I have known Doug for a very long time and he has helped my family and myself on a few different legal matters. He is fair and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Doug to anyone looking for legal services. He will never steer anyone in the wrong direction and will be honest.
10 month long child custody case cost several thousand dollars. Results from court were a 180 from the prediction he gave me at our first meeting. Doug was unprepared during court and was extremely hard to get a hold of. When I would talk with him on the phone he would forget who I was and forget all the case details. I felt left in the dark and when I asked doug questions he made it sound like I was annoying him or he didnt have time. I should have gone with my gut but figured a busy lawyer was a good lawyer. Couldnt have been further from the truth. The money was wasted no big deal, the time was wasted no big deal, but what really hurts is that I lost shared parenting and Doug harlet put up a fight. Spend your money somewhere else but more importantly in family court k ow that hiring a bafoon like this could cost you your family in the long run
I requested assistance on an out of State issue and after seeing great reviews on Google for Mr. Ball I reached out to him and found him very courteous and Professional. The staff is quick to communicate with you and I found the support and the process very impressive. I would highly recommend Mr. Ball for legal counsel.

My experience with Mr. Doug Ball has been very positive. Years ago I had retained him to assist me. He went the extra mile to ensure I received the best outcome. Unfortunately I needed to call on him the 2nd time. Once again, Doug gave me confidence that he was the right attorney I needed to work my case. He worked to ensure I secured driving privileges at the soonest date possible. With juggling activities for my 5 children and a professional job where I needed to drive every day, I was an emotional wreck; wondering how I was going to get through this. He would calm my nerves and make me feel like he was doing everything he could to help me. He went beyond my expectations in researching the current and pending cases to help support my position. In the end, he didnt even need to use this knowledge that he gained from all his research in supporting me in court. However, he was more than prepared to go to battle for me. I also recall that when I didnt understand something he would very patiently explain the alternatives to me several times. I felt like I could trust his judgment and had no doubts about what he was doing to help my case. I feel like I can never repay Doug Ball for all he did for me. I will always be grateful to him. Hired Doug Ball to help my daughter with some legal issues. He totally failed us, Mr Ball left my daughter sitting in the court room before her case was even finished. My daughter has never been in trouble before and we had no idea what we were doing. Mr Ball assumed we should know how the legal system worked. If I knew I would not have needed to hire a attorney. He made matters worse and I hired a new attorney and the first day with the new attorney things are getting done. Mr Ball did not communicate crucial information to us. I gave one star because he did file paperwork I guess..... If you need a attorney look elsewhere.
I reached out to chat about my case and to potentially hire him to represent me but he calls me, talks over me and will not even listen to me. I guess he just didn’t want to take my case. He could of just said that instead of acting the way he did. I recommend someone more professional.

Hard working attorney and staff. They did an excellent job, communicated every step of the way, explained things thoroughly, and treated me with respect. Very grateful for the work they did for me, highly recommended.
He was a pompous, overblown, money hungry, sorry excuse for an attorney when I spoke with him. For a free consultation, I got 5 minutes of being over talked and rushed into a $3500 retainer and billing at $250 an hour, this is for 2 motions already in process and I didnt even get to state what was going on! If you want pushy, go for it, I will not be.

2022-01-17First off he needs to change his pics on his page cause its him 20 years ago ,,,Do not !!!!!..I repeat do not go this man for a house deed ..horrible...six months after I have him 500 and the deed later I call for an update he acts like I know what going on because he had to file for 3 deeds or what not ...I dont know nothing about deeds neither did he .....told me 500 I said lets do it .then 6 months later I get a lecture...on the law he knows not me ...just tell me what I owe u complete it and lets get it done..but no after he gave me all the paperwork back ...I have to get it notarized and do more ..His excuse to me was gramal never answered her phone mind uafter my wife and gramal have been there 4 different times to sign multiple papers shes 85 yrs old gramal who works 2 jobs she came to walk up the 100 steps to sign multiple paper on multiple occasions..But the paperwork has my wife phone number on it the whole time .why didnt he call her....what a joke ....Doug balls attitude is so disrespectful!!!! He was quick to reply to my last review.....my right ..I will be leaving more anyone needs better recommendations than this guy pm me

2022-03-02Mr. Ball has repeatedly help me navigate legal challenges and issues, hes great in court!!! He has helped several of my friends get out of DUIs I and bad relationships. Hes very ethical and upfront, his rates are lower than other attorneys I have found. I know he won a major workplace injury case years ago involving a public utility that seriously injured an employee. Ive known them for years. Highly recommend

2020-05-05I highly recommend this attorney!!! We hired Doug Ball to help with my brothers extremely complicated divorce action, his specialty! He was very professional, realistic, and helpful! He walked us through everything and was there to answer our questions every step of the way! He was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable! The outcome was the best we could have hoped for and was made so much easier with Dougs guidance. I would recommend Doug to anyone needing a competent, thorough, and respected attorney!!!!

2020-01-24On two separate occasions I had the pleasure of hiring Mr. Ball as my legal counsel. In both cases Mr. Ball was extremely professional answering the numerous questions I had during several phone calls. He treated my cases with complete competence, explaining to me the situation ahead of me and what he felt the outcome would likely be. The dates of court Mr. Ball came fully prepared and in the both cases the charges were completely dropped due to what I feel was Mr. Balls negotiation and FULL knowledge of the legal guidelines of my situation.I fully respect and if ever needed again would use Mr. Balls expertise for my legal concerns

2019-11-25Having never needed a lawyer for anything in my life, I decided to go with Mr. Ball. He was so helpful in my matter.. he explained everything to me , not in lawyer terms, but in terms that I could understand..I was very worried about being taken advantage of, and really needed someone to look out for my best interest. Dougs words to me was, let me worry about it, thats why you hired me well, that put my mind at ease. Doug and his staff did take it from there.. and I finally seen that I was in good hands. Everyone was very informative, and kept in touch with me, each step of the way. Whenever I had questions , or didnt understand something, which was quiet often, Doug and his team responded with whatever I needed answered or explained. I just cant say enough about everyone associated with this law firm. I have found someone for all my legal matters in the future! so many thanks, to you all !!
