2 weeks in a row at differ times we went to order and they said sorry our system is down!! Oh the irony. I hope Sheetz puts Wendys and McDonalds out of business. The 2 mentioned have ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER WITNESSED.

Young lady in the drive threw had a great attitude even tho they were slammed, the food however wasnt the best.
Me, my fiance Kyle & my son Anthony like getting Wendys especially the boys. And this location is the busiest Wendys Ive ever seen no matter what time you go! Its a miracle if they arent slammed. traffic backed out to the street. (I kid you not) My favorite thing I love getting from their menu is their pecan salad (with my own salad dressing) & their chocolate frosty! My family loves my salad so much they end up sharing it with me even if its the only thing I ordered. (I dont mind sharing)
Just a quick stop for lunch at Wendys. Nothing spectacular.
I have visited these stores around here a lot and I have never had an issues with any of them. They staff in all of these stores are really nice and are willing to always help you out so I would recommend coming here peeps. Sloppiest sandwich, I ever got, scraped all stuff off to eat it. The tomato was Mush, lettuce was even mushy, like it just sat in foil wrap for hours. yuk !!No more Wendys 4 me. McDonalds, here I come.Sorry, sorry food, wont be back.
The drive thru line not so good about 15 minute plus wait and then the fries were cold. In all fairness about 5 cars ahead of mine so in my mind fries should of been hot. The burgers were correct though.
Long line in drive-thru but line moved quickly...Employee gave me wrong receipt but mistakes happen I will continue to patronize this Wendys...

This is a nice Wendys with a very spacious dining room. Great place to camp out with your laptop if you like to do work at these kind of places. Their hamburgers are only hit or miss, however. The hamburgers at the Wendys in Reynoldsburg are consistently cooked the right way.
Although this East Pointe is a broad description, its a strip center, not a mall. Kroger is the hub, Wendys, McDonalds, taco bell, Krispy Kreme, skyline, and KFC are fast food places along the main road.After pulling in Milanos Italian is at main building along with Dominos pizza, Peking House Asian cuisine, which is excellent, and very affordable. A subway, is about the last food place. Theres a new petland store, along with a great clips, ups store, and a Delta lash store. Pretty much a one stop destination.
Great place to get fast food & donuts. Theres 2 car care/repair shops, 5-min oil change. A new Asian Indian clothing store, you can get eyelashes, a mani-pedi, & haircut within the strip & finish grocery shopping for the day, week, or month.
Very well maintained shopping strip..Very well stocked Kroger. A good Italian, Chinese restaurants.Pet store and ups store.Update 2/28/22Pet store went out of Business. Kroger has employee shortages especially the deli.Parking lot needs repaving, severely damaged
I love this new Kroger. The staff are great. The service desk is awesome and i like the people working in the pharmacy. My only complaints would be the wait at the pharmacy when they are busy because they only have 1 person dealing with the inside line. And the wait for U-SCAN in the evening when there are no registers open and people are having to scan out an entire cart full of food and it takes forever to get your turn. Best time to go would be early evening. 6-8ish p.m.
Smaller and if you are used to going to a bigger Kroger it is difficult to understand the layout. Which sounds greedy but Krogers is a multi million dollar store that should be rated as such. Actual store was great, good service and clean. Just should have the same products as other krogers
East Pointe is a small strip mall located at Reynoldsburg/New Albany Rd, and E Broad St (Route 16), in Columbus, Ohio. Anchored on one end with a large Kroger Store, and on the other end with Milanos, a very good Italian restaurant. In between theres Subway, Great Clips, Petco, and many other businesses. Theres also several fast food restaurants in the same area. If you live on the far east side of Columbus, its pretty easy to get into and out of. And while I cant vouch for all of the stores, the stores I have used have all been excellent. Its up to you, the reader, to check out what East Pointe has to offer and decide for yourself what you like, or dont like.
Conveniently located on East Broad Street between Reynoldsburg and Blacklick you will find Kroger, 2 gas stations and more. A pet supply store and an employment agency. Almost any fast food restaurants you could ask for including Skyline Chili. There is even an apartment complex.
Literally got me thru Covid. Jr. hamburger with mayo and fries was the only thing that sounded good and the only thing I could keep down after 3 days of not eating. On the mend...THANK YOU WENDYS!
Nice set up & easy to walk through aisles. Put you in the mind of Ghanna. However, it was a bit confusing with navigating where simple items were. Id return. Definitely loves their selection of lamb. Not all carry it.
My go to Krogers is Eastpoint Plaza!! We have 3 within a short radius of our house. I use this one they are always so helpful with assistaning you when needed. The employee act like the love their jobs and customers. I have shopped here 20 yrs now no complaints♡ They have everything you need and then some. The store is always so clean and stocked daily FRESH meats. Keep up the good work Krogers....

