The store is very disorganized compared to some of the other stores...but the staff was awesome always asking if your ok and if you need help with anything. Compared to the other stores may not be as neat but the staff more than make up for it..I will return just because of them..
Not exactly sure how this has 3 + stars but the store is horrible and has always been horrible. Boxes everywhere, extremely unsafe,most of the staff is rude and could care less what youre looking for or what you want. The whole store is terrible. Theres always boxes all over the place,The are neverstocked, they bring their children to work, they talk on your cell phones while working, they play music on their speaker (vulgar disgusting music at that) all of it is trash.
Dollar tree customers, you want a clean store? Want things stocked in a timely manner? You want pleasant cashiers! Please do your part. Be pleasant to the cashier as you would want the cashier to be to you!Please don’t take frozen food like ice cream and leave in different parts of the store, once you realize you don’t want it!Put the items back where you got them from once you decide you don’t want them. This will free the stockers up to do stock instead of doing recovery. Patience is a quality the few of us have. We want what we want when we want it we don’t wanna wait in line. I remember when you were out shopping so is the rest of the world and they will always be alone wherever you go. When shopping at dollar tree if you keep that in mind I will greatly appreciate it and I will help you experience be much better.
I cant believe the price has increased to $1.25! Thats a 25% increase!
I visited the Shore Center Drive location on September 1st at 5:16 PM and was rung out by Lisa. While I DID just speak to the manager and told her all about my positive, pleasant experience with Lisa as my cashier, I wanted to take the opportunity to post on this forum as well so that my experience could be read by and shared with all of you and seen by as many people as possible. In a day and age when good customer service is hard to find, I like to go out of my way to compliment and recognize the people that truly deserve it. Lisa is always super friendly and helpful, and always has a smile on her face. It is obvious that she genuinely likes her job and her customers, and walking into that store and seeing her working always puts a smile on my face because it ensures that I will have yet another pleasant, positive experience at that location. Dollar Tree, keep up the good work on hiring and training your associates, and Lisa, keep doing what you do!
A lot more organized than last year. Scaled up products and addition of new items, some brand name makes the visit worth it. However still lacks in stocking the shelves in a timely manner and lines can be long due to short staff. Holiday times lines are very long why? Because Dollar Tree always have that last minute item we need.
It was mad crazy in this store which I already had a feeling it would be since it was the say before Valentine day! I finished up my shopping got in line 4 only two people in front of me when i notice I forgot one of the main items I came in for i told my son stay stay in line so we wouldnt loose our spot he did just that I proceeded down the aisle we stood in front of grabbed what I needed in less then 10 seconds got back to my son saw a woman cut in front of him then she looks at me and says she closed the cashier closed the line . I said how did she close the line when you cut in front of my baby? So I looked at the cashier and told her this woman cur in front of my baby we had been standing here she looked at me and said its ok maam I will still take you. I thought that was very nice on her end. Just wanted to thank her again for not getting an attitude and putting the customer first!
This Dollar Tree on Shore Center Drive is the WORST Dollar Tree I have ever been in. It is always junky and never recovered from the days before. They only have 2 lines open sometimes 1 when theres many customers in the store and the staff never knows where anything is. I asked if they sold receipt books and I was told no but I went down the stationary aisle and there they were. That store needs to be restaffed and cleaned
Horrible, disrespectful manager! Never had a more unpleasant shopping experience! If she is truly in a management position, she needs to either have some additional training or step down and let someone who has the desire to provide high quality customer service have her position.
Extremely rude personnel. After a long wait their credit card machine was down at . register. The lady who came to helped the cashier opened a new line and told me I had to go to the end to check out all over again. The other customers stopped me from leaving to tell me I should go first. Such a shame used to love that store. Wont be returning.
We had an awesome time we went there for my husbands birthday the food was excellent although they need to put more vegetables on the steak platters but other than that it was good The Salted Caramel cheesecake was a little salty well honestly very salty. The wait staff was very attentive. 👍👍👍👍✌✌

