Highly recommend this Law Firm. Paul Duggan was my attorney he was very kind and explained clearly to me on how things would be going forward during my court dates. Im from Chicago area and I got speeding ticket on Ohios turnpike. Paul worked super hard and dropped my ticket by 11mph. Quick email/texts responses and great price for the service provided! I cant recommend him enough! Thank you!

My daughter received a speeding ticket driving home from college for the 1st time. Paul Duggan was fair and honest and worked very hard on our behalf. I would definitely use him again or refer him to a friend.

My husband and I were passing through Ohio when we got pulled over by a state trooper at 2Am on cruise control doing 14 over. I contacted the Duggan law offices in help to fight this ticket and I do hold a CDL license so even more so important. His firm went above and beyond to help my husband out. They appeared in court on his behalf, gave me an excellent outcome, and very professional! Always answered our questions, kept us up to date on the process, and great price! I was at my wits end until I heard of Paul Duggan. I had just returned from a trip through Ohio and was given a very unfair ticket by an Ohio Air Patrol. I was scheduled to have surgery and could not go to court. Paul took care of everything was more than reasonable and got my ticket reduced to a zero point violation. It was professional responsive the best quality and at an more than affordable experience. I would use his firm again in a heartbeat. Beware in Ohio they have those bears in the air. Thanks Paul

I hired Ciara, I think thats how you spell her name, I dont want her to come back and say I did not hire her or did not have enough money, because that isnt the case. I gave her my retainer or 1000 to keep her retained for family court. Shes good she had my hopes up that it anything occurred I was covered. 2 months later and her husband Paul takes my daughters fathers criminal case despite Ciara already been retained. Then she says Paul wont drop my daughters father and I could keep her which would be impossible to win against him. She gives me back 850 not even the whole thousand she charged me too. Only met up one time. She said the consultation did not cost anything so I was charged and kicked to the side.I call back to see if she could refer me. She referred me to the plaintiffs family lawyer.This was the most important thing in my life, is to protect my kid from her father. I am college educated and know mostly all the attorneys. Paul and Ciara are worth it if they dont rob you and screw you first!

My husband is a truck driver and he got a ticket with violation which with he was disagree. The case was with some issues. We were trying to find a good attorney who could help us this ticket to be dismissed. We called several placed but everyone told that its very tricky case but only Mr.Duggan agreed to review it. He did really great job with professionalism without talking a lot. At the court he just asked the police officer couple questions and then he explained to judge why the police officer was wrong and there we go - the ticket is dismissed!!! Thank you very much Mr.Duggan for your cooperation.

Im from Joliet Illinois and depend on my drivers license to put food on the table. I was Afraid of hiring a lawyer because I was from out of town and didnt want to get raked over the coals. If only there were no stars! These attorneys do not carry malpractice insurance so if they screw up you are screwed. This law firm was very un-proffesional. Paul Duggan refused to show hours worked for retainer. Dropped my bankruptcy case with the stipulation that he would negotiate my debt. He refused because I used his wife as my divorce attorney and she was disrespectful, rude, quit right before my final divorce hearing. Paul then refused to negotiate my debt after agreeing to and taking my money. They obviously do not respect client attorney relationship. Chiara Duggan refused to let me read and understand a divorce proposal after I requested it and it was court ordered by the judge that I sign it. This caused my wifes attorney to file a motion to throw out my proposal. This left me at a serious disadvantage. Chiara Duggan would not shut up long enough to let me tell her what happened with my divorce. She was arguementative and interrupted. This led her to jump to conclusions because she did not have all of the facts. Do not trust these people with your life. They bill you 45 minutes to read an email. Then they do not respond to the email. This causes you to ask for a face to face which costs you more money. These attorneys do not carry malpractice insurance so if they screw up you are screwed.

Very personable but professional. Mr. Duggan and his staff kept me informed, answered all of my questions and worked with me through this otherwise unpleasant time. Im a Class A cdl truck driver from Illinois,I had a minor incident in Bryan Ohio at a truck rest area,no one was injured and the only damage was to my trailer,the Ohio State Trooper gave me a 2 point citation she said she had to even though the other truck driver involved was parked illegally which is why the incident happened but I was still at fault,I was told by 3 other attorneys that Bryan Ohio is very difficult and the chances of them reducing this to a non moving violation is about a 5% chance even though I have a perfect driving record for almost ten years and any cdl driver knows driving in the midwest in the winter especially is very difficult,somehow Paul Duggan was able to get the Bryon prosecuter to change this to a non moving violation which was amazing considering how difficult I was told it would be,Paul was very responsive and always communicated to me throughout the entire process,thanks to Duggan Law Firm Im able to maintain a perfect driving record .

Good lawyer. I had a Ticket on a closed road. Paul retrained in just a fine without points. I advise! Scheduled trial for driving on closed road. Got reduction to non moving violation. Great work. Very happy.
