My boyf and i LOVE eating here, the food is always amazing, but we unfortunately have our complaints. weve tried ordering from them twice recently and showed up at the place to realize they either arent open or they arent in the front of the restaurant. the first time, we called and literally watched the phone ring. we waited in hopes that someone would at least speak to us, but that never happened. are the hours wrong? it says online (and on the front door) that they close at 10pm on friday and saturday. if thats true, then why havent we been able to receive our order? also, we were emailed at 10:09pm last night and told that our food was prepared and ready for pickup, but there wasnt anyone there to give us our food. it just doesnt make any sense to us and because of that, well be ordering from a different location.
I rarely leave reviews, but this place is fast, fair price, and the food is excellent. Got the gyro and the salad. Both were delicious for $10. Better than Greek places where I’ve spent double the amount of money.
The food here never disappoints and the staff are always very friendly. I will say it was really warm when I went in yesterday so I wouldn’t eat inside the location but the food was still just as delicious as always.

This is a little gem of a fine. This is not a fast food place. It is true home cooked Greek food. The chocolatr covered Baklava was a nice surprise. The prices are very fair and the pprtions will leave you satisfied. Very clean location. I would say worth the stop.
Very nice people running it , clean place. Gyros are pretty good. Not the best Ive had. But def good. Fries didnt have much seasoning. But were fresh but lacked flavor. Thats the only reason for 4 stars. It was good but nothing that stands out. Kabob by the casino still in my mind has the best gyros on Westside.

Food has always been really good here up to this last time. I have food poisoning really bad and I know it’s from here since it’s the only food I’ve eaten besides a small sandwich yesterday. Disappointing since I really enjoyed their food and the staff is always nice.

Order d the #1 gyro combo - best gyro sandwich Ive had in a long, long time if not ever. Great flavor and a deliciously slight char on some of the pieces. Would definitely frequent this place if I didnt live 1,000 miles away. The staff was very kind as well
Was closed at 9:15 when it it shows open until 10pm on the door. A simple note on the door would suffice. I love the West Jeff location and the other locations.

First time my husband and I ate at this establishment. My husband ordered the gyro combo and I ordered the chicken with rice and vegetables. The vegetables were way over cooked, and it seemed to us to be very over priced. The cashier was very rude as if she did not want to serve us. We ignored that on the account of you never know how her day might have been, but I am a firm believer that it does not matter how bad of a day you have had, you should always treat your customers with a friendly and inviting attitude, especially when they are paying.We will not be back.

This place is my failsafe restaurant. I have NEVER ever had one bad experience and have nothing negative to say about this place. I love their food so much that I pay an extra $6 in delivery fees just to get it delivered to me in Columbus. The food is always consistent, tastes AMAZING, and the options are delicious. I’ve never had cold food despite it being delivered 25 min from the restaurant. Food is always fresh, crispy, and never soggy or old. It has never given me stomach issues nor has it disappointed me.I have a very specific customization I add to the same meal every single time I order, and they must know me because they always do it right. They are one of the very few establishments that still allows customizations on delivery apps. The prices are beyond fair, I would pay double for what I get now. I cannot express how much i LOVE this restaurant.
This place is my favorite Greek restaurant. Superb quality food & Prices comparable to other Greek restaurants. Staff is attentive and friendly. The Lemon cake is amazing! Thank you for giving the west side a Great place to eat!

I am an old man that doesnt like ordering online. Sorry. If you call this place though for take out. They will refuse your service. Not directly. If you say in a clear loud voice, I would like a 1 Chicken Gyro please, they will respond with Chicken Shawarama? No, no you say...that isnt right. 1 Chicken Gyro please...response...Oh Chicken Philly? Nope, lets try one more time. 1 Chicken Gyro Please.... response...thats not on the menu. Try to order the Tiramisu over the phone, I dare you! Its gotten to the point where you will have to tell the employees where they can find their own desserts. Then they will tell you, thats not on the menu.Also, if you get take out. Check your bags before you leave the parking lot, they enjoy Forgetting items.

