Place is always packed but the line goes a surprisingly good pace. Workers are always nice, but I would rather go to other locations because the doughnuts at that particular location seem to have a dry texture to me. If the owners could somehow change this, it would be five stars all the way.
Until this week I would have given this store 5 stars. This week it seems really backed up almost every day. I went inside to order my medium coffee with cream. I waited 10 minutes and had to ask again for it. It was filled 2/3 and unable to drink because of all the grounds. Not sure if all new employees or what but come on DD you can do better.
Horrible horrible experience here. Asked for an iced coffee with no ice, and this is what they gave me. They handed me the drinks and ran away from the window to avoid, when I questioned why they blamed the machine when no other locations have ever done that. They went to offer milk or ice in the cup with extreme attitude. Reached out to customer service and they escalated the issue, however the store manager just sent me a quick email with no actual care for how the employees acted. Will never go back again and will definitely be reaching out to cooperate again. I will never ever go back to this location.
Its a Dunkin so you kind of know what to expect. The staff is generally very polite, friendly, and pleasant. It gets pretty busy sometimes, but they manage to efficiently pick up. Not sure why parking got slammed-there is ample parking and a huge lot with plenty of room to maneuver. Only downside is there are two entrances to the lot, so if the drive thru gets backed up, people have to fight for their spot.
The woman I placed my order with was wonderful. Breakfast sandwich, very easy. Same woman took payment and was again, delightful. As my food came to her, I over her complain that something smelt like burned popcorn. After a few minutes in driving, I found it was my food. The bread was burnt black. Everything was burnt black. This was my first time trying this place. I will never go back. Given the state of the food, whoever prepared it had to be trying to mess it up. Everything was burned and the woman giving it to me even said something. Never Again
Got half my order then i was asked what else i needed ?? Well maybe my whole order would be nice when i left and took a sip of my ICED caramel craze it was warm and very disgusting even the whip cream tasted like its been sitting out all day smh! The bacon i ordered was pretty much raw with no pepper or anything else on it like they usually do. Just absolutely horrible place, and not to mention it was only me and one other car so being busy wouldnt have been an excuse. If i could have rated it zero stars i would have thankfully this isnt the normal dunkin I go to.
Ive gone here many times since opening, but lately the orders have not been correct. When I went inside to share my complaint, it was put back on me & I was questioned whether I hD ordered correctly. Not being a meat consumer. Im pretty sure I didnt order meat. Also they didnt count money and attempted to short change me by a $1. Will NEVER go back to that one again.
I’ve been to this place many times since they opened. But every single time they seem to make my drink wrong and they never have any donuts in stock. This morning I stopped before work and I ordered 2 donuts and a cold brew. They gave me the bag and my coffee. The coffee of course was made wrong and when I started to drive away I realized they gave me another persons order. I couldn’t even wait in line because I had to get to work. I called and she offered to replace it but didn’t offer anything else. I’m not one to ever complain because I know accidents happen. But this is an every time occurrence. I hate to leave a bad review but it’s really frustrating to never have your order right. I will sadly not be returning to this Dunkin’.
I usually come to this location about 4x a week. I called yesterday to tell the manager that I bought my usual coffee and added a breakfast sandwich that when I unwrapped it fell apart in my hand because of how severely it had been charred. It was almost a joke that someone saw the way it looked and still proceeded to wrap it up to give to a paying customer. So considering I usually never have problems I wasn’t going to call but then I decided someone should know about this I called. I talked to the manager and she apologized for the mistake and told me since I was an almost everyday customer when I came back the next day they would take care of my order. That wasn’t the case this morning. I ordered the exact same thing I got yesterday they gave me 10% off of my order which was extremely upsetting since I paid $5-$6 for a sandwich yesterday that was completely inedible. Also after paying for my new order I started drinking my coffee and in my head I say “wow this tastes stronger today” so I happen to look at the ticket on my coffee and instead of my decaf macchiato with almond milk (since I’m 22 weeks pregnant and usually go light on caffeine) I have a regular macchiato with regular milk. So yet again for the second day I can not consume a part of my order that I paid for. To Starbucks it is!!!!
I always order an iced coffee with only one cream but they don’t read the order and always do too much cream. Even if I speak up. Also they changed the way they make the iced coffee. It’s been very week even with only one cream in a large. For people who like coffee and don’t do sugar....it’s not strong enough. I think they are used to hiding it’s weakness behind all the sweet and cream.
Honestly this Dunkin isn’t really the 5 stars Paula is!!! Paula is the best worker they have and is awesome!!! She always goes above and beyond! She is the sweetest and has AMAZING customer service skills!!! When she isn’t working I feel the team struggles without her... All I gotta say is Paula needs a raise!
Just went through the drive thru and got to my office and opened up my 🥯 and it is chard if I could post a picture I would. Every time there is always an issue with this place. Forgetting to put things in the bag, charing bagels, charging 50 cent for butter ect.. this will definitely be the last time I go to this particular dunkin.. Unbelievable especially being new in the area..

