Truck parking is a mud pit rather than fix they constantly drop more mud and make it worst bad management whoever’s in charge of maintaining
Found the tow-truck driver to be efficient and friendly. The company sent him right away to give me great service. Fair prices and credit cards accepted. Highly recommended.
Eastland towing is awesome. Good prices. Mike C came out and took pride in towing my 91 mercedes. It was low to the ground and he made sure to bring ramps out to avoid any damage. Man was very professional and knowledgeable, and literally took care of my car like his own. Thank you Mike and Eastland. For such great service.

My insurance called Eastland Towing to Tow my car. (Mike C) came out and asked us to step to the side of the highway to avoid highway traffic. Asked for the keys and confirmed where my car was going. Other than that he said we could go on with our day. Mike was very knowledgeable and very fast and treated my car like his very own. I will recommend Eastland Towing and personally ask for Mike C. Thanks Eastland.
Mike C came out from Eastland, to install a battery in my suv and then towed it to the tire place a day ago. Hes a cool dude, easy to talk to and a beast at his job. Man cares about his job and making sure people and their property is taken care of properly. Thanks again My dude.
Really nice customer friendly towing service i called for a tow truck at about 7:45 told the dispatcher my Location the dispatcher was really nice asked me a few questions concerning my problem with my vehicle said they would be sending a driver out right away the tow truck driver arrived lest in 10 minutes he himself was also very friendly and Curtis told me what my problem was and how to fix it asked me was there anything else he could do to help me towed my car to my house just a overall really great experience with a tow company

My 16 year old slid into the ditch today along a busy state route in Pickerington. We called you guys and someone was out in 15 minutes, hooked up, and had my son rolling back home safely and quickly. He was so kind and helpful. I appreciate people and businesses like this who can show up during stressful situations and immediately make a difference. Thanks for taking good care of my kid today!
Very helpful and nice right when I needed them! I called Eastland Towing on Sunday after another towing company promised to pick me up multiple times, but never arrived. After over 2 hours waiting in 90 degree heat I called Eastland Towing. The dispatcher promised me a pick up in 20 minutes and he hit the nail on the head! The driver, Scott, was very nice and did a great job.
Eastland Crane and Towing is not just another company like Rustys. They provide quality customer service with a smile. I have never experienced customer service like when I called into the office to get my car towed. The lady on the phone was so polite and accommodating. The gentleman who came and towed my car was so helpful and polite. It was a blonde gentleman with a red beard but albino complexion. Most tow truck guys are creepers so I was happy to feel safe while they were hooking up my car to tow it to the body shop.
I had an excellent experience with Eastland Towing specifically with Mike my driver. He helped me through the whole process and suggested I have the rental car delivered to the auto repair shop and he could drive me over with my car to streamline the process. I highly recommend them
The driver was very knowledgeable & took excellent care of my car. My car had to be towed using dollies & 2 other tow truck companies didnt even have the right equipment. If you want a company that is knowledgeable so your car doesnt get damaged call Eastland!
I got a flat tire in my work truck so my company called Eastland and Bobby was at my location in 30 minutes, very polite, courteous and fast. I was back on the road in less than an hour from the time I called to when he was done fixing the tire. I highly recommend Eastland for any towing or roadside issue.
Our semi truck had his load shift and I was calling around for generalized estimates. Well he was on the interstate right by Eastland and while I was calling around, Eastland showed up to get a better idea of the situation I was trying to describe on the phone. They ended up helping get the load straight at a very reasonable price. Thanks for your help last night Eastland!

