her age, I have worked in customer service for way less time than she has, yet I would have handled that situation much more appropriately. It’s hard to believe people like this still have jobs. Making their establishments look awful. It was Saturday May 7th around 6/6:30 pm. Please determine who it was working and TRAIN HER. I will never ever return to this hotel simply because her awful customer service. I am so so so thankful we were not from out of state with my three babies otherwise I would have been IRATE. someone was getting screwed out of a room that night… I guess I’m glad it was me and not a poor family with kids out of state who needed a bed to sleep in. Do better!
Positive: The bed and the fruit at the breakfast buffet. Negative: I was promised a 3.5 star hotel. This was a 3 star hotel and didnt stand up to its advertised quality. The carpet, bathroom floor and sofa was dirty with stains. The makeup mirror was loose and dented. There was no hot tub as described when I booked.
This is the best hotel experience we have had in Columbus. There were complimentary alcoholic beverages for the adults and pop or juice for the kids as well as some snacks from 530pm to 730pm each night. The breakfast was great they would make you made to order omelets and had several items to choose from. The pool was great, room was clean and the beds were comfortable.
Heating system not working - had to change rooms, into a room with a toilet that was running on/off 24/7 and did not get fixed during the duration of our stay despite notifying the front desk who said they would fix it. No food service available, perhaps due to covid. Charging $10 per night for parking in that area, where parking is plentiful everywhere, is criminal. Wireless internet not a secure system, making it dangerous for private use.
Usual good service and clean rooms that youd expect from the Embassy Suites brand. Theyre always in consistent in their set-up, amenities, service, housekeeping, dining, etc... Breakfast was the usual offerings, food was fresh, and the dining area was constantly being cleaned. I didnt get to experience the evening reception, but it looked pretty busy. The front desk staff was pretty busy, but they were friendly and helpful during the check-in and check-out process.
Comfortable rooms for the business traveller. Rooms are clean, spacious and utilitarian. Beds are comfortable and a small kitchenette offers a sink, microwave and coffeemaker. The facilities offer a variety of meeting rooms that meet the needs of the conference attendee. The building is spacious, with the enclosed courtyard under open skylights adding an airy touch. Service was excellent and unobtrusive. Overall, a great place to stay.
Room for improvement. Beds are firm, feather pillows too soft. No pillow service evident. Hotel was full and ran out of hand towels. Sheets dont fit the beds so you will be making it daily. Complimentary drinks in evening were appreciated and better than extended stay hotel breakfast. Pool and gym were used by other guests so those seem to be a hit but we did not have time for that. Area has plenty of dinning options and traffic was never very bad.
Positive: Great Location, Large rooms, Free Breakfast, a large comfy bed, the easy check-in process, the nightly Manager Recp with free drinks. In-room fridge and microwave. Negative: The hotel needs to have the Star level reevaluated. No room service, the hotel restaurant was closed. The bar was only open for a very short time. Long wait for the elevators. In-room - sheets didnt fit the bed, no fan in the bathroom, Mildew in shower
We had a nice stay at the hotel and hotel has a very large selection for breakfast. However, we left behind something in our room - which was found by the staff. We paid to have it shipped back and months later, have still not received the item. With multiple calls, trying to get a refund for the shipping of our item has been a pain. Wonderful hotel with terrible customer service.
We attended the Embassy Suites for a family wedding. The staff was very accommodating, personable, and informed us of all details. We had arranged for a private breakfast buffet the morning after the wedding and it was wonderful. The staff was there to greet us, kept the food hot, and continued to sanitize/clean for all guests. We were also able to mingle and socialize in the large lobby area every evening with family & friends. It was a wonderful time. Thank you.
I love the Embassy Suites brand of hotels- the extra room to spread out, awesome pillows, managers reception, and breakfast. You cant beat it. They also have extremely helpful and friendly staff. I was sad the hot tub was closed. But overall stay was great and it is a beautiful hotel.
Contrary to what several recent reviews stated on the hotels website, the hotel was clean and safe. Granted, the rooms showed a little wear and tear however, knowing that a lot of sporting event teams stay here, I understand why carpeting especially has snags, stains and wear. The beds and bedding were clean and comfortable. Common areas were clean. The front desk staff was phenomenal! Friendly, courteous and helpful. Parking was well lit and ample. If you are looking for the a Waldorf-Astoria level of hotel then this is not for you. If you want comfortable, clean and safe then this hotel is worth it.
The $10 parking surcharge is absurd when there is no parking attendant looking after our cars. Ive stayed at this hotel before and there were no parking charges then. I understand if Embassy Suites is located in downtown Columbus and parking is scares. But this hotel isnt.
Beautiful hotel especially inside the hotel gorgeous view from the balconies. Good insulation. Nice staff. Free alcoholic drinks and chips are served in the evening, but in limited quantities. The breakfasts were not tasty and very little choice. ..but the room was clean, its nice. Free large parking. Good location of the hotel. The pool was not entered due to limited attendance, by appointment only. ..
Embassy Suites did an amazing job during the Fall Wedding show I was part of through Devoted Columbus. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I had a great conversation with their IT manager who is constantly innovating to bring their meeting technology to the next level. Any corporation looking to host or live stream a meeting/conference would hit the jackpot with this location!
Uodate- stayed here again recently and things were not so great. My room key didnt work upon arrival, then later I couldnt get into the pool, workout space, laundry room, etc. After being asked if I know how to use room key (really?) they gave me some excuse about needing to replace the batteries, apparently in the entire hotel. Evening drinks are limited to 2 per adult and snacks are bags of chips. We switched to a different hotel after a few nights. Its not fun getting stuck out of your room with little kids.Feels like being home but better. Breakfast is delicious. Happy hour is free drinks and snacks in the evening. Staff is amazing! The rooms are really spacious.
We were celebrating 7 years married and wanted to go to the Zoo. We had great room, Breakfast and clean place to stay. Love the inside corridor exit from the room, everyone was wonderful. Room beat our expectations, great beds and plenty of room. Would stay there again.
