I recently got their bacon ranch chicken pizza and it was awesome.
The girl who answers the phone should find another line of work. She’s VERY rude and hung up on me twice. I called to find out where our large pepperoni pizza was because it had been 67 minutes, when we were told it would be delivered within 45 min. Hopefully management will replace this girl with someone more competent. I will not be ordering food from this location again.
The pizza was good but the wait was absolutely impossible and this was an in-store pick up. I understand it is busy on Friday nights however it should not take 12 minutes for someone to even address you when you walk in to pick up an order. I even waited an extra 10 minutes to guarantee it would be ready. They had one guy working the front desk and the drive thru that had about 15 customers waiting between the two (6 of which were in the small waiting area).
The pizza we got was not a Donatos pizza. I dont know if they are under new management but everything about the pizza was different to how Ive come to know a Donatos pizza. The pepperoni was tasteless and limp (usually bold a crispy), the cheese tasted cheap, the sauce was different and the pizza itself was undercooked. Even the cut was different from how they normally cut it. Not sure what happened but Ill order from someplace else from now on.
Last couple of times its been pretty good. I have to order my pizza well done to get that crispy bottom, otherwise its floppy! Then you have to deal with it being a bit dry!I dont know what happened, just all of a sudden their pizzas werent the crispy, flavorful, pepperoni extreme pizza I fell in love with! New management maybe? To many teenagers horsing around and NOT paying attention to quality!? IDK. Ive been going to Pizza Hut or Marcos.
They take a lot of time to attend you and for the order to. They have hours to open at 11 am an they open a whatever hour they want, today I pass like a DoorDash so I got a orden from there and after I go through drive thru and inside both close and after few minutes a guy coming and I told him why close because on all sites says open at 11 am so he says “NOT TODAY WE OPEN AT 2pm” and we’re say that nowhere. And before I go like at customer and service is bad too I don’t recommend this store.
Best donatos around. Consistently good. Had a delivery issue and the manager and employees were super helpful in getting it resolved. 👍
I will recommend no one to this place.I have my son order at 1:50 pm for delivery Wich supposed to be in 1 hour.After one hour still no food.When we call back, there was no order at all for us, and there was no way for them to look on their call Id to determine we at least we call even though we gave them the specific time.Imagine,your kids hungry relying on you to bring them food in this pandemic,not for free and you deceive them this way.I didnt appreciate it.I
Their dry rub garlic chicken is the only thing I like. Their pizza used to be really goood back in the early 2000’s. Now it tastes blend and dry.

