I’m late posting this but the night manager, I think she was the manager, had an attitude when I asked for my pizzas to be made again because the 3 pizzas I ordered had little cheese & bubbles from baking. She said that’s the way they are made and always look when they come out of the oven. They made them a 2nd time & was the same way. This was the first time my pizzas EVER looked that way. I WAS a frequent customer but I am no longer. Found another Domino’s to get my business.
Honestly quality of food keeps going down ordered cuz I had coupons had to wait 10 extra mins because they made my sandwich wrong also found hair on pizza just a bad experience

Waited over an hour for 2 medium pizzas, other customers came in and ordered after us and had shorter wait times and were offered 2 liter drinks for their inconvenience and wait. We were never acknowledged for our long wait and were not offered anything for OUR INCONVENIENCE. Other customers told me us to make sure we got something free because they did and when we asked the manager he said give us your number and we will hook you up at the next visit. Clearly We will not be going back. Shouldnt even get 1 star
I order from Dominos twice a week and I am generous with my tips because I myself have worked for tips. I ordered 2 pizzas and some pasta at 6:15 today. When order was recoeved one of the pizzas were incorrect. It was missing a topping I paid extra for. So I called at 6:45 to let them know. They said they would have another one sent out for me. At 8:15 I call the store and ask if they forgot about me. They did. So he said the pizza will be right out. At 9:05 pizza arrives. Still wrong. Now we have an extra topping I didnt ask for. Its my bad for having picky kids. Its Dominos bad for not sending me what I ordered in the first place and taking almost three hours to make it right. And it was still wrong. #disappointed.
Very poor quality. I ordered boneless wings and they sent wings that were rotten with bones in them covered in ranch and I never even ordered ranch. If I could upload a picture of the rotten meat inside of these wings, I would to show and prove my point. Loss of business with this company definitely.
I liked the hand tossed pizza crust but thought it tasted a little bland. The hot wings were really good but too light on the sauce. The food wasnt terrible but for the money spent there are a lot of different choices in Niles with a better flavor and more value.
Last I had Dominos was 5 yrs ago in Pennsylvania. True, nothing is the same now. But, love their thin crust. And love their italian sausage. $8 for large:Great! Did not realise until leaving that I could have had 3 toppings for the same price ;( Girls behind the counter should communicate a little better. I will go back.

Ordered online for contactless delivery. Notified Dominos when I arrived. Waited 15 minutes in parking lot and ended up calling to ask where my order was. Waited another 5-10 minutes before pizza was brought out.

I was impressed by the overall appearance of the place. Very modern-day and clean. But what got my attention the most was a conter full of pre made pizzas with meat toppings. Sitting out un refrigerated.... Asked the casheir if shes got a big order. The reply was no this is for when we get a dinner rush.. Not so sure if Ill be going back..
This location is very unprofessional, they are rude when speaking with you and hang up on customer faces. I will never place an order here again. My salad was missing and when it got to the home the bag was all rip up. What a disgrace to all dominos locations. The two ladies there need new training in customer service.

Pizza with pepperoni and extra cheese, small Parmesan bread bites and a garden salad for THIRTY DOLLARS. Pizza was over cooked. Bread was cold. 5 tomatoes and less than an ounce of cheese and wilted romaine for the salad. HIGHLY disappointed. A waste of money and time. The delivery driver was prompt and friendly and gave great service. If I could rate lower, I would. Champion Dominos has you beat in both service and food quality.
First dominoes in the area, and they deliver both their pizzas and on the quality of their service. With all of the chain pizza places feeling like they just throw ingredients together with mixed results and some places delivering an inconsistent experience every time, its nice to be able to get the same quality pizza every time at a reasonable price.

We have always had a great experience when ordering from them... The staff there are very friendly, hard working, and can make some great pizza among other items there.....They get your order in promptly and it’s almost ridiculous on how fast your order is delivered.... The prices are really reasonable and always have great deals....Try them you will not be disappointed
Ordered Online and was missing sauces.. Ordered marinara which should come with cheese bread but apparently doesnt, also ordered garlic and got neither.
I just went here and this was the first and last time at this location. A guy was standing back where the pizza came out and picked up a box with pizza in it and put his face in the box. Then he started eating the pizza, right on the line. It was completely disgusting. Everyone’s pizza was coming out of the oven and he was eating over it with food dropping out of his mouth... terrible
We always get pizza and pasta. We order at least once a week. Best pasta and pizza around. You can get 2 items 5.99 each. Pasta always has a good amount of sauce.
My food never arrived, it was out for delivery then never showed. I checked the app and it said my order was cancelled. when I called the store they claimed to have called me twice, I repeated my number twice and they said that was the number they called and were told it was the wrong number. I have no doubt that one call was made and the number was dialed wrong, but I feel that I was lied to in order to cover for incompetence
Worst customer service. Rude and don’t care. No communication when orders are delayed. Food is out of the oven 50-60 minutes and still hasn’t been delivered.

Dominos didnt have fork to eat chicken Alfredo bowl .Had to refuse order, was at work (lunch) with no fork or spoon to eat food

The customer service was great (I have a baby and they helped me carry the pizza out to my car!! I didnt even have to ask they offered!!!) And the pizza was amazing!
This dominos is good. My only grievance is that they are very skimpy on the Alfredo sauce for pasta. They are the fastest delivery place though.

Its normally great pizza. Occasionally is over done or under done but other then that it is good pizza.

2022-06-09Dominos has always had the best in the area. This time they were a bit shy on the sauce but the very friendly customer oriented manager replaced it immediately with a 5 star Pizza. I will be back of course. great folks work there too!

2022-05-08Was suppose to receive a text message when my order was ready for pickup...nope! Walked in and it was sitting on metal counter I am sure it was meant to keep food warm. NOT! all food had to be heated when we got it home. (We live less than 3 miles from store...straight shot over hill.)

2022-08-09I simply adore this Dominos. They always have my food ready to go when I order it. Theyre super nice inside. Its always clean inside. Thats in my only complaint though is the parking lot and how the employees park in handicap spots.

2022-07-15Used the app to order so there are always updates on the pizza process. Took 19 minutes from start to finish, which isnt had on a friday night. Its not the best, but its not the worst... yeah, you know what Im talking about

2022-05-20The last two times I’ve been here Have been a good experience. Everybody inside is super friendly and they always have my pizza and wings done extremely fast. Not many friendly people around in this area anymore. About to just start hanging out over at Dominos with my nice friendly dominos staff haha

2021-04-11The pizza is consistently great. Have tried many styles. My wife loves the gluten free which only comes in one size and is perfect for her. Thin crust is great. Crispy. The Brooklyn style is my fave and is a whole pizza quartered for big foldy slices. You can get a 3 item large pick up only for 8 bucks as of April 2021. Hard to beat. My only complaint is the inconsistency of the phone answering. Sometimes its easy to order, sometimes the employee says the specials dont exist and I have to argue. Either way its worth ordering.