I love Embassy suites. They are always so nice and inviting. This one, however, wasnt the best. I checked in and my reservation was for a king bed. She gave me 2 full beds. I think they called them queens, they werent. Anyhow, I told the receptionist I had a king room. She said, no you dont. I have the email and it literally says king. Ok. Whatever. The first night, there was a wedding reception. I understand it may get loud. Its a wedding reception, but this went on almost all night into early morning. If you are going to rent out a large banquet room, wedding parties should have to stay in that space, not in the areas where the rooms were. The next morning we mentioned this to the receptionist and she said, did you call down to complain? I said no. She said, we have quiet hours so if you would have, the manager would have addressed this. No apology or anything. I said to her, so the manager didnt hear all the yelling all night? Her response, you should have called down here. I basically told her that her customer service sucked. After that run in, I went up to the room, say around 730 am and had to take a nap.So the rooms themselves were ok. The bathroom grout was moldy in places, long hairs on the window ledge. But, I understand, everything cant be 100% clean. The pool... The hot tub was closed. The pool was nice. However, the cover, I guess where it was the drain or filter on the floor of the pool, was off. So someone could have gotten hurt. I did cover it back up but who knows if it stayed. There were always people cleaning, you saw people doing a good cleaning job.All in all, I do plan on going back to Columbus for the Christmas zoo event but for the amount of money for one night, I will spend it at another hotel.
My bf and I stayed here September 2020. Front desk employees were not friendly at all, kept yelling at my bf about him having mask under nose and when they couldn’t understand him he tried to take it off a bit so they could. We told them about a broken light in our room and asked for it to be fixed, it never was. We asked for towels and they took hours and were unfriendly about it. It was just an uncomfortable environment and room was not very clean when we walked in.
The hotel was very nice and clean. Rates are great. Location is excellent. Staff was friendly. My complaints probably had more to do with covid. Room service was horrible. We asked multiple times for more towels, conditioner and only received them after going to the desk multiple times on our last night of 3. We could only use the pool 1 hour and you had to request the time.
This is a very nice hotel with alot of activity going on. I was there for the annual central Ohio Numismatic Association coin show. The rooms were adequate for the show. The lobby is nice. Lots of dresses up people coming and going. The only complaint I have is that the restrooms had no paper towels or Kleenex.
Being so large, its strange that theres only one door to come in and out of hotel and one location of elevators. Overall room was clean and convenient. It was a bit loud in atrium and you can hear everything in your room the way the hotel is set up. However the beds are in the back of the room and you cant hear the noise from the atrium there. Hot tub was either broken or closed to due covid?
Nothing beats the Embassy Suites lobbies and this one lives up to the brand! Open air lobby with waterfall feature, bar/dining and plenty of comfortable seating.Rooms and facility are nice, clean, well kept.Deducting one star for service/staffing challenges as of Sept 2021. Inability to hire has led to this restaurant to not currently have an on-site restaurant. You’ll have to order delivery in. The bar has some weird oddities too. No tap beer, cash only (credit card machine has apparently been broken for a year and management won’t fix it). Also, my obligatory hotel coffee review. There is no complimentary fresh brewed coffee. They have a starbucks grinding/brewing single cup machine which is pay per cup. Decent coffee but inconvenient and slow.
Positive: The suite conept with 2 separate rooms works well for our needs. Negative: My wife was told the location of ice on our floor. That machine was inoperable as were ice units on 2 other floors, only 1 of which had an out of order sign. The staff was almost dismissive whrn my wife told them about the ice issues.
Overall pretty good, but disappointed by the lack of usual evening reception (bag of chips was the only food offered) and lack of usual nice breakfast. Mostly grab and go options only and styrofoam container of eggs/meat. Also was easy to hear any noise from central common area while in our room, loud groups hanging out were kind of annoying, but did quiet down by 11 pm. Be aware of parking fee $10/night.
Worst hotel experience in my entire life. Birthday weekend for my 2 year old grandchildren who I rarely see. My son and wife and 3 year and 1 year old grandchildren had a reservation. Upon checking in I asked what time the pool closed. Colleen at desk was so rude and told me it was closed. I knew that was wrong so I questioned her. Told me I had to make reservations for the pool. I have checked all my Hilton honors reservation documents and this was not explained. I said okay what about tomorrow morning. She said no that is booked as well. Didn’t even look. I asked her to check other embassy suites in the area and she told me I would have to do that myself. She just told me she was not going to help. My son told her he was going to to a bad online review. My got to the room and the police came said the hotel was throwing us out for threatening to damage property. My grandchildren were scared to death. They bagged the door aggressively. We had to drive 3 hours home with a ruined weekend and no grandchildren who are terrified of the police.
My husband called specifically before we came because we SPECIFICALLY wanted an indoor pool, they told us about the limit in the pool at a time, which is fine, we understand because of covid. Never told us it had to be reserved, wasnt mentioned at check in. When we brought our concerns to the front desk they were not accommodating at all and didnt even say sorry for the inconvenience If youre sleeping on the sofa bed in the front room you can hear noise well past midnight. The 2 complimentary drinks is all you get, you cant buy any more and even take them up to your room. And as for hot breakfast they only had eggs and bacon...no sausage and some not even ripe oranges. Not coming here again.
When we arrived the sales department cancelled our room. They got us a room but wasn’t what we reserved. Then our toilet plugged up water on the floor from the toilet. Maintenance fixed it but NEVER cleaned the floor I had to do that myself! Breakfast was awful I would have been fine if they at least had bagels. They had salty eggs and bacon and dried up muffins.
Checked in late Friday night about 12:30 went straight to bed. Woke up the next morning to notice an unclean bathroom. Hair all over the sink and toilet. The sink was dirty, there was leftover food from the previous guest. I took many pictures. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed at all and there were ketchup stains and crumbs on the table.I stay with Hilton hotels at least 3 times a year for business and leisure and never seen anything like this. Would not recommend due to the staff being notified and no action taken.
This was one of the cleanest hotels weve stayed at, due to Covid there were a few minor inconveniences. You had to make a pool reservation, which we didnt know about, housekeeping couldnt come in daily and the restaurant wasnt open. Besides that the complimentary snacks, beer or soda from 5:30-7:30 was great. The hotel was updated and trendy, we enjoyed our stay.
The breakfast was terrible. Coffee was disgusting. We were a family of 4 that stayed 2 nights and were given 2 towels and no blankets for the pullout couch. I have stayed at other Embassy Suites before, and this one does not meet that expectation at all. Pool was closed after my booking and was not notified by the hotel. In addition to all of this, when I booked I was told the total was 195 then I get my emailed receipt of 215 dollars. Will never stay here again. Definitely would not recommend.
Never thought I would stay at an Embassy Suites and have to go out for breakfast. Its one of the main reasons I stay here when I travel. My room had one towel and one washcloth. No room service our garbage cans are full. Now I must go again and ask for clean towels. This is not an inexpensive hotel I guess I have the bar set too high.
