This company is NEVER on time. I have waited several hours many many times times now for someone to pick me up after an appointment. They have only ever been on time once in the over the year I’ve been dealing with them. 3 times a week for a year that’s a lot of late pickups! I’m not well so waiting around for hours on end is always really hard on me. They need to do better scheduling or hire more drivers. And they are always rude on the phone when you have to call them. I would not recommend this medical transportation to anyone.

After dropping off passengers, the driver will sit on his phone for 20 minutes without moving his van out of the drop-off lane, or blocking the driveway or parking spots if he does pull up at all. Incredibly inconsiderate to other transport services who are also dropping off elderly and/or disabled passengers

Great Drivers HORRIBLE CALL STAFF and greedy company! And he was sitting at suite 101. AROUND THE WHOLE OTHER SIDE. Then stated all he need to do is be at tge address. My job to fine him. CRAZY! ive been done since 220 it is NOW 420!
