Ordered a ham, egg and cheese on sour dough. Plus a chocolate donut with sprinkles. This is what I got. Burnt sandwich and no sprinkles on the donut. Drive thru was not busy. No excuse for this.
Never fails! They don’t care what food they hand out to customers. Burnt, frozen, etc it’s a shame! It takes less than a minute to just remake a croissant,
We went to dunkin this morning and the guy said it was his first day. my sweet tea is not sweet, the cold foam is too cold, and when we asked for six donuts he put them all into a bag and they are all a big ridongculous mess now. dunkin needs to train their workers before i show them who america runs on.

Nice attendant that we had but the majority of staff, after a male/ manager left for the day the staff were fooling around in the back instead of being customer focused. As a result my daughters ice cream melted in the store while we were all waiting to be serviced and I had to make her step outside since we cant dine in.It wasnt organized. All material should be in appropriate areas instead of the staff member repeatedly have to go find a scooper etc. Scoop the ice cream quickly and cash out quickly the ice cream shouldnt even melt if the service is thorough and that the workers are aware of time management skills for the sake of the customers.

I really did not enjoy my experience with this Dunkin. Me and my friend woke up extra early just to get a drink and breakfast. The lady was very rushed and didn’t even let me order what I wanted. My avacado toast was very burnt and she was just overall not very nice. -1/10

Life hack for all of you : download the Dunkin donuts app, order online and you will eliminate all waiting. Now I order when I leave the house and by the time I get to Dunkin donuts I walk in, pass everybody waiting in line, get my stuff thats all ready - waiting for me with my name on it..... They should put a tip jar by the pick-up orders because Im so happy every time I have this experience!
My Home boy Dr. Volks never fails to serve me up a hot coffee and crispy donates. Favorite dunkin if far far away land. This place is my 1# vacation destination if only Dr. Volk wore a mask correctly so I couldn’t see his cute face. Shrek out

Order mobile pick up and they didn’t secure the lid now it’s all over my brand new car and work outfit which is white. It wasn’t even a rush I. Was the only one there. I will only go to Starbucks now
They were nice. It wasnt super busy my biggest issue is that they messed up my milkshake, twice. I asked for them to make it thick being that Im not a fan of milk. It was made standard even after confirming twice that it was to be made thick. I asked for it to be fixed. Asked if a different young lady could just dump half of the first one out and add more ice cream. She decided to make a new one mentioning they needed a certain amount of milk to make it a large.i told her I didnt care about the fullness of the cup, just needed less milk in it. She added slightly less milk, added more milk after and a cup of ice cubes to it. This time it turned out slightly thicker but was overly milky with ice chips in it. Needless to say I was LIVID. I took them both and tossed them. Wasted $8 on a milk shake I cant drink. Will not be returning to that specific store. And if it happens again I will no longer eat from there in general.

Absolutely the best coconut milk machiato Ive ever had. They did make it cold the 1st time but they made it up by making it seriously the best. The girls at this store should go around and show other stores how to make a proper drink.
I dont really like pumpkin spice anything. The frozen pumpkin spice latte is the best Ive ever had. Just the right amount of flavor. Really, go and try one. 🎃🎃

So first off... when placing my order (medium coffee light and sweet) she questions it like she’s never heard that before... ok maybe it’s a regional way to order coffee... But then I ordered hot chocolate with cream... well a whole bunch more questions for that order as well... was more order really that complicated??? Well apparently it was ... because the coffee was not light nor was it sweet after I explained that meant extra cream and extra sugar... and the hot chocolate was watery... thank goodness I will NEVER. Need to come to this location again

Excellent place. Service and product fantastic. This place on Loraine Ave. In Cleveland area has done a complete 180° turn around. Place is friendly and looks very clean. The new manager and day shift manager have turned the place around with cleanliness and the attitudes of the workers . Ill definitely go back!!!!
Terrible, terrible the past couple of months! I have gone in person and have ordered through door dash and my latte taste horrible! Most time I don’t even get a latte. I get a black coffee. I will never go here again!
I just went into the Dunkin id1878 donuts to order to order breakfast for my children and their friends could be at a sleep over and they were told me they were not allowed to sell me a dozen and a 1/2 of donuts. They had the donuts and just refused to sell them to me Because theyre afraid they might run out
The two times Ive had an iced coffee drink here I ended up getting sick to my stomach. Something is definitely wrong here. I can walk to this location but will drive to Roasted Coffee Shop 10 minutes away instead. Employees are not welcoming at all