I’ve been a Hilton rewards member for many years and treated with the highest standards of service as one would expect from a Hilton property. Unfortunately, I would rate this ‘franchise’ location as the worst experience I’ve ever had with any hotel, motel, ABNB combined. Alexandra…so called manager wanted you to know that she was the ultimate decision maker. We booked using a 3rd party point system…which we’ve done many times before but this time, Alexandra placed my wife (MD) and I (Hilton Gold) in a smoking room…stating that’s all she had available. We walked to our room noticing the many many rooms with sealed doors still in place...havent checked in. Got to our room and was hit with the extreme smoking room. We turned around and asked Alexandra if we could be moved to one of those sealed rooms. With a commander tone...one in charge, Alexandra said you booked through a 3rd party...thats the room you get. After stating my 25 years of Hilton Gold, I asked for a favor...and her response was a sharp NO. My wife (the MD) asked for the manager. She said with attitude...I am the manager. So I tossed my key to the Covid table separating her and I. I said hold the room as I need to see if i can find another hotel. She said NO..YOU ARE CHECKED OUT AND NO LONGER WELCOME HERE. My wife said oh your going to get it... we are calling Hilton. She said Oh youre threatening me? I will call the police if you dont get off my property. We were in shock...never before treated with such poor low class treatment. But Alexandra wanted to make sure everyone standing around near the desk heard her in charge...loud, threatening, rude...and I could go on. My wife tried calling the General Manager for the property and never heard from them. Never Again...
Positive: The hotel looked nice from the pictures and outside the building Negative: I booked 2 rooms with two beds in each, when I arrived the hotel only had one room with one bed booked for us. When I tried to show my confirmation with 2 rooms I was told it wasnt their fault or problem very rudly. We had to find another hotel.
Dated , in need of new carpet and paint, broken whirlpool , manager had poor attitude. limited pool time and had to be reserved. Pool towels where hand towels. Bed was comfortable !breakfast in Styrofoam container was horrible. charged for parking and to cheap to even put out flavored coffee creamers.
The room was clean and comfortable, they also had a complimentary happy hour which was a nice surprise. But the front desk person when we arrived and the bartender could have had better customer service skills. The pool was also closed but they allowed the work out room to be open which I thought was very odd. We also paid $175 for one night and the complimentary breakfast was cereal and yogurt
Front desk acts like they don’t want to be at work. No snacks or complimentary water in my suite. $10 a night for parking in their parking lot is ridiculous. It was not like this last year. The complimentary reception was limited to 2 beers and 2 cups of wine 🙄 Snack area was not stocked. I wish I never chose to stay here.
I loved this place. The Staff were friendly and helpful (especially to someone not from ohio). They greeted me every day and welcomed me back every night. The hotel is large and spacious. The gym is well equipped and the area is surrounded by shopping and restaurants. The room was spotless and spacious. I like the bedroom having a physical separation from the living area. I wish the mini-fridge was adjustable but it worked good none the less. The bed was extremely comfortable and just the right amount if firmness. Sounds can bleed into the room, but shutting the bedroom door drowns out most of the bleed. I liked having a safe in the closet and 2 tvs. All in all this is a great place to stay.
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Paying for parking seemed unnecessary and I must have missed this stipulation while booking, I was asked for my cc for liability charges and instead of asking me I was just told that parking was $10 and that my card was gonna be charged. Front desk interaction was blah. The outlet next to the bed and the lamp didnt work so couldnt have phone near me while charging. Light bulb over kitchenette didnt work either, we decided it wasnt worth calling and changing rooms at time we notcied. Breakfast was okay, lots of competition in this area we are going somewhere else next time for a more elevated experience. Check out at noon was nice if you are staying 1 night for travel and wanna sleep in this would have been great for that. We just expected a bit more.
An otherwise perfect stay is ruined by the little details. Like charging $3 for lobby coffee, and then the credit card machine doesn’t work, = no coffee in the morning. It seems like the $150/night price tag doesn’t include a cup of good coffee? This is why I stay at Marriott….
Only about rhe bar. I assume the hotel is fine but the bar is awful. I stayed for two night and stopped at the bar at 8:30 on Tuesday and Wednesday for a last drink.- The bar was only cash or room charge...- On Tuesday my whiskey was $11.50 plus tax, on Wednesday it was 13.50 because I asked for ice...$2 for ice, which I think is free in the machine upstairs.- The guy at the bar next to me wanted to expense his first drink (charge to the room) and pay for the second. The bartender was unable to do this. One receipt he said firmly.I realize a suburb bar job is not at all glamorous but wow, Id stay somewhere else next time.
Nice hotel - ES always are. Spacious rooms, clean, modern, etc. But Hilton really needs to rethink their wifi policy. Maybe wifi isnt as important as it once was, but I like to bring my Roku when I travel, and my kids bring their Switch, and these things need wifi. If youre a Hilton Honors member, you get free wifi. Otherwise you have to pay daily for it. Yes, really, in 2021 you have to pay for hotel wifi. And when I say that HH members get free wifi, I was getting about 3mbps download. Yep, 3. Of course I could still pay more for premium wifi. Not cool. While Im complaining, this hotel also charges $10 per night for parking. Not many sprawling suburban hotels with spacious outdoor parking lots dare charge for parking, but this one does.On the plus side, the room was nice, the bathroom and shower were good, and the free breakfast was well handled in the covid era, with a combination of grab-and-go stuff like yogurt and cold cereal along with a staff member that would get you eggs and bacon and whatnot.
Rooms are of good size. I love the free drinks. But, you used to be able to drink from 5-7 for free any drink. Now, its a limit of two per person and only had options of red or white wine or Miller lite or Michelob light beer. I prefer mixed drinks. The pool is open but only for reservations and we were NOT able to get a reservation. Let up on the restrictions!! I think COVID is the excuse of everything these days.
Stayed for my sons wedding in the Dublin area. Have stayed here many times over the last 10+ years and it always in greater shape!-Allowed several family members to get into their rooms early since the wedding started at 5. This was extremely helpful and nice-Breakfast was still a bit weird due to Covid restrictions, but its was actually very good!-Only bad thing is how Americans now act at hotels.....like friggin animals. In the atrium of an E.S., this can be loud. Thank goodness for the back bedroom which almost completely drowns it out.Great stay as always!
Front desk clerk ignored me for 5 minutes, at one point I thought I was at the wrong area to check in. She would not accept cash because she told me she just had to call the police on some guest. And after check-in she told me the kids could not swim because all of the appointment slots were taken. At this point I asked to cancel my room and get a refund. We went down the road to a different hotel with much nicer staff and swam.