Had my daughters car towed from 3244 Hamilton Rd @ 7 p.m. 8/27/2018 to Byers Collision Center. Car made it but key did not. I called at 6:30 a.m. to try and find my key, guy tells me he would call me back. Never Did.... My daughter calls from a diff # he tells her the driver is second shift and he cant get a hold of him to find my key. Now the body shop cant do there job. So the driver doesnt come in until 4 p.m.. So now I cant get my car worked on until tomorrow. What a inconvenience. I would NOT recommend East land towing. They are rude and irresponsible and dispatch yelled at me. Unprofessional. Also, I have ball joint damage F/L and he refused to get a rollback.
On 8/22/2018, our car broke down on I270 south. We called Eastland Towing and the driver, Nick arrived. Very courteous and professional. We needed an alternator and none of the normal parts stores could get it quickly since its an older import, so Nick called a buddy of his that owns a shop and he told him who to call. They had it in stock, he towed us there. Price was very reasonable for the towing. He left us there so we could replace the alternator and have our battery charged so we could get back on the road home to NC. We even called their shop and complimented their awesome employee and asked to please pass it on to the owner. Great job, Nick!
I had my car towed after purchasing a new vehicle from the lot is was being worked on yesterday and the gentleman who towed it was friendly and helpful. He chatted with us briefly and was quick and courteous with getting the car home. They tow through my insurance and with the number of tows Ive had to deal with Ive always had a great experience with them.

This place was awesome. I called and they told me a hour. I was cool with that. 10 minutes later he was at my door. Leonard was very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them. If I ever need a tow again, I won’t waste time calling around. The customer service rep was great too. I’d give more stars if I could.

I drove my Telsa Model S through a large puddle on Hamilton road under the I-270 bridge. There was soo much water the it caused the under covering to become loose and start dragging on the ground. I thought I really messed up my car. I pulled over and used Tesla road side assistance. After no response from Tesla road side assistance, I called Eastland Towing. Tracy came out and was able to fix my issue without needing a tow saving me money in the process. I cant thank him enough. He deserves more than the 5 stars allotted for this review. My wife had a tire blowout on 270 near Easton after hitting a pothole. State Farm roadside assistance deployed Eastland Towing with an ETA of 30 minutes. Darrin arrived in 28 minutes which amazed us. He took care with our car and towed us to Discount Tire. Thank you Darrin for the excellent service and assistance!
I was locked out of my car at 3:30 in the morning after a long night shift on Cannon Drive. I called and woke him up but without hesitation he got out of bed and came to help me. He was recommended by a Columbus police officer and I can see why. He got there fast and had me back in my car in 2 minutes. I really appreciate it guys. Keep up the good work
I called to have vehicle towed less than two miles....though company claims to be 24 hour tow service the tow was denied. I was told I would have to call back after 8 a.m. because they were only handling police calls. That is not acceptable when a company claims to provide 24 hour towing service to the public...they need to say selective 24 hour towing depending on who you are. I gladly gave my business to another company who responded to my call with courtesy and prompt service in less than an hour and they had to travel from farther away to get to me. I was less than 3 miles from Eastland Towing.....poor business practices when dealing with the public in my opinion...One star given because I had no choice...lowest allowed.
Look, after reading some of these reviews I thought I should do one. My experience with Eastland has always been good. I had one occasion that was maybe a little more than it should have been. But on par they are the best in the city! Folks only look at what they can see. For example few people understand the cost of having staff and equipment ready to serve you. The actual job may only take an hour, but the cost to Eastland to have the ability to provide the hour of work is substantial. Driver was cool. Price was kinda high for a tow of less then 2 miles. But he was quick to get to me.
This tow company is a disgrace to all businesses. Their customer service is basically non-existant. I made an appointment to have my medium duty truck towed and was quoted a reasonable $125 plus $4/mile. After everything was said and done the tow truck driver decided to charge $125 an hour instead without my knowledge. The tow actually came out to be more than double what I was quoted over the phone when I had made the appointment. When I called to speak with a manager, the man I spoke to acted as if there was nothing he could do and could not be reasoned with. I cannot believe businesses like this actually exist and treat their customers in such a way. If at all possible do not give your money to this company!
In short, my transmission went completely out while driving home. Called Insurance, insurance called Eastland Towing, 45 minutes later, Josh, from Eastland towing shows up with a smile and a hand shake and confirms the situation. Hooks up my car and we arrive at a Midwest Transmissions in West Jefferson 45 minutes later.I take pride in how my car is treated and had no problems in the way Josh, from Eastland Towing took exceptional care of me and my vehicle.Good job Josh, thanks for keeping the standard high and helping this Ohio Air National Guard member.
The same price as any other towing company in a 5 miles radius of mile marker 41 on 270N. It was fast, the driver was nice and made us feel comfortable in a crappy situation. He seem to take pride in this company, thats always good quality.
Great service and nice people. We were broke down on the freeway south of Columbus and John came out and serviced the car to get it running so we could make it home. We ended up not needing the tow! Thank you!!

