They used to make a good pizza but not anymore, that’s the fourth time in a month I receive my veggie pizza to find out it contains some bacon pieces, i end up throw the whole order as I cannot eat it for religious reasons, i even complained directly to the owner and manager but nothing has changed
Shana the manager she isnt apologetic when it comes to messing orders up I come here often doesnt say hi to customers coming in she just stares mad. If you asked her a simple question she will reply with a straight face and seem to be annoyed. No one should be working here if they dont like the customer and cannot make them happy for the inconvenience. Pretty disappointed with the attitude and seriousness when I do come here no food should be cold or stale as.food or rushed sloppy food. I have friends that come.here and they do make a complain about her as well she doesnt seem to care about customers need. Not.coming anymore Im tired of the bad customer service from this women
I will NEVER order from this Dominos again!!! Ive been a customer for a VERY long time, and my last few interactions, both online and by phone, have been PAINFUL!!! The food is GREAT when its made properly, but EVERY time I order more than one item, one of them is wrong!!! AND, if you order by phone because the wonky website isnt cooperating, you cant earn rewards points.....HIGHLY UN-RECOMMENDED!!!

Most professional friendly service I’ve ever had. Pretty over the top about the guy who answered my call and made my order. Find out who it is and give him a substantial raise.
I rated them a one because you could not do zero stars. Horrible customer service. Takes almost an hour to get a salad and breadsticks. And then when we get there the salad we ordered is out of stock. The manager doesn’t care the workers don’t care it’s just a horrible place! Will never go there again

I was disappointed when I saw that the veggie pasta wasnt near what was advertised the picture shows mostly veggies but you really get mostly pasta I couldnt find any mushrooms. Uuh😤

They were super busy but worked seamlessly as a team. Watched them pump out order after order. Even the new trainee was doing great. Food was fresh and tasty.
Ordered from them they were polite and efficient got the pizza in 30min. But ordered, mushrooms, onion, peppers, olives and extra cheese hardly any toppings and no cheese let alone extra cheese, my husband is going through cancer treatment and really was looking forward to pizza since he hasnt been able to eat it, what a disappointment. Will not order from them again!
👍👌 oh man this was some fresh, delicious stuff. Chicken carbonara pasta in a bread bowl, minus mushrooms, add jalapeños. And spicy jalapeño-pineapple chicken. 😋 I had it delivered fairly quickly.
I get pizza from here every Friday for dinner! I keep coming back because they are just so nice in there! Pizza is yummy! But the customer service is amazing! Went to Pizza Hut Avon Lake a few weeks ago and all the employees were doing was complaining and it was so dirty in there! Never again! Kudos to Dominos!
Super disappointed. The last 2 times Ive ordered from here my food has been barely Luke warm and its been more than 25 mins late. I live less than a mile away.
As compared to the competition in Avon Lake, this is, by far, the best pizza your gonna find.The owner, and regular employees, are fantastic people.A very clean restaurant, with nice friendly people.Couldn’t recommend it more highly.
I called in my order for carryout, which was only a large pizza, and they told me it would be 15to 20 mins. I went to pick up my pizza at 5:55 and they told me it wasnt ready yet. Turns out they had put it in the wrong box and mixed up my order with someone elses. Instead of an apology, they took my pizza out of the persons order and gave it to me, instead of giving me a fresh pizza. By this time it was 6:10 and the pizza was cold and very unappealing. There was no communication and horrible consumer service.
We usually do not have a problem with the pizza we get from Domino’s, but the last time we ordered pizza the crust was doughy and today’s pizza was burnt. I understand things have been difficult with the Covid 19 and staffing is limited I know things will get better. Thank you for being open during this pandemic. You will not lose us as a customer.
They gave me somebody elses order, then had the gall charge me a delivery fee to fix their mistake. It took two hours from when I placed my order to when I was able to eat.If youre hungry and expect to receive what you ordered, Id suggest you get your pizza elsewhere.
So, normally I would have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with this store, however this evening was not at all like every other experience I’ve had.My husbands pizza, delivered perfectly. Mine, well, let’s just say I WISH their new replacement policy applied to screw ups that their delivery drivers made. My pizza is so smashed up it’s going to require fork and knife to eat. Not happy this time, Avon Dominos, not happy.
In the past couple years, I had probably eaten pizza maybe two times prior to trying this location about a month ago. Since then I have been back at least 4 times. Greeted with a smile, followed by stellar services every time Ive been in. Above the rest, make sure you try them out.
Thank you for the great dinner Dominos! The hand tossed pizza with pepperoni and Italian sausage was wonderful and the BBQ wings and Hot Wings were delicious! The food was nice and hot and our order was delivered quick we really like this driver who is always prompt and friendly!

We tried to order a pizza over the phone, but whoever took the the order claimed all of our cards wasnt approved, (we tried three different ones, and they should all have been working fine) and he was acting weird not being helpful at all. Honestly felt he didnt want our business for some reason. This was at 10pm on a Wednesday (12/20).
I love dominos. Any dominos and every dominos. But my neighborhood dominos is the best. Have been ordering here for over 1.5 years and from delivery to takeout it’s seamless and always the same great taste. Friendly staff. I sometimes feel Bad for them when on a rainy snowy slushy day they have to come and deliver for my lazy a$$.

