Could definitely have better customer service at this location!
Filthy nasty store. Employees didnt have a form of customer service at all. The one girl was on her phone on speaker so you could hear their VERY loud conversation! I will shop elsewhere if Im ever in this location again!
Customer service was great but they need to keep items stocked.. No ladies underwear
I purchased a product. when I got home it wasn’t in my bag but it was the first item scanned on my receipt. They don’t even have a phone for me to call to ask questions.
The entire time I was in the store the cashier was on her speakerphone using the F word continuously.
Customers have had to open and close the extremely difficult front door manually for over 3 months now. Why ?
The store was junky & cluddered; returns all over the place. They dont take EBT. LONG lines with one cashier. Not a big selection of items.
Worst experience they fire you over the most littlest thing ever and they act like people dont make mistakes and do all this extra stuff for 9 an hour managers are rude! And they are very unprofessional they cuss a lot and talk on the phone and text while cashing people out (managers)
The staff were friendly and helpful. I found what I was looking for. And I made a few other purchases. I like shopping in Family Dollar.

Cleanliness of store needs work. They try and cram so much into one small space.
Lots of nice cheap stuff but cigarettes here are expensive.

2021-12-26These mfs said they didnt have any damn bags then had the never to charge me a dollar for the recycled bag. Its should have been free just because 2.5/ 10

2020-07-20I think family Dollar may be struggling as a company but this store is unexcusable bad. Its dirty with boxes piled all over the place, has a poor inventory and lots of empty shelves and I get the impression that what should be on those shelves is in the back room and they dont have enough staff to get things out. The people Ive run into that are stocking have been pretty good and helpful although sometimes they seem to make up excuses, but the women working the registers seem to have no people skills at all. They are often rude, disagreeable, prone to power trips and dont seem to know the policies of their own. Twice I have high had to call family Dollar corporate offices to complain. Both times I was absolutely right and Im pretty sure the hammer came downsomebody. Its one thing to be wrong but its another thing to be wrong and rude and egotistical. In both cases their behavior was offensive and very personally upsetting. In one case they inferred I was upset because Im an old. They have a management & training. This area needs the store and I have been in other ones that werent like this. I dont understand why this one store is so different. You can see it in the other reviews. I know family Dollar is in a competitive sector that its not easy but if theyre going to survive they have to be customer satisfaction oriented. 😡

2021-03-23Store was badly understock in just about everything Most shelves were empty are only had one or two product left and there was Boxes by the back door and a couple in ale ways that needs to be put up but nobody was doing it almost look like pandemic happen again or something was it being so empty

2021-01-24All of the stores Ive been too are sad to say...but pretty much a hot mess...usually cant get what your looking for😢smh...Always new staff,smh...Cashiers dont even be teenagers but be acting as if they should be(Ex...on a phone while you standing there,Really SMH) but again when you need something quick like a roll of paper towels,then I settle😔

2020-11-19Unfortunately this is the family Dollar closest to me. Ive been there a few times and there has been several customers not wearing masks and nobody says anything to them, as well as one of the cashiers who is cashing people out without a mask on more than one occasion. The aisles are always full of boxes of merchandise that never seems to make it to the shelves. The store is a mess and when I can I will go 6 MI away instead.

2020-02-04Absolutely disgusting store that should be shut down immediately. Honestly wouldn’t be surprised if there’s a rat problem. Nothing is stocked, inventory just laying around in boxes, empty shelves, food laying around out of fridges...I could go on for days.ONLY PICKING ONE STAR BECAUSE ZERO ISNT AN OPTION

2017-09-10The staff generally greet you when you come in. Lines can get pretty long during the day, so its best to come here early in the morning if you want to avoid the long lines. Make sure you are not distracted while you are in the lines as teens and sometimes younger children like to harass customers (and staff). Usually staff are able to get the children out.

2017-05-04This store is ALWAYS dirty, the rows are full, and the organization of the store makes NO SENSE. The employees, though friendly at check out, do not say hello, tell you about the surveys, or thank you for your purchases, as is STANDARD Family Dollar practice. One of the worst locations Ive ever visited. Plus, I dont care for their contract with Kroger, but am happy for Kroger for it... :/
