I have hired DSL Movers twice now, and both times the crew was careful, professional, and efficient. They treat your items as if it were their own items. The second move I hired them to pack up my elderly mother and all her antiques and fragile items from Alabama to Ohio. Not one thing was broken! They took apart furniture and reassembled, full service! Everything was packed with care. They also only used one truck instead of the estimated two! I thought when we arrived her house would be stuffed to the gills with boxes, but they packed boxes so well, her house wasnt as full as I had expected! I highly recommend!
These professionals exceeded my expectations. They unloaded and moved 150+ heavy boxes for us, not a complaint and they moved fast.True professionals at a price point you would expect for an armature crew.With nicknames like the flash, hulk and king kong, they proved those nicknames were earned!
We used DSL moving for a move into an apartment while we wait for our house to be built. Fred and his team arrived on time and ready to work. They were incredibly efficient while taking special care of our belongings. DSL made our move easy and as stress free as possible, we had never hired movers before and it was absolutely worth every penny of our investment. We would absolutely recommend anyone to hire DSL moving, and look forward to using them again later this year when our house is completed :)

Had a few heavy items in the basement in need of removal. Requested quotes from 4 different companies. DSL Moving responded quickly, giving me a reasonable estimate. They arrived on time, did the work quickly and efficiently. The friendliness and witty banter was just a bonus. Next time I need something moved or removed, I wont need 4 estimates. Ill just call these guys instead.
Tyler ,Ron ,and Jada, was great they wrapped all furniture took there time to make sure everything was done correctly. I would recommend this company an movers to anyone that needs to move. DSL is the way to go.

The owner’s of DSL Moving are good people. I have never heard of a complaint that Fred didn’t address with complete professionalism. He takes great pride in DSL Moving not only for himself but for his family as well. If there is ever a problem (Rare) then there is never a time you can not speak to him directly about it and he will handle it to the best of his ability. He is not the kind of CEO you can not address with a problem.
These guys were so very courteous and got the job done so quickly. They made sure to take care of the house when moving our large couches up a flight of stairs. The whole process started out so easily. I messaged them on the thumbtack app around 7pm and they were willing to come the next morning. It was such a relief! I expressed my concern for the difficult stair negotiation and they just told me not to worry they would take care of everything, and they did. Perfect job. Highly recommend. I will definitely use again.
Fred and the guys were so professional and prompt. They had me done in less than two hours! They helped assemble my bed and a few other pieces of furniture. They took extra precaution and care with my delicate items such as mirrors and fragile decor. They also made me feel at ease and were not only professional but friendly as well. DSL THE BEST MOVING COMPANY I have ever used. The response time was excellent.TYLER & BRAD were moving experts.They pretty much made my move stress free from the start to finsh. Packed every box, padded the dresser , and even reassembled beds. It was like nothing they couldnt do. For anyone in need of moving services, assembly, and moving supplies, please check out DSL MOVING. I was in desperate need of a treadmill assembly. Most days, folks would not see this as something to considerate desperate, but the third party logistics company set up to do this was failing miserably - it had been 4 weeks and the treadmill was still in the box in our entryway. The situation became desperate on Friday when we received a notice from our HOA that they would be steam-cleaning carpets in the entryways soon and all items must be removed. There was no way my husband and I could even begin to push the box let alone get it up over the small threshold. Time for me to take action.I put a notice on Facebook on Saturday evening around 9:30 pm, and by 11:00, Mr. Whittle had reached out to me, we discussed and agreed on pricing and scheduling, I made the deposit and appointment, and on Monday at 10:30 am, Mr. Whittle and his team member had completed the job! Now that is a company that takes Logistics seriously!This Super Crew of 2 were beyond professional. They were on time, had all the necessary tools, and they had a wonderful rapore between the two of them. It was refreshing! Mr. Whittle had all the paperwork set up electronically, it was a breeze!Pricing? Fair and on point!Can we talk about Customer Service? Oh, yes we can! Mr. Whittle lived up to every word he said. He said hed get my quote within the 1/2 hour, and he did. He said hed call when he was on his way, and he did. AND! When he got to our condo, he called me to ask me about where to park, which in a condo, can be very important.And all with a smile. This moving company was fantastic from the first contact on the phone to the movers to the follow up text making sure everything went well with the move! We needed movers on a Friday and I called this company on a Wednesday and they made it happen for us! We were very last minute in finding movers and so happy we called them! The 2 guys that came on Friday morning showed up on time and were great and funny to boot! Rates are very reasonable and they are very reliable! I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for movers who are timely, with great rates and careful! Thanks!!!
We booked DSL less than 24 hours before our move. They worked with us to make sure we had the correct number of movers for the correct amount of time for an amazing price! They even were willing to work with us on payment when the move took longer and cost more than anticipated. We were moving from a 4th floor walk-up, 2 bedroom apartment and putting all of our stuff into storage for just a few months. We will most definitely be hiring them again once we find our new home. And I will be telling everyone I know about them. And the guys who did our move were wonderful. They moved quickly, despite the stairs and odd layout. They thought about how they were going to proceed before they started moving anything. And they got our giant, awkward sectional out faster than the furniture company we bought it from could get it in. Amazing service. I cant recommend them highly enough!