I was highly disappointed with this hotel. I booked a family suite for 2 nights and had called Priceline to make the reservations. I had requested to book a hotel with an open swimming pool , a play pin and a full breakfast so my kiddos could be entertained while I conducted business meetings , the agent recommended this embassy suites for $258.66 for those two nights. I arrive and to my surprise no swimming pools were open , no full breakfast had to door dash in and had to cancel all of my meetings because the kids were stuck in the room. I arrived at 11:30pm Tuesday march 23 and left Thursday without a refund . Im so angry not only did I loose my refund but also potential clients! 😤😡🤬
I had requested a room near elevators, and was instead placed the farthest away. Our fridge froze everything solid and the alarm clock did not work..Better luck next year when staff is not affected by Covid delays every business has encountered.Staff was just wonderful, and made us feel at ease.
We had such a good stay! The staff was super helpful (even during Arnold weekend!!) They met all of our requests. Breakfast was great. We didnt get to enjoy the evening reception, but it was nice to know they offered it. The room was comfy, clean, roomy, and had everything we needed.
Despite leaving poor remarks and ratings in the survey Im being dared by the survey to make it public on Google.. Here we go.I was in town for the Memorial tournament, a popular event on the PGA Tour. There was only one desk worker present despite the Ohio governor granting a return to normalcy with no Covid restrictions over the entire state. I waited in line for 15 minutes to check in.My bottom sheet had a disgusting mystery stain present that was only discovered by accident once my blankets had been kicked off during the night. Luckily it was on the side of the bed I wasnt sleeping on. The bottom sheet also contained a large hole. When I asked for my sheets to be replaced as I left the property for the day, I returned to a bag of sheets hanging on my door. I had to change my own sheets at a hotel I was paying to stay at.Beyond that, this largest disappointment for me was that the hotel claimed to be out of shampoo the last three days of my stay. Employees refused to go into non-occupied rooms to retrieve toiletries for guests that were presently occupying rooms..I asked for tissue for my room on three separate occasions while leaving the hotel for the day. On the second occasion they delivered toilet paper. In my opinion, the issues I encountered were willful attempts at cost saving while continuing to charge pre-pandemic rates. As a Diamond member I expect more from Hilton properties. This was not an experience I would hope other guests ever deal with.
Just spent the night here last night amd there is NO SHAMPOO IN THE WHOLE BUILDING! I suggested a manager correct it by buying some large bottles from a nearby store and then just serve an ounce out in Dixie cups as needed for the guests since this is a basic staple for those who need to shower. Nope. They just offered extra conditioner. Big miss from management! Better bring your own supplies people.Also- they have the doors that close extra loud every single time so you hear all the neighbors every time they enter or exit- rattles the walls.
After spending hours on the phone with no answer to ask a question and finally giving up. We decide to just take a chance and come stay. When walking in the door and asking about pool use, was denied usages for 2 days of our 3 day stay and nothing of this was said on the website. Be careful booking here as long wait times and possible no usage for the pool or other services.
This was the WORST hotel stay I’ve ever experienced. We weren’t able to swim not even during adult swim time… after being told we would be able to with reservation. But none available because the ppl who checked in the day before extended there reservations pathetic not fair to everyone else who has paid the same money as everyone else… didn’t even tell me until AFTER she swiped my card… staff was TERRIBLE no snacks nothing to accommodate our inconvenience just terrible NOT worth the money on top of being charged for parking and there still was nowhere to park ended up parking in another lot nearby….
Always enjoy staying at the hotel, my favorite in the Columbus area for sure. Was surprised this time around there was a $10 parking fee. I expect that for a downtown location, but not one in the suburbs. Havent ever had one at this location before so I was a little surprised when I was informed that at check-in.
Hotel is lovely. Staff was very courteous. The breakfast was delicious! My only complaint was that there were several people in the main area watching a game and were extremely loud! Till around 1 a.m. I was surprised they were not told to be quiet as their echos and cheers could be heard clear up to the 3rd floor where we were and 5th floor where friends were. I guess thats not really on the hotel, just poor etiquette of the guests watching the game. But if you are a light sleeper make sure and tell them when you make the reservation and maybe they can put you somewhere quieter.
I booked based on past experience, this time it was a complete different story: pool is closed and no made to order omellet kind of breakfast:( I booked for 3 nights). This morning I mentioned to the receptionist how frustating it is to travel with the family and have those obstacles, two excited kids to go in the pool plus we are celebrating my daughters birthday. Not to mention that I noticed a lot of businesses meetings and people lounging around. So I asked: why would the hotels guest only get a continental breakfast and she replied: they paid for it. I told her I am certainly not staying for free.....Very frustrating. I didnt pay to stay at a 2 star hotel and it sure feels like that. 03_19_21
The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The rooms are extremely clean and the beds/bedding are high end and comfortable. The managers reception every night is a treat. I go to a 3 day conference here every year and they never disappoint. The set up for video always works, no glitches, the food is excellent, coffee.water and tea is always plentiful during the day. I highly recommend!
Great set up, service and facilities. Bar never dead and serves quality food with good healthy options too. Rooms feel like home. Nice set up for home hotel office. I actually keep the drapes open and the desk is offset so youre not staring at people lounging on the terrace.
Our stay here was amazing! The room was nice and clean, the staff was amazing, and the complimentary continental breakfast was fantastic! The location is very nice, there are a few really nice restaurants about 5 minutes away. The bar staff, in particular, was 10/10, especially Casey. She was so sweet and made really good drinks! Everybody at the bar that night was having a wonderful time, just chatting and chilling with her. I will most definitely stay here again when I am up that way!
Probably one of the worst stays Ive ever had at a Hilton Hotel. The staff was very rude and when I would ask questions, they told me that they couldnt help me or sorry, we cant do that for you. Not friendly whatsoever. Extremely disappointed. The room wasnt cleaned well at all either. Will not stay here again.
Terrible customer service, beds were not comfortable at all. I got a separate room next to me for the kids and the sink wouldnt drain (fixed it for you) covid has ruined a lot, grab any go breakfast which is a muffin, pool is closed. There was no paper or pen in the room. I shouldnt be charged normal prices when the hotel isnt even functioning like normal. Im a Hilton honors member and I definitely wont be staying in this one again.
Some of the staff were super great while others were not so much. My biggest issue is that grab and go breakfast is very seriously only till 930 even on New years day. Not 933, which I understand I missed it, but it was grab and go! It is not like the bags couldnt sit out for a few minutes or they could get one from the back. The second annoying thing was that free coffee was the same, otherwise it was $3.00 to make by the machine. Add them to the chips for the evening appetizers and they were not huge issues just more annoying than anything.
