Went today and only 3 people including me was wearing a mask. The workers had it on but it was under their nose. There were 3 people in the aisle way that were talking, no mask!It is what it is, but we all have to abide by it!

This dollar store is larger then the one in Williamsburg. It has a larger selection of frozen food items. When the store is properly staffed the check out process takes no time at all. When they are short staffed there can sometimes be a line. Management needs to figure that out. All the staff there are so polite and professional

They are a super store with alot more than downtown Batavia. However not as friendly... Last time there there were quite a few people without masks as well as supply vendor (Coke Driver)
Good convenient place to save you to Drive to Eastgate to get what you need prices are little bit high on some things.
This location was surprisingly very well stocked.
This store has the worst customer service, there is one lady in particular thats always barking but almost never doing any work. Its clear that they lack management and are unorganized. There are a few employees that you can tell ate doing everything while others collect a paycheck. Lines are always long and store is always a mess. They may have some staffing issues, hopefully they figure that out.

I literally live 3 miles from the Williamsburg location and choose to drive to this one every single time... This store not only has everything I typically need, but the isles arent packed with stock and it doesnt take me 45 minutes to be checked out and that I greatly appreciate!

So ive never been big on Dollar General but i will say the new one they built in Batavia is pretty amazing. They have a huge selection of frozen foods and refrigerated goods. Better than most ive been too actually. And their baby section is amazing as well though they are pricer on most things in their store than most grocery stores. I feel like some of the prices are a bit much for certain things. Overall i would keep going to the one in Batavia because its very clean, organized well and there is hardly ever a long wait.

2022-06-03I don’t have a car so I walk to this store to shop when I’m at my moms. I wanted to get my son some art supplies and a toy to play with but unfortunately I couldn’t even walk down the aisle and it’s been like this for days. There are several aisles that have these giant stocked carts blocking them. I’ve never been in a store this bad and the shelves are empty. I understand there’s a supply shortage and problems with not enough truck drivers but this is crazy and sad considering all of the people that live in the trailer park next to this DG store that don’t have a car so they have to shop at this store. Hopefully they can figure out the issues here.

2019-09-20Just sharing their selection of curtain rods and curtains. Nice fabric and sheers. Great for the price. Start here before going to walmart or elsewhere.

2021-12-15Was not able to shop due to several freight carts in the isles blocking carts to go through and not able to shop. Will never stop back in this location, which is unfortunate due to it being minutes from my home

2021-10-30By far the worst location store that I have ever been to. Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They do not unstock boxes at all. I’ve lived in the area for about 3 months now and every time I go there, most of the aisles are blocked with boxes and everything is out of stock because they are not doing there job. Don’t recommend going here at all.

2021-09-17I live somewhat close to this place and the 2 star rating isnt completely their fault. They are always out of every thing in the frozen aisle. The employees are so worried about trying to keep up on stock that theirs only ever 1 person running register and the line is always so long

2020-07-04Very convenient to East Fork Lake Campgrounds. Seriously, the cleanest and best-organized Dollar General I have EVER walked into. The staff was super friendly as well. About to make our third trip there in two days.