If I could give a lower rating I would. my husband and I went there tonight walked in, werent greeted as they stared at us then we went to look at the ice cream they kept staring but not saying anything so we went to the cash register to ask about some of the products and they just kept making eye contact but not saying anything . If they didnt wanna serve us they could of just said that instead of being ignorant and ignoring us blatantly. Worst service Ive had in awhile and I wont ever go to this Dunkin again. 4 workers but none of them could help us 😑. Might as well go to giant eagle or fragapane
My LEAST favorite Dunkin’. They’re always out of product and I even use the on the go app so it would make sense to restrict the choice they’re out of right? Nope, they let you order and when you show up, you have to redo your whole order over. The employees are rude. They are constantly messing up my order and then arguing with me about it. I drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to a completely different Dunkin’ when this one is 2 minutes from my house and job. That’s how much I dislike it.
I have to say there is a young guy in the mirnings that dies the food. He has the greatest personality. I remembered thinking they were lucky to have him. Everyone else were great as well.
Ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant. They had been cleaning their ovens, so they needed to warm back up before they could make my order. It didn’t take a huge amount of time, but the person working apologized and offered me a donut for the wait. Excellent service.
This place is insanely busy, all the time. I guess its because they only do drive thru service now, and their little parking lots are not equipped to house the car version of a checkout line. Cars are lined up into the street most times Im there. One time I saw cars lining up in the left turn lane. I guess Chick-fil-A and the pandemic kind of affected what we are willing to accept as normal, when it comes to lines of cars, spewing their exhaust into the fast-food parking lot.That said, they do make an effort to get everyone serviced as efficiently as possible. They actually use time clocks, I was surprised to learn. But they also seem to place a priority on being helpful and patient. I know this because I am not very coherent before Ive had my coffee.I guess its hit or miss whether they put cream cheese on your bagel for you. Ive had it both ways equally. Not sure why my keyboard is suggesting a funny emoji after that statement.
Im a dasher. The dunking didnt have the shot my customer wanted in there drink had to wait an extra couple of minutes nothing ridiculous and they gave me a free donut for the inconvenience!!
I moved to North Olmsted in September 2019 and this is the closet Dunkin to my home. I very much enjoy Dunkin and was excited to move and see one so close. Although I regretfully post that I have gone out of my way to avoid this Dunkin. I have never received an correct order, may it be forgotten syrup or a not heated up sandwich.I went today to give the store another chance. This time the service was better, but the overall maintenance of the facility has far declined. There was a leak in the overhead vent that was coated in what seemed like a dark black dust, or something else. I am no expert but I no longer feel that this establishment is safe to eat at.I will go to another Dunkin, but not this one.
Food was so so, taters were burnt, and so was the muffin. But the worst part is the lady cooking, complaining the entire time as if she has NEVER been busy, and if you were there b4 10 others and you order multiple sandwiches she will skip and make the peoples who have a single sandwich. I waited for 20 minutes for 3 sandwiches. Also the milk in the cooler was expired. 2 stars because the cashier was super fast and nice.
Just left about 10 minutes ago and the worker was beyond disrespectful! I spend so miuch money at that Dunkin’ Donuts. I probably go everyday but today was terrible! I get the same 2 drinks everyday. 2 days in a row my iced coffee was straight black and my espresso was freezing cold
I would give a 0 star if possible. The employees were extremely rude and dismissive. They forgot to make me and my wifes drinks while servicing everyone else quickly and with a smile. When we asked for our drinks we were given an attitude as if we were somehow inconveniencing them. The shift leader who we spoke to walked away to service other customers and a few minutes later we finally got our drinks. They placed them down just short of my wifes outreached hands as if refusing to hand them to her, they wouldnt look us in the eye, smile, apologize, or tell us to have a good day. On top of this my drink was wrong. We were shocked, embarrassed, and outraged by the difference in treatment we received, as an interracial couple, my wife being the only black person in the store. Rest assured we will never return to this location again and most likely will never return to Dunkin Donuts in general. It is amazing how low the quality of service is here in comparison to Starbucks.
LOVE dunkin donuts. I always get a large coffee with cream, and it always tastes fresh and creamy! Its always nice and hot too. The donuts arent the greatest, but I just come here for the coffee. Fast and friendly service, and good prices
The worst service ever the employee are childish a couple of them are very rude and think there tough from behind the counter.... why offer a service that you cant provide curbside is curbside why do I have to sit in my car for 10 mins then come inside to grab it while all the employee are in the back laughing and chatting this place sucks
The food at Dunkin used to be good (in general). Now its tastes like its made with subpar ingredients. Even the donuts arent great. Go back to actually making/baking in the stores!

