Excellent customer service, rooms are very clean and very spacious. Most definitely Ill be coming back to stay here on my next trip to work. The customer service is just outstanding they make you feel like family. Prices are very good.
I have stayed at many motels and this is one of the worst. Its not clean. The maid service is only 2 times a week. The sheets are unclean. The charges for myself where more than my friend. AND the got water runs out quick. I could keep going. Stay at the motel next to this one or the cedars. Have stay at all and those two are good.
Was alot disappointed after paying nearly 90$ and receiving a room with no coffe maker a bathroom in disrepair and cigarette burn holes in all the bedding, which was suppose to be a non smoking room and the room smell so heavy of tropical fresh air freshener we had to prop door for a few minutes to release the tropic fog in the room. And to top it of the lady at the counter tells me they have a problem with people smoking in there and then wishes me a safe trip. After getting through all that the beds are soft and the pillows are firm, which got them the second star. But in all honest exhaust all other options first
The crowd that typically reserves space party a lot. When I had reserved the hot tub room, it was so gross that even after cleaning it I could not go in to relax. The convenient store was not staffed or maintained as advertised. What a sad establishment.
Quiet. Nice rooms. Has cable and in between sheetz and speedway. Cleaning ladys are very nice and the owners are good people. You can rent by night or by week. There is even a jaccuzi suite there. Smoking rooms are availible. Cheap prices. And a comfertable place to be would Definatly recomenned this motel
Do not stay here. We had a reservation and ended up not staying there due to the condition of the place. And they charged our card anyway. I called to get our money back and i could not understand a word the guy said. I ended up just hanging up and taking a loss on the money.
This is our little get away place, when we just need a couple of days to ourselves. Its not that far from home, but yet far enough. Its clean, quiet, inexpensive and the people are very nice and polite. We just love coming here.
Our room was very clean and in good shape. The couple that runs the Inn is very, very hospitable. Other guests were yelling and blasting music most of the night, a Saturday. Perhaps the owners are hesitant to call the police on bad guests.
Rented the Jacuzzi room for evening getaway for anniversary only to be repeatedly harassed by management about water leaking because of poor workmanship not because splashing and horseplay. Waste of money to pay for a Jacuzzi you cant use because the little manager guy keeps calling and banging on the door.
THIS PLACE IS THE WORST.I should have slept in my car, it would have been 100% better.DIRTY, DIRTY, DIRTY & NASTY.They suck you in by using the name of Economy Inn & Suites but their real name is FREEWAY MOTELThey give you a key for the door lock that anyone can take to a key shop and have an extra made and when you leave your room, they can enter and steal your belongings.I am telling you to STAY CLEAR FROM THIS PLACE.PS - They also cash checks, sell tobaco and file income tax returns.The 3 inch bullet proof glass in the front office should have been my red flag but I listened to friends who wanted to stay here and I will travel by myself from now on.They also have a room with three beds in it. Thats strange?

Made a reservation through Priceline , went 3 hrs to get there, they said there were no rooms. After much arguing, the guy at the counter said . I will give you a room but you have to pay cash!!! What kind of business are these people running??? 16 rooms , 6 cars in the lot, and no rooms?? What there doing is illegal!! With out a doubt. , stay somewhere else!
Staff was great and courteous! Not a bad room for the price! Ive stayed here several times and will continue to book with them when I stay in the area.
Economy Inn & Suites is a perfect intown getaway. The rooms are clean, have microwaves and refrigerators, and an incredible bathtub / shower. Its centrally located and close to shopping and dining.
Owner was very nice and friendly. Rooms are clean and the price is very fair. Upgraded us from a double to a 3 bed free of cost.

I just tried to book a room here. And the clerk refused to take my company credit card. Told me it was too late and he couldnt have the room ready. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
Bedbugs I paid for a week only stayed there for 2 day come to find out I was getting ate up by bed bugz end up wit a hospital bill and they hax da nerve to say I must of brought them there ask for refund just for days that I had left n they refused to do dat

2022-06-19The beds were clean. There was no ice nor a coffee pot in the room. The bathroom floor was dirty in the corner of the shower. The staff was friendly but the room sure wasnt worth what they charged.

2021-10-03Clean, affordable, comfy beds, personable staff. What more could you want for an overnight break from the road?!? Microwave & mini fridge--no coffee machine, but its sandwiched between 2 convenience stores, so there was hot brew very easily accessible.

2021-08-28If there was an option to put a negative star, this hotel will get it. My wife went into the room for less than 5 minutes and her allergies started acting up due to the very strong odor in the room. She asked the front desk if we can get a partial refund even if she won’t stay but they were verbally abusive and rude to a woman and an octogenarian. I will never stay in this establishment ever!

2021-08-23This is the kind of motel that Jack Reacher would stay at, while breaking up a crime ring. He’d buy new clothes at the Wal-Mart down the street, throw his old ones in the trash, eat at one of the nearby diners, sleep with one (or two) of the waitresses, then get into an epic fistfight with one of the guys revving motorcycles in the parking lot.If you were also staying there, you wouldn’t even know about the fight because there are no windows in the front of your room and your A/C is really loud. You’d be snug in your bed, which is actually clean, but slightly put off by your shabby and stained furniture and cheap TV and fridge. In the morning, there would be a dent in your car from one of the motorcycle guys’ heads, but the waitresses would be back on shift, and that diner food is really good.You’d probably wish you’d stayed at the nicer-looking place across the street.

2021-09-13Our room was right beside Sheetz’s parking lot. The noise level was loud enough to wake us up at least 7 times. The room was very clean and the staff was very nice.

2021-04-29Stayed one night 3 days ago. (We’re two older women.) Proprietor lectured us at check in on “No smoking, no noise, no visitors”. Bedsheets were stained with brownish red stains on both beds so we stripped them and used blankets from the car. Beat up furniture and a used shower pouff hanging from the shower curtain. Dilapidated furniture. Awakened at 3am by a woman beating on the door of the next unit and screaming profanities.

2020-08-10Hotel room was completely nasty, constant commotion outside and the owners were extremely rude and unprofessional. While outside smoking I was falsely accused of smoking in the room .( They didnt even go inside to see if it smelt of smoke). When checking out both owners starting yelling at me, harassed me as I was trying to pack up,then was told I was not allowed back there even though I was being polite the whole time. Then they charged my card extra. All for something that wasnt even true. Would not recommend anyone wasting their money here.

2020-08-10I recently came to this area to visit family and stayed at this place. Worst experience of my life. The beds were so hard the owners were rude. The owners yelled at my father for smoking in the room when they watched him sit outside and smoke. I was considering legal action against the owners because the said to my father that he had to smoke in the parking lot...a day after he checked in. Also people where screaming outside My hotel room all around....not good.

2020-07-07The staff was friendly and the room was cleaned and a good size. However the one bed was way too hard and the other was way too worn out and sinking. Woke the next day to find an ambulance and cops at one of the rooms. Sorry but, never again. Oh and they no longer have smoking rooms which you dont find out until youre there.