I would recommend this hotel for weekday stays. The weekends seem to be less comfortable for guests that want a clean and quiet environment. Also even though most hotels I have stayed at in the area have free parking this hotel charges $10 a day.I should have read that before booking.
The staff was very nice! The hotel it self needs updating, the bathroom does not seem to be up to code (ventilation system), the thermostat/ac did not work properly. We were constantly having to reset the setting temperature and then randomly heat would kick on. Again the hotel staff were so polite and took care of us but the building needs updating.
I’ve stayed here multiple times it is one of my favorite Embassy thus far. Staff has been extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are a nice size and are kept clean. It’s quiet, breakfast is nice and love that they have a social hour in the evening during the week. I’ve enjoyed my stay each time and will be back!
My granddaughters and I took a Girls Trip to Columbus this weekend. The great customer service I received was on a scale of 10. My three year old granddaughter was quite happy. She told me she liked her bed. I was impressed with two room suite and loved the decor. Rates are pretty reasonable. Theres a mall and Walmart not far from this hotel. Theres no hot breakfast due to covid-19. Brown bag like muffins, yogurt, cold cereal and fresh fruit provided. I will visit again.
The price was great, and the room exceeded my expectations! The beds were extremely comfortable. I havent slept that well in a very long time. The complimentary breakfast was amazing and the omelettes were delicious. Staff was courteous and went above and beyond to please guests, even finding an empty conference room for some guests in the lobby to move their extended party into so as not to wake other guests. Very pleased and will stay again soon.
The hotel was under construction, but it was very clean! Our room was a lower level request and was not quite ready at the check in time, but they got it ready for us as we were checking in. The staff was very pleasant! I had to ask on several occasions for more coffee supplies, they would bring it up almost immediately, but a small amount at a time, until I finally requested an exact amount to tide me over for the short stay. The meals and drinks were awesome, a lot of variety! The hotel was a quick drive to several restaurants and stores. They had several Lime bikes available, which was nice, but they need to figure out bike parking soon.
Cant say enough great things about this hotel. From the super-helpful staff to the enormous rooms with two 55-inch TVs. Beds are superb, furniture and room clean. The breakfast is amazing, as is the nightly reception with drinks and snacks. Pool has adult-hour before 11 so a good time to avoid kids - though this is mainly a business hotel. Two pool tables in the lobby and amazing food from room service. Only problem with this hotel is theres only one entrance and theres almost zero parking near it, so if its raining, prepare to get wet on the long walk from the parking lot.
I booked and paid online so check-in was pretty quick. We had a two room suite as there were 6 of us. I got a premium room which basically just includes the fridge being stocked with soda and water and several bags of chips/snacks on the counter. I had to exchange one bag of chips as they had already been opened. The room had a very faint musty smell when we first walked in but I didn’t notice it after that. The room appeared to be clean. Beds were comfortable. My husband called down for more towels and shampoo/conditioner. After waiting nearly an hour he called down again and they brought some up within 10 minutes. That was around 10:30. When I got up early in the morning to shower I noticed they hadn’t brought conditioner, only shampoo. Kind of irritating since I heard him ask for both but nothing major. We did not go down for evening reception but it was offered from 5:30-7:30. They had a great selection for breakfast and everything we had was tasty. I do wish they would’ve had some kid friendly cold cereals like Fruit Loops or something. My husband and older kids took advantage of the fitness room. There was a pool but we didn’t use it. Check out was easy and employees were friendly. The free parking was nice too.
Very nice Hotel!! Rooms are nice . The staff was really friendly. The breakfast was good. The only thing was the bar was closed when we returned from my sons wedding. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was a place to gather afterwards. It was only 11pm on a Friday and the bar was already closed so we were disappointed in that but overall a nice hotel
This place is great! We came for The RDP food show at the zoo & they provided shuttles to & from. The room was excellent, a living room, an office 2 big screen TVs. Not to mention spotless. They also had complimentary drinks at the bar from 5:30 to 7. Chips & salsa too! Excellent customer service also, highly recommended!
Me and my wife had a company event held at Hilton witch was fun by the way. The areas they offer to be rented are very spacious. There are plenty of amenities like a spa, pool, and fitness center. The rooms are very nice even though we only got a standard room for 2. Everything was professionally clean and organized in the room. Definitely worth coming back to stay another time.
We stayed at the Embassy Suites for a family getaway. The room was very clean and spacious. The pool area was nice. The breakfast buffet was hood and had a lot of selection. The staff was friendly and responded right away to our requests for more towels and blankets. We would definitely stay again.
The rooms were nice and clean. The beds were so comfy I fell right to sleep which is unusual for me in a place that I dont know. We got a suite and were told all snacks and drinks in the room were free to take home which was a nice bonus. I would definitely go back and would recommend to others. We have room blocks at this hotel for our wedding guests that are coming from out of town.
Suite was beautiful, comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Only two drawbacks: room service was shut down early so we had to order from outside (though desk staff did offer to make a sandwich for us and recommended a restaurant that delivered) , and the distance we had to walk due to construction. The distance was difficult due to health issues. I am sure that will be rectified once the project is completed. Would definitely recommend.
The staff was very friendly. The room was nice. Breakfast was better than expected. We were however disappointed in the cleanliness. There were dirty glasses and a spoon outside of our room our whole stay. There was a half eaten waffle in the hall for the entire stay as well. A bug scurried under the sink when we turned on the bathroom lights. We were not advised at check in that there was no water in any guest rooms. This wasnt resolved until late evening. I was going to discuss this upon check out but the person that checked me put was on the phone and didnt even ask about our stay, he only took the keys and nodded me on.
It’s a nice hotel on the surface. Breakfast had good choices and decent food. I like the rooms have 2 areas for the kiddos to run in and not feel crowded.... but seeing hairs and black stuff in the sheets as I was pulling it down.. and looking and seeing dried liquid areas... ummm no. Was a long day and had to wait for clean sheets to arrive so I could make the bed myself. That is one shortcut that should NEVER be taken!! Not ever.
This hotel was recently remodeled and looks phenomenal inside. The atrium area is inviting! Its large enough to hold huge events, but set up in a way that can still feel intimate. The water feature is so peaceful and relaxing. Everyone I saw working had a smile on their face and seemed to take a genuine interest in helping.
I generally like Embassy Suites hotels, and I like this one. Staff was friendly, nice evening happy hour before dinner and a really good breakfast before departing. Room was nice enough with no issues. Plenty of fast elevators too. What else can I say, if you are in town stop ny and give ‘em a try.