Wonderful food! Great service from a staff that cares about the quality and authenticity of its products. Even though they have top notch gyro in lamb, chicken, beef ECT....this is not just a gyro shop. They have a huge menu of Mediterranean cuisine. If you have a member of the family that isnt so adventurous, there is a variety of sandwich/subs that are more familiar like, cheese steak, and hamburgers. The french fries are phenomenal! All varieties are winners. My favorite was the Greek seasoning fries! The dessert selection is amazing. Every type of baklava I could possibly want, and many other sweet treats. The bottom line is that this is a wonderful change of pace from the typical pizza on Friday night. One that I am sure will be part of your weekly rotation if you give it a chance. Do yourself a favor and look online at the menu before you go. The I have been to 2 different locations and despite franchising, they both had the same high quality, home made food with people that care about their jobs, and the people they are serving. The Holt Rd location is the one I have the most experience with though. Give it a go! Come back and review. When a company is creating good food at a good price with people that are customer service oriented serving it......they deserve all the good press and well wishes they can get!😊👍👍

This is a great place to eat, especially if you like greek food. Its easy to miss this gem even if you live in the area because its in the smaller plaza, behind the the larger plaza with Lowes and Kroger. The food here is always fresh and made with care. I love their greek salad with chicken. The chicken is seasoned nicely and has a great flavor that complements the rest of the salad. My wife really likes the gyros and the tzatziki sauce. They have a lot of dishes, including sandwiches, which I havent tried yet because that salad is so good. They also have a variety of deserts and baklava available. The baklava is available in both a full and half size (mini). Ive had both the chocolate and the walnut and both are good. They also have cheesecake, chocolate cake, rice pudding, tiramisu, and cookies. I can report the cheesecake with strawberries is good, but the rest I havent tried yet.

Came here for a quick lunch and I’m really happy with what I got. The employees are very helpful, I was having trouble with my chip on my card and they said it was no problem! I got a lamb Gyro and the spicy feta dip with pita chips. Everything was so delicious the lamb on the Gyro just tasted like quality and the feta dip was really really good! I definitely recommend this place and will definitely be back!
Edit: I went back and ordered the same exact thing. Once I got home and opened the bag I discovered that they had not given me what I ordered. They gave me a gyro and a small side salad. It was still very good, but I will think twice about returning if they cannot get a simple order right. It wasnt busy at all so its not like there was any serious rush that would make this mistake acceptable. First impressions are everything. Kinda sad they got my order wrong and didnt give me my sauce on my first two visits.Very good food! I got the gyro salad and it came with a generous amount of meat - more than I was expecting! I got it to go and it was still fresh when I got home. Ive had salads from other restaurants get soggy within 10-15 minutes, but this was not soggy at all. The vegetables were very crisp and crunchy! Pita is also included, but it is only half. I was expecting a whole one, but thats okay with me. The menu states that sauce is included, but I did not receive any. I will be sure to ask for some next time. I will definitely be back. Its great to finally have a Greek restaurant in my area!
I love this place!!! Every thing I have ever ordered has been delicious. I grew up in Maryland and there was a little Greek sub shop that I always compair greek food too and no where has ever come close to passing them. I FINALLY FOUND A PLACE I LOVE MORE THAN MY OLD FAVORITE!!!
The food was good, I had a beef shawarma and a gyro, not the best fries but solid. Thats why they get two stars, normally it would warrant give stars as food was quick and service was polite. The problem is while eating my shawarma I found myself chewing on a decent sized piece of plastic and as that is dangerous and a choking hazard I find it worth a review. I hope the owners take notice of this and are more careful in the future. Good food, polite interactions but please please please do not serve plastic in your food.
It was fast. The food was good. I got a large and the portion sizes were amazing with the exception of the drink. It wouldve been nice to have the drink larger since you are paying to have your meal large. That was the only down side but I can live with that. The places was very clean.
I took my family to eat! spent over $65.00! A total waste of money!😡Previously food was delicious!Today gyro meat was like ground up hamburger small chopped up pieces and was cold from the very first bite!Fries were both cold AND old.Food quality was totally disgusting!That’s the very last time I will purchase food there!Staff busy flirting and fooling around behind the counter instead of freshly preparing food for customers!
EatGreek onCameron rd is the BEST restaurant I have ever tasted of mediterranean food. I was raving about it for days and couldnt wait to go back. Im from Cleveland and it beats any place Ive eaten at including Aladdins from my home town to other Greek restaurants in Columbus. The olives are the best they use in their salads they cut no corners in Quality! Im so impressed! Never had hummus that was so smooth and as tasty as their homemade hummus. Everything we ordered and sampled was amazing as their hospitality was extremely welcoming. We had a great time and dining experience. Highly recommend. I dont know any other restaurant I can get a grouper salad like theirs that is so delicious and priced affordably. Love this restaurant!! Its all familyhere working too, which means they care about your experience in their restaurant and it very clean too! Plus plus 🙋💗
This place is awesome. The food is fresh and made on the spot. They bring the food out to your table as its ready. Happy and fun staff, you can feel their energy. Little on the expensive side but you will leave fat and happy. Thank you for bringing some Greek food to Grove City!

