I have been to ECP a few times now. Nate and his team are always pleasant to deal with. He went above and beyond to resolve the issues with our Jeep. I had to have it towed to his shop 11 PM in the evening. The next day, he went in extra early to investigate the issue. It was resolved and even delivered my car to my house by noon.. It was greatly appreciated. I can trust him with my car. Thank you Nate! I will definitely go back.

I have been to ECP a few times now, and each visit has been a pleasant experience.I am no automotive guru by any means, but I usually know what is wrong with a vehicle. I either dont have the proper tools and resources, or the ability to do the repairs myself.The fine folks at ECP are always friendly, fair and honest with both my Wife and myself. We were treated with respect, and I never felt I was being overcharged or otherwise deceived in any way.I have heard many others say the same.Thumbs up! Thanks ECP!

I can’t say enough good things about Nate and the crew at ECP. I wish I could give more than 5 Stars!We’ve had several repairs done over the past few years for two different vehicles and ECP has always done quality work at a fair price, but today Nate took his customer service WAY, WAY over the top. We’re heading for vacation on Sunday (it’s now Friday) and wound up needing a repair to the coolant system and Nate made sure that it got done in just a few hours. He went so far out of his way to accommodate us, it’s BEYOND WORDS! We can’t thank him enough. We are ECP customers for life!!

Not only did ECP fit my car in to get it fixed this week but they answered my request for an appointment through messenger on Sunday night. The problem with my car was the bright lights did not work. Scary when you are on a dark road waiting for a 🦌 to pop out. We talked about it and thought light bulb, fuse, electrical wire. None of that true, it was the switch handle in the car - you know the thing you flick to get your brights on. Do you know what it takes to change that? I do because ECP sent me phones via text message all along the way. They had to take off my stering wheel and take out the airbag. It was very labor intensive but still my labor bill was nothing compared to the part cost. And they got the part in overnight. I am very impressed and thrilled with the service and commitment to getting it done, ruling out several things before finding the problem, and keeping me informed all along the way. Thank you ECP.

I called and got an estimate a week in advance as to the date I wanted to bring my car for new tires. I appreciated the text indicating they had started my car and the message letting me know the work was completed and I could pick it up. It was done in a timely fashion and I was treated professionally and with kindness.

I came to Nate and asked him if he could take care of a family members car that was a no start and had to be towed from Cleveland. later I learned that the car in question passed all charging system checks and the starter was fine. However the vehicle needed several loose front end parts replaced and Nate provided a breakdown of priority as the list was LONG! He was honest, up front and very generous with his time. If your car needs work show Nathan respect and you will be treated with the same respect OR, likely, more.Honesty and integrity like this is hard to find in the world today. I used to work at Rapid Auto Service in Cuyahoga Falls and my mentor was the late, great, Danny Malek. I met his wife at Marcs and she told me to go see him and he would give me a job as a mechanic. I never wanted to let Danny down so I stuck to changing oil. I made friends with his whole family because that is the spirit of true auto repair integrity. Knowledge is power and if you share the knowledge you may as well invite the family. I dont think anyone can replace Danny, but Nate makes me feel like Danny did. Dont take your car to a burn out mechanic that hates his job. Take it to people like NATE that enjoy the challenge of serving their community. When your local community is well the world will grow. This is the 2nd time Ive used ECP for either a second opinion or a repair. They have been good as far as fitting me into their schedule. They are also curteous, efficient, and professional. I feel confident they provide quality repairs. On my 2nd opinion, they could easily have talked me into a repair I didnt need, but they were honest in their assessment.
