Outstanding auto service. My car looks like the day I bought it. Staff is outstanding as well. My experience was unbelievable. I did not have to worry about nothing and the repairs took just a week to complete. BEST PLACE TO BE. Thanks for taking care of me.
Elite did a wonderful job on my car. Their customer service was amazing. Every member of the staff was so friendly. They all made the process so easy. The work they did on my car was flawless. Elite staff even took the time to wash and wax my car after they repaired it. This company goes above and beyond. I would return as well as recommend.

I recently contacted AAA for towing services. Since I havent had a car towed in decades, I wasnt sure what to expect. However, my request was assigned to Elite Auto Sales (Chris B.). I was pleasantly surprised as Chris arrived to my location far before the stated AAA arrival time. Chris was polite, professional, and answered all of my questions with ease. I had a missing headlight and a busted quarter panel. Not only did they do a beautiful job on the repair, as well as waxing n buffing my car and detailed the interior beautifully, they had it out in about 2-3 days. Also, the reception was extremely friendly And helpful and made the process extremely quick and fast. I will be back for sure.
I have used their recovery service to tow three of my vehicles on separate occasions. Each time they provided fast, friendly and professional service. The body shop is just as good if not better! They dealt with my insurance company to get my car repaired the right way and get it looking like new again!
I was stranded this morning with a flat on the side of 161 in busy traffic. An officer refused to change my tire. A nice man named Dustin showed up and offered me help. He changed my tire and explained how I should drive on a donut and helped me get back on the road safely, all completely free. The tow I had actually called for didnt get there until after I made it into work. I am so thankful for the help and wish I could have given him something in return
Driving home on 62 on Christmas Eve, in snow, with low visibility, and my three children in the car. A driver in one of your trucks felt the need to pass us, and the three cars in front of us (yes, at the same time) while almost running a vehicle off the road. Im assuming he or she was in a hurry, but please speak with your drivers about the importance of safety. I tried to call and no one answered. Driver did the same thing when approaching the next set of cars. Safety should prioritize time, have a Merry Christmas.
Very friendly customer service! I had received calls daily updating me during every step of the process. Any questions or concerns I had were immediately addressed which made me feel very comfortable. I had never had any body damage/repairs done before and they made this experience not such a nightmare. They had even contacted my insurance company for me and updated me with anything having to do with my vehicle! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Our daughter had a tire blow and was on the side of the road near the airport. Jay came out, found us and got her loaded up onto the back of the tow truck bed and got her car where it needed to go. He was quick, polite and friendly and we appreciated him coming out so late. Thank you!
I was in an accident and didnt know where to take my car afterward and our tow trunk driver suggested Elite! He was very nice and was truthful. Ben and Jerry took amazing care of me, and did the same for my car. They worked hard to find me good prices that I deemed more than fair. I had to pay cash and my car looks just as it did before the accident. I am so glad I listened and went here. It was a bit out of my way but so worth it! They are a quality shop, only thing to work on is their communication skills with Customers, returning calls/emails in timely fashion.
Today when our low to the ground Cobra broke down Elite showed up and took such good care of our car. He took his time and really made sure that our car made it home safely. We appreciate him coming out to help us out!
The driver who picked up my daughters car, having to take it to a hard to find shop in a small town, was amazing. He treated her car like it was his own and even let me know when the shop was found and the car was delivered. His professionalism made this a much less stressful situation.
Did not use Elite towing however my wife was driving on 270 and one of their tow trucks was tailgating people including her, she was doing the speed limit, almost hit our car then he cut across three lanes of traffic and weaving in and out of lanes recklessly. The way he was speeding and driving recklessly he’s gonna need a tow truck and whoever he hits will too!
My SUV broke down late at night just outside of Columbus on 8/6/18, stranding myself and my daughter. I called AAA and Scott from Elite Towing came to our rescue. He arrived quickly and was very nice and reassuring. I was having problems with getting a question answered concerning my membership with AAA. He called them for me and took care of it for me. His patience with this senior citizen is greatly appreciated. He even noticed the military retiree tags and when I asked if he had served he said he had. Thank you Scott for your service- both military and your current rescue service as a tow truck driver. Thank you Elite Towing!!!
So I just had them come fix not one but two different tires thw service man was friendly fast knew what he was doing and all in all would defiantly suggest this company.
My dad got his truck fixed today by the best folks in Ohio!Not only did they tow him in they fixed his truck faster than anyone in town. I am really happy because I dont like to drive around in moms mini van.Elite Auto is the best!
Dustyn was absolutely outstanding! He helped make light of an awful situation. I was involved in a car accident the night prior and my car was taken to the impound lot, Dustyn picked it up and towed it to Elite Auto Shop and guaranteed that I was in the best hands. He answered every question I had, and never made me feel like I was a burden to him. Absolutely fantastic! I’m excited to see how well they help me fix my car.
I came out of a store this evening to find my car wouldnt start, wouldnt even turn over. I called AAA and they said someone would be there in ~ 40 minutes. Less than 10 minutes later, Dustan from Elite Auto Service showed up. I was feeling really cranky- I was cold, tired, hungry, and fed up with my car. Dustan not only took care of my car, replacing the battery with a new one with a great warranty -- he went above and beyond - he was professional, helpful, personable, and very kind. He turned my whole night around. Next time I need to call for roadside assistance, I will insist it be Elite Service - thank you, Dustan!!
Amazing service!! Honest and made sure to get the job done right. As everyone knows, having your car out of commission and in a shop is a anxiety fueled experience. Having my car with Elite was no nonsense and hassle free. Ill be taking my business to them again.