2022-03-13Ive been visiting this location since its grand opening. I have yet to go inside. Ive always used the drive-thru. Theres never been a long wait. The service is always fast. The cashier has always been nice and pleasant. My orders have always been fresh and delicious. More than likely Ill upgrade this to a five-star rating once Ive visited the dining room.

2021-08-16First off the lady on the headset was very rude and kept asking me “is that it” with an attitude. I ordered hash browns and a croissant with cheese toasted. My hash browns were smashed at the bottom of the bag and this is how my croissant looked when I opened it. Cheese not melted and poorly prepared. I called and complained and the “manager” Chris told me he didn’t see what the issue was and told me to bless up before hanging up the phone on me

2022-02-23They say America runs on Dunkin. However there the only thing this place does is run out of things. Never seems to have enough of anything. I understand that they are in a good location but one would think with that being the case they would account for that and order more product. When going through the drive thru all I hear is were out of this and we dont have that. With such a limited menu it should be easier right? Wrong, sandwiches and any hot foods are usually lukewarm and or have cold spots or they just dont put the right food in the bag. Not to mention the fact that with regularity I almost always am not given my coffee and I have to say something every time. And I get looked at like I have grown 3 heads when I ask for the drinks I paid for or the receipt. The employees are too busy playing on their phones or chit chatting with each other it seems to care about doing their jobs. In all honesty this Dunkin is awful and I do not recommend it to anyone.

2022-03-04Paula’s service was great! She suggested I run things out to the car while other things were being made which helped me a ton! On top of that, she was a pleasure during my whole experience!

2022-01-15The worst location ever. If I could give 0 stars I would. They are usually out of half their items, most of the time the workers have an attitude like you are bothering them by being a customer, and half of the time they have their hot foods closed well before closing time. When I asked why they close the food so early, I was told they have a lot of cleaning to get done and most of them are minors. Its not even worth the headache of going to this location at all. Always a hassle or something messed up.

2022-04-06Nice coffee shop. The only complain is a got a crossaint that was completely frozen inside. Didnt have anywhere to cook it at work. Didnt get a refund or replacement, only an apology.

2021-07-12Asked for latte with no ice, got half of cup of latte, apparently the rest has to be ice because thats how machine does it... horrible customer service, next day went to Bagley location asked for same thing got full cup of coffe with no ice, so sticking to Bagley location and avoiding Front street location, got pictures from both location

2022-03-25I have to give credit where credit is due. I always use the drive thru and being that I live in the area I frequent this DD a lot. I absolutely love when Paula and the crew are there! She always engaging to speak to and starts my day off on a positive note! In the times we live in I cant tell you how much the little things matter! Thank you Paula and the Moring crew! You guys rock

2021-10-25I will start off by saying I frequently go to this Dunkin Donuts, so therefore I believe this review is fair and not based off of one experience.Let me start off with the positives of this location. Most of the staff are extremely nice and take time to ensure a great customer experience. This location has the ability to get the order right about 60-80% of the time. Other staff dont have a care in the world and are rude.If anyone is thinking of applying to positions at this site I might tell them to think twice. Ive heard multiple instances of verbal abuse to employees from managers. For instance, I heard a manger this morning (10/25) say If I hear that tune again I swear to... The manager stopped mid sentence because I just walked in to get my order.

2021-11-01I’m only giving establishment a one star because I can’t give a half! I went there several times in the past but each time I feel has gotten worse. First of all time they messed up my coffee order along with my food order. Every time I order food from there is either ice cold or burnt to a Crisp. I’ve ordered croissants and bagels hashbrowns and donuts everything seem to either be stale or brunt. I’ve gone here purely out of convenience and I’ve given them multiple times. I will drive further to get better soon.
