The employees are not always interactive with their customers and the aisles are usually very messy. If you need to grab something quick I would come here. But other then that, I wouldnt.
Pretty average. Today it looked a bit short staffed. As things that needed put away were In the aisle way. Cashier was nice and friendly. Dont expect any bells or whistles but the prices are good.
No matter how messy things may get (customers in this part of town tend to rummage and then leave there mess lay) the people that work the store are always polite and most of them are more then willing to go out of there way to help. Most of them.
The employees are nice and friendly but the store is a disaster...I was pushing my cart and walking on merchandise that was on the floor, not because I was being nasty..because it was unavoidable!!! Hardly anything on shelves merchandise was on carts at the end of each aisle needing to be put away. They need extra people just to stock shelves!!
Just a quick stop to grab some last minute Christmas presents. The store was destroyed. There wasnt a single isle that looked like it had been straightened or stocked. I dont usually visit this location so it may just be an off night or it might be because of the holiday.
There were U-boats everywhere. I had to go search for my cashier after 5 minutes waiting upfront. Dirty. Cluttered. I mean 9 U boats packed with stuff. Barely could walk down the isles. It ticked me off. I couldnt see most products and had to find someone to check me out at the cashier station.
Good place if you just need a couple things from the store but dont want to mess with walking and being in the traffic
Disgusting. Posted picture of the outside of the store. Cant believe staff and management would allow this amount of trash to build up. Isles are destroyed, stock not put away, carts blocking isles, wont come back to this location.
Horrible customer service from the manager! During this last visit I had some returns with a valid receipt. The first cashier (young male) used foul language at the request and the manager (Carla) didnt know how to do the return bc of the discounts spread out on the items. Very disappointing considering shes been there for years.
I go here 2 times a week basically.. I love to talk Bonnie and Marry and another girl employee cant recall here name. Always good talking and joiking with them. They work hard do a good job..
Most the time you have to stand in line over 20 minutes. They have three cash registers but only one open most the time. However the employees are really kind. Great customer service and relations.
Like all the dollar generals I’ve been in the have box’s in aisles waiting to be put on shelves but that’s the only complaint I’d have. Staff is friendly and prices aren’t bad.

They usually have what I need at a decent price. Staff is always nice, but the place is always cluttered when Im there. Shopping with a cart is like a rat in a puzzle game sometimes.
The store is always hard to get around in because theres carts of merchandise everywhere. I went to get tweezers. There were none at all in fact the whole wall was pretty much empty. I went to a different store
I love Dollar General. But not all of them are not run the same. Some are very unorganized and stuff everywhere. And others are top notch.
They have a good variety of items that you might need on day to day basis. Although every other time I go there Im looking for something and they just so happen to not carry that thing
Alot of people hanging around outside who are not friendly. It is a place you lock your car and keep your purse close.
They overwork their employees stores in disarray management does not know what theyre doing overall is a bad experience coming here you can worry about your safety but they worry about their product going out the door first

Very disorganized and really hard to find anything unless its drinks, snacks or toilet paper. Most of the other aisles look like a Tasmanian devil came in.

The customer service at this dollar general is great. Also this is the only dollar general I will go to in town because it is much cleaner and more organized than the others.
Its a mess in the store they barely clean it and one man is working they should hire in some men and get rid of all of the women because men is better at doing the job then women are
Too much stuff sitting in the way of you looking for the items you need or want.. .. doesnt seem like they have enough people to work to put the inventory out.. dont go in to the store and expect to be in and out of there quickly...
Well I had to put a few things back an the cashier said out loud wow thats ridiculous an rolled her eyes it was so uncalled for
Busy store, 1 cashier, who appeared not to have much knowledge of doing her job correctly. I walked out and shopped elsewhere.
This is the best Dollar General around, the one in Heath and Hebron, even a few in Columbus, are always short staffed and not stocked properly if at all....
No public restroom, even though they have a public restroom they lock it because people make a mess of it. Always understocked and cluttered.
Great staff large of variety of items not the best organization but still not bad for a quick stop to grab a couple items

2020-07-28I first want to say that at my visit tonight I experience a female working the whole store by herself and answering the phone !!This was clearly too much for one person !And I felt sorry for her !Oh and I almost forgot she greeted every single person that came in the door!!And you know she was actually doing a great job of it and dealing with it very well in fact.I was very impressed by how well she was performing under the pressure.So please give this employee kudos and a raise!Store #13831 @ 17:33 pm

2019-12-20If I could give this store zero stars I would this store has gone down hill over the years. You use to be able to walk in and get everything you need because the shelves were always stocked, neat and the aisles were always clean now you walk in there the store is dirty trash on the floor clutter everywhere, the shelves are never stocked and there are half empty laundry soap bottles on the shelves and if someone doesnt think to look they are walking out with less of the product they went to buy. Something needs to be done with this store to get it back to where it use to be.

2020-09-19UPDATE:Things have improved since the remodel but the outside is still always TRASHED and it’s very disgusting.In the past 6 months this store has become the worst dollar general I have ever been too. The outside of the store is COVERED in trash, you can even get your products because their box carts are in front of everything you need and you can not move them.the floors are covered with trash and products. Hardly anything is in the shelves. The employees are never to be found and they will take personal phone calls right in front of you at check out.

2019-11-12Im not even sure how this store is still open! The isles are so packed full of stuff, you cant push a cart down them with out running into something. The lady working the checkout needs to adjust her poor attitude or find a job with no customer interaction. Everything is just kind of shoved on the shelves. All sizes mixed together in the infant section. Its a mess. If I could give it no stars, I would.

2021-02-12This store is crazy, often under staffed and over crowded with inventory scattered everywhere throughout the isles... its a shame..store started messy, underwent a massive organization N clean-up and ?? Good for awhile, now back to same ole mess...

2020-07-31They had everything I was looking for. When I went to cash out only a couple digital coupons came off and I got a different total than the store app gave me. The cashier asked another for help, since it was about $6 different. The other employee was rude, it was suggested I pay the higher amount or get out of line so I went to the very friendly location on 21st st because they love to help couponers!
