The manager on duty was very rude and uncooperative when asked for assistance. He was agitated and angry and it was obvious to me (having 20 years retail and management experience) that this young man should be in another line of work. When I spoke to the store manager about this young man he appeared unconcerned about his behavior. It is very unfortunate that companies spend so much money to acquire and train employees only to have them be rude and turn away loyal customers.
Employees were super nice and the over store was very organized but its so cramped I feel like you smell the person in the other aisles breath. Seriously this store is so tight worh so much stuff youd think you were stuck in the mole rat hole jfc dont go here if youre an introvert you have Claustrophobia youll actually die.

Store is always well stocked, overall the store is kinda small where it seems cluttered but the staff is very nice and helpful.
The store is clean and the employees are helpful and friendly. They have a wide variety of products depending on what your looking for. I would recommend coming here.
Sherry Purcell.. This is the (nausty guy) you were referring to in your comments. In the future when you are at a store you should understand that you are not the ONLY person shopping there. I was going to assist you when i was finished with the other customers THAT WERE IN FRONT OF YOU. Instead of letting me explain you decided to start yelling and throwing a fit. By the way, when i asked you to leave the store, the person behind you happened to be a priest who gave me his card so he could explain to my manager how rude you were. Jim Purcell, are you Sherrys husband of father? When i told you how your (wife) was behaving you said to me if my wife was rude someone should tell me about it and ill handle it when i get home...My goodness. Your wife is a grown woman sir and im not a school principal. Sherry, people might take you more seriously if you didnt keep talking bout their personal appearance.. By the way its spelled NASTY. I hope the two of you find something better to do with your lives than post reviews online about every store you happen to stop in.
Pretty clean and easy to find whatever your looking for . The only problem was there wasnt enough staff to efficiently take care of all the customers.

They rarely have what is advertise on sale.. Be prepared to push heavy carts out the way to reach items behind them.. Beware of the wheel of misfortune.. Thats where they bag you things but fail to spin your stuff so you get everything you paid for..
Why cant they keep the aisles clean and safe as a disabled man I find it very hard to navigate with all the boxes everywhere

2021-01-19I get good reading glasses here; $6.48 out the door. Comes with a nice city case. Quality is much better than Dollar Tree. I have to buy reading glasses all the time because Im so careless with them. The Dollar Tree brand for $1.00 breaks very easily, while these seem to stand-up to my dropping them, etc much better.

2020-12-23This store was a danger zone and should not have been open at this time. There were boxes and uboats (carts with boxes) all in the store isles making it hard to navigate and purchase the items I needed. I totally understand that items need to be stocked but this was ridiculous. Besides all the boxes thoughtout the store the employee could not fix an issue with a automatic store discount that should have came off when purchasing $15 worth of a product and even though it was advertised by the product for the past 6 months seemed to have no clue how to assist. I know the employee (and it had to be a key holder) as she was told me she was the only one in the store at the time could have taken off the $3 that I was owed. She didnt care and said I must have purchased the wrong items... Items showed for discount on the DG app. Will definitely take my DG business to a store that HELPS the customer and doesnt seem to have a attitude!

2020-06-27The woman who works check out is always so very nice, but professional. A couple times ago when visiting this store, a man behind me was too close based on social distancing, and she politely told him that he needs to respect the 6 feet. Thanks!!

2019-01-09Love this Dollar General. Carl the manager is on top of things and very nice. Called on Thanksgiving to see if they carried turkey bags, b/c mine ripped putting my turkey in it. Not only did he answer phone, he went to see if they had any more and when he came but to phone not only did he tell me price, but said he put one box at the register for me. That was really nice to save me time, since I was cooking.

2020-03-09I like this place a lot because they have so many things at half the price of the normal stores. For example Purina or Iams cat food I buy for at least $9.99 elsewhere is consistently $5 here. Hair dye that would start at $7 upwards to $17 I have found here for $3. Also, the workers are really nice and I feel like Im walking into an extension of my home sometimes instead of a store, LOL. Thank you Dollar General :-)

2020-08-13I dont have any problem with this place, everytime ive ever went in there the items have always been stocked, well kept, and i was always asked if i needed anything. My problem here is with Lays and frito lay. I bought some French onion dip and it was absolutely terrible. My stomach hurts after eating this chip dip. i am very very sad because i was looking forward to the dip. Again this is not a problem with dollar general but with Lays. So no matter the store if you see this, skip the lay french onion dip and go with something fresher.

2019-02-15I go to dollar general for quick items. Only problem today was they must have received a delivery today and most of the aisles were blocked for restocking. These things should be done after hours. Person restocking acted like I was in his way. When in fact offered no assistance

2019-02-26Dollar general is like any other dollar store. You only go there for the low price of the goods. The store is over crowded and they usually have carts blocking the shelves in the $1 aisle. The employees are nice though and will help you find goods if you ask them to. If you go to this store you should know what to expect. Its a Dollar General.

2019-01-03They hire very dirty, nausty employees! Its gone down hill in the past 3 years. Cant find stock up on shelves, isles always blicked, messy, wrong prices etc. Whats going on at that store?? The one guy they have us so RUDE, I CALLED CORPORATE OFFICE! Horrible person, not to say anything worse about him. But disappointed in the store for sure!!!! 2 out of 5 is better than they should get. !!!

2018-02-22This store has a wide variety of items you may be surprised. I find myself stopping here on occasion or I when just want to run in and out. You might need milk, paper towels, soup, cookies and toiletries. Something for your children or even pet food. Parking is free here in a shared lot. You may like to stop in at Pat Catans or Ollies if you have time.
