2022-04-27This by far has been my Greatest Experience Renting with Edge! Heather, The Property Manager has always been understanding when Ive been Late on Rent. As well as I can call her at anytime with N Issue an She will Send someone right over. Amazing. Rhonda and Sarah are so kind and do an wonderful Job at everything they do. Just wanna say THANKS LADIES YOUR THE BEST!! Renting 3 years now

2017-01-07Edge Property Management is a great company to work with. The application process is easy and is free not like other places that charge a fee per adult. They also offer the option to pay online and report maintenance issues through the tenant portal. I also like that you can attach pictures of the issue so they can send the right person to fix the problem. My maintenance issues are also handled in a timely manner. I feel that Edge actually cares about their tenants and condition of their properties. I recommend them to everyone. Here are some pictures of my house before move in. I love it!

2019-02-17Not a very professional company in my opinion. I was told that a renter was looking for a “family” to move into his property, as oppose to a single person. Concerns for discrimination.