While the food was still as delicious as ever, we have noticed a decline in service. My brother and I placed separate orders online and were given a 20 minute pick up timeframe. We arrived at the restaurant to find my brothers order was ready but we had to wait THIRTY MINUTES more for them to complete my order. They had taken my order ticket off of the line and moved on to other orders. While they did give me a free dessert, it doesnt really make up for the poor service.I will try to give them a chance to redeem themselves with a future order, but this is not the first time we have experienced excessive delays

Let me just say. Eat Greek Express is FANTASTIC! They even called me back after we didn’t find resolve with a grub hub issue and explained to me what happened on their end (the driver showed up late and only took half the order with them) and offered to fix what they could for me. I won’t be taking their offer. They not only did no wrong but they tried to go above and beyond and their food is sooooo good. Anyone who is thinking about eating there absolutely should. I’ll be sure to go back tomorrow and get their food again for full price (but in person) and tip them well for just being good people with good food. That’s rare to find. And it’s rare that I find an establishment that cares that much about not only their product but their guests.
Very good gyros, sauce had its own personal flavor and liked the addition of bannana peppers. Will be going back to try other entrees.

I went today to get food from here. I got beef and chicken mix with rice. While I was eating I saw two long hairs in the food. I went to the store and showed them. They offered me refund but I was hungry so I took another plate instead. I couldn’t eat after I saw those hairs. Threw the second plate and left hungry. Health department should look into this. This is not acceptable. Hair in food. That can make you sick.Please check your food when u buy from here.

The food is mid to upper grade for Greek carry-out, but the combos and prices advertised on their website dont match with what they actually offer in store. This makes for a less than positive experience when picking up food for friends and others at the office. When its been mentioned the staff shrug it off. The visit always seems to end up costing more than anticipated when surfing their site for options. Hopefully theyll separate their menus for their different locations on their website at some point, or perhaps match the menus.
I really hate to leave a bad review. I have never done that before, but this was so awful, I have to. I ordered Tabouleh, lamb gyro, and lemon cake for myself and my husband.. I love Tabuoleh and it is very hard to find really good, but this was so bad, I could not eat it. it was also horribly over-priced. $5.95 for a little half-pint container. The pita bread was just awful, and I couldnt eat that either. The lamb was salty, and I couldnt eat that either. $43 for a meal that I mostly threw away! I wont be back. I must say, however, the service was exceptional.
The food wasnt as good as opening day a year ago. The drinks keep changing in size.. When you order a combo for $10+, youd expect to get a larger drink than what they currently give, which is less than a can of soda. (With the addition of ice)It was good while it lasted. Which wasnt long.. At all.
Has the potential to be a great place but in its current form is, at best, a 3 star location. Everything tastes great individually but nothing is proportioned or mixed correctly, the amount of meat given per serving is extremely small, and the customer service has been lacking on both of my visits.

