Had to leave a review after reading all the other negative ones. I think the value for what you get is great. Medium 2 topping pizza with pan crust 7 dollars. We do think that the crust on the pan is much better then the hand tossed. Have always had fast service. We always go through the drive thru. Just order by phone and 15 to 20 minutes later its ready for pick up. I think they have better taste then the other local pizza restaurants around town. This is the pan pizzas though. Not the hand tossed.
DO NOT EAT HERE!AWFUL FOOD!MASKS WORN INCORRECTLY (nose & mouth not covered) OR NOT AT ALL!GLOVES NOT WORN BY STAFF MEMBER PREPARING FOOD!Ordered for the first time from this location this evening. Every staff member had their mask below their chin or not wearing it at all. It a pandemic! People aren’t supposed to be within 6ft of others without a mask and staff is preparing and touch customer food without gloves or a mask.The pizza was uncooked to the point it had more flex than a paper towel.The Buffalo chicken sandwich was burnt.
I ordered a small pizza with three toppings, my pizza was poorly made, the dough tasted old, the toppings did not taste fresh, my pizza was cold and dry. The pasta dish I ordered was also cold and didnt taste very fresh. Will not be going to this Dominos again. Very disappointed.
So it has been over 10 years since buying a Dominos pizza due to a lack of quality. We tried our brand new store today and well...nothing has changed. I paid full retail of $17.50 for a large two topping pizza. Delivery was slow, the pizza was ice cold, very dry and the scant sight of toppings was sad. It was dry and needed sauce. There was approximately one and a half small slices of mushrooms per piece. Very sad. The amount of pepperoni was sufficient and the crust was pretty decent. Overall the quality was poor, the delivery was slow and the value was terrible. Guess it will be another 10 years or so between Dominos Pizza. I know now why they dropped Pizza from their name. Its not a priority.
For the third Thursday in a row we ordered a pizza for delivery and for the third week in a row the pizza was cold and hard. We are less than 2 miles from the store and can not get a fresh pizza. The delivery guarantee is a joke. The guy who answered to night when I called in at 645 said just take the replacement and order it another day. Please realize that this is the 3rd week and it has not got here once in good shape. I told him I wanted a fresh pizza and he told me it wasn’t going to happen. That it would take an hour to send another and it would be just as bad when we got it. I was under the impression that if you got a bad pizza you would be the priority. Not true with this one. Dominos has always been our go to pizza place but since I can not contact a GM or a RM I will continue to list just how bad the 48 Dominos is and make sure to do my best to pass it on
We ordered a traditional crust pizza and did not get the usual yummy crust at all. There was no garlic taste to this crust at all. What happened to the tv guarantee that they will fix it if it isn’t right? All the assistant manager did was argue with me. It was also cut into very uneven sized pieces.
If I could give them a lower star rating I would. I partially used a credit I was given and because of their own mistake they wouldn’t honor the rest of it. On top of it the assistant manager Jesse was rude. When I was trying to get more clarification I was told “I don’t know what to tell you. It’s not there.” Which to me isn’t good customer service. We were given this credit because our pizza had hair on it and more than one piece of hair. Not happy at all.
Excellent job on this online order.I placed an order for 10 pizzas to be made the next day at 3:15pm. The pizzas were all done on time and correct. Im very happy with the management staff at Maineville Ohio store and i love the app.I have one suggestion - If you order parm bites have the staff put the box in a plastic bag because the sause can leak out.
Awful. Tracker says food finished at 6:35pm. Delivered at 7:43pm. Cold. Couldnt be bothered to cook fresh. Tried to call multiple times to cancel, but no answer. Simply relying on the Delivery Insurance and giving away a free pizza is really a pathetic attitude towards customer service.
You can not walk in to the store. You can not order through drive through. Every other place has drive troughs working full capacity, you can walk in to the store with the musk, but not with this guys. I asked them a question. They get aggressively defensive. You CORPORATE POLICY IS STUPID
We called for a delivery. They said it would take 45 minutes. I thought that was rather long, considering its right up the street from us, but we ordered anyway. An hour and 15 minutes later, it was finally delivered to us, cold. The pizza was good once we picked the onion off of our Supreme pizza with no onion and reheated it.
I rarely leave fast food restaurants reviews, but I had to leave one for this because it is BAD. 2 large pick up pizzas. 1 and half had the same exact toppings. The one that was half half was as expected. The other one was as if made in a completely different place. Tasted bad. What a waste of $10. The app by the way insisted to give me this store as the nearest to Great Wolf Lodge, which isnt right
Pizza sat in quality check/heat lamp for 35 minutes before taking another 12 minutes to get here. Every time we give this location a chance the online tracking isnt updated and food is always well beyond time estimation. Dont use this location if you are expecting food to show up hot and fresh. Ive complained a number of times over the years and the managers seem to change frequently. This is roughly the 3rd or 4th time where food doesnt show up on time and isnt fresh. The last time i called I was supposed to receive a comp and it never came in the mail. Larosas and Snappy are way more dependable and predictable
Love ordering online- the website is easy to navigate and very interactive. Food is always delivered in a timely manner and the delivery driver is usually friendly. I order from Dominos at least twice a month and will continue to order our dinners from there. I recommend Dominos for nice little variety on the menu, very affordable delicious food and quick delivery!
$7.99 for a pepperoni pizza that I waited 10mins for and it tasted horrible....like cheap a sausage frozen pizza. For the money, Little Ceasers not only tastes much better, they offer a larger pizza for $2 less. Highly unlikely Ill ever go back to Dominos. It was pretty bad.
Have waited for an hour for the pizza to be delivered. Website says 13-23 minutes the pizza didn’t even get cooked until 40 minutes after the order was placed. I’ve tried calling 3 times to see what is going on and sat on hold for 15 minutes the first, 8 minutes the second time, the third time I had basically given up and only waited 5. If you’re busy you should at least answer the phone to customers to let them know they’re not being ignored.
Ours has a drive thru, which is an automatic 2pts all by itself. The website is great. Streamline and fast. Ordering was easy and intuitive. Account creation was seamlessly option embedded with our order if selected, which we did). The preparation tracking of the order was great. Being able to choose a theme to go with it was humorous as well as handy. You know every step of the process as they prepare it including the cooks name. Dominos has been going thru a major re-branding and its evident they chose pros to see it thru. Highly recommended, now...!
Pizza couldnt be found by workers when ready. Finally found pizza 17 minutes after it said it was ready and 10 minutes after reservation time. Pizza was cold. Would not recommend this place to others. Very disorganized and unwilling to prioritize finding my pizza. Worst pizza joint ever.
Worst service everI pull up to the drive thru window and sit for 5 minutes when Im finely helped by a rude woman between her tone with me and the way she spoke to her co worker I ask for plates and napkins she rolled her eyes my husband and I talked it over were a papa Johns house now