I ordered online and then they told me that theyre no longer doing delivery after 11pm after my order was processed and was waiting on my pizza for 30 minutes. I ordered today with the Credit they gave me and they were 40 minutes late and messed up my food and if I want hot food made how I asked I have to wait for them to bring back a pizza to trade the in my kitchen but I cant eat it now I ordered 2 hours and 15 minutes waiting for my next pizza to come with one they are just going to throw away.
Ive not had a positive experience with this location. Most recently I ordered online; they called me to demand more money saying I needed to pay extra if I wanted cheese on my pizza as its not included. That needs fixed either at the website level if true or at the location if not. Either way the guy was extremely rude so I asked for the manager who was rude, backed the first guy, and refused to identify himself. After hanging up on me the manager called to see if I still wanted my food. I clearly said yes. A half hour after our delivery time, I called and was told they canceled my order. Especially since I had six kids who were quite hungry and thus cranky I was quite ticked. I contacted corporate via their website but go no response. I then filed a BBB complaint and have received no response. I always considered Donatos a company with good customer service so I was very disappointed that they ignored me. We still go to the location on Hill Rd but if we have problems there Im assuming corporate will again ignore me so Ill probably give up on the brand.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I have ordered pizza from them 5 times each time pizza is burnt. Even if ordered as lightly baked. Got told by a manager theres nothing they can do but remake the pizzas and send them out and have us send the pizza they sent out back and wait another HOUR for the remade pizza. From now on Ill order from another donates that I know doesnt burn their pizzas or maybe just a whole different company all together
This location was a great place to go to but just went down these last couple of years. Rude customer service and long delivery times. I order a large pizza and sub today march 14 2017 my delivery was a hour long I had to call after a hour and 45 min went by to ask for my money back I didnt even want to pizza after that. While on the phone the pizza showed up and it was cold. Never going to this location ever again. Just sad cause I been a customer at this location since 2005
Donatos has great pizza, since coming away from meat and cheese and bread for about a month grapevine hands down is way better than donatos to us now. Never thought anyone could do it better we have ordered some times 2-3 times in one week. Better the next day cold or hot. So donatos gets a one now
If I could give them no stars I would They are very rude I only ordered 2 subs and they got my order wrong on top of she told me it would be 20m I was in the area was there on less than 10 and my subs were completely cold when I called to tell them they messed up my order they were very rude and tried to make it like I was trying to scam for a 5 dollar sub wanted me to drive the sub all the way back to be replaced which I didnt want another one and apology would have been just fine. On top of the fact it was a monday and they were not busy
Terrible!!! Delivery was super slow, the staff was extremely unprofessional over the phone and I shouldve known then to cancel my whole order, the driver was not at all pleasant and my wings were cold and undone. The skin on the chicken was wet and gummy. It really made my stomach hurt. I was JUST talking about how good their wings were and this was just disappointing. I called and got a new order sent out and the driver snatched the old order from me and handed me the new one as if it was such an inconvenience that they needed to come back out... I will NEVER order from here again... Ill stick to Marcos
I ordered a large pep pizza and boneless wings at 11:28. They didnt show up. When I called they said they had no record showing I ordered. The manager gave me his number to text the proof that I ordered and I did. When I called back, all of a sudden it showed I ordered and he said they knocked and called 2 times. I told him he could come watch the security vidio that no one came. My door was open until close to 4 am. They really never came. I called and left a message for the 800 number. Cant wait to see what excuse they come up with.
We tried this place again, sorry we did!!! I ordered the cauliflower wings they did not mention any sauce so they came plain!!! I ordered the veggie pizza, they gave me the cauliflower crust I did not ask for!!! the people who take your order are so rude!!!!! we will never ever go there again!!!!
There is a sign in the window, that says because the oven is so hot people are exempt from wearing masks, no one in the prep area using PPE except cashier, cant believe that donations has chosen to do this three doors away from are dialysis center. People who are extremely vulnerable, and often lack an immune response, donations is making a choice to possibly expose upward of 150 people in this location alone, possibly others. We will be asking the dialysis center to inform everyone of the dangers, and make other choices, to prevent our friends whom are already sick, from getting sicker, and possibly death.
This place is the worst.... I wonder if they even read these reviews... I ordered a medium pizza, the meatball shareable and a Brownie....First, the driver went to the wrong hotel and then called me saying that he was just knocking on my door... He wasnt at my door...Second, They sent me a cookie instead of my brownie....Finally,. They did not send any napkins nor a fork....Terrible place...this place will be out of business soon if they dont find new management... I wont be back....
The one time I received my order correctly, it arrived 2 hours late. I have seen the drivers smoke a bowl out front before dropping off the food. Most recently, I didnt get a sub I ordered. I stood at the door for 5 minutes making direct eye contact with 3 employees and none of them came to assist me. I left, went home and called. Was promptly put on hold for another 5 minutes before I hung up. All of this after 30 minutes in the pick up line (with another 6 cars behind me). I strongly urge everyone to avoid this location like the plague. Nothing good comes from this location.
The individual one topping pizza is less than $5 including tax. They offer a 10% senior citizen discount. Call ahead to order your pizza if you are going to pick up your pizza or eat in the restaurant.
If I could give 0 stars I would!! Had to repeat myself 7 times for each item I ordered, my card # 3 times... I speak plain english... on top of a hour and a half wait.. my pizza was cold and burnt!!! What do I let for talking to a manager... basically nothing.. a replacement to come to me when ever they can!!! I have kids to feed this is ridcioulus ... if my replacement isnt here by 10 pm which is a good hour from calling replacement in I will be heading to this store and demanding my money back!! Go to the other store just 6 mins down the road!!!