This is a really nice hotel. Rooms are spacious, well decorated and clean. Food is good and so is the service. Large breakfast bar along with a small cocktail bar both in the eating area and lobby with plenty of seating in the atrium. Great location for a conference or a large get to together. Work out room, indoor pool and pool tables. Would definitely recommend this hotel for business or pleasure.
This was our second stay at this hotel. It never disappoints. Even when the lobby under construction, the makeshift desks and spaces for hanging out and continental breakfast were perfect. The staff is always amazing and very responsive to any needs. Everyone is incredibly friendly. The only negative is that the pool/hot tub strictly closes at 11:00pm. That gentleman wasnt very friendly, but I figure he puts up with A LOT from guests. We love this place!
The room was clean, the front desk staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good. The restaurant took way too long and the waiter barely spoke to the group I was with. One of the people I was with ordered chicken and it was very pink inside. She sent it back. The waiter did not apologize, give a status update, or in any way show concern. The food took forever to get out.Overall - beautiful location. Just needs work on the restaurant.
When everything runs smoothly at a business its easy to give a five star review. When we checked in last night the community just experienced a power outage including our hotel. The staff was above and beyond professional, calm, helpful, and did everything they could to accommodate. The staff deserves more than 5 stars. It was a great stay.
First, the good. The rooms are great and the facilities are well maintained. The bad - the hotel has a large open center atrium that extends to the top of the building, and the management is perfectly willing to allow all kinds of VERY LOUD partying, kids running around, etc., until their supposed quiet hours -- which dont start until 11:00pm. I concede that the management does not have a choice about the structure of the building, but they should consider actually managing the hotel to accommodate that structure, i.e., take into consideration that open atrium that carries noise directly up to all of the rooms (which all have large windows facing the atrium). Judgment, reason, and actual management skill are completely lacking. Youd be better off paying half the money and staying at a Motel 6.
We are a family of 6. Stayed from Saturday to Monday. Checkin was quick and simple. The hotel is beautiful and inviting. The room was clean and we fit comfortably. Wouldve been better if two bedrooms were an option. There was a little noise from atrium but wasnt unbearable and we were able to sleep comfortably. The children loved the breakfast buffet and omelets. The happy hour was a nice touch as well. Also loved the late checkout time. Whenever we are in town again this will be our first choice.
Sorry but it looks beautiful outside and inside, our room was stuffy so we turned the air down and it wouldnt get any cooler. The carpet is fraying and I stepped on a nail coming up from it. The bath tub had soap scum around it and little pieces of toilet paper scattered all over. The night clerk when we called to ask about a fan or anything to help make it cooler in our room responded I will see what I can do... never did nothing not even a call back to say he couldnt help us etc. Pool was closed but gym was open? Chlorine kills germs but peoples sweat doesnt. Just not what I expected from Embassy Suites by Hilton, I guess I better lower my standards to theirs. Sorely disappointed.
I have visited this location before and its not as nice as it was previously.Room was not cleaned everyday, snack tray not restocked the whole week, lack of towels in the swimming pool area. Happy hour drinks selection were limited to what seemed like left overs that dont sell otherwise. And the snacks that were provided were only good on the last day of my stay.Doesnt help the hotels reputation when these deficiencies are considered with all of the ongoing construction inside the hotel. I would be ok with all of this if the prices were discounted. But for my experience and the service provided, I feel like I over paid.
Uncomfortable couch. Flat over-used pillows. No coffee pot. No evening reception. The bartender was RUDE and should really be sent to bartending school so he can learn how to pour a decent drink. Over pouring is just as nasty as under-pouring. Reported an item left behind. Its been a week and so far, no one can find it and no one will return a phone call. My next move is to call the Dublin/Columbus PD and report the theft.
Nice hotel but terrible house cleaning staff. Our first room had cookie crumbs on the floor and couch, told staff and was given another room and had the same issue. Nuts and cookie crumbs behind the couch. Told staff about that room as well and was asked if wed like to have staff clean the room while we were out for the day. We agreed, came back to the room, only for crumbs to still be there. Then, was later told by the manager that due to covid-19 they cant come in the rooms until 3 hrs after guest leave. Why didnt the staff know that before offering the come vaccum the floor!? Other than that, our stay was enjoyable.
If it werent for the construction, Id give this place 5 stars. The elevators were super far from the check-in and hauling our (non-rolling) bags all the way across the complex sucked big time. However, the rooms were great. Clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was killer. Id stay there again just for the cooked-to-order omelettes.
Great location, right off 270 and 161. The room was nice, clean and big. The free breakfast was great, lots of choices. The pool was fun, but small and got crowded fast. We asked for extra pillows and they were waiting for is at check-in, all the employees were friendly and helpful.
Absolutely loved my stay, the facility, customer service and hospitality the short time I was there. We are locals and only got the room to go swimming so we didn’t actually go to our suite until about 10pm to shower and sleep due to reservation times. All was smooth until i check my card statement and there are charges on my card for “damaged frames”. Im sorry but lets roll it back, I called your customer service desk to report issues with the room to avoid this, especially when the room had minor issues when i observed upon checking in. All we were doing is showering and sleeping. I called this morning to inquire on the knew charges on my card and the customer service was great again, but what’s not going to happen is me paying for them a new picture frame when the room was occupied for shower (4people) and sleep (4people). They need to contact me quickly with a resolution but overall the stay was great. Ive stayed with Hilton all my life and have never had any issues and i hooe it doesnt start now.
Liked the breakfast, happy hour, and snacks with the room. The hotel itself needs a pretty severe overhaul. Our shower leaked. The roof leaked on a second room floor, the fitness center was closed due to the roof leaking, and sitting at the common area we had to move due to water dropping down from the atrium roof. Our carpet was pretty stained , the hair dryer was really old and barely worked, and one of ther light fixtures didnt turn on.
Nice room, broken toilet, had to manually flush. Sink faucet would leak and leave water all over the counter, getting multiple things wet unexpectedly. The front desk was nice and helpful. No fault of the embassy but the driveway is on a one way street, and at times was difficult to get back to the hotel when not used to the area. Other than the faulty toilet and water leaks it was a nice place.
Check in staff were very pleasant and helpful. They had free drinks/snacks for an hour an a half in the evening. They offer a breakfast that is included in the price of the room. The breakfast was very nice. They offered a variety of foods including a custom omelet station. The room was clean and tidy. It has been updated. Overall, this hotel was very clean, service was great and the only downside is the actual design of the building itself. The atrium/bar area is open in the middle and the rooms surround it. One of the nights we had stayed it was very loud until about 11 or so. Loud music, people talking loudly and some screaming from other guests. However, that would not deter me from staying at the hotel in the future.