Horrible service. Husband went there to get two breakfast sandwiches, and hot drinks. The cashier was rude saying their hot coffee machine was down all they had was ice coffee and regular coffee.. ok. Then get the sandwiches and they were AWFUL cold, poorly put together and they were supposed to have egg on both... no egg on either. I contacted the manager and he sent one coupon for 1 medium drink.. lmao. Complete trash. Well be going to biggbys in north olmsted from now on... WAY better.
We have been to this Dunkin doughnuts around 4 times in the past 2 months. And each time we came they have been “out”of chocolate chip ice cream and milk! Some of the workers are lazy and just sit there and talk to each other. We just came again today and the worker said that “they’re was chocolate chip ice cream in the back but it was to hard to scoop” excuses at its finest.... and yes they’re was no milk.
I love dunkn.. the coffe is on point- i like mine black and hot. Wayyyy better than alot of places- and personally i like better than starbucks. Donuts are great but im gluten free due to sever allergies. Honestly has went down hill a bunch. Its bad enough they always forget something. Not even worth paying for espresso shots considering you have a 20% chance to actually get it. Last time I went in, it was like watching people just hang out and talk more so than actually there to do a job. Even had friends coming in to visit etc. I cant stand star bucks but they are pushing me in that direction.
The donuts are good but I wish they would bag them different. When I ordered a strawberry frosted donut, a chocolate frosted donut, a powdered cream filled donut and a apple fritter...thats exactly how it was bagged so when I took them out neither of the frosted donuts were frosted anymore it was all over the bag. My kids were upset. But other then that they do an excellent job.
Understand they are busy at times but the staff is generally pretty rude and short with customers. Food has been VERY burnt before as well and wrong orders given out. Just an overall mess and problems not handled well.
I go to alot of Dunkin Donuts and by far this is the best..coffee is always fresh and the staff is fabulous!!!! I go on Thursdays especially to get coffee for the girls at the salon I go to get my nails done. I go in and they know what I need. I have spoken to the owner and told him he has the best DD and staff and should be very proud!!! Keep up the great job!! 🤗
Going to this Dunkin Donuts for years and I am yet to have a bad experience that has been their fault. The lack of parking is sometimes annoying but it doesnt bother me very much because I dont often go here during the typical busy times. I like their coffees, especially their iced lattes as they have lots of caffeine and take care of my sweet tooth. Their donuts arent bad for a chain restaurant, I mean its Dunkin not a place that only specializes in donuts. Overall a decent place, especially for an afternoon caffeine kick. If you dont like their donuts then I suggest trying their ice cream because it is hard to go wrong with their innovative flavors and overall taste. We have been going here for years and will keep going here as long as they keep up the good work.

The manager is very patient and nurturing with her young workers. Had to wait a bit but didnt mind, they work hard. Oh and my Iced Macchiato was perfect!
Even thou it is Christmas today, they saved me with having fresh coffee and donuts! Being at the hospital all night, was able to get a fresh cup of coffee and a few dozen donuts for the staff to spread a little Holiday cheer. Not sure how two dozen muffins in considered a “excessive order” and did not appreciate the combative employee that told me I needed to call in advance for that order. This was an impulse order and I could have maybe given 5 minute advance notice.I thought I was the customer and arguing with me should be discouraged.Will gladly take my order to Giant Eagle across the street. Very poor experience.

The Dunkin Donuts in North Olmsted is horrible. They can not get orders right. I ordered HOT coffee and received ICED coffee. Went back to get it replaced and received another ICED coffee.
Poorly trained guy cant make a chocolate shake under 10 minutes. I walked out after he handed me a shake just a little thicker than milk. I dont have the time for such things.
I always forget about the good breakfast sandwiches they have. Some are even healthy. You dont have to just get donuts here. The sandwiches alone are worth the visit. Plus they are served anytime not just breakfast hours.
Watched the guy take money from a customer then proceed not to get a new pair of gloves but keep them on and wait on the next customer touching the donuts beware and watch them to see if they put on a new pair of gloves they dont very unhappy

I love their bagels and ice cream cakes, if you have never had their cakes they are great, cake on the bottom ice cream on top they are a bit pricey, 12.99 for a small 4x4 cake, but well worth it.
The pumpkin latte tastes like they dumped a glade plug in into a stale cup of coffee. Donuts are pretty good...coffee is bad.
Fat lady pretty sure the manager has an anger issue because she messed my order up 4 times in 5 mins and I want it right. Mind you I’m very respectful throughout this and come here almost everyday so no need for that.
Its a pretty nice place and they have an awesome veriety, and the one near me is combined with a basking Robins. But dont get there donuts in the evening cause theyre kind of stale...
This Dunkin Donuts is very disappointing! The staff screws up the order half of the time, they usually dont have a wide selection of donuts, and the building doesnt have a drive thru so its inconvenient to order at this tiny shop.

