I was blown away by these guys - they moved a lot of stuff for us and were incredibly professional, kind, and strong! We have some very sturdy and heavy furniture including a treadmill and a grandfather clock, and they handled it all wonderfully. Ive already working to schedule them again to move a piano and a safe! Definitely will use them for all of our future moves.
Over the past several years Ive used Elam & Sons many times. Once for a whole house move and several times since to move heavy, awkward furniture. Excellent people - excellent company.
The best moving company in Cincinnati! These strong, burly men had all of my belongings loaded up and in my new place in under 3 hours flat. Theyre fast, professional, and do a fantastic job! They even helped me out last minute and offered to move me with less than 12 hours notice. I highly recommend hiring them!
Moved several large pieces of furniture plus a grand piano. Lots of mid and small size stuff too. They were efficient, professional, and did an outstanding job. These guys were great. In and out quickly, took great care handling our stuff.
Group of middle aged guys who have been doing this their entire lives. I’ll never hire young kids to move again (I’m only 28 myself). Their care for your property and efficiency made this the easiest move of my life
Me entire family (grandmother, parents, uncle, myself) have all used them numerous times! They are quick to get the job done, super friendly and prompt about everything that they do! Honest men! That’s hard to come by in today’s world!!! We won’t move with anyone else!!

2022-06-18Shawn and his colleagues showed up on time and were very professional and courteous. I hired them to move some heavy equipment into my basement, which they did both via the stairs and through an egress window in a very methodical way. I’m honestly not sure other movers would have been able to get this job done. Not only did they get the job done, but did so very quickly and efficiently.I was recommended to use them by another safe mover who has done work for me before. They did not disappoint!! I’d highly recommend Elam and Sons for any moving needs.

2022-05-12Ive trusted these guys to deliver me a piano and then with a full move more recently. They are complete professionals start to finish. Very responsive and friendly. Everything was handled carefully and without damage. Id recommend this team to anyone! They took the stress of moving completely away.

2022-03-15If I could give them 10 stars, I would. They made what was bound to be a stressful, anxiety-inducing day and turned it into smooth sailing. They were careful with all of our items, disassembled and reassembled two bed frames, even helping us to fix what I thought was a broken Sleep Number mattress. Every step of the way my questions were answered and all items were moved to above and beyond my satisfaction. You get what you pay for and more with Elam and Sons. I highly recommend them for your next move!

2022-04-26I booked them to move to our new house which would’ve cost me an hour drive to me and back to their shop. They had to change our first appointment because of scheduling that appointment ended up not working because of our projects going on we rescheduled for Thursday and they called on a Monday trying to do our move. Someone booked the wrong appointment. I never once got an apology. I own a small Semi trucking company and this is the worst explanation of services and poor customer service. Not because they were extremely disrespectful but you never spoke to the same person. I spoke to one of the owners twice and it’s the same experience.They never offered to work around our schedule to help since twice they have messed up. So we started moving stuff and we’re only going to need 2 guys instead of 4 and the owners had already confirmed appointment day before. Some calls me today and says we still good I said yes but may only need two guys I will let u know in a bit. An hour goes by and a blocked number calls and says there truck is broke down. They have multiple trucks and multiple movers if a truck really broke down…. They didn’t offer to reschedule or work with us and we have to be out of our old home in 3 days and into the one I just paid cash for… BIGGEST LET DOWN FOR SURE I WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND!!! You always worry when you see five stars anyways because that never happens and every time I’ve ever had an experience with someone that five stars it was not five star service.I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau

2021-05-19Absolutely amazing moving service!!! My boyfriend and I have used 4 local/national companies to move recently and Elam & Sons is by far the BEST moving crew yet! Not only were the guys careful with our items and considerate, they went the extra mile to help us set up items like our bed frame at our new place. The guys make efficient trips that cut the time of our move in half compared to other companies. They navigated a lot of stairs, narrow hallways, and tight turns without damaging the properties or our belongings. If you ever need to move locally this is the company for you.

2018-01-28Best moving experience weve had yet! Elam and Sons was able to schedule our move around my husbands work schedule and was right on time, ready to work at 9am! Their movers were professional, courteous and responsible with our belongings. Everything came out of our apartment and into our new home without any damages to the furniture or the home - even with two flights of stairs! Best yet, it was much more affordable than other local movers we spoke to!

They arrived on time, took a look at what we had, and got straight to work. They were very friendly, courteous, and careful with everything they handled.