I was a bit concerned that I would have a long wait when AAA dispatched a company based in Pataskala to handle a tow in Columbus on a Friday night. No need to worry. Micah was already in Columbus and was there reasonably quickly, despite having incorrect coordinates to work with. He would be in Columbus throughout the night, he said. He took care of loading the car on the flatbed and getting it to its destination quickly and professionally.

One of their drivers wasDriving very recklessly riding my assAndAfter he passed me he brake check meSeveral times and was going 80 miles an hour on highway 310Through the residential section.
Dustan came to my house to help with a dead battery. Not only was he fast, courteous and professional, he also pointed out that the tread on my drivers side tire was wearing thin and I could have a blow out. He recommended me where to get tires and was extremely helpful with the battery replacement.
Terrible, terrible service. They came out to tow our truck, which the rear wheels had locked up. When he arrived he saw 2 adults and one child and immediately said do you have a ride because I can not take you. AAA stayed that 2 people could ride with the driver. He said no, he could only take 1 person. Then he gets in the truck and begins to try to back it up,after being told the rear wheels were locked. We hear a loud noise and yell to him in the truck. He immediately takes offense, we were just pointing out to him that the wheel was making a loud noise. He then refused to tow the vehicle without a damage waiver being signed. He probably caused more damage trying to move it, and since we said something, he wanted us to sign a waiver. NO. He slammed our truck door, gave us much attitude and left us in the cold with a child. We had to find a ride. I will post this story all over social media. I have never seen such behavior in my life. TERRIBLE
I asked my mechanic friend where he would recommend I take my car for body work. He immediately suggested Elite. I took my car there for some minor front end damage, Looks like new. Im pretty picky and the work was better than i expected. 5 Stars!!

One Truck was driving on 32 w 20 miles out from Cincinnati 4/8 9:11pm was swerving all over the place and he wasnt breaking In enough time at a light and almost hit someone in front of him while speeding.Wanted to call and and let the company know but they are closed on Sundays. Just want people to be safe. Sorry I couldnt get the truck number.
I have AAA and although I have many complaints about AAA!!! The guy AAA dispatched To my location was awesome!!! The tow truck driver pushed my car and he had just had surgery on his knee!!!!!! he went above and beyond to make sure that I was aware of what was doing on
You know the story about how a mechanic takes advantage of a woman who comes in to get her car fixed? I thought that was an urban legend until my girlfriend went here and they failed to fix the primary reason she went to them. Then they demanded more money to fix that issue. I would encourage people to avoid this place, if they want a fair and honest service.
The owner and their staff are amazing and knowledgeable. Services offered are wide and varied but when it comes to precision and excellence Elite is on the ball!
Elite and team have done several jobs for me. Large and small. They did a great job on all of my work. They are great people to work with. One of the jobs was on a car that was 22 years old and took a lot of extra work to find parts.I will entrust Elite with my cars in the future as well.

