This rite aid has given me the wrong perscription more than once. They never fill my medications on time. The most recent encounter I had with them took them 4 days to fill an amoxicillin persciption that was called in by the doctors office. They always leave the drive-through window closed forcing you to come inside. I have chronic back pain a chiari malformation fused bones in my feet fibromyalgia and arthritis. I am in pain and then I am forced to walk in to the store when they dont even acknowledged my presence and only have half of my prescriptions ready from 4 days prior. If I needed any life saving medications I would be dead relying on this pharmacy. To top it all off they never answer the phone they only redirect you back to main recording. So again you are forced to show up in person just to get a refill.

I am leaving all riteaids because of this one.... When they make you wait 15minutes before greeting you in the drive-thru then make you go to the back of the line.... or when they never had a problem filling prescriptions but all of a sudden my insurance card wont get the same prescriptions I got before without another card I never heard of and then are absolutely rude when you are trying to figure why.... Yeah, its time for a new pharmacy.

Wish I could give no stars.This place is a joke. Pharmacy especially is one of the worst experiences. They never have anything ready they work slower than molasses and have no sense of customer service. Avoid going to get prescriptions filled here and hopefully this Post saves saves anybody any future troubles.

Not sure who the worker was on Friday, July 2nd 2021 @ 8:12 pm but she was very rude and I guess doesn’t understand basic decency nor customer service.If you that mad about ya job sis, go get another one.

I turned in a script for a controlled pain medication on 5/1. When I went to pick it up today, they state I never turned one. I described the female employee to the Pharmacist. He cant locate the needed paper script, he is not calling the employee about. I have to wait until Monday to get the pain medication for a back surgery I had less then 30 days ago. I am in pain and cant get any help. Sorry excuse of a pharmacy.

The store is very poorly taken care of. This I believe is a reflection on how management sees the neighborhood. I have been to several other Rite Aids that are significantly cleaner and better kept up. Come on Rite Aid, you can do better!

Was in Toledo on a road trip, stopped in at this Rite Aid for some pen needles and swabs for my injection pen as I had left them at home. Pharmacist was very friendly and helpful, provided me with a few of each to tide me over, really appreciated the assist

MATT the pharmacist was YELLING at some bearded customer about their mutual, RACIST, republican views, calling democrats snowflakes and stupid. And when I called him on it he verbally assaulted me, said they were just talking about their beliefs privately; but its not PRIVATE when the WHOLE STORE can hear it.This company employees racist bigots who dont care wht their customers think. If it werent for the expanded medicaid program, I wouldnt be able to get my pills there! It PAYS this jackass, it allows me to be a customer in the first place, and hes going to stand there and INSULT me?!AVOID THIS PLACE. Go to the pharmacy in SEAGATE, NEXT DOOR. Theyre actually nice people!!!

Horrible... had to wait an 1hour and 30 minutes for medication after my child got out of surgery than the Dr Amit Patel got very disrespectful because I explain to him thats to long. They got my information wrong. Just horrible... so they get no stars from MeHORRIBLE SERVICE
