Dworken & Bernstein did an excellent job representing us in a difficult situation with our landlord. We had the counsel and guidance that was needed to resolve this matter in the best interest of all.
Was referred to Anna Parise from a family member to resolve custody issues because she was supposed to be tough. After reviewing my case she said there were violations from ex that we had a case for, took my retainer and proceeded to do nothing. rarely returned emails, failed to file other offenses against order, often times did not have slightest clue what we discussed weeks before or what was even in my agreement in the first place. When called out on this two months in told her I was going elsewhere and she told me she was a rockstar and had been caught up in a guest lecture and to give he a chance. Regrettably I did and after six more months and a felony charged against my ex she wanted me to sign what amounted to be a worse agreement and still never handled what she was hired to do! Stay away

2022-01-31I hired Lydia for a child custody case, paid for my retainer in full. Worked with her for months. Although she is a very nice girl she wasnt tough enough to fight my case. An agreement was set up that I was not happy with and was about to settle with since she said this is how it has to be. We cant get what you want and the judge wont agree to what youre asking for. My gut said to find another attorney. Once I did the new attorney not only got what I asked for but told me that the information I was given from her was incorrect. It was devastating to know that and to top it all off? They charged me $335.00 just to email me my case documents that Lydia previously worked on so I could forward them to the new one. Very disheartening the advantage that was taken during a stressful time in my life.

2021-01-12I have just started working with the firm on my legal problems they have definitely been a calming factor, very compassionate to the facts and are listening to my issues with a very open minded approach I would definitely seek there experience and knowledge if you ever need a lawyer . I feel they are not like the ones you see in the cheap misleading TV commercials.Now days anyone who doesnt come off as you have already won attitude is still trying like everyone else work to survive to pay your bills

2018-02-27Kenny was AMAZING both times that I needed to use him. The Man is truly selfless and a wonderful human being. I couldnt have done any of this without him - I was really losing hope. I can say that what was settled was fair to say the least. His assistant Kristy is one in a million too. That woman gave me so much confidence and really helped keep my mind at ease.