Store hours say open until midnight on Mondays. Called at 11:30pm.Employee answered “We are closed sir”. No “Hello”, no “Dominos”.I replied that their hours are listed Midnight closing, he told me “we closed at 11”.Hours were updated 2 weeks ago to be current.
Placed an order by phone for a timed pickup. Pizzas were ready, hot & delicious. The employee that took my order was polite and helpful, knew what the current days specials were.

Placed order online at 530 for a 630 pickup. Order far from ready half an hour after pickup time. Dont recommend coming here during peak dinner time hours
This was super fast. Ordered online which was convenient. Thin crust is a little too thin, but was good. Sausage and Peppers on Ciabatta was excellent. We will definitely order again.
Athe app said my pizza was done and I got there at 6:35pm . Went in to get pizza said it wasnt ready and waited 10 minutes for my pizza ! Not happy.
I always orxer delivery and they are always fast. It usually gets herein 20 min i would highly recommend this dominoes. Food is always fresh out the oven. Great place for late night meals.
They took my order and said 15 min. Then messed it up and had to remake part of it,but didnt say anything for another 15 min. Just tell me when it happens. Once I got it, it was ok. But the peppers werent really cooked.

NOOOOO STAR Owner refused to give me my money back for the burnt pizza they gave me she was completely unprofessional and rude i had a child i fed something else to witch isnt a problem but they stole my money since i ordered 2 2 topping pizzias n paid for them but only got a 1 toppinh all becuse i said i was gonma order from somewhere else people like thos do not need to own a business unless you know what your doing WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN had to wait for the right pizza to be deliverd back after she turned her driver around and then brought me a cold pizza thank you to the owner for being so rude u lost my business and all my fam n friends oh and everyone who sees this have a good day you shouldnt own a business with your attitude
If I could get zero Stars I would website says theyre open place an order they called me and says all we close at 7 were not making your older but yet theyve already charged our credit card and taking our payment and now I have to contact corporate to get our money back. would not ever order from this place again

Dominos pizza has really improved over the years. Its not the cardboard cutout crust anymore. This local location does it pretty well.
Ordered Brooklyn style pizza. A little too thin and crust was a little burnt but they helped me with the online order that I was trying to complete that went sour and gave me a deal.

2022-03-27We picked up some lava cakes and this lovely man ran out into the parking lot and looked for us just to give us our icing. I thought that was the nicest thing ever. You just dont see that dedication anymore.. most people wouldnt have gone the extra mile.

2022-06-17Pizza and cheesy bread is always delicious but I ordered their famous bread twists tonight and got the cinnamon ones. They werent not good at all tasted like stale, hard and greasy bread with alot of cinnamon sugar. I dont know if I will purchase that again. Didnt taste fresh and I ordered at 930. They also forgot the extra icing we ordered. Hopefully better next time.

2022-04-12I just had the worst pizza ever. There was no sauce or cheese, it was burnt, and they charged an extra $2 for what little meat was on it. It will be a very long time before I go back.

2021-12-12The professionalism of the people working here has gone way downhill in recent years, which is a huge bummer. Pizza is the same as it ever was, but most of the folks on the phone or behind the counter don’t seem to know how to do their jobs and don’t seem to care to. The only employee who seems to care (at least in terms of customer service— no problem with the pizza slingers) is the tallish kid with the hair that’s like, long enough to put half-up? I see you, decent kid.

2021-10-20As far as service, delivery, and employee interaction goes this place is solid. My response is for the company itself. I order often when I am in town and have always had excellent service. It has come to my attention that your CEO has decided to share his thoughts on immigration policies at our border. You are a pizza restaurant, that is what I pay for from you, not your thoughts or views. With that said I will no longer be buying pizza from this company. You should have kept your views to yourself. I will find a local small town business that is not a franchise to spend my money with.

2018-02-28EDIT: went in and talked to manager/owner. She was very apologetic and helpful. After speaking with her about how rude her employee is I feel better about the situation.Maybe nothing will come of it, but In the past I have had nothing but good experiences so I’m changing my review.Just ordered from here 2/26/18 10:45PM on my lunch break at work like I sometimes do, for myself and a few of my coworkers. This time I received the wrong sandwich... it had bacon on it which I DO NOT eat bacon, and furthermore nothing in our entire order has anything to do with bacon.They messed up... fine right? I call and tell them this and a young man answers the phone... tells me he will give me 5 dollars off my next order. I said hold on a second... my sub was more than 5 dollars, I’m not going to eat this sub, I do not eat bacon. The guy gets a even bigger attitude than he has before and tells me he will give me a free sandwich and hangs up on me!At this point I can’t believe it... I wasn’t even rude. Although having to work another 5 hours without eating is pretty frustrating. Didn’t even get an apology at any point in the phone call. Anyways that’s the end of my rant, I won’t go back except when I return the sandwich and get my money back. They can keep that “free” one.

2021-07-15We order online from Dominos at least once a week. The pizza is always Delicious and always delivered hot. We never have to wait long for our pizza to arrive. The drivers are so courteous and friendly. They are great at replacing orders if incorrect, which is seldom. I will never order from anywhere else. Thank You, Shelli Zalek