I called in to inquire about a service I needed for a major construction company (the guy would have known that if he would have let me finish). He was extremely rude, cut me off at every sentence. Told me, just to get me off the phone, that they dont have roll backs with winches. Wow - you see them in the pictures of your website. You just lost out on a lot of business within the State of Ohio. Shame on the guy who answers your phone.

Company told me one price. When my son used them (hes 17) they charged him over 100.00 way over the price they told me on phone for 7 miles. Will never use this towing place again.

This company destroyed my personal goods after I was in an accident, then tried to blame me for their driving not telling me he would be dumping oil all over my back seat and any possessions there.I am currently preparing a small claims filing against this company.
They advertise for replacing tires now but I went there to get a tire replaced and waited for 45 minutes to an hour just for them to tell me that none of their mechanics are coming back in time to replace my tire so I sat and waited for nothing. Waste of time!

Son was in accident at night, had to go get him, stressful night, was told they could tow home or any shop for $250, or back to their shop for free, sweet, take to your shop then I can deal with it later, a couple days later, after calmed down, go to get it taken care of, now they charged for yoe, $250 plus storage, an now to get it to a proper shop, underhanded an tricky during a scary stressful emotional night, watch how they word information, its deceptional...
I locked my keys AND my toddler in my car... I called Eastland Crane and Towing because they were the closest. Once I told them my daughter was in the car, they rushed somebody out to get into my car right away. I couldnt be more happy.

The prices are ridiculous the owner obviously raises the price as high as possible 8 dollars for cigarettes that are 6 dollars anywhere else gas is 10 cents higher than any other gas station place sucks

2022-02-07Absolutely horrible experience. This is the towing company the police called for my car after an accident. Finding the lot/office was a wild goose chase. Office in the back of a gas station with no outside indicator of this, only knew by having to call the company, super shady.Horrible customer service, I called to ensure the payment was made by the person who picked up my vehicle as the certified mail letter (inconvenient) indicated a balance. He asked for the vin number of the vehicle (well into the conversation) and I said I was 1-2 mins from home and driving if he could wait a second and he said no call back and we went back and forth and he scoffed. Additional rude comment of if you don’t know we are a towing company and very busy, I don’t need my intelligence insulted by someone who unfortunately had my business. Your business and communication needs a revamp.

They highway patrol is calling this towing company for highway break downs and they are fleecing innocent people at a time when they are very vulnerable. Charging upwards of $250 for a 3 mile tow is theft!! And throwing a tantrum when asked to breakdown that cost is confirmation of it. NEVER call them for a toll - or any other service. If you breakdown on the highway, request highway patrol dont call them either!

They charge you over $360 to tow less than 10 miles and they hit you with all these fees when you go to pick it up adding to over $600!Ontop of that THEY ONLY ACCEPT CASH and while they’re checking you out, THERE’S A CARD MACHINE IN FRONT OF THEMStay away if you can and make sure to call the towing company to ask if they take card

2021-11-09This is the worst towing company. They charged $360 dollars, to tow a car 10 miles and $165 to tow another 2 miles from their storage. They are rude about everything:1. They will not tow to your house2. They will not tow to a repair facility as it’s after close, even through I was clear that I will sign the lease ai we that I received the vehicle.3. They are extremely rude about it, not one but all of them. The guy who answered the call said bring cash only, no cards in a rude way. The lady was ridiculous, I was questioning why it’s $167 for a two mile tow when the previous quote I got a few hours back was $95. She said it’s $167 tonight, that is it and no more questions. They calculated the distance wrong, the gentleman (I would like to call him something else) said you heard the lady, it’s whatever she says and that’s it. The lady (I would call her something else too) said she calculated wrong a s adjusted. After charging so much the guy who took me to show my car was so ridiculous he is upset that I came at 5:10 pm when they are open till 8 pm. And I came at the busy hour.Not one, everyone who I encountered either on the phone or in person were super rude when they is really no need for that. I am not sure why the police officer called this company to begin with when I was stranded in the highway.I would not go again nor would send anyone to Thai company in the future.