Interesting look to the inside of the hotel with the doors all facing a large, 8-floor cavity, but the rooms are very quiet with the beds in the back of each, behind a second in-room door. Room was clean and comfy, the bed was nice and the room itself was nicely dark, and the hot water plentiful... which are the things I mainly require of a hotel. And the bar had a few decent craft beer selections, so bonus.
This is a well done hotel that offers excellence in every aspect. The rooms are very nice, the WiFi isnt bad, everything is clean and in good shape, and the entire facility and lobby area are really intriguing. The main interior area looks really, really, cool. My favorite part is the glass elevator that goes up and down, showing the awesome views of the inside from the bottom to the top. Great customer service too - very friendly people. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay anywhere in this area.
It was under construction and overall tough since the experience was inconsistent with the grinding and the drilling. The room was nice. We got a discount for being with a wedding party. It was near nothing since it was in a certain area and you need a car to get anywhere. The workers were all great about anything. I have to say the staff was the better part of my experience. Hilton has a policy you have to cancel before 72 hours before the reservation so be warned. They will not break their policy.
The suite was good sized and had 2 good sized TVs. Pullout bed was not comfortable, but did the job. The bar was loud towards the end of the night. Elevators for the entire hotel are all located on one side. The hotel was very packed with several high school /middle school teams staying. So the common areas and pool were very busy and loud. They have 2 pool tables that you can play at no cost (just bring i.d. to front desk). The picture of the swimming pool was somewhat deceiving. It is much smaller than what we thought it would be. The hot tub was amazing although somewhat on the small side also. I cannot say enough about the made to order omelets. They were great! Other items on the buffet were scrambled eggs, sausage links, bacon, seasoned potatoes, french toast, fresh pineapple and melon, a variety of baked goods, yogurt, and very runny oatmeal with add-ins. Overall our stay was good, but the size of the pool would make it a deal breaker in choosing to stay here again.
We stay here often 3-4 times a year when we are in the area. Great chef at the breakfast bar made to order omelette. Two pool tables decent hot tub and pool and workout area. All rooms recently updated. Managers reception is very nicely done plenty of seating even on busy days.
This location is under construction which we were not informed of when we made the reservation. So from 9am to 6pm during the week there was jack hammering. The maid service was not consistent. We would have no tissues one day and then the next they failed to pick up our used glasses and towels. Also the in room safe would not lock. The breakfast was kept up to good standards. We would have liked to have been informed when making the reservation.
Great hotel. Staff is super friendly. Rooms are huge (try to get a corner room). Layout is spacious and there are plenty of places to gather. Pool is good, as is workout room. Happy hour and breakfast are top notch. Great location close to the heart of Dublin, but quiet enough to walk around. Will stay again.
Loved the location. I have stayed in several different suites and they all exceed my expectations. The catering staff was helpful from start to finish and quickly responded to my calls, emails, needs. Food and drinks make this a great value. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
Very unsatisfied. Waiting more than 15 minutes. For just one beverage. The beds were very uncomfortable. I had to ask my welcome bottle of water. The only good experience and excellent service was for breakfast service. Your Eggs to order staff was amazing. Always with a warm smile.
Nice clean rooms and wonderful made to order breakfast. Only 2 negatives were reservation was made by my husbands company for a king suite to be paid on company credit card on file and they sent us to a double bed room and made my husband put his personal cc on the account so we could check in. Both issues were fixed prior to check out but was frustrating
Lazy, theiving housekeepers! The hotel is huge, someone from housekeeping came in about 2 hrs after we had checked in(we hadnt requested any linen or trash bags) came back into our room had items missing from the drawer & housekeeping had thrown towels & huge trash bags in the front chair. Wifi was horrible, only 10 channels on the tv. The elevators & trash can by the elevators remained full & dirty remained dirty for the 2 days we stayed. The pool has been shut down due to a broken syringe being found in it. When I asked the front desk about basic hotel cleaning of the general areas during the COVID she lied and said they clean every 3 hrs when the general areas past the 1st floor hadnt been touched in 2 days. Hilton should be ashamed!
Very positive experience with this hotel. Stayed here for one night for a bachelorette weekend. Room was fantastic, clean and had lots of great amenities not offered by most hotels. Like a made to order breakfast for free and free snacks and beverages in the room. Little mini fridges and friendly hotel staff made for a great stay.
Great place to stay. We had a room in the corner and didnt have any trouble with noise. Open atrium was nice, it gave an open feeling. Breakfast was great, along with the managers reception in the evening serving drinks and snacks was fabulous. Very clean and comfortable. Spacious rooms, well worth the money!
Fantastic building with very accomadating employees. Rooms were clean, organized and very well equipped. There was a room mix up which the managers had fixed right away. The lock on our door was broken and they had it fixed before we even got back to our room after telling them. Great stay overall.
Everything about the suites were wonderful. The rooms were nice and big, with a thermostat to change the temp of the room. It was easy to get to and the breakfast was awesome. Has a omlet station. The only down side was there was no syrup for the French toast sticks. All in all great hotel!!
Rooms are nice. Workers are cranky and act as if every patron is personally their worst enemy. Super loud. Quiet time is supposedly 11pm but at 1 am there were people shouting in the lobby. Could hear them in the bedroom with the door shut and AC running. Management took care of it by shouting even louder in the lobby. Breakfast was decent but again staff were cranky and rude. Pool is very small and we were extremely unimpressed. Not on the hotel, but we were called rasist after I (what I thought was politely) asked a 10ish year old boy to stop doing flips into the pool over the top of my 4 year old. I honestly didnt mind the flips - he was good at it and made some pretty epic splashes. What I didnt like was the thought of him landing on and hurting my kids. Parents reaction and treatment of my kids after was the last straw. Never again will we stay at this hotel. Travel east to the Corporate Drive Embassy. They rock!
The first room was very noisy due to the a. c. Unit being under the window. The 2 ND room had an ongoing exhaust fan in the bathroom that couldnt be shut down. Given a 3rd room with a free dinner. The following night ordered steak for the free dinner. Way over cooked and a terrible quality ofmeat. Social hour was a huge disappointment with chips and french onion dip and check mix and gold fish. The wine was terrible. Very dissapointing. None of the TV remotes allow you to use the menu or guide feature. Will not stay here again..
