Great guys and excellent service! Picked up like 5 yards of brown mulch today with my dad. The mulch is great quality, and they did an exceptional job dumping the mulch into the bed of my dads F150! Definitely recommended!

First time I went there, staff was a bit rude. They were extremely busy that day but really thats no excuse. They have alot of options but pricey. They wanted $50/ton for 3-4 rock.Even though they could deliver as early as a couple days from then I wouldnt go with them. Other places you get a yard which is a ton and a half for cheaper.
This is a whole sale place. But you can also buy small quantity in two cu. ft plastic bags. (Bag your own, self serve style) You can get any type of mulch same price!

I was there more times than can remember this spring summer and fall. Im also planning on a visit tomorrow. I only had one occasion the was bad and it turned out to be my fault because I didnt read the price properly and even though I was in the wrong the still I received an extra yard waste coupon love the natural stoneKEEP UP THE GREAT WORK
Dont bother. I should have known by the unresponsiveness. It took 15 emails to get a response. I put in the instructions and email very clearly that I wanted to dirt divided in 2 dumps and that they were to drive through the temporary access opened up by my neighbors construction project. They just showed up, said they couldnt accommodate either one of my requests and dumped it on the front lawn. If I had known this, I could have made other arrangements with my neighbor or at least placing a tarp out. they had more than enough time to address these issues and let me know. very frustrating. try someone else.
I have spent thousands of dollars here over the last ten years, but when I called to get an estimated time for the arrival of my mulch I was told I hate to be blunt, but no. Customer service at its worst.
Super high quality mulch. Way better than from a bag. Easy loading process.

2022-06-09Fair prices, great staff, quality products. If youre installing new grass I highly recommend the nutriblend soil, pH tested. It will not disappoint you.

2022-04-27Ive been going to Earth N Wood for a long time and have never been disappointed in their service or products. I was a little wary when Kurtz took over, but they have put any fears I had to rest. JoDee, Danelle and the rest of the crew make me feel more like family than a customer. Their products meet all my clients expectations and if look forward to every time I need to stop in.

2020-06-18Love the people here. I was home for a delivery. Garage door was open. If you cant hit the tarp, just knock on my door and I will move it for you! I was outside before you even pulled out of the driveway. Im not sure that the delivery company was a part of earth n wood so only one star down. Overall experience is great.

2021-04-25Store was clean and COVID conscious. We got top soil was great, sifted really nice didn’t have many chunks at all. Girl was very helpful explained dirt had nutrients! She also recommended their grass seed which was less expensive than hardware stores or nurseries.

2020-07-08Payed $39 delivery to have a dump truck leak oil over my new driveway! I still give them four stars because they are the best place to get mulch, dirt, and landscape rocks.This was the first time I have had mulch delivered to me. I usually take a trailer and pick it up myself. The dump truck arrived on time, about half way into the four hour time window. It perfectly dump the mulch on my large tarp. Unfortunately, It left several spots of oil on my driveway. Luckily I noticed it right away was able to clean up to the point you dont notice it. Next time I guess I will have to cover my whole driveway to protect it from leaky dump trucks!

2021-05-04The mulch was delivered on the day requested, in the exact spot I requested! It is quite nice, had to spread some to enjoy it before the rain starts. Will order from here again!

2021-06-25Had ordered 4yds of topsoil to be delivered on the 25th of June. Called around 1:40 to check on the status of my order. Was told that it would be here soon. I made several different calls to the Hudson location and was told that it was on the way but there was numerous road closures, traffic accidents, and Holiday traffic. Really, a week before the Holiday weekend! I finally got a call from the home office asking if I was happy with my delivery. I told the lady that I hadnt received it yet. At approximately 430pm I received a call from a driver in Barberton who said that he was called in to do an emergency delivery. Why is it that its an emergency when I told that it should have been handled hours ago? Didnt take hours to take my credit card number to pay for it.