We went for coffee rolls and doughnuts 8 am on a Sunday. The Boston Creams were a quarter filled and dry and hard, the coffee rolls are no longer coffee rolls, but a smaller glazed doughnut with a bit of cinnamon. Everything sucked. AND 6 doughnuts and 4 coffee rolls were over $14! Buyer Beware. Shop at your own risk.

Be patient. New location, employees still learning the ropes. Drink orders may be wrong or not made correctly. They seem to focus too much on getting orders out, than getting them right.

They have wonderful coffee and wonderful Donuts every type of coffee and every type of donuts they fill you up from tip to top I eat so much I never stop I would go back back again I want to eat Dunkin Donuts for every meal of the day it is just a wonderful place to get coffee excellent Donuts theyre fresh and hot sometimes sometimes anytime from Dunkin Donuts their coffee is a little strong and sometimes overbearing sometimes

2022-06-19There were only two girls working, and it was very busy. They were both extremely sweet and apologetic for the waits to everyone (not that I minded at all!). They didn’t show any stress or anything and took the orders and made them. I’m giving them 5 stars because they deserved it. Thank you ladies 💙

2022-05-27The team here is fantastic. I am not from around here and was in for a few weeks for business. These people were fast and friendly and after a couple weeks they would just have my coffee ready with a total by the time I made it to the register. This is my favorite Dunkin and I wish I could take it home with me!

2022-04-03Walked in with $18 available on my app and a free coffee. The 18 I had should have paid for my order but for whatever reason when it was scanned it only took $5 and some change. One of the girls got on with her assistant manager Jelly who did absolutely nothing to solve the problem. I had to pay twice for what I got and was just told we don’t do anything with the app you will have to call them. I showed her the amount that was on there before it zero’d out, she wouldn’t even look. Between the lack of management and careless attitude I definitely left mad. Do better or hire better! I hate having to post this but no one there cared at all to help.

2022-07-10Very disappointed! I ordered 2 orders of the bacon cheddar omelet bites. When I got to work, I opened the bag and it was the spinach omelet bites. So I go back later to get it fixed and when I opened the bag this time there was only one order in there. And they werent busy. So disappointing.

2022-06-18This place is ran by children who don’t know what work ethic or customer service is. I was given a bag with crumpled up napkins and an order hash brown(s); 3 in my order of hash browns, yes 3 puddly cold gross hash browns and was then given a Mary attitude by a young blonde woman who said that is how they put them in the bag. Terrible

2022-05-01What do I have to say that hasnt been said about Duncan ? I will have to say did a chain that sells donuts become so good at it they didnt even have to advertise the donut part in their name so they dropped it? Yes! Thats gotta be the ultimate mic drop in the fast food industry. They were like everybody comes here for donuts we dont even need to say it. Genius absolute genius. So sure their product will stand the generations to come will be taught by generations past where to get the best donut without even knowing it its like the word Duncan has hijacked the definition of donut.

2022-03-04I had to walk out of there this morning after waiting forever in the store and getting snapped at by some woman with a southern accent. There is no drive thru there but evidently the staff is only concerned about online orders, door dash, etc.... The customers at the register are ignored for long periods of time. I finally get addressed and all I wanted was a coffee, I give her my order she rang up like 3 things fumbled with the register then turns to a kid and what I thought was her telling him my coffee order, it wasnt right so I said no I wanted salted caramel and she whipped her head around and snapped back and said NOT YOU! Um okay, Pardon me lady, you were taking MY order so why would I think you werent talking about it. That was enough for me to grab my keys and walk out. That woman appears to be a ticking time bomb masking her unhappiness with an exaggerated southern accent calling everybody baby and sugar. Im a grown woman trying to get coffee in an establishment dont call me baby, sugar, or sweetie especially when its fake and I just heard the devil come out of you. just get me my coffee. thats it.
