I purchased several balloons there for my anniversary was told I could come back and get them filled when I was ready we come back and there’s still no Helium it cost me $20 to fill the balloons At party city. That is double what I paid for the balloons. You guys need new management you guys are awful
I have never complained about this dollar general . Today I am. They open at 8am but doors were locked. Stand there with 4 other customers and the guy manager walks up at 817am. And he looks mad that people are waiting. Then when you go inside the store is smells like a dirty cat litter box. Didnt know they keep cats there=). This store is normally my favorite to go to but last 2 days of going makes me want to drive few more mins to family dollar. Just be on time and clean the store up so the smell goes away, I mean you do sell air freshener, use some.
Not only is it under stocked but DEFINITELY NEEDS A BETTER MANAGER who cares about customers. Shes a real smart aleck and has just about threw change back at me. HATE THIS STORE BC OF HER
This is a well stocked Dollar General. I expect the rural stores to be well stocked. Its unusual (for me) to find a city store that matches.
A lot of these dollar type stores are usually crowded in isles or unclear but this particular Dollar general was really very orderly and the cashier was busy doing something but dropped it and took care of me as a customer
Went in on a sunday morning to pick up charcoal on sale in their flyer. Literally none of the charcoal was marked with prices anywhere near it. Finally tracked down someone doing stocking to ask, she rolled her eyes at me before I even asked a question, then proceeded to try to convince me the sale was at Family Dollar AS IM LOOKING AT THE SALES FLYER ON MY PHONE. Decent enough place if you know what they have and just want to get in and out fast, but they dont know their own sales or inventory and that level of rudeness is unacceptable, I dont care how hard your job is.

Store was a wreck. Clothes and other merchandise covered the floor. I had to walk down an aisle and carry stuff back to my cart because it was inpassable with the cart. Shamefull condition.
I normally prefer this Dollar General over any nearby ones. It was a tad disorganized, but still content with my trip
I feel bad for this place because theres trash all over the parking lot and the store is so unorganized. But its a dollar store it has what you need. I just wish people would stop being inconsiderate and stop throwing their trash all over our community.

2021-04-12Love it! Inexpensive items of all prices but they really excel in quick staples that you need for the house, paper products, food items and snacks. Also if you need something for the car or house maintenance, they have the basics. Seasonal and holiday things. Kathy is the bomb.

2022-04-21The place is a mess. theres no stock, no help, boxed product everywere with no product on shelf. go 1 block down to dollar mart/ dollar tree. at the least its clean and has product on the shelves . unless you like picking thru boxs of course.

2020-09-10They offensively follow you around the store and get visibly upset when it takes longer than they want to follow you. I shop a little slower than average because I utilize as much savings opportunity as I can. I should never feel rushed to shop for what I need. Let alone feel stereotyped. It made me feel like they thought I was doing something wrong. Maybe they had a bad day or maybe the thieves are that bad that they have to watch everyone and that is a sad reality in todays society.

2019-07-01Store is disorganized.. I realized the are stocking but difficult to take a cart down small aisles. Had to leave an item because there was no tag and last item..UPDATE. Stopped back in and was pleasantly surprised that all the floors were nicely polished, staff was friendly. May have to rethink about going more often.

2020-10-05I like Dollar General a lot this location is very packed full its almost overwhelming and if you have anxiety like I do. It can be very unnerving when you cant move because things are so tightly packed together. Also it seems like the staff is always just talking to each other, they are very friendly, they just seem more interested in whats going on in their lives and their stories than theyre just yelling back and forth to each other when helping the customers. Just my personal observation.

2019-10-07While I do love shopping at dollar general, the store I was at on Ridge rd in Parma, was terrible. The cashier was the rudest lady I think Ive ever met. I completely understand having bad days but my goodness her attitude was atrocious. This is not the first time ive been to this store and had this person as a cashier. She is just a miserable human being and has no desire to even try to be friendly. Im sorry but when youre in customer service, you should at the very least say hi, not berate a customer in front of others because you dont want to take the time to do your job. I obviously wont be back to this particular store.

2019-12-11This Dollar General is always nice & the same ladies working. Only thing I cant figure out is why they always have a Now Hiring sign up but the people they do hire never show up, call in or call off & they still keep them.

2020-03-10This store has gone so far down hill. I dont shop here for anything anymore. Convenient or not, its awful. Is God out of my way to go somewhere else and pay more.