Great location for a work conference. Food was delicious! We had an omelet bar, yogurt and fruit parfaits, and danish. Lunch was gourmet salads or sandwich boxes. All the staff were polite and helpful and smiling. Rooms well organized for meetings of different sizes and had soundproof walls from microphones. Ample parking and right off the hwy (270). Bathrooms were neat and clean.
It is a lovely building, but understaffed. The few cleaning staff we did see were working diligently, but the job is too big for a few.Dirty linen piled in the halls outside room doors. Garbage bins were stuffed to overflowing. The room next to us blared the TV all night (literally), and had 5 elementary school age children unsupervised who hollered and banged around the room until 3am.
Our room was nice and clean. The indoor pool was very small, so separating small children from large for safety is impossible. We had to take our boys out after a short amount of time due to older kids horseplay. Conveniently close to the Columbus Zoo. Evening reception is always nice.
Stayed from Friday to Sunday for a wedding. For $180 per night, I was expecting a lot more. I knew there was construction going on, but this is bonkers. There was a false fire alarm Saturday night and they had to empty the entire building, despite the fact that they knew it was a false alarm. I can deal with that stuff. The most important aspect to a hotel room are the beds; all of the other amenities are pointless if the beds suck, and the beds at this hotel are horribly uncomfortable. The beds are far too firm and the pillows lumpy. Not an enjoyable night of sleep.Very disappointed overall in our stay.
A very nice site with a beautiful courtroom area, clean rooms and excellent service. We had a two-room suite which was of high quality. When our air conditioning wasnt working we had someone come to look at it within minutes. Breakfast is well above average hotel fare. I would recommend this hotel.
Under construction is an understatement. The entire atrium area was under plastic sheeting, we were rerouted from one end of the building to another, and the hotel had limited resources due to the construction. The rooms were clean but somewhat sterile, all the equipment and technology worked, the towels and bedding were comfortable , and the breakfast /evening reception were a nice trade for dealing with so.e of the inconveniences. Would like to return when the rebuild is completed, this could be an above average place to stay.

2022-02-23I truly recommend this location whether it is business or leisure. My interactions were for business and when I say they have the best customer service, they have the best customer service!Laura Byers, the assistant director of sales was phenomenal! Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed and if you are kindly express your concern at that moment and I am sure that things will turn around in your favor.Due to the customer service, this hotel gets a 5-star rating 🤗.Thank you Embassy, and especially Laura B.

2022-02-28Room was nice and clean, had plenty of space for a hotel room. The cable had been disconnected but was hooked back up by the staff after we called. We stayed over a weekend and the pool is warm and clean but there’s no towels available unless you ask at the front desk. Staff doesn’t enforce any pool rules so noise and occupancy gets crazy in there. Staff doesn’t monitor any type of noise in the hotel at all either. There were kids and adults hollering in the lobby and running the walkways until almost 1am. The bar in the lobby is nice but when people blare music and scream all not, it makes the evening less than enjoyable. Parking is 10 bucks a night and we were charged a different rate for the room each night we were there. Decent hotel if you only consider room condition but I won’t stay there again due to all the other issues.

2022-06-25This place seems good for big parties. We were there when something was going on that people were cheering for and I didn’t mind that because we could shut the door to the bedroom, which helped add an extra layer to sound proofing. However it’s something to keep in mind…The front desk staff wasn’t great when we checked in. They acted like we were interrupting their conversation and the guy talked down to me asking if I had the right hotel because I had forgotten I’d booked in my husbands name. He seemed like he couldn’t get back to talking to his coworker quick enough. I think that’s what took this place down for me.The breakfast was fine.I wanted to go swimming but the pool area was gross and the pool had stuff floating in it. I couldn’t tell if things were dirty or just… old/ugly in places. It’s a bummer because we’ve enjoyed an event here before so that made me want to stay here but I think this place is mostly good for events and not for staying at as a hotel.Cute plants everywhere though.

2022-03-14The lady who checked us in was very nice and even put us down in the corner and had warned us that there was going to be younger kids staying in the hotel. However our room did not have any bedding for the pull-out couch. It only had 2 bath towels and there were four people on our reservation. Our phone rang several times throughout the night I had to end up unplugging it. Pool area was dirty. Upon checking out the gentleman who checked me out didnt ask how I stay was and didnt seem very happy to be there. Breakfast was pretty good though. The room just wasnt in order and as clean as I would expect it to be.

2022-06-18Nice stay and the rooms were a good size. I was allowed to keep my bike in the room which was great. My main criticism was there was a lot of waste, a lot of disposable cups, cutlery both in the rooms and dining in the hotel...so so much waste. In this day and age it would be really nice if a leading Hotel group like Hilton could stop doing this, putting proper cups in rooms, proper plates and cutlery at weekends instead of polystyrene and plastic knives and forks, pretty awful. My last criticism was the wifi, was down quite a bit during our stay and for a hotel that is primarily for business this is pretty bad...again you would expect better in this day and age.

2022-02-02Positive: The staff was amazing. Its been a while since Ive had such great customer service, the staff was helpful and friendly.rooms were very nice and everything was very clean. Hotel employee checked us in and went over and above to make us feel welcome. Negative: Hot tub wasnt working and it didnt say that on line when I booked the room. They did explain that they would no longer offer hot tubs in their hotels.

2022-05-08Positive: Everyone was very attentive to our needs and engaging yet professional. The made to order breakfast was top notch too. The waterfall in the common area was a very nice touch gave a relaxing ambiance especially in the early morning. Negative: The exit to the surrounding community was just a bit awkward.

2022-02-28No reason why you couldnt provide cleaning services to the room. Just seems like you were using covid as an excuses to cut back of the services. I could have stayed in an Air B&B if i wanted to make my own bed. Didnt understand why the restaurant was closed. Did not mention anything on website when making reservations. Also, why serve foam and plastic during the weekend? Although, all the employees were great, the property really seemed to cut every corner that they could.

2022-06-19Stayed here for a business trip. The rooms are spacious and are all about the same. They do not give your room any attention. I was here almost a week and never received any sort of refresh, bed made, new towels etc. They will not enter your room at all. I asked a maid for new towels etc, she said she would bring some by. 8 hours later, no towels in sight.I would explore other options in the area and ask the questions related to customer service.Besides maybe being short staffed, there is no reason not to freshen up the rooms daily.

2022-02-08Excellent staff and service as well as very clean! Recently stayed here during Winter Storm Landon since driving conditions were awful and they were very accommodating. Lets us check in early. Made sure the bar had food items to purchase even though the restaurant hasnt reopened yet due to pandemic. Highly recommend!