I visited the PetSmart - the store did not have one can of Purina Focus Weight Management wet cat food! The shelves were almost bare in some places. The staff was kind enough to call the PetSmart on Taylor Road and asked the Taylor Road store to put aside the cat food for me. The Taylor Road store only had 18 cans. Too many bare shelves. Friendly and efficient staff
This is the best store on e. Broad st. So clean & has everything, even a Starbucks. Seriously has a wide selection of deli snacks, cheeses & fresh produce.
Today was the worst day Ive had at Krogers because they had somebody new at the information desk where you go get the faxes you know and you can cash in your lottery tickets and stuff and I strike my car twice it was denied okay then what after I leave the store okay I dont know if anybody else have a problem with Krogers but Im having problem with Krogers now their produce yeah thats good their fruits yes thats good but would I go there for my customer service no and yeah one more thing after my card was denied twice you know they take the money out of my account after an hour later watch yourself out there and I think she was one of the workers was a trainer so shes up there by herself with like 20 people in a line watch out for Krogers

I recently went vegetarian and the good thing I love about this Krogers they have their vegetarian/vegan items all in one section pretty much. Its always a chill environment. And low amounts of people traffic. Especially a good deal while dealing with covid-19
This Kroger was nice. I would drive a little further to this one if Pickerington was out of what I needed. We went looking for 2XP 80 count pizza rolls but even though the item was not present, the store was organized and people actually smile at each other and used words such as excuse me. It was like a movie scence you know? Unreal, because many alternate Krogers look rundown and dirty, sell molded or out of date items, unorganized, and full of rude staff and consumers
Kroger has a wide variety of foods, including some very good store brands. They also carry a wide variety of wines and beers, both national brands and craft varieties. They are famous for great milk and milk products. They have a minute clinic, and a good pharmacy. They also have some home goods, and seasonal items and seasonable food. My only complaint is that they are inconsistent with timely restocking. Hense, the three rating instead of a four rating.
Been going here since the place was built in the 1990s. Really good food from Italian food (Milanos) to Chinese (Peking House Chinese) to Subway. The UPS store is a good one, very helpful food that work there. And theres a nice kroger.
It was busy in drive through, women that waited on us was very good, made my 2 dozen, while I was figuring what I wanted she making up other dozens for drive through, then cashier was new had to help her never missed a beat also was very pleasant, greeted us when we came in.
Love this new Kroger location. Large store with lots of selections. It has a state liquor store inside. Wide variety of wines and brands to choose from. Clean and well organized.

This is the best Kroger when compared to the Kroger on North Hamilton. Meat selection is better, deli is nicer, even the flowers look better!

