Super affordable, a calm place, and my go to for snacks, drinks, or quick meals like pasta.If they are busy than the line drags on really slow. They usually only have one register up and are very understaffed from what I can tell. Overall its friendly and fairly clean.
I love this dollar general store. The staff here is always extremely friendly and the prices and deals there are really hard to compete with anywhere else. Much better than any dollar tree or family dollar, plus never have trouble parking. I highly recommend this place
I shop here at least 2-3 times a week, its my local dollar store. All staff are very nice and friendly. The whole store is very clean and orginized. Amber is very nice and helpful, she does a great job keeping this store in shape.
Always well stocked. Staff will show you where things are. In most stores they say on isle ??This store will take the time to actually take you there which is a large help since I do not see very well. Or as my sister calls man lookingI have an idea what an item looks like. And I look for that item. If packaging has changed I will not find it
The customer service is garbage. This website says people spend on average 15 minute here, and I believe it. I just wasted 10 minutes standing in line looking for an employee to ring me out. They’re simply hardly ever behind the counter. After waiting a considerable amount of time I went back through the store looking for an attendant, slowly returning the items I wanted to purchase to their shelves. Still not a soul to be found. I did not get the items I needed to start my day, I am late for work; dollar general has ruined my day👍
Store has been closed everyday by 3pm never coming here again
Great place all I have to do is cross the street.One small thing that is when I ask for when the store will be getting Campbells bean with pork. The person said dont know.The soup is one one of my favorite
They need someone to stock shelves. Prices are good. We use their digital coupons also. But sale items are nor always available or out of stock.
Great prices! We stopped in for school supplies for our two daughters. Last year, we went to Target and it was $110 for their supplies. This year, we got everything for both girls for less than $50.
Store is usually clean sometime a bit of a mess but clean decent selection of diffrent items that you might need..Down side is there is usually a wait too get checked out doesnt matter if its one psrson ahead of you our 5 people ahead of you the cashiers at this location have no sense of urgency too move the line along..Other than that I enjoy the store
Good selection and reasonable prices, checkout line was a little long during both of my visits. Will most likely return to this location. It does seem better than other dollar stores.
A quick place to grab milk, cheese, bottled water or soda, diapers, tooth paste. I buy all of my cleaning and laundry supplies here. If you download the Dollar General app on your phone you can add many coupons and save large amounts on your total. The usually have five dollars off a 25.00 purchase and 5.00 off of 30.00 purchase of gain products. ..along with many other coupons.
Store is in disarray, line out the door from a single slow cashier, one check out a available but you must download the DG app and pay through the app. I put my items back and left.
Not that great at the moment. Gave 3 stars because its close to me. They had a manager named Bill, when he worked there thing were clean and neat. Since he has gone to Amelia the store is unorganized and store is dirty , litter on the floor , empty boxes on shelves. Needs some help.

This location is bigger than many of the Dollar General locations near me. The store was clean, and the aisles were mostly faced. They had what I wanted in stock. My biggest complaint is that if you go when they are working a truck, the worlds have a tendency to park heavy carts of stock in front of the merchandise, is is inconvenient.
Rhonda the cashier is always very friendly and as well for the manager Amber...they are so nice at this store i come in frequently...theyre always happy to help and are so nice to my 11month old...highly recommended.

Pizza looked great but lacked in sauce 🤔, ate in there dinning area very cold🥶 was hard to enjoy our pizza, also had to ask for condiments except napkins!!!
Bought helium balloons. Was told I had to tie the knots and string after he blew up the first one. I didnt have time to go somewhere else.
Found most of what I was after. Good place for cleaning products. Carries name bands cheaper. Interesting for ideas. Never know what can be found cheaper.
Very clean, I have in many dollar general stores where product will be left out unattended. That causes problems trying to maneuver through the aisles. The staff is very plesent.
I always find things I forgot I needed or wanted in Dollar General. I can spend as much at WalMart and get the same items more or less of the same quality and pay so much more!

The people that work here are nice and they have a huge selection for a dollar store .
Its a lot faster to stop into than your big chain stores.very large sample size of a lot of different items for a low price.
There are some deals to be found if you keep an eye out, example; found a 30 dollar lego set on sale for 20 dollars but the box had been cut, pointed out the damaged box and got it for 10 bucks !

2021-09-10I work here. We just got a remodel. Come and see whats new, we also just got the floors waxed. Just please be patience with us we are relearning where everything is in the store and trying to stock everything you are looking for.

2022-05-01The employees are obviously strained trying to restock and run the store with no crew. This review is not their fault. DG should pay a better wage and hire in more staff. The current state of the store is not great and you will not retain good employees without supporting the ones that you already have.

2021-09-13Went to 546 Clough Pike as I shop there, wanted to see how it was after the remodel. Nice, lots more items, space used is now great. But, the cashier, is very unfriendly!! I purchased over $50.00 in items. I started to put my items on the counter, I said what a change to the store, hope they keep it straight and clean, still no mention of hello, no mention of anything. She rang up my items, I paid, still nothing!!! Where do you find such unfriendly employees, unkept also, not even a smile. This was on 9-13-21 after 4:00 pm. Her name was Rhonda, this is why the 3 stars, I shop there at least 4 times a month. Not good for business!!!!

2021-03-04Not a friendly or helpful staff at all. The store is rarely stocked well and then unfriendly staff really puts a heavy hand on the terrible button for me. I do look over it to get the things that I need to get from Dollar General unfortunately. But I limitIt right there. They do not get an extra dollar on my money. I say if you have a choice you should avoid that location!

2020-11-03I live very close to dollar general. There is only 2 people in that store and they somehow maintain it and do a great job. The managers are always friendly. The rating is purely because of their effort.

2018-07-28This Dollar General is a nice place to stop if your short on cash. They have great deals on most of their items. Easy to find the store. The reason i rate it 4 stars is because even though they have great deals the store could be cleaned up a little better. Items are scattered around the floor and shelves. It appears to be understaffed. I will be shopping here again though because they have almost everything i need at a very reasonable price.

2017-08-17Most of the staff here is nice. Everytime Ive been there I either wait in a long line due to some cashiers chatting too much with a long line, or if no ones in line I have to wait for an employee to notice Im ready to check out and usually get Ill be with you in a moment cant just run in and out really quickly.