DANG! Why do so much red pepper flakes on the califlower plant based? Trying to kill us? This is the 2nd time a heavy hand threw a whole pound of respepper flakes and messed the whole pie up and burned our throat and nose. The two stars is because the young man at the window was nice.

Went tonight and got my replacement subs and theyre made ragedy as hell also. Smdh SO... please take my warning serious when I say, DONT ORDER HERE Youre best bet is drive a few extra mins down the street and go to the Brice & Livingston store. I never have problems there.
We waited to get our pizz and told it was in the oven . We were told to pull in front of the store and the they would bring our food out. We waited another 15 minutes and my husband went in and was told that they would couldnt find us and he said we were out front. This is ridiculous ever time we go there we have a problem. ☹

I would actually give them a zero...the delivery driver had to bring us a new pizza back because the first one was burnt and he says we know about you guys...we called one other time because the pizza was smashed well he threw the old pizza out by our mailbox.... And said he had our address threatened my fiance....weve never caused any problems and to have a delivery driver act like this is ridiculous... Store is clean peolpe are very friendly food always hot even if i have to wait a little i know things happen so i dont mind waiting as long as food is hot anf correct. Peolpe dont understand that anything can happen in there between making orders everyone needs to be patient it goes a long way

Learn how to pick up a phone. It rang for three straight minutes before I decided to hang up. Then when I showed up in person there were about 5 people in the back just listening to the phone ring. The food was good though.

There is another one 5 minutes away on Noe-Bixby, but this one is more professional. Only drawback would be that sometimes you have to wait but I assume that is because everyone goes here now.

2022-01-07This pizza looks horrible, luckily my brother thought it taste okay. I know I wasn’t eating it. The mushrooms were so dark as if they were old and they were. I wasn’t eating that! A cheese pizza with mushrooms, bell pepper, and onion and it looks like this!!! And it was cold I just live up the street but Arrived a little before pick-up time it seems it was already made earlier that day. The bell pepper and onion on the pizza weren’t even cooked. Some cheese wasn’t melted. Will never buy from this donatos or donatos period! Gross!!! I purchased 01/07/2022

2022-03-13They failed to call me and i ordered off their company website. Its the managers job to call when orders dont go out they leave it up to doordash to call me because the person who works from doordash stole my pizza. I have not got refunded. As i say again i ordered off the company website not doordash so donatos should be refunding me. Giving the excuse staffing shortage but i heard alot of people in the background. Customer service sucks.

2022-01-24They have severely went down hill compared to 2 years ago. I placed a order at 1:15 p.m. the website stated it would take 55 minutes. 2 hours went by still no word from donatos and no pizza. I then reordered the same food this time I get a call back. The woman stated she is the manager and there is no delivery drivers. Well that is all fine and good just not waiting 2 hours to tell someone. The best part is she told me I only tried to order one time. So I now have a recorded phone call of a donatos manager lying with pictures of my search history plus pictures of my order time. Very sad establishment these days.

2022-04-21The pizza from this place is alright. It might cause you some stomach problems. The online orders take time due to , not enough staff. Also, their is not enough drivers and you might need to pick your pizza(s).

2022-05-08I ordered a large cheese pizza it took two hours to get to me and when I got it it was cold and barely had sauce I talk to a manager Dom or Don Really not sure what his name was he said he would credit me a pizza I called to get my credit about a week later they are saying there was never any credit whoever the manager is needs to do better what a waste of my money never ordering from them again this is the second time this has happened

2021-10-17Food was great service is very poor. They give their address as Canal Winchester and it is actually Columbus with a canal post office box. Most of the employees seemed to to be lacking enthusiasm about their jobs and the manager is the reason. But they are serving good food for a chain pizza place.

2021-04-14I got the best pizza ever from this location. It was delivered steaming hot ♨️and made to my specifications. The driver was especially great 👍he was friendly and considerate to my instructions. The only problem I have is with the app. It says my zip code is invalid. With that said I 👏applaud this store. The window woman.