This is one of my favorite Krogers. Very very clean. Great sales, great help. If you ask. Fast check out., other Krogers, should learn from here. They have plenty of workers. That know how to run a grocery store.
Why does Kroger always have trouble keeping sale items in stock? Literally every other grocer keeps sale items in stock better than Kroger. One problem is probably people double couponing so why dont you lower the number of items people can get in one trip? Instead of 20 sale items in one check out change it to five every 24 hours and fix your digital coupons to where it wont let people use the coupon for more than five every 24 hours. Something! No matter what day I go on and regardless what time I go (trust me I have tried everything!) I cant get my hands on 80-90% of the sale items and its gotten to the point where I dont even try. Ive been a loyal customer for 30 years and I have to go to other stores for sales since youre always out of everything!
Nice shopping area on the east side. They have a Skyline Chili! If youve never had one and you like spicy food stop by and try a FREE sample bowl. Once you try it youllbe hooked too, and youll be a repeat customer when youre in town! Theres nothing quite like it and Skyline is incredibly delicious!Hey! Its Skyline time! 😀
As a strip mall it serves its purpose giving you a selection of stores or services to use from Kroger to UPS to nails to fast food or a sit down Italian restaurant.
This is usually a good place to eat today fell a little short . Fries were cold and they gave me the wrong sandwich but ill be back 👍🏻
Grounded by Kroger, thus strip mall has Starbucks, fresh sushi and a fully stocked store. Theres everything you could want, a pet store, take out restaurants, is, great clips a,d a family style sit down Italian restaurant
I frequently stop at this Kroger to pick up various items, it is close to my Pickering American Legion post 283 and we often have to go there to pick up additional food or other items, stop there on the way home to pick up paper products and some food, the atmosphere varies, but the service is ok most of the time
Iam a regular patron of Kroger . From the shop to the pump. Kroger is my market. For years now. Very convenient place for shopping market produce . From water ,farm products, fruits ,drinks over the counter drugs to the bakery, etc etc ,oh, Kroger is my convenient and one stop shop.
I come here a lot as it is on my way to routine grocery shopping and visiting family. The stores here are very busy, but usually the traffic is congested. There are a lot of teenagers working in this plaza and of course with teens the jobs sometimes arent taken that serious, so it can be a little frustrating.
Lots of choices and reasons to come here. Theres several food places such as KFC, Wendys, McDonalds, Taco Bell, Skyline, Dominoes and Subway. If you dont want fast food theres a family owned Italian restaurant Milano. Theres a Krispy Kreme as well. You can get you nails and eyebrows done and drop off packages at the ups store. There is a Goodyear there and of course the anchor store Kroger.

Krogers is my Store since I was a little kid..my Parents always did their shopping every Saturday. Very nice people!!
The best place for buying fresh fruits and vegetables. Masks worn by staff and plastic shields in place at countertops. Pleasant and efficient service. A few bargains depending on your selections.
Krogers click list they forgot 16 dollars worth of chicken and I had to go back they didnt offer anything for the 30 drive one way. Oh well

2022-08-05Went in to buy food. They said to order on kiosk. Ordered on kiosk and paid. Waited 1 and 1/2 hour for food. I inquired about my order and the manager said they dont see it. They took my money and never gave my food.I complained to corporate and BBB. None ever called me. I never got my money back. I called my bank they are trying to get through to Wendys.VERY BAD experience, I will never go to this Wendys again.

2022-02-26This review is for Krogers, that is where I normally go when I go to East Pointe. I go for grocery shopping like most of us do, out of necessity. It is not something I particularly enjoy doing. I mostly want to get what I went there for and then get out. Much about what I am going to say is likely due the pandemic. Krogers always advertise low prices. Their prices are anything but low, and have become increasingly more expensive since the pandemic. Additionally, they are often out of stock on items I went there to buy, again likely due to the pandemic. Finally, they do not have enough cashiers to check people out, again possibly due to the pandemic. I will say that this particular Krogers does fair slightly better than some of the other one.

2022-05-12Workers were all eating out the fry and chicken nugget bin sliding around the greasy floor in there Crocs it was disgusting inside and there drive thru is always wrapped around the building at all times prolly cause everyone is eating and on there phones instead of working

2022-02-17When you have homeless people at both entrances, a Kroger w a huge trailer w a bunch of cameras and a flashing light on it in there parking lot it doesnt exactly feel like the safest place. Plus its the only Kroger that Ive seen closes at 10pm. I thought they all went to 11pm.

2022-01-18OMG. Horrible, it took over 15 minutes to go through the drive thru to get my food. NOT really fast food anymore. The singles with cheese were good, but the fries...nasty. They were NOT hot or crispy...not guaranteed like you see in the commercials.