Fantastic food, pretty expensive compared to a cheap greek bus/truck youd find on the streets of Columbus (pretty sure theres a gyro truck off Frank and Harrisburg, and another one on Sullivant). This places flafel balls werent smooth enough for my liking (texture was crunchy, although pretty alright) and I wish there was that classic ranchy falafel sauce served with what I got (some falafel balls dish with pita triangles and some veggies on the side, completely missing what I imagined was going to be a falefel wrap). Otherwise the food was good and they try to keep the restaurant clean as much as I deemed possible.
Gyro was ok. I wish they would have put the sauce on the side since it was a to go order. The pillows in the restaurant were stained, they need a good wash.

Waited over 30 mins for my order. 2 other people who ordered after me got their orders first, they forgot a gyro that I ordered and I had to actually point that out and wait further for them to make it. Received a Luke-warm apology. Unacceptable
Found this place on accident. Went in....it was over. I ordered took it home and been back already. Had Gyros. Awesome 👍. Go. They have an open chef area you can participate as they make your dish.

2022-05-12This is the best Greeks/ middle Eastern / Mediterranean food around! Im not kidding! Ive eaten at a lot of Greek restaurants/ Middle Eastern restaurants. This place serves up the freshest best priced for the value food Ive had in years. I love the chicken shawarma over hummus its like two meals and one. I always get a baklava traditional style for dessert of course I cant eat it right then because Im so full. The staff is so friendly they make you feel like family! I tell everybody I know about eat Greek. Try it, youll be glad you did!

2022-03-12First let me say this food is fantastic and never had a bad meal from here, my kids love it and so do I!I have sent this place lots of business.The one thing that does not sit well with me is they refuse to honor the daily deals listed on their website, I just think this is poor customer service and bad business practice. Even though their website clearly states what they offer. As a long time customer, when I call it doesn’t feel great when they say No to something that is publicly published.

2021-11-30Great food, I really need to try something new but I always get the same thing because its so good. My order is always right (I always ask for extra banana peppers). The customer service is great and to me, thats more important than the food, but I highly recommend them based on the food and service.

2021-10-31I cannot express how good this salad was! Super fresh! The hummus was🔥🔥🔥! Pita bread wasn’t handmade but still good. Wish we would have gotten the larger salad. Sauce was great! When we come back through Columbus this will be on our list! Super recommended! Friendly staff. Clean bathroom.

2022-05-19I’ve gone by there so many times and finally decided to go in today. Figured I’d play it safe with a chicken gyro. The lady who took my order was sweet as could be and the food came up quick. It was delicious, easily one of the best ones I’ve had in the area. No joke, I’ve been thinking about it a lot this evening and I’m planning on going back tomorrow to try something new. I’ll definitely be going back. Probably frequently.

2022-04-02Eat Greek at this location will always be a favorite. Incredible staff, delicious food that is consistent every time I order. All fries options are great. My favorite entree is the chicken gyro on pita, always large, because, more chicken. I really need that recipe for the sauce. So good!

2022-08-02Right up there as one of the best gyros Ive had. I was reading the other reviews how great it was and assumed it was just suburban tastes. I was wrong, great fast casual mom and pop authentic Mediterranean. Dont be swayed by the somewhat generic name. I will make a point to come here whenever Im in the area.

2022-04-03Ive been here several times and always enjoyed it. The garlic sauce makes the Greek fries. The dips Ive tried are all good (I especially like the spinach feta one) as are the pies. Our group have tried the gyro meat and the shrimp preparations, and the pastitsio and those were also very tasty. The rice itself even has a good flavour. The falafel taste good but my husband doesnt like the sesame seeds on them. I thought they seemed maybe just a tad dry. Good with one of the dips though. Staff were friendly and helpful Overall, definitely recommend.

2022-06-23Really good food. I came in yesterday after an appointment. Had to wait 15, 20 mins but that bc its freshly prepared. It was delicious. I got the Lamb Kabob, the menu was huge! So much to choose from. The woman behind the counter was really pretty and very shy. She was overall nice :) they work hard! I saw 3 workers back there and they were all COOKING.
