We just had E&S install a drain trench and irrigation rocks to help with our backyard. They were Professional and ontime and their crew did an excellent cleanup. Time will tell how much water is drained to help our swampy backyard, but everything looks great right now..RECOMMENDED

Jeff and Jim were prompt for our scheduled meeting to review my water issue where they let me know it was a gutter problem, not a waterproofing issue. As a new home owner, I know nothing about these issues and they were so helpful in letting me know how I could fix it. They even started to fix it and gave me hardware to finish the job myself! Amazing couple of guys, Id recommend them in a second even though they didnt officially complete a job for me. I wish I could hire them as general handy men to help me out with other things!

I had E&S replace the drain tiles along the foundation of my basement, as I would get water when it rained hard due to the fact that when the house was built, the builder used the wrong type tiles and they deteriorated. E&S did a fantastic job. The crew was always on time. They were very professional and friendly. Im the curious type and they would always take the time to answer my questions explaining what they were doing and why. In addition to the drain tiles, my front stoop and sidewalk and half of my driveway had to be replaced. They did beautiful new concrete work. Everyone was so very pleasant to work with. I told them it was like watching artists work. As they left for the last time I told them that I would miss them as it was so enjoyable working with and watching them.

Jim and Jeff were great to work with. We had several water management issues... awful grading, connection issues w/ sanitary and storm, and in need of waterproofing to a basement often flooded after most major storms. They had the necessary expertise to tackle all these issues for a comprehensive solution. The quote was itemized (so we could budget based upon our preference), qualify assurances on equipment and labor provided, and they were communicative every step of the way. For the scope of work pricing was very competitive against several other quotes received. We would highly recommend them.

E&S corrected a problem that a previous contractor thought that he fixed! Now I know to go with E&S first!The job was discussed, the team came the exact week the project was planned for and the job was well done!

Jeff and his crew did a great job with the installation of the drainage system. They arrived on time and cleaned up each night before they left. Could not be happier. Our backyard was a lake after a rain. Looking forward to using our backyard again. Good job by Jim and Jeff on the design and install. Thanks guys.

We had MAJOR water issues in our back yard, which was the catch basin for run-off from adjacent properties to our right, left and rear. Our yard was an absolute swampy mess for months of the year and completely unusable until I conferred with E&S Services. They designed a very sensible, workable plan to divert the water around our house, and yet leave our yard looking like a yard, not a drainage ditch. I couldnt be more pleased with the results and how they did the job...promptly, efficiently and with minimal invasion or inconvenience to our routine during the repair. Weve worked with E&S for three years on various flood reduction and stormwater improvement projects. Theyve always been timely, very professional, and provide great workmanship. They will not be the cheapest (nor the most expensive), but they provide great value to reduce flooding and manage stormwater.