Prices are great and service was quick; however, the movers showed up for my scheduled appointment two hours late and they all came out of the truck smoking which is pretty unprofessional to me when you arrive to complete a job. Owner credited me by sending a third man; however, I didnt have a lot of things to move so the third man was basically in the way. Two men got the job done in three hours so the third man was really not needed; therefore, I was not credited for my inconvenience.
Awesome experience - even in crazy winter weather, DSL came through and got the job done fast! Fredrick communicated through the weather challenges and POD delivery reschedules and was super accommodating. Couldnt recommend them enough!
Update: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Multiple employees from this company stole from us while packing AND while moving our home. I had to buy back my own engagement ring from a pawn shop. They also stole a silver necklace, multiple wedding gifts, my grandmothers sterling silver flatware and the money out of my 6yos piggybank. Im sure theres more we havent even realized. I dont want another family to go through what we have. Do NOT use DSL!!!!I would give them 0 stars, if I could. While moving, someone in this company stole my engagement ring. The owners response--this is hard to prove either way. Rent a U-Haul and bribe your friends with pizza and beer before using this company.
DSL Moving came through for me in a pinch! My Manager was very impressed with the service and flexibility of Freds Team. We are actually exploring a potential long term business relationship in the near future with many moves to come! Definitely recommended for personal and commercial needs!

I had the best experience with these guys almost felt as if we were family. My husband and I had gotten tricked into signing a lease in March 2018 for an apartment building that would soon be up for demolition and they wanted people to vacate by March 2019. After finding out this news I instantly began looking for movers and ran across DSL on Facebook due to being friends and old school mates with the owner. We spoke through an inbox, his name is Frederick. He reassured me that they would be able to help me and also could break my king sized book shelf bed down and build it back up. They came in and did an awesome job breaking down and building my bed back up. My bed actually feels more sturdy than it was when I bought it. Of course I forgot their names but I really appreciate the 2 guys that came over to help us out.
From the moment they arrived until they laid down the last item , the men were courteous , professionals who took care of my items like they were precious valuables. It was awesome how nice it was to be in the company of such great guys. They were timely, they did not take any unwarranted breaks, confirmed the location for drop off and drove carefully to the destination . I was pleased and will use them again .
As a follow up to Maureen’s review further down, where the company responds and attempts to make it sound like this did not happen - one of the movers in question is on video selling the ring to a pawn shop. Thankfully, the ring was able to be re-purchased from the pawn shop, and also found out that other sentimental jewelry had been stolen and pawned, as well.Rather than address these issues, the company has deleted comments on all social media posts and blocked parties involved.Please, avoid this company and prevent yourself the emotional pain of having precious possessions stolen from you, and then the pain of having to fight for resolution.
They were very professional and prompt. Delivered the purchased packaging material to my home. Also during the move they made a minor damage issue right promptly with quick claim and paperwork. Thanks for a great experience.
DSL movers were amazing, professional, and friendly. The communication before the move was very attentive all my questions were answered promptly and with a positive attitude, even tho it felt like 105 degrees on moving day they were fast and iffecent. The movers didn’t even stop for a drink of water (until after the job was complete) lol I would definitely recommend DSL and I will be using them again.!!