I absolutly hate this dollar tree I used to go here a lot but the lines are always going down an aisle with one cashier i dont understand why there is only one cashier half the time dollar tree has grown and become super popular and busy hire more staff and FOR GODS SAKE PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE MANAGER!! SHE IS RUDE AND KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT PLEASING CUSTOMERS BUT SHE WILL CATCH AN ATTITUDE IN HEART BEAT! Its just not right. But this place is disgusing floors are gross stuff is always laying around.
Extremely disorganized, boxes are always piled up. Staff members always give off the I hate my job attitude/energy. The store on Sloane Avenue is WAY better.
I ended up leaving all my stuff. The line was so long there were at least 7 people in one line. I dont understand why they couldnt open a second line.
I can find almost anything I want instead of going to big box stores. Sometimes I dont need a large amount. Just the right size for a single person or someone with a bunch of kids.
I love me some millie she is very friendly and helpful. I can only find what I came for 50% of the times that I visit. Please order more stock and hire more stockers. Please get that carpet cleaned up or replaced.
The Dollar Tree means everything is a dollar thats the best place you can go for your paper goods cleaning Goods Tupperware Goods. I bring my neighbors twin boys give them $5 for each and they can get 5 different things toys candy books something to surprise mommy or daddy with for a dollar you cant find it nowhere else so a dollar is a good deal so Dollar Tree is a highly recommended on my list have a great shopping experience at Dollar Tree.
This store has a lot of good stuff. Kashi cereal, San Pellegrino drinks, Plastic recorders so you child can practice for cheap. :), swimming goggles. Its awesome! Please patronize.
Staff was not wearing masks. 70% of the store is empty or in boxes and unstoppable. Unsafe, empty, messy.
I try to avoid this dollar tree. Its almost always a mess. Everything out of place. One cashier and youre usually in line for at least 15 minutes. They run out of stuff often too.

The store was understaffed and the manager was very rude when I asked for an item. My kids and I were very disturbed, so we went to Dollar general. Much better selection and service.
This store stays under staffed too much. When you there, and cant find something, theres not enough staff around to help , as well as keeping shelves stocked, and isles decluttered.

Lines always a mile long at any given moment understaffed and the manager never opens another line to help her employees. Also they never have cases of water!!!! Never in my life have I been to a dollar store that didnt carry cases of water!
I arrived at 6:43 and online it says it doesnt close until 8:00 and Im pissed because I drove across town just for it to be closedAt least inform people online if your closed

2022-04-24This dollar tree is very unprofessional. The workers close the door and do not allow anyone to come in after 8:40pm when the sign on the door clearly states that they close at 9 pm. This has happened multiple times when I have visited this location and I have even witness them pick and choose to let certain people in after they have already turned a few people away!! VERY BAD SERVICE and I am just appealed that the workers just do not care and close the place down whenever they want. I definetly will be reaching out to corporate and providing a report for the better business bureau because this is just outrageous. Can’t even grab some quick cleaning supplies after 8:30 because they have already locked the door and have someone guarding the door happy to turn paying customers away!! SMH

2022-05-28I went to the dollar tree in Willoughby hills. I found everything I was looking for. The cashier lady at the checkout was very pleasant and friendly. I will come back again. Good service.

2021-12-29Today on Christmas Eve , the line was long all the way to the back and there was only one cashier . No help arrived and a man talked to the manager in the office and the manager slammed the door in his face . She should be fired. The store is nasty and always disorganized. Worst dollar tree they don’t care about the customers or the place.

2021-08-18I was charged twice on my transaction on a credit card on 8/10/21 and the issue still hasnt been resolved. My advice to you is do not use a credit card. They can not refund it in the store because their machine is out of date.. I have called every number they have and you leave a detailed account of my transaction.. And you guessed it right no one called to resolve this issue. My next step is the BBB then Action 19 to get answers!
