After a different company tried to scam me and leave me high and dry, they saved the day! From the time my insurance company set up the tow with this company to the time he got there was maybe 10 minutes. Professional, kind and no issues for my car while hooking it up. Cant say enough nice things about them and my experience today.

I didn’t even get to use this tow company. I have been waiting for them to show up since 2pm and it’s 9:08 pm currently I’ve been stuck in my car all day because they said that they were coming and never did! I will not recommend this tow company to anyone! The lack of communication and trust in this company is terrible! Please if you are looking for a great tow, do NOT choose this tow company. They do not show up for their customers.

Amazing service and highly recommended!!! We got our car stuck in the snow and other places had 2-3 hour wait times. Tried this number on a whim, and sure enough, they got to us in 20 minutes and pulled us out. Thank you so much! We will never use any other company!

One star not even deserved other than having a number listed to call I called for a flatbed tow appointment for later in the day as I was at work and scheduled with whoever I talked to on the phone to insure pickup and payment I gave my information just for him to stop texting me back and not answer my calls when it was time for pickup don’t waste your time with these clowns 🤡

During Memorial Day weekend I was having difficulty finding a tow truck on Sunday. Rivera Towing responded quickly and was at the site promptly. Very satisfied with their service

This company cancelled my tow when I called to question them after it was 30mins past the time I was given. I would not recommend this place at all.