You should not use this company at all! They moved a friend of mine and they stole her engagement ring and many other valuable things that she holds close to her heart. They are questioning her about the things. They said maybe they were just replaced, but yet she found her engagement ring at a pawn shop. DO NOT USE them! They are 100% NOT TRUSTWORTHY!
DSL is the only moving company I will ever use for now on. They were on-time, actually early, and very professional. They were quick and very thorough. Perfect stacking and care. I would recommend anyone and everyone to use DSL. You will NOT regret it.
I’ve heard numerous reports of THEFT with this company including various items of value such as engagement rings, heirlooms, silver flatware, etc. When a co-worker had told the homeowners which PAWN SHOP she can luckily rebuy her engagement ring the owner has refused to accept accountability and/or fire any employees responsible for stealing and reselling items included in the move. After refusing to refund the cost of the move the owner himself said he would aid in the cost to rebuy the engagement ring IF the homeowner remained quiet on social media!!!! UNBELIEVABLE. NOT TRUST WORTHY, NOT ACCOUNTABLE, NOT WORTH YOUR $$$$
Wether its big moves , small hauls or assembly theyve done it all for me. Its so reassuring to dial the number and get in direct contact with the owner but the team itself is a well oiled machine. Theyre extremely professional movers who are time efficient, delicate with your belongings and polite while theyre at it! Theyre consistent with theyre service and dependabilty therefore I highly recommend them!
The owner was very helpful with our needs. The guys were fast movers and communicated with us every step of the way. They were also understanding when a hiccup occurred during the move. Its very appreciative when you are given true customer service.

2021-08-22DSL Moving has been the best! They moved us on an extremely hot day, and throughout the move everyone had a great attitude and made it a positive experience. They were professional, patient, and kind. All of our belongings arrived safely. They made a potentially stressful day much less stressful. There was excellent communication throughout the move, I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to move, or for any service they offer.

2022-02-17We used DSL for a short haul in town. They picked up a velvet couch for my mother from a store in Hamilton, OH and delivered to her nearby local residence. They were professional, timely, and took the time to take care of the extra details--like checking with me ahead of time to make sure the store knew they were coming and were attentive to the weather since carrying it out against any elements would have proven detrimental to velvet! The couch arrived in perfect condition! I would not hesitate to use them for large moves.

2022-03-16Dont go anywhere else! These guys are simply amazing. They moved at lightning speed and were very careful with our belongings. Though we didnt have a ton to transport per se, it was a very difficult move as the stairs to our new place were incredibly steep. Frederic gave us a package price based on furniture and number of boxes which I thought quite reasonable. Service - impeccable. Cant say enough good things about this crew.Thank you Hulk, Black Panther, Flash, King Kong!

2022-07-12I’m sad to say we had a pretty terrible experience using DSL moving. We hired them for an out-of-state move. Initially it was promising as they were very quick and efficient when picking up our belongings. However upon arrival to our new home at least SEVEN pieces of furniture were damaged because none had been protected in the truck. The owner initially apologized and was professional with appropriate compensation but the movers themselves took no ownership. A few days later I noticed even more damage - a chair literally torn up from the move - but radio silence from the owner after days of reaching out. Incredibly disappointed especially because we really wanted to support this small business.

2022-07-22DSL Moving made my last minute move across the country a relatively stress free experience. The packing service was done with a lot of care for the items and everything got to me in their original condition. The best part of the process was that they were always very quick to respond to any requests I had and did their best to accommodate.

2021-05-12We came across many many wonderful reviews on one of the Mason Facebook pages. This review is a bit late (our move was at the end of March 2021), but I just wanted to share the great experience we had with DSL Movers. Mr. Whittle was able to fit us into his jam-packed schedule at short notice. He was so helpful and flexible in meeting our needs, without up-charging us (which would have been understandable give our lack of planning)! Mr Whittle and his assistant arrived on-time and were so courteous and careful with our furniture. (As a side note to any single women in need of movers....I handled our move while my husband was at work. These guys were the definition of gentlemanly....so kind and professional. I always felt respected and “heard.” They never made me feel like a “dumb” female...for whatever it’s worth!). At any rate, we would highly recommend DSL Moving. Great people. Great service. 2020-12-15I recently used DSL Moving for my move and I loved every single aspect of their company. The communication with the owner Fred was always very responsive and professional and my movers Brad and Tyler are very knowledgeable and experienced in their field. We had them come in the day before to pack our entire home and then can me back the next day to move to the new residence. Everything was done in a timely manner with great service and they even protect or floors, doors, and more with protective padding. I would highly recommend this moving company to anyone who may be in need, they are top notch 😊