I observed a driver on one of their trucks behaving so badly that I would never use their service. A driver was blocking the fast lane and not allowing cars to pass, breaking unnecessarily, flipping several drivers who wanted to pass (including me), following me and taking a picture of my license plate. This is a bully.
Very unprofessional driver. Blocked a whole street just to pick up a vehicle legally parked curbside. Was asked nicely to move his truck and refused. Driver looked like a convict out of Shawshank Redemption. Large spike sticking out the side of his face. Company obviously does not care who they hire as a driver. Would not use or recommend.
Don W. Was extremely knowledgable and found the problem right away. He did I nice job explaining everything and even showed me what was going on. He even added a couple bolts that were missing on my undercarriage guard for free. Very trustworthy, they made me feel very comfortable.

Had my truck towed a while ago, and a friend of mine came across this young man’s facebook account that works for this company, and he had a picture of my truck up on the bed of his tow truck as his cover photo. My friend recognized that it was my truck and sent me some screenshots. I find it very rude that he has quite a few of peoples vehicles on his facebook. Its invasion of privacy. He wouldnt like it if i had his vehicle blasted all over mine so he shall not be allowed to do the same for the customers he tows. Very unprofessional. Yes i know my truck is sexy but he doesnt need to post it to try to make him look like hes cool or something, whatever these young boys do. I will no longer be using your business. The young man’s facebook name is Colton Kougher. I see no problem in blasting his name since he did the same with my personal vehicle. Thank you.
My SUV was hopelessly stuck in the mud. They arrived within minutes after I called for a tow. They were incredibly competent and friendly. I will never call anyone else!
Scott was on time, polite and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of. I highly recommend Scott and Elite towing.
Horrible paint and prep work. Seriously looks like a do it yourselfer could do better work in a garage with harbor freight tools. Runs in the paint, uneven coverage, couldnt sand down the previous paintwork and just sprayed over it so you can see every detail of the oxidized paint underneath, cant line up body panels to save their lives. I never thought a shop could make a maaco $500 paint job look good until I saw the work turned out from there. Simple things any body shop should be able to do and this place cant do them. Avoid like the plague and go to a reputable shop that knows how to handle a paint gun. I wont even get into how bad they welding is. Laughable at best.
Terrible. They did not call with a change in estimate so had to pay more without being able to decide to take it to another shop. So my car is then held ransom. Not good work. I will use another place and strongly recommend going anywhere else.

As an employee, its a great company. When talking to John, Tim, and Ryan they all said, Treat the customer the right way. That starts at the with the owner and he expects all that work for the company to follow his lead.

AAA sent this company to tow my car and the service was excellent. Shawn, the driver, was friendly, competent and quick. It took only 10 minutes from his arrival until my car was up on the flatbed and ready to go. In this current world of abysmal customer service, Shawn deserves an award!

2021-07-26I cannot say enough good things about this company. Had issues with another tow company that left me stranded for about 6 hours. Once AAA got everything sorted and my tow was routed to Elite, the day brightened up. Elite was there when they said they would be. The driver was highly professional and courteous. Would highly recommend Elite Auto Services for all your towing needs.

2021-12-22After hitting a deer the AAA tow truck driver suggested this shop. After a couple days they called us and said they cant repair it because there is some rust on the quarter panel. Seriously you are replacing it and it says auto body repair. In the end I guess if you are looking for car repair dont go here they dont repair cars. I dont know what they do but Ohios salted roads and a little rust scares you, find some real mechanics. On the phone now talking to AAA about this not being a recommended AAA repair shop.

2021-05-13Good body work. However, they left paint speckles all over my windows. Had to get my front window redone due to leaking. Staff is awesome and kind. They need to do a better job on the finishing process of cleaning and returning your vehicle without any additional issues. Else, I wouldve given 5 stars.

2021-07-26Collin drove over 45 min to Dublin to replace our car battery today. Although the car battery wasn’t in an easy place to access, he did a great job replacing it in a professional and timely manner, especially in 90 degree heat. Thank you! We had a great experience!

2021-08-03We were assigned this company to complete a tow thru AAA for us. We were told thru text the driver would arrive around 7:30, and I had AAA mark that I wanted a phone call or text from the driver if needed. The truck arrived around then - we think. We saw a tow truck at the end of our alleyway (perfectly car accessible) who attempted a back-up and then left. Didn’t contact me or reach out about accessibility troubles or anything. If they had, we wouldve moved the car to a more accessible area (it runs but a big piece is scraping the ground to a concerning point.) An hour and a half after 7:30 we received no update and I had to call AAA, where it appears the driver I think either marked it as cleared or completed - either way it appeared on AAA’s end that they had “arrived”, which the driver never did. Now I’m waiting still for a tow, an hour and a half after the driver straight ditched and marked as complete. Disappointing.