2022-04-01This place called to verify my adress and I gave it to them. Then I called when the app said the pizza was delivered and asked if I could get my money back because they said the driver left it on the top step. Then I told them exactly how to find the place and he says, alright I will give you a credit and hung up before I could get anything else in. What exactly do you mean by credit and why get an attitude? I am just giving you the facts.

2021-12-05Frustrating business to deal with lately.I called and waited for 10 minutes no one answered maybe they were closed?? Drove over nope theyre open, ordered my pizza but they couldnt add the coupon that the online order would normally show and they wanted to charge me $10 more than the online price so I left as online ordering wasnt working.Came back the next day ordered online went to the drive-thru window to pick it up but then they put mushrooms on my pizza instead of pineapple.. not sure how you mess up pineapple for mushrooms it was even written on the box correctly.. had to wait another 15 minutes for for them to remake it.

2022-02-13A reliably consistent Dominos. They are open when they say theyre going to be. The food is typically fresh and prepared correctly. The staff is friendly and the drive thru is extremely convenient.

2021-05-24I called the store less than a minute after placing my order through the app. Josh said it was too late to add extra sauce because my order was in the oven. When I got there to pick up my order, not only was he rude, he had a smirk on his face that said he did something to my food. He didnt give me my 2 liter either. I fed my food to my dog. I will definitely be never order from this store again. Theres a good chance that Ill never order Dominos again.

2021-05-27I have been ordering here since 2016, not regularly but here and there. When I don’t feel like eating from Chubbys. Last time I order they totally missed my order, it got lost. Whatever, things happen. Today I placed an order and maybe 5-10 minutes later I get a call from a female stating that the guy that took my order didn’t know that they didn’t deliver to my address. She said they only go out 20 minutes, with a nasty attitude. 1- I am 18 minutes away, if you want to get technical with minutes 2- no one has ever given me an issue about delivery to my location. They delivered it, but I missed a call from the assistant manager Josh stating that they will no longer deliver. Thanks Josh, I wasn’t planning on ever ordering from your store again anyways. Papa Johns here I come, even if I have to pick up.
